Kamala Doubles Down on Slavery ‘Reparations.’

Vice President Kamala Harris is doubling down on her support for beginning a process to implement reparations for the descendants of slaves. During an appearance on Tuesday’s “Charlamagne Tha God” radio show, she emphasized the supposed importance of the issue: “It has to be studied,” she stated.

Hosted by Lenard Larry McKelvey, known professionally as Charlamagne Tha God, the radio program is thought to reach to black voters. Harris has recently scrambled to reinforce her support among this voter demographic, as polling has shown black men—especially among the youth—are shifting towards her opponent, former President Donald J. Trump.

As a former U.S. senator representing California, Harris co-sponsored legislation aimed at establishing a federal commission on reparations. This commission would be tasked with making recommendations regarding payments to descendants of slaves.

The National Pulse reported in early September that Harris wouldn’t discount the use of executive action on reparations. Speaking in a highly scripted exchange with the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee left the door open to bypassing Congress and using presidential authority.

“I’m not discounting the importance of any executive action,” Harris said, adding: “But ultimately, Congress [should be involved], because if you’re going to talk about it in any substantial way, there will be hearings, there will be a level of public education and dialogue.”

In the United States, reparations discussions have primarily focused on the possibility of providing financial compensation to descendants of black slaves.

Dems Start Pointing Fingers at Kamala’s Hires: ‘I Don’t Think She Understands Philly.’

Finger-pointing and infighting have broken out between local Pennsylvania Democrat Party leaders and Vice President Kamala Harris‘s campaign staff over her floundering campaign in the crucial battleground state. The Harris campaign appears to have stalled out in Pennsylvania in recent weeks. Meanwhile, Harris’s opponent, former President Donald J. Trump, continues to gain ground in the Keystone State—whose 19 Electoral College votes could decide the 2024 presidential election.

One of the main points of criticism has been the disorganized and erratic communication between state leaders, surrogates, and the Harris campaign overseen by Pennsylvania campaign manager Nikki Lu. According to state Democrats, Lu lacks knowledge of Philadephia’s political dynamics, which has gravely harmed the Harris campaign down the final stretch. “I have concerns about Nikki Lu,” Ryan Boyer—a powerful black political leader in the state—recently told POLITICO. “I don’t think she understands Philadelphia.”

Reports of a campaign suffering from communications and scheduling confusion during the homestretch of an election are never a good sign. However, the Harris campaign does appear to be aware that they are potentially losing ground in Pennsylvania. After a series of meetings with black and Hispanic political leaders last month, the campaign has rushed staffing in the state—hoping to inject new blood and enthusiasm on the ground. Additionally, Harris has shifted money from Wisconsin—another state where she is neck-and-neck with Trump—to fund black-voter-focused radio ads on Philadelphia’s several hip-hop radio stations.

Still, Pennsylvania Democrats contend that Lu and senior campaign staff have gone “AWOL” with just under 20 days until the November election. Meanwhile, the campaign has scrambled—at the eleventh hour—the likes of former President Barack Obama and Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) to rally black and rural white voters, respectively.

Top Kamala Ally Forged Deep Ties to Chinese Communist Party.

A close ally of Vice President Kamala Harris has worked to forge close business ties with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), promising to leverage the voices of African Americans in the United States to help the colonial-esque aims of the Chinese on the African continent. Ron Busby—the leader of the U.S. Black Chambers business group—has been praised by Harris as an “extraordinary leader” and held numerous official meetings with Biden-Harris government staff, including dozens of visits to the White House.

While Harris and other national Democrats have praised Busby for his work on behalf of black businesses in the United States, he has leveraged that attention to build close ties to key CCP leaders. The U.S. Black Chambers chief’s work with New York Democrats has been especially beneficial in these regards.

In September 2017, Busby joined a delegation of New York state officials and business leaders on a 10-day junket to China, where they met with their Communist Party counterparts in Shanghai, Xi’an, and Beijing.

Earlier this year, a top aide to New York governors Andrew Cuomo and Kathy Hochul was arrested on the suspicion she acted as an unregistered foreign agent for Communist China. The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York, implicated in the foreign agent scheme, underwrote the 2017 junket.

