Former President Donald J. Trump announced on Truth Social that he will be returning to Butler, Pennsylvania, to honor the heroic firefighter Corey Comperatore, who was killed by gunfire while shielding his family at the former President’s July 13 campaign rally. Would-be presidential assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks fired eight rounds at Trump, striking him in the ear, wounding two other rallygoers, and killing Comperatore after he dove on his loved ones to protect them.
“I will be going back to Bulter, Pennsylvania, for a big and beautiful rally, honoring the soul of our beloved firefighting hero, Corey, and those brave patriots injured two weeks ago,” Trump announced on Friday, July 26. He added: What a day it will be. Fight, fight, fight! Stay tuned for details.”
The former President’s planned return to the site of the attempt on his life comes amid several ongoing federal investigations into security lapses that resulted in Crooks being able to open fire on the rally from a rooftop just 400 feet away. Subsequently, on Wednesday, July 24, the U.S. House of Representatives—by a unanimous vote—approved a bipartisan task force of lawmakers to investigate the attempted assassination of Trump.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director Christopher Wray testified before the House Judiciary Committee regarding the attempt on Trump‘s life. Wray confirmed to lawmakers that Trump was the intended target of the would-be assassin. He added that photos of political figures found on Crooks’s phone were cached images from news websites and unconnected to the assassination plot.
Concerningly, Wray told the committee that the FBI believes Crooks was live streaming aerial surveillance of the rally area through a drone before the assassination attempt. He did not indicate whether the feed was only available to Crooks or if others had access.

Paul Dans is the director of The Heritage Foundation‘s 2025 Presidential Transition Project—colloquially known as Project 2025— and has cleared the air on much of the left’s lies regarding the group. In an appearance on The Culture War with Tim Pool, Dans bluntly addressed the outlandish claims made against the independent presidential transition project, noting the subject has “…caught lightning because it is a threat.”
ANOTHER DEMOCRAT HOAX.
“Here’s the thing, the thing with Project 2025, this is now the subject of one of the greatest hoaxes of all time,” Dans argues, continuing: “Our friends on the left move from hoax to hoax, and whether it was Russiagate or then into the vaccines and COVID, Ukraine, or whatever is the next thing, you know President Trump has certainly been the target of every hoax.”
He adds: “But here, with Project 2025, a lot of what people say is not actually in Project 2025.”
The Heritage Foundation attorney notes that some corporate media outlets and left-wing activists have claimed the group is looking to cut social security, for instance. However, Dans counters, stating: “We don’t even have a chapter on social security. That’s not even in the [policy] book.”
RESTORING DEMOCRACY.
Addressing left-wing attacks claiming the group is plotting an authoritarian takeover, the Project 2025 director meticulously picks apart the propaganda. “The federal government right now has 2.2 million full-time workers,” Dans argues, adding: “The president appoints a sliver—4,000. If you do the math, that’s one to 500. That’s not exactly an army.”
“But to be clear, it really is wanting the president to be back in charge of the executive branch. Why is that?” Dans posits to the Pool and his co-hosts, telling them: “Because we vote for the president, and it’s ultimately about putting us [the American people] back in charge. This is really a plan to restore democracy.”
He emphasizes that the goal is to make the executive branch accessible to those who want to put in the work and make the government better. “It’s a call for conservatives, libertarians, really people who just don’t accept the status quo and think we can do better to get into government,” Dans says.
REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT.
According to Project 2025, the federal government—as it has increased in size and become more centralized in Washington, D.C.—has lost touch with the average American’s needs and concerns.
“We see here in Washington that it’s not really representative of the whole. You have a very cosmopolitan group. The typical federal worker votes on the order or 95 percent for the Democrat Party,” Dans argues before continuing: “So you’re already going into a building where the people are ideologically opposed to your agenda, and how do you manage that.”
He relates his own experience facing bureaucratic dysfunction and internal opposition from career government employees during the first Trump presidential administration. “What we’re doing really is demystifying the process to get to Washington,” Dans says, adding that Project 2025 is “…a recruiting tool to say this government is yours as much as it is anyone else.”
THE ADMINISTRATIVE STATE.
Pushing back against the Democratic Party and their corporate media allies’ misconceptions regarding a mythical fourth ‘administrative state’ branch of government, Dans cautions that power has been wrested from the people and placed instead with unelected bureaucrats.
“And that’s what we’re really working with. Trying to basically say this whole system, this whole progressive architecture, this whole matrix, was built for the express reason of taking government and power out of the hands of the people and putting it in the hands of a group of so-called experts,” Dans contends.
RELATION TO TRUMP?
Settling the most common false claim by the corporate media and the left, Dans firmly says the group has no relation to former President Donald J. Trump or his 2024 presidential campaign. “The number one lie that they tell is that this is Trump’s Project 2025. It is not,” Dans tells Pool. He adds: “So we started this up three years ago… and it was a coming together of the conservative movement.”
Again, the Project 2025 director emphasizes that the goal of the group is to serve as a “mechanism to get good people to Washington.”
“The left does the same. All of the Biden plans come from various think tanks. CAP [Center for American Progress], there’s an entire litany of them,” Dans notes.
DEMS OUT OF OTHER OPTIONS.
Dans surmises that KamalaHarris and former Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden are focusing on The Heritage Foundation and Project 2025 because their other lines of attack against Trump and the MAGA movement haven’t worked. “They kind of ran out of their bag of tricks,” he contends, adding that the attacks really started up after the Biden-Harris government’s failed lawfare campaign against former President Trump.
“These are attacks on democracy,” he says regarding the lawfare campaign before adding: “With respect to Project 2025, it is more ‘Projection 2025…It is all deflection.”
Dans concludes: “The reality is that they’re going to mischaracterize things. What they’ve done with Project 2025 is full-on misinformation.”

