Is There Really A Democrat Plot to Replace Joe Biden?

The upcoming June 27th presidential debate—hosted by CNN—could be a make-or-break moment for the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden. Reporting by the Daily Mail reveals that should Biden falter during the square-off with former President Donald J. Trump, Democratic Party leaders could move to push him off the 2024 ticket.

David Axelrod, a Democratic strategist, indicated that the debate is meant to demonstrate Biden‘s readiness to remain in the race. Former Clinton advisor Mark Penn noted that this debate might be Biden’s final opportunity to reassure voters of his capability. If Biden falters in this debate or if his polling numbers continue to plummet, it could prompt key Democratic figures—potentially Obama, Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer—to persuade him to step aside. Some party insiders suggest a unified front would be necessary to navigate such a significant change.

LOST AND DISORIENTED.

Questions regarding Biden’s potential withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race have intensified following several recent public incidents where the 81-year-old appeared disoriented. At a Saturday fundraiser in Los Angeles, former President Barack Obama was seen assisting the Democrat incumbent off the stage, further stoking speculation about the President’s health and fitness to serve another term. This followed an episode at the White House on Monday, where Biden appeared motionless for nearly a minute during a Juneteenth celebration, prompting onlookers’ concern, including Philonise Floyd, who appeared to intervene and check on the octogenarian Democrat.

Pollster Nate Silver has publicly fretted over Biden‘s struggling campaign and advanced age. In a recent social media post, Silver underscored Biden’s declining approval ratings—which have dipped to 37.4 percent in recent days. Silver emphasized that for many voters, Biden’s age has become a significant issue, stating that it’s “an extremely understandable concern” given that Biden would be 86 by the end of a potential second term. Prominent voices within the Democratic Party, like James Carville, have openly stated that Biden should not run for re-election.

NO GUARANTEE.

Nonetheless, the process of replacing a sitting candidate remains fraught with risk and complexity. Political commentators like Joe Klein have proposed that a dynamic new candidate could potentially galvanize the party with a powerful convention speech. However, Biden’s persistent candidacy and his reluctance to step down could complicate these efforts.

The Biden campaign has decided to conduct an online nomination with a “virtual roll call” ahead of the Democratic National Convention in August to maintain control over the process. If Biden were to step aside, the consensus among Democratic strategists is that his replacement would not automatically be Vice President Kamala Harris due to various political considerations.

It’s Fun to WATCH This CNN Reporter Freak Out About Biden’s Numbers.

CNN data analyst and reporter Harry Enten was left stunned during a recent segment on the network by polling numbers suggesting a historic decline in black support for Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential election. Meanwhile, Enten also noted that former President Donald J. Trump appears to have made significant gains among the voter demographic—with the data suggesting he could capture upwards of 20 percent of the black vote.

In 2020, Biden had the support of 86 percent of African American voters. This figure has now decreased to 70 percent, indicating a 16-point drop. Conversely, Trump’s support in this demographic has increased from single digits in 2020 to 21 percent currently. This shift in voter support is unprecedented for a Republican candidate, with the CNN reporter describing it as a historic performance not seen in six decades.

The changes are even more pronounced among black voters under the age of 50. Biden’s lead, which was 80 points in 2020, has now reduced to just 37 points. The decrease in support within this age group is more than half. Enten’s findings also indicate that Biden is losing support among young people in general, not just black voters.

The Biden campaign is scrambling to address lagging voter enthusiasm and collapsing support, including hiring a ‘Meme Manager,’ aiming to connect with younger voters on social media. However, these efforts come amid criticisms and concerns about Biden’s age and health, with videos circulating online showing the president appearing disoriented.

Trump’s Plan To Eliminate Taxes on Tips Could Save Workers $250 BILLION.

Former President Donald J. Trump‘s proposal to end the taxation of tip wages could see workers in the service industry save billions of dollars every year. Analysis by the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget suggests that no longer subjecting tips to federal income taxes would result in a $250 billion tax cut over a 10-year budget window.