AFRICA & NATIONAL SECURITY CONCERNS.

Concerningly, Busby appears to have involved himself—and, as a consequence, other leaders in the black business community—in Chinese colonial efforts on the African continent.

“[China understands] the importance of being on the continent obviously, but they also understand that there needs to be a relationship between the people on the continent, and they understand that African Americans have a natural relationship here, and so we [three] will work together to bring their resources that they have along with the ingenuity, creativity that we have in the United States, to bring that here,” Busby said regarding the 2017 junket while at conference in Durban, South Africa. He added: “Collectively, all three continents can grow, and they’re very excited as well as we are.”

Even more troubling, according to documents reviewed by Fox News, Busby promised to share resources between America’s black business community and Chinese Communist officials in Xi’an, raising national security concerns. The Chinese state report reads that Busby’s “[U.S. Black Chambers, Inc.] administered more than 100 chambers, and he is willing to share and communicate the resources with Xi’an in various fields.”

Vice President Harris’s running mate, Governor Tim Walz (D-MN), also has extensive ties to China and the Chinese Communist Party, which has prompted a Congressional probe.

Stanley Kubrick’s Daughter Says He Would Have Backed Trump.

Vivian Kubrick, daughter of the late and legendary filmmaker Stanley Kubrick, claims that her father would endorse President Donald J. Trump if he were alive today. The remarks were spurred by Democrat backlash to the Trump campaign’s use of footage from her father’s film Full Metal Jacket in a video advocating against a “woke” military.

“I agree in principle that an anti-war movie is incongruous with promoting the idea of a tough non-woke US military and thus war itself – however – these are very dangerous and strange times and thus using this footage is doubtless pure expedience,” Vivian Kubrick wrote. “I’m sure the irony of using FMJ footage is not lost on Trump or his team – Trump is always seeking to end wars and use peaceful methods,” she continued.

“However, that’s primarily what FMJ is about, the shocking and complicated paradoxes of human nature…. so I’m going to stick with the idea that FMJ footage was used primarily because of its powerful, realistic portrayal of boot camp, juxtaposed with the entirely demoralizing and inappropriate injection of WOKE ideology into the USA military. Which I agree with myself and which I’m certain my father would have agreed with,” she said.

In addition to surmising that her father would have backed Trump, she noted that, while he was alive, he was a fan of Ronald Reagan. Reiterating that Stanley Kubrick would likely have been a Trump supporter if he were still alive, his daughter added: “My father had a great respect for life… So on that basis, I feel very confident he would be a Trump supporter and would forgive using FMJ incongruously…Capisce?”

The Deep State is Anticipating (And Dreading) a Trump Victory.

Some career federal government bureaucrats are scrambling to move to agencies where they believe their position will be less likely to receive a Schedule F designation in a potential second Trump administration. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has seen some of the highest outflows of employees, with many choosing to transfer to the Department of Commerce or Department of Energy, where they feel they will receive less scrutiny.

A recent report by POLITICO‘s E&E News, citing anonymous career government employees, reveals that many federal workers are cutting back on their expenses due to fears of being fired after the November presidential election. “We have stopped doing any money-spending things because what if we’re without jobs in the next year?” a Department of the Interior employee told the outlet, adding: “We need all the savings we can get.”

Several federal bureaucrats said they wouldn’t speak on the record, fearing retribution from a Trump White House. “They’re so vindictive, I can see them going back through E&E News articles and saying, ‘You’re fired,'” one anonymous government agency employee said.

On the campaign trail, President Donald J. Trump and his running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), have both promised a reckoning for the Deep State—the permanent government bureaucracy entrenched in Washington, D.C. that often acts against the democratic will of the voters.

The Biden-Harris government has already attempted to implement a rule that would prevent Trump from reinstituting the Schedule F employment designation, though it isn’t clear how binding the regulation actually is on a future White House.

Trump’s Schedule F reform—despite the corporate media spin—simply allows the president to redesignate any policy-sensitive position as an appointment instead of a career. This makes it easier to remove employees hostile to the elected chief executive’s agenda.

Rasmussen Moves PA Into Trump Column.