Behind-the-scenes political intrigue exclusively for Pulse+ subscribers.
America First Legal (AFL) is launching a sweeping investigation into Kamala Harris‘s actions as a county prosecutor and later Attorney General in California, calling into question a series of dubious decisions made by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. According to the conservative legal group, Harris abused her roles as prosecutor and the state’s top law enforcement officer to pursue a radical and partisan agenda and flaunt state ethics rules.
The group raises ethics concerns dating back to Harris‘s tenure as a deputy district attorney for Alameda County, California. While working in the county district attorney‘s office, Harris failed to disclose her romantic relationship with the powerful California Assembly Speaker Willie Brown. Harris reportedly received lucrative appointments to several state boards due to this relationship.
As the District Attorney for San Francisco, Harris refused to pursue the death penalty even for the most violent offenders—including a cop-killer. Her refusal to seek justice earned her rebukes even from powerful Democrats like then-Senators Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein.
While Attorney General of California, Harris pushed highly partisan investigations into free market and conservative non-profit groups—in contravention of federal law. These actions were essentially fishing expeditions to expose donors to the non-profits so that leftist groups could target them with public pressure campaigns.
While serving as California‘s top law enforcement official, AFL also notes that Harris defended San Francisco‘s sanctuary city law and refused to enforce federal immigration statutes. Additionally, the California Democrat cleared the way for an inmate serving a life sentence for murder to receive taxpayer-funded transgender surgery.
Concerningly, the California AG’s office under Harris also turned a blind eye to misconduct by local law enforcement and prison officials, in one instance failing to file charges against clear abuses.

Media allies of presumptive Democratic Party presidential nominee Kamala Harris are attacking the Republican vice presidential nominee, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), over his support for the Child Tax Credit. In allegedly previously unheard remarks—in reality, they were spoken during a 2021 episode of the Charlie Kirk Show to a significant audience—Vance states his clear support for reducing the tax burden on families.
“Let’s tax the things that are bad and not tax the things that are good,” Vance says in the interview with Kirk. He elaborates that families with children “should pay a different, lower tax rate.” The policy that Vance describes is, in fact, the Child Tax Credit.
However, ABC News—which claims to have “unearthed” the publicly available clip—appears to have wholly adopted the talking points provided by Kamala Harris‘s presidential campaign, falsely stating that Vance wants to raise taxes on families without children. This raises the question, why does Harris’s own spin suggest she now opposes the popular Child Tax Credit?
Harris—who has no children of her own but two step-children from her marriage to Douglas Emhoff—has included changes to the Child Tax Credit in policy and legislative proposals while serving as Vice President and a U.S. Senator for California. Yet, out of political expediency, the Harris campaign—through its media proxies—appears to have reversed course on the credit in attacking Vance.
The Child Tax Credit was temporarily expanded as part of former President Donald J. Trump‘s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) and further expanded under the 2021 American Rescue Plan. Despite support from a bipartisan group of lawmakers—including Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)—attempts to make the credits’ expansion permanent before they expire in 2025 were derailed by Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV), a former Democrat, and a lack of initiative by the Biden-Harris government.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) expressed concern this week regarding Joe Biden’s intentions to radically transform the U.S. Supreme Court, accusing the 81-year-old Democrat of launching an effort to undermine the institution. The Texas Republican said that by “reform,” Biden means he wants to “destroy” the court in comments made during the latest episode of his “Verdict” podcast.
Discussing Biden‘s Oval Office address Wednesday evening, Cruz told his co-host, Ben Ferguson, “[U]nderstand by the word reform, he means destroy the Supreme Court. What he wants to do is utterly politicize it.” During the national address on July 24, Biden emphasized he intends to spend the final six months he has in office focused on ramping up efforts to fundamentally alter the nature of the high court—including proposals to enact term limits and pack the court with liberal judges.
Cruz referenced former President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s attempt to pack the court with supportive judges. Even though Roosevelt, a Democrat, had large majorities in both Congressional chambers, Democrats in Congress at the time opposed the idea. According to the Texas Senator, lawmakers at that time understood the importance of maintaining an independent court committed to the Constitution and the rule of law.
The Republican Senator, who faces a re-election challenge from Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX), said he worries no Democrats are willing to oppose radical changes today. Consequently, he argues that if Kamala Harris becomes President and Democrats gain a narrow margin in the Senate, they would end the filibuster, allowing them to change the composition of the Supreme Court with 50 votes.