Under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) statute, all tip income workers earn is subject to federal income taxes. Ending the taxation of tips would require Congressional action to amend the federal tax code and direct the IRS to stop collections on that source of income. However, it appears former President Trump‘s idea has gained traction among Republican lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

“This thing has really just organically caught fire,” Representative Tim Burchett (R-TN) said on Monday, noting the plan is “smart politics.” Burchett isn’t alone. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) called the plan “terrific.”

“For someone that’s working as a waiter or waitress or someone that’s working as a taxicab driver or someone who’s working as a bellhop at a hotel, there are a lot of people who are starting to climb the economic ladder who rely on tips,” Cruz said, noting: “The caricature of Republicans is that Republicans were the party of the rich and Democrats are the party of the poor and the working class.”

Trump’s tax proposal comes amid a concerted effort by the presumptive Republican presidential nominee to continue his outreach to working-class voters. In the 2016 and 2020 elections, Trump made significant gains among white and Hispanic working-class voters who had typically voted Democrat in the past.

DATA: 2/3rds of Hispanics Wants Illegals Deported.

A CBS News/YouGov poll conducted earlier this month reveals significant support among the American electorate for a national mass deportation program. According to the survey, 62 percent of registered voters back the deportation of all illegal immigrants currently living illegally in the United States, while just 38 percent oppose their removal.

The survey results show even more surprising trends within certain demographic groups traditionally associated with Democratic leanings. Notably, 58 percent of women and individuals holding at least a four-year college degree supported such a deportation policy. Additionally, 53 percent of Hispanic voters indicated their approval of the measure. This figure is slightly less than the 67 percent—over two-thirds—of white respondents.

Only among black respondents did support fall below 50 percent. Just 47 percent of black respondents said they support mass deportation.

The growing popularity of mass deportation among voters coincides with a trend that shows former President Donald J. Trump gaining traction among Hispanic voters. CNN data and election analyst Harry Enten noted that Trump commands considerable trust in issues of border security and immigration within this demographic. Enten highlighted that 49 percent of Hispanic voters trust Trump more on these issues compared to 24 percent who trust Joe Biden, marking a significant shift from the 2020 election when Biden won this group overwhelmingly.

These findings align with broader voter concerns about the situation at the southern border, which has become a pivotal issue in the upcoming election. The National Pulse reported that during Trump‘s recent rally in the Bronx, New York, minority voters turned out in mass to see the former President while chanting: “Build the Wall.”

Hundreds of Officials Are Sounding Alarms Over Election Integrity.

Over 300 election officials across five swing states have raised the alarm regarding ballot irregularities and election integrity in their jurisdictions. Officials in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin have all cited instances raising concerns about voter registration practices, ballot counting, and chain of custody.

The far-left, Democrat-aligned non-profit Public Wise has accused 334 state and local officials of being election deniers and working to ‘undermine democracy.’ However, an examination of the actual claims being made by the state and local election officials reveals legitimate concerns about the security and integrity of the U.S. elections. In at least two of the jurisdictions listed by Public Wise, officials have correctly called into question well-documented election irregularities and potential illegalities.

FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA.

One of the officials listed by Public Wise is Georgia’s Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones (R), who opposed the certification of the  2024 presidential election results in Fulton County, Georgia. The National Pulse reported in May that an investigation by Georgia election officials found that Fulton County had implemented improper procedures during its 2020 presidential election recount.

The inquiry was prompted by a complaint lodged on July 8, 2022, alleging the inappropriate count of 17,852 ballots. Consequently, the investigation revealed not only duplicate ballot images—implying probable multiple scanning of some ballots—but also that thousands of ballot images are missing. In late May, Julie Adams, a Republican member of the Fulton County, Georgia, Board of Elections, filed a lawsuit against the county’s election director, Nadine Williams, alleging she barred state officials from accessing critical election information during this year’s primary elections.

MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA.

In Arizona, another state that Public Wise claims is being nefariously influenced by conservative election officials, Maricopa County faces an ongoing lawsuit for continuing to violate state election law. The plaintiffs allege county officials failed to maintain the mandatory chain of custody for ballots, resulting in a discrepancy of over 25,000 votes. Razor-thin margins decided several 2022 state-wide races. The gubernatorial contest saw just 17,117 votes separate now-Governor Katie Hobbs (D) from Kari Lake (R).