Rasmussen Reports’ head pollster, Mark Mitchell, says former President Donald J. Trump has taken the edge over Vice President Kamala Harris in Pennsylvania. According to Mitchell, Trump has opened up a three-point lead in their latest survey of the critical swing state, after being tied with Harris in their September poll.

“When I polled Pennsylvania in September, I had a tie. But that really was—you know—some of these major events they get a lot of press coverage on, they do get a juice for about two or three weeks. I think it is more what pollsters call a response bias than anybody actually changing their mind,” Mitchell said in a recent interview with Benny Johnson.

Mitchell explained that Harris’s September polling boost was likely driven by response bias following the presidential debate, adding that their data shows Trump taking the lead in October. “And when we went into the field, we got Trump plus three in Pennsylvania,” he said.

DEMOCRAT OVERSAMPLING.

The pollster went on to explain that while some surveys included in polling aggregates, like the RealClearPolitics (RCP) average, still show Pennsylvania leaning slightly towards Harris, many of these polls overestimated support for Joe Biden in the 2020 election. Mitchell pointed specifically to the New York Times/Siena poll, noting: “They oversampled Biden 2020 supporters, like I said, by eight points.” He went on to note that when the oversample is taken into account, the poll suggests Pennsylvania is actually “Trump plus four.”

Last week, The National Pulse reported that the RCP—with less than 30 days before the November presidential election—suggests Trump could be headed towards an Electoral College landslide. According to the polling aggregate, Trump currently holds the edge in five of the seven critical battleground states.

Even the Washington Post is Debunking Democrat Lies on Social Security, And Look Who’s Behind Them…

Senator Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA) is falsely claiming his Republican opponent, David McCormick, plans to pay for tax cuts for the super wealthy by reducing social security, Medicare, and Medicaid benefits—with the campaign citing a far-left Democrat dark money group as its source. The claim is made in an ad recently aired by Casey’s senatorial re-election campaign and has been roundly debunked by even Democrat-aligned corporate news outlets like The Washington Post.

“McCormick’s promised the richest people in America a massive tax break,” Sen. Casey says in the television ad spot. “To pay for it, he’s made clear he’ll slash your Medicare and Social Security and cut Medicaid for nursing home care.”

The Post slams Sen. Casey’s claim, stating: “It’s a bold move for a campaign to have the candidate practically put words in the mouth of his opponent. Usually, when a candidate speaks in an ad, the claims he or she makes are factually grounded… He earns Four Pinocchios.”

DARK MONEY.

Casey’s campaign sources its claim against McCormick in a March 2023 report issued by Americans for Tax Fairness (ATF). A relatively new political nonprofit organization, ATF has deep ties to the New Venture Fund. Additionally, the ATF affiliate—Americans for Tax Fairness Action—is funded through the New Venture subsidiary, the Sixteen Thirty Fund.

Both the New Venture and Sixteen Thirty funds are tied to a progressive consulting firm called Arabella Advisors. Meanwhile, the latter sits at the center of numerous nonprofits that act as clearing houses for billions in Democratic donor dark money, filtering the political cash to various left-wing organizations.

The National Pulse previously reported that Arabella had directed at least $10 million to pro-Hamas demonstration organizers across the U.S.

Biden-Harris Govt Sues… Over Removal Noncitizens from Voter Rolls!?

The Biden-Harris government’s Department of Justice (DOJ) is suing Virginia. It alleges that the state’s approach to removing noncitizens and other ineligible voters from its rolls violates federal law. Announced in a filing last Friday, their lawsuit seeks to block actions taken by Governor Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) and the Virginia Department of Elections to maintain accurate voter registration lists.

Governor Youngkin, in an executive order released in August, disclosed the removal of 6,303 noncitizens from voter rolls from January 2022 to July 2024. This order was part of broader election security efforts ahead of the November elections. The Biden-Harris DOJ claims this action undermines the “Quiet Period Provision” of the 1993 National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). This statutory provision mandates that states must finish any systematic removal of ineligible voters at least 90 days before a federal election.

BIDEN-HARRIS LAWFARE.