The National Pulse’s Editor-in-Chief, Raheem Kassam, warned members of the New York Young Republican Club that the American political right cannot be complacent in facing off against Kamala Harris in November’s presidential election. Speaking to the group on the evening of July 23, Kassam noted that the globalistpoliticians in France and the United Kingdom headed off surging populist political movements by calling snapelections.
Meanwhile, in Harris‘s case, Kassam argued she is a “snap candidate,” replacing Joe Biden after the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent dropped out of the 2024 presidential contest on July 21.
“There are one hundred and four days left until November 5. And it is your election day, or should I call it, your snap election day,” The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief told the crowd. Kassam continued: “Except, perhaps, instead of like in the UK and in France, it is not a snap date, but it is a snap candidate that we’re facing now.”
DO NOT HEED THE COMPLACENTS.
Likening the current situation to the warnings he and Stephen K. Bannon issued about ballot drop boxes and the “Weekend at Bernie’s” strategy with Biden in the 2020 presidential contest, Kassam contented: “Everything we warned about has come to pass. And the red wave complacents… who should have been eating crow after that moment, instead turned Donald Trump and turned on the MAGA movement.”
“My warning today is to refuse to heed the complacents,” Kassam said, warning: “We all feel quite good about this cacklingmoron that the Democrats are going to end up with. But you have to understand, the only reason they feel assured about putting a cackling moron in place is the same reason they felt assured with putting a cadaver in place in 2020.”
“Because they don’t intend to play by the book,” he added before concluding: “So we can be two points up in the polls. We can be five points up in the polls. We can be ten points up in the polls. Do not heed the complacents.”

The U.S. House of Representatives, in a bipartisan vote, adopted a resolution condemning Kamala Harris‘s handling of the border crisis as Joe Biden‘s border czar. A total of six Democrats—all in vulnerable seats—joined their Republican colleagues in supporting the resolution, sponsored by Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY).
“Whereas, on March 24, 2021, President Biden asked Vice President Kamala Harris to serve as the administration’s border czar in charge of: working to address the ‘root causes’ of illegal immigration into the United States,” the resolution reads, continuing: “President Biden’s and Border Czar Harris’s far left Democrat open border policies are to blame for this historic crisis, and in August 2022, Biden and his administration decided to make the border crisis significantly worse by formally ending former President Trump’s successful Remain in Mexico program.”
Rep. Stefanik‘s resolution concludes that the House “…strongly condemns the Biden Administration and its Border Czar, Kamala Harris’s, failure to secure the United States border” while adding that the legislative body “…clearly and firmly states that the continuation of the Biden, Harris border policies would be disastrous for both the United States and the American people.”
While the House’s condemnation falls short of an actual resolution of censure, the move further ties Harris to the Biden government’s disastrous borderpolicies.
The wave of violence and crime tied to the border crisis has become a top concern for voters heading into the 2024 presidential election in November. Harris’s presidential campaign and its corporate media allies have attempted to distance her from the ‘border czar’ title, going so far as to falsely claim she was never in charge of the border.
This comes amid other efforts by the Democrats and their media allies to cover up Harris’s radical record throughout her political career.