NONCITIZENS IN NORTH CAROLINA.

Meanwhile, in North Carolina, the issue of noncitizen voters has even drawn federal attention, with Department of Justice (DOJ) attorneys undertaking an extensive investigation into the occurrence, resulting in multiple prosecutions. The National Pulse reported federal prosecutors have brought charges against 37 noncitizens who voted in North Carolina’s 2016 election. By a three-to-one ratio, these individuals supported Democrats over Republican candidates.

The noncitizens cast 99 ballots in multiple elections dating back as far as 1996. Most of the noncitizen voters only participated in federal elections, with only a handful of ballots cast in local races.

DATA: Near Half of Independents Say Biden Uses DOJ To Target Political Enemies.

New polling data suggests a significant portion of the electorate believes the Biden government “…has actively used the Justice Department to investigate political enemies with little or no evidence of actual wrongdoing.” The data is troubling for Joe Biden as it shows a sizeable portion of independent voters—41 percent—agree that the Biden government has purposefully targeted its political enemies. Additionally, even one in ten Democrats agree.

The Ipsos poll comes on the heels of former President Donald J. Trump‘s conviction by a New York City jury in the hush money case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. While Democrats expected the conviction to weaken Trump—the 2024 presumptive Republican presidential nominee—polling data, for the most part, has shown that not to be the case.

A large number of independent voters in the Ipsos poll also signaled they believe major figures in the Democratic Party played a part in pushing Bragg to prosecute Trump. Nearly 40 percent of independent respondents said they believe New York Attorney General Letitia James was involved in pushing Bragg to prosecute.

Meanwhile, over one in three independents said they think Democratic Party national leaders were involved in pursuing the prosecution. Additionally, over one in three independents say the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) was directly involved in Bragg’s prosecution of Trump—while just 27 percent said it was not. Nearly 50 percent of independents said they believed Bragg‘s prosecution was intended to give the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden an advantage over Trump in the 2024 presidential election.

J.D. Vance Trounces Opposition in Turning Point VP Poll.

Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) has emerged as a leading candidate for former President Donald J. Trump‘s vice-presidential pick following a poll of attendees at Turning Point Action’s People’s Convention held this weekend. The poll, which surveyed 1,986 attendees in Detroit, found that 43 percent preferred Vance over his competitors.

The three-day event, organized by Turning Point Action, saw Governor Doug Burgum (R-ND), Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) also in contention. However, Scott was a distant second with 15.4 percent, followed by Rubio at 7.7 percent and Burgum at 7 percent. The poll was conducted by Big Data Poll on behalf of Turning Point Action, a grassroots movement founded by Charlie Kirk.

Despite Vance‘s lead in the poll, insiders suggest Trump has yet to make a final decision and could still consider Scott, Rubio, or Burgum. Trump, who spent Saturday in Michigan addressing attendees, is known for keeping his options open and often surprises with his choices.

Attendees at the convention also expressed strong opinions regarding House and Senate Republican leaders, as well as U.S. foreign policy. A significant portion disapproved of Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA)’s performance as leader of the House of Representatives—with over 50 percent saying they disapproved of his leadership. Meanwhile, a stunning 80 percent of respondents said they disapproved of Sen. Mitch McConnell‘s tenure as Minority Leader in the U.S. Senate. Additionally, there was overwhelming opposition—93.7 percent—against sending further aid to Ukraine.

The National Pulse polled its readers in May regarding their preference for Trump‘s vice-presidential pick. That poll found a plurality of support for Sen. Vance, with 32 percent of the vote. Meanwhile, Vivek Ramaswamy and Ben Carson came second, tied at 14 percent.

DATA: Trump Leads Biden by 10 Points With Critical Arizona Demographic.

A new survey by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) indicates former President Donald J. Trump holds significant leads over 81-year-old incumbent Joe Biden among likely voters in Arizona, particularly those aged 50 and older. In a five-way race involving third-party candidates, 45 percent of likely voters supported Trump, while just 37 percent backed Biden.

