Soros And Dem ‘Dark Money’ Groups Are Advising Election Officials and Bankrolling Poll Workers.

Democrat-aligned ‘dark money‘ groups are increasing their efforts to interfere in the 2024 presidential election as former President Donald J. Trump pulls further ahead of Joe Biden. Some of these ‘dark money’ organizations have received millions from left-wing billionaire and globalist George Soros.

The group Power the Polls has unveiled a new advisory council dedicated to training and fielding an army of pro-Democrat poll watchers ahead of the November presidential election. Power the Polls, founded in 2020, received its seed money from the Open Society Foundations — the primary vehicle for George Soros to distribute his vast wealth into U.S. political operations.

Power the Polls’ advisory council lacks bipartisan representation and is spearheaded by two prominent anti-Trump activists, actress Kerry Washington and former Congressman Adam Kinzinger. The group has even secured a partnership with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R).

More concerningly, Power the Polls is tied to Work Elections, a project of the Fair Election Network. Convoluted layers of financial and political ties are often used by Democrat-aligneddark money‘ groups to hide their controlling organizations and funders. In this case, the Fair Election Network is a subsidiary of the New Venture Fund, a non-profit foundation controlled by Arabella Advisors.

The National Pulse has reported extensively on Arabella Advisors, a for-profit consulting firm with deep ties to national progressive Democrat leaders. Since the Citizens United Supreme Court decision, Arabella has built a vast network of non-profits and non-government organizations (NGOs) that act as clearing houses for vast sums of donor money for a myriad of left-wing causes. Arabella has funneled at least $10 million to pro-Hamas protestors and is currently involved in an effort to take over state and local media networks to push pro-Democrat propaganda.

ZUCKERBUCKS

Lefty Media Continues To Run Cover for Zuckerberg’s Election Interference.

The Democrat-aligned corporate media is continuing to push a revisionist history when discussing Mark Zuckerberg’s election interference operation. Zuckerberg has come under fire on numerous occasions for blatantly meddling in American democracy through his contributions to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL). However, the corporate media has continually claimed Republicans “weaponized Mark Zuckerberg’s donations,” among other things.

On April 2, 2024, Wisconsin voters moved to ban the private funding of elections — effectively ending Zuckerberg’s ability to influence state ballot regulations through groups like CTCL. This sparked a bevy of “Republicans pounce” style narratives from various media outlets. In reality, the Democrat-aligned media was fretting about CTCL’s loss of control of election policy, especially in Democrat jurisdictions where ballot fraud and other election abnormalities have become a concern.

A USA Today story, published shortly after Wisconsin voters passed election changes, suggested that the electorate was the victim of “misinformation” regarding the Facebook CEO’s contributions to CTCL. The newspaper claimed that Zuckerberg had given more to pro-Trump election jurisdictions than those that went for Biden. However, USA Today omitted essential details from FEC data, which shows that 90 percent of CTCL funds went to Democrat-controlled election jurisdictions. The Trump jurisdictions received just a fraction of the funding.

Despite numerous state bans, CTCL continues to operate clandestinely in many U.S. states. Through a series of publicly available webinars, CTCL has continued to provide training on topics like working with leftist fact-checkers, lobbying elected officials, and building relationships with selected journalists. The National Pulse reported in April that Zuckerberg’s Facebook is alleged to have already interfered in U.S. elections at least 39 times since 2008.

DATA: Half of America’s Small Businesses Say They Won’t Survive A 2nd Biden Term.

Small businesses across the United States are expressing growing concern that they won’t be able to stay alive financially if Joe Biden wins a second term in the White House. The new Freedom Economic Index survey shows 48.6 percent of small business respondents fear they will not be able to stay afloat under another four years of Biden government policies and tax increases.

Nearly a quarter of respondents said they definitely won’t be able to keep their doors open should Biden win re-election. Meanwhile, 26.2 percent said their business’s financial viability would be unlikely. Stagflation, energy costs, and the continued rise in consumer prices were all major concerns the small business owners said impacted their long-term outlook.

Most major economic indicators continue to show inflation on the rise. Despite a slight month-to-month dip in April, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased at a rate of 3.4 percent annualized. April’s Producer Price Index (PPI) — an essential measure in the eyes of the Federal Reserve — was even more concerning than the CPI data. The PPI numbers showed a re-acceleration in prices, with inflation stubbornly remaining above the Federal Reserve’s 2 percent target.

When inquired about potential measures to be taken in anticipation of a second Biden term, responses said they leaned towards shutting their business or initiating a sellout to larger competitors. Continued consolidation in American industries has become a serious concern among consumers and regulators. The lack of competition in the airline industry may have played a role in the decline of quality control, resulting in the recent concerns over the safety of Boeing airplanes.

ILLEGITIMATE: Majority Say Biden HAS LOST Consent of the Governed.