New survey data suggests a significant number of noncitizens are voting in American elections in contravention of federal law. According to Rasmussen Reports, 97 percent of noncitizens polled acknowledged having voted for a candidate in the 2020 presidential election. Additionally, 79 percent of those unsure of their citizenship status said they voted for a presidential candidate in the last election.
Rasmussen Reports polled surveyed 2,466 likely U.S. voters, of whom 222 either stated they were noncitizens or did not know their citizenship status—meaning 10 percent of the sample had dubious legal voting status. The data lends credence to concerns that not only are noncitizens voting but that they make up a large enough portion of the electorate to impact federal and state races.
The National Pulse reported this past May that a review of prosecutions against noncitizen voters in North Carolina found they voted for Democrats by a three-to-one ratio. Additionally, one of the federal attorneys who handled most of the North Carolina prosecutions revealed election officials in the state appeared to register noncitizens they believed would likely support Democrat candidates. In one instance, a noncitizen’s voter registration was accepted only after it became clear he intended to vote for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
Concerningly, a number of Democrat-controlled state and local governments have removed measures that would prevent noncitizens from casting ballots illegally. In Pennsylvania, a 2018 directive appears to contravene a federal law that requires that a voter’s driver’s license or social security number listed on their registration form match those provided in a government database. Meanwhile, in California and South Carolina, noncitizens who apply for government assistance programs are being automatically sent ballot applications.

The Democratic Party’s allies in the corporatemedia continue their work attempting to scrub potentially damaging stories regarding Kamala Harris, the party’s now presumptive 2024 presidential nominee, following Joe Biden’s exit from the race. GovTrack, a website that allows users to examine Congressional voting records and the partisan lean of their elected officials, removed a reference to Harris’s voting record when she served as a Senator for California, which stated she had the furthest left record in the upper legislative body.
In their 2019 ratings, GovTrack listed then-Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) as the most liberal member of the U.S. Senate. The rating was based on the amount of bipartisan legislation sponsored or cosponsored by each Senator. According to the website, however, it has now decided to remove its single-year ratings, claiming they are inadequate in capturing the partisan lean of lawmakers.
Despite the removal of Harris‘s 2019 rating as the most liberal U.S. Senator, the California Democrat’s tenure in the Senate still ranks as the sixth furthest on the ideological left among her party. Only Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Ed Markey (D-MA), and Jeff Merkley (D-OR) have records further to the left among Democrats. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) rates as the most left-wing partisan among all Senators regardless of party affiliation.
The National Pulse previously reported that Axios attempted to blame former President Donald J. Trump‘s campaign for the perception that Harris was named as ‘border czar’ by Joe Biden.
However, in an Axios article published in 2021, the corporate news outlet itself referred to Harris as the Biden government’s “border czar.” The ongoing border crisis is seen as a critical weakness for Harris.
It’s not just Axios. Now GovTrack went back and erased Kamala’s ranking as the most liberal United States Senator.

Kamala Harris’s supposed mass appeal to youthvoters may be more of a mirage than reality. According to CNN data guru Harry Enten, the presumptive Democratic Party nominee is in a worse position among young voters than Joe Biden was during the last presidential election. Enten notes that in 2020, Biden won voters under the age of 35 by a whopping 21-point margin. Meanwhile, Harris only leads Trump in recent 2024 election polling by nine points.
“If this is unique support among young voters, I’d like to know what non-unique support is. Is it even worse than this?” Enten said. He noted that Harris is only doing slightly better than Biden had been prior to his decision to drop out of the race.
Corporate media talking heads have pushed the narrative that Harris, who turns 60 in October, is uniquely positioned to capture the youthvote in November. However, the only data point they seem to cite is the endorsement of Harris by British singer Charli XCX, who described Harris as “brat” in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
The term “brat” refers to a woman who is messy, parties, and bucks social norms such as being “straight-laced.” Social media users jumped on Charli XCX’s support for Harris, dubbing the coming months “Brat Summer.”
The Harris campaign has embraced the connection, using the chartreuse green coloring theme associated with “brat” on their rapid response account on X.
Addressing turnout motivation among young voters, the data presented by Enten shows only a marginal improvement from Biden to Harris. Overall, just 39 percent of Democrats said they were more likely to vote after Biden left the race. Meanwhile, 55 percent said they were not. Among youth votes between 18 and 29, those margins only modestly improve.