Among voters aged 50 and above, 49 percent favored Trump compared to 39 percent who supported Biden. In a direct head-to-head matchup, Trump maintains his advantage with 50 percent of likely adult voters backing him versus Biden’s 44 percent. In the same head-to-head contest, voters over 50 again preferred Trump, with 52 percent support, to Biden’s 43 percent.

The AARP poll further reveals that 58 percent of voters over age 50 disapprove of Biden‘s job performance, with only 41 percent expressing approval. In contrast, 55 percent of voters over 50 view Trump‘s job performance as president favorably, with 44 percent saying they disapproved.

Immigration and border security remains the foremost concern for 41 percent of voters aged 50 and above heading into the upcoming election. This issue surpasses concerns about inflation and rising prices, which stand at 28 percent, and threats to democracy, which stand at 27 percent.

In the 2020 presidential election, Biden narrowly won Arizona, defeating former President Trump by just over 20,000 votes. However, evidence of voting irregularities and potential fraud has led some to question the veracity of the election results. The National Pulse reported in April that a run-away grand jury handed down a bevy of indictments against allies of former President Trump who disputed the integrity of the state’s presidential election vote.

Trump Proposes TOTALLY Scrapping Income Tax. Here’s How It Would Work…

Former President Donald J. Trump—the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee—suggested during a private meeting with Republican lawmakers on Capitol Hill on Thursday that he’d consider replacing the federal income tax with an “all-tariff policy.” Trump first hinted at the policy idea during a campaign rally in Las Vegas on Sunday.

While specific details regarding the tariff plan were not immediately available, it appears the former President suggested tariffs could be used over time to phase out the income tax—and not immediately replace the federal government’s revenue base altogether. During Trump‘s first term in office, tariffs were used to impact both U.S. domestic and foreign policy—encouraging the reshoring of American jobs while punishing currency manipulators like China.

Trump also emphasized to his fellow Republicans at the Thursday meeting in Washington, D.C., that tariffs can and should be used to enhance U.S. negotiating power against foreign “bad actors.” These countries either purposefully devalue their currency or provide excessive state subsidies to domestic companies to tilt international trade in their favor.

The former President’s remarks signal that he will likely continue his popular protectionist policies in a second term in office. Even Democrats have acknowledged the success of Trump‘s trade agenda, with the 81-year-old incumbent Joe Biden having implemented similar tariff policies—at least on paper. However, extensive exemptions issued by the Biden Treasury Department have rendered many of the trade restrictions effectively unenforceable.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said his meeting with Republican lawmakers had been very positive.

NeoCon NeverTrumpers Demand Fed Play Politics to Keep Trump Out.

Neoconservative NeverTrumper Bill Kristol is begging the U.S. Federal Reserve to cut interest rates ahead of the 2024 presidential election in the hopes it will juice the economy and boost the chances that the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden will win re-election. “Dear Fed, How about one rate cut for the economy, and one more for democracy?” Kristol wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday as the central bank announced its decision on interest rate levels.

Unfortunately for Kristol, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell threw cold water on the likelihood of the central bank slashing rates before the November presidential election. “Today, the [Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC)] decided to leave our policy interest rate unchanged and to continue to reduce our securities holdings,” Powell said  Wednesday afternoon.

The committee’s dot survey of members, released along with the FOMC’s rate decision, suggests that the central bank anticipates a single rate cut for the remainder of 2024 at most. Despite the economic realities, Kristol—along with many Democrats—is pushing the Fed to risk a dangerous resurgence of inflation in the hopes cheap capital will swing the election for Biden

Even more concerning is that Kristol‘s call for interest rate cuts is indicative of a growing trend among opponents of former President Donald J. Trump with the weaponization of government institutions for partisan political purposes. The National Pulse reported in April that Joe Biden promised the Federal Reserve would cut interest rates at least once before the end of December. Biden’s announcement was unprecedented as the White House is expected to respect and not interfere with the U.S. central bank’s independence.

Polling data has continually shown Biden struggling with critical voter demographics regarding his handling of the U.S. economy.