Nearly 60 percent of American voters say the Biden government lacks the consent of the governed, a key provision in the Declaration of Independence. A new poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports indicates that 57 percent of respondents believe the federal government lacks legitimacy in governing Americans.

The belief that the federal government lacks the consent of the governed was held by a majority of both men and women, with 60 and 53 percent saying they agreed with the sentiment, respectively. Skepticism of the federal government’s authority was strongest among middle-aged and older voters, with 61 percent of those over 40 saying the government lacks consent. Additionally, 63 percent of Hispanics and 58 percent of White voters say the federal government lacks the consent of the governed.

Meanwhile, a plurality of respondents said they agreed with the statement, “The republic the Founders created has already fallen.” According to Rasmussen, 47 percent of voters agreed with the sentiment. Surprisingly, this number was driven primarily by female respondents, with 53 percent of women saying the republic has already fallen, while just 43 percent of men said the same.

Even more surprising is that only 46 percent of White voters said the republic has already fallen, whereas 48 percent of Black voters said the same. Again, Hispanics expressed the most skepticism towards the state of the Biden government, with 50 percent saying they believe the republic has fallen.

The disillusionment with the Biden government among minority voters has become a serious issue for the 81-year-old Democrat‘s re-election campaign. Biden’s inability to bring inflation and prices under control has compounded anger among Black and Hispanic voters who were already turning against Democrats over their refusal to address the ongoing illegal immigration crisis at the southern border.

RFK Jr. Qualifies for Texas Ballot.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has successfully qualified to be included on the ballot in Texas, adding to his campaign’s expanding list of states. Kennedy’s campaign announced this achievement Monday, citing a collection of almost 250,000 signatures in the course of two months. Texas has one of the nation’s most stringent ballot access requirements, making this a notable win for Kennedy’s team.

Kennedy has secured a place on the ballot in several other states, including Utah, Michigan, California, Delaware, and Oklahoma. Furthermore, his campaign insists it has amassed sufficient signatures for inclusion in New Hampshire, Nevada, Hawaii, North Carolina, Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, and Ohio.

In the broader context of the race, RealClearPolitics reports that Kennedy’s support averages at 10.8 percent in a five-way competition, including former President Donald Trump, Joe Biden, independent candidate Cornel West, and Jill Stein of the Green Party.

Despite some success with gaining ballot qualifications, the campaign of the independent candidate and Kennedy family scion has not been without controversy. Kennedy was forced to flip-flop recently after saying he was in favor of abortions up until the moment of birth. Earlier this month it was reported that his campaign may be intentionally deceiving voters in order to gain ballot access.

RFK’s Campaign Appears to Be Deceiving Voters To Gain Ballot Access.

Petition workers for the Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. independent presidential campaign appear to be misleading voters in New York City regarding the nature of their signature-gathering efforts. Several New York City residents say they’ve been approached by petitioners who claim to be gathering signatures for getting “independent candidates,” “progressive candidates,” or even “Joe Biden” on the state’s ballot. In actuality, these individuals are working on behalf of Kennedy and not any other candidates.

In one instance, traffic court judge Amy Bernstein was approached by a signature gatherer who had hidden Kennedy‘s name by folding it under the top of the clipboard. He told the judge he was gathering signatures for “independent candidates” to have ballot access. According to Bernstein, the only names visible on the petition were Kennedy‘s slate of electors — whose names would not be recognizable by most individuals.

New York State requires candidates to gather 45,000 signatures for presidential ballot access; the Kennedy campaign says they want to hit at least 100,000 signatures. Submitting signed petitions far above the legal requirement isn’t unusual. However, a large number of signatures are often invalidated, primarily because they are illegible.

Some Kennedy petition gatherers who’ve engaged in deceptive tactics admit they’re being paid by the campaign — or at least a campaign vendor. This suggests a supervisor is instructing them to hide Kennedy‘s name on the petitions, ostensibly to maximize the likelihood that a New York City resident would sign the form.

However, the Kennedy campaign denies having instructed the petitioners to engage in such deceptive tactics. Campaign manager Amaryllis Fox Kennedy — the candidate’s daughter-in-law and former CIA employee — told the New York Times that such deception is “utterly at odds with all of our intensive training and materials.”

State Says It’s Bound By Federal Law To Provide Voter Registration Info To Noncitizens.

According to the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, federal law requires them — as the state Medicaid administrator — to provide voter registration information to every new filer for assistance, including noncitizens. The agency says it is bound by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) to provide voter registration services — including registration forms.

“SCDHHS does not believe the state Medicaid agency should have a role in voter registration,” Jeff Leieritz, a spokesman for the state agency, said in a statement. He added: “However, absent the legal authority to make this change, SCDHHS remains required by federal law to provide voter registration application forms with each Medicaid application.”

In late April, a noncitizen living in South Carolina notified State Representative Adam Morgan that she had received voter registration information and forms when she applied for public assistance. The South Carolina lawmaker said the woman was unsure if she should fill them out and sought answers from a friend who informed her she could not vote as a noncitizen. When the woman tried to return the forms to the agency, they sent her more voter information.