“Section 8(c)(2) of the NVRA, also known as the Quiet Period Provision, requires states to complete systematic programs aimed at removing the names of ineligible voters from voter registration lists no later than 90 days before federal elections,” the DOJ contends. “The Quiet Period Provision applies to certain systematic programs carried out by states that are aimed at striking names from voter registration lists based on a perceived failure to meet initial eligibility requirements—including citizenship—at the time of registration.”

The suit argues that the state’s approach might lead to the mistaken removal of eligible voters, potentially hindering their ability to vote. Moreover, the lawsuit seeks to prevent Virginia from implementing these measures until after the upcoming elections, and to reinstate the removed registrations. Kristen Clarke, the DOJ’s far-left Civil Rights Division chief, is spearheading the lawfare effort.

YOUNGKIN RESPONDS.

Gov. Youngkin is defending the state’s actions. He cites adherence to a 2006 law requiring the removal of noncitizens from voter rolls. “Virginians—and Americans—will see this for exactly what it is: a desperate attempt to attack the legitimacy of the elections in the Commonwealth, the very crucible of American Democracy,” Youngkin said in response to the DOJ lawsuit.

“With the support of our Attorney General, we will defend these commonsense steps, that we are legally required to take, with every resource available to us. Virginia’s election will be secure and fair, and I will not stand idly by as this politically motivated action tries to interfere in our elections, period,” he added.

Research suggests noncitizens unlawfully vote in U.S. elections—primarily for Democrats—in numbers significant enough to change their results.

Harris’s Attempts to Lean Into Her Black Identity Are REALLY Not Working.

Support for Democrats among black voters is seeing a significant decline, according to new election survey data. An October New York Times/Siena national poll of black voters reveals a potentially catastrophic drop in support for the 2024 Democratic Party presidential nominee, Kamala Harris, compared to Joe Biden in 2020 and Hillary Clinton in 2016. Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump is seeing his margins increase, inching up into the double digits.

During the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton won black voters by an estimated 85-point margin—capturing 92 percent of the demographic. Similarly, Joe Biden won black voters by an estimated 81-point margin. Conversely, Trump only won 7 percent of the black vote in 2016 and 9 percent in 2020. However, the NYT/Siena data suggests Trump is now on pace to win 15 percent of the black vote, with Kamala Harris only capturing 78 percent—a historically low margin of just 63 points.

Concerningly for Harris, her 63-point margin among black voters is down from even that of Biden before he dropped out of the presidential race in July. Before his ouster, 74 percent of black voters said they would cast their ballot for Biden in November.

In a close presidential race, margins among any voter demographic could potentially swing the election. The notable shift in the black vote could have a major impact on the outcome in states like Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Faced with eroding black support, Kamala Harris has tapped former President Barack Obama to hit the campaign trail in an effort to improve her margins. In one of Obama’s first events for Harris, the Democrat former president shamed black men who refuse to support Harris—accusing them of sexism.

This State’s Abortion Ballot Measure Leaves The Door Open to Extremist, Late-Term Baby Killing.

A deceptively worded ballot measure in Missouri could end up enshrining the right to late-term abortions in the state constitution. Amendment 3, on the November election ballot, proposes creating a constitutional right to so-called reproductive health care, which includes abortions. The measure comes as similar efforts have succeeded in other states, including Kansas, Kentucky, and Ohio, following the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

Critics contend that the ballot measure’s vague wording would lead to sweeping changes, potentially nullifying existing abortion restrictions and parental consent laws. Especially of concern is the amendment’s provision on “Fetal Viability,” a term without a fixed definition due to advancing medical technology.

The ambiguous language could leave the door open to courts deferring the legal line for viability to abortion providers—paving the way for legal late-term abortions. Additionally, opponents argue the amendment’s allowance for abortion restrictions after viability, except for the health of the mother, could be broadly interpreted.

Notably, the measure doesn’t actually use the term “abortion” but rather says it would “establish a right to make decisions about reproductive health care.”

Beyond legal challenges, the amendment has sparked debate over state funding. Opponents note a clause preventing discrimination in the allocation of state funds to providers of reproductive health care, raising concerns about taxpayer obligations to fund abortions.