In addition to the NVRA requirements, Executive Order 14019 — signed by Joe Biden in 2021 — requires federal agencies to prioritize voter registration and voter turnout strategies. The Biden government order has likely caused additional downward pressure on state agencies that manage federal programs to engage in the registration effort.

The South Carolina Election Commission has said they’re investigating the matter of noncitizens receiving voter registration information. “The SEC will not allow fraudulent voter registration to happen on our watch,” the commission’s executive director, Howie Knapp, said. In neighboring North Carolina, federal prosecutors have charged 37 noncitizens with voting in U.S. elections as far back as 1996.

This Town is Persecuting a Property Owner For Painting ‘TRUMP 2024’ on His Roof.

A commercial property owner in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, received a citation from the city government because of a large message painted on the roof of his building that reads “TRUMP 2024.” The government officials contend the message is a “mural” that requires a city-issued permit; however, the property owner and his tenants argue that the city’s mural ordinance doesn’t apply to building rooftops.

According to one of the business owners located on the commercial property, the city cited the building’s owner after a complaint was left taped to his door from the condo building next door. “They want us to remove it or file for a permit,” Michael Klein — who owns Kavasutra Kava Bar, a business located in the building, said. He added: “But it’s not a permittable sign because it’s on the roof.” Klein also revealed the small businesses and property owner have retained an attorney and that they intend to fight the city citation.

Lake Worth Beach has a plethora of city ordinances governing signage, pamphleteering, murals, and even simply taping a message to a door. The National Pulse reviewed these ordinances and can confirm that those pertaining to signs almost exclusively apply to messages attached to the sides of buildings. The city’s mural regulations are more vague. While there are specific references to painting the sides of structures, the language appears to be relatively ambiguous — suggesting the city may be able to regulate the “TRUMP 2024” roof message as a mural.

Loony Left Congressman Floats Conspiracy That Trump Militias ‘Are Training Up In The Hills.’

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) is claiming that “right-wing organizations” aligned with former President Donald J. Trump are preparing in secret to unleash violence on cities and towns across the country should he lose the 2024 presidential election. “I want to know about all of those right-wing organizations that [Trump]’s connected with how are training up in the hills somewhere,” Waters told MSNBC on Sunday. She continued, baselessly claiming these groups are “targeting what communities they’re going to attack.”

Waters, who has a long history of spreading conspiracy theories and unfounded claims about Republican organizations and leaders, told MSNBC she intends to pressure the Biden government as to their plan to handle the groups she imagines are hiding in the hills. “I’ll tell you what I’m going to do,” Waters exclaimed on the left-wing cable network before continuing: “I’m going to ask the Justice Department, and I’m going to ask the President to tell us what they’re going to do to protect this country against violence if [Trump] loses.”

Despite Waters‘s assertion that there is a vast right-wing conspiracy of armed groups hiding “up in the hills somewhere,” there is no actual evidence the claim is true. Even the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center concedes there are only about 200 active militia groups in the United States, down from their estimate of 858 groups in 1996. A 1999 Justice Department report acknowledged that most of the militia movement in the U.S. was not a proactive force and posed little to no public threat.

The National Pulse previously reported that former President Donald Trump does not think there will be any violence around the 2024 presidential election, despite Waters’s baseless insistence otherwise. “I don’t think you’ll have political violence,” he said. During a January town hall event, Trump said that political violence was never acceptable.

RNC, Trump Suing Nevada To Stop Ballot Counting AFTER Election.

Donald J. Trump‘s presidential campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) are suing the Nevada Secretary of State to prevent counting mail-in ballots received after election day. Nevada election law allows ballots received up to four days after an election to be counted.

“Nevada’s ballot receipt deadline clearly violates federal law and undermines election integrity in the state,” RNC co-chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement. He added: “[T]he RNC and our partners are suing to secure an honest election, support Nevada voters, and oppose unlawful schemes.”

“Congress has established a uniform, national day to elect members of Congress and to appoint presidential electors,” attorneys for the RNC and Trump campaign contend in their lawsuit filed with the U.S. District Court of Nevada. “Nevada effectively extends Nevada’s federal election past the Election Day established by Congress,” the lawsuit argues.

“Nevada runs some of the most secure, transparent, and accessible elections in the country,” Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar (D) said, defending the state’s mail-in voting policy. “The key for that accessibility is allowing working Nevadans to vote using the method that works best for them, including voting by mail,” Aguilar continued before adding: “Our office will not comment on ongoing litigation, but I hope the RNC is putting as much time and energy into educating voters on how to participate in elections as they put into suing the state of Nevada.”

The Nevada mail-in ballot law challenge is one of 83 election integrity lawsuits the RNC has filed in 25 states ahead of November’s presidential election. Fewer than 34,000 votes separated former President Trump from Joe Biden in Nevada’s 2020 presidential election.
