Upon arrival, officers found that at least three rounds had struck the building, hitting a window. No injuries were reported in the incident.

The Sacramento Police Department classified the incident as a drive-by shooting, stating that a vehicle drove by the building, fired shots, and then fled the scene. Hernandez-Santana was arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building, and negligent discharge of a firearm, but still released on $200,000 bail. However, he was later taken into custody by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on suspicion of willfully or maliciously interfering with a radio communications station.

Notably, an examination of Hernandez-Santana’s social media found an extensive history of far-left political views, suggesting the shooting could have been inspired by the Democratic Party’s violent political rhetoric, or possibly ABC‘s suspension of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel over false statements regarding the assassination of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk.

In one post, Hernandez-Santana stated he would support the death penalty for Kirk’s assassin, 22-year-old leftist Tyler Robinson, only if President Donald J. Trump faced the death penalty for “insurrection.” Hernandez-Santana appeared to celebrate Kirk’s assassination in another post, writing sarcastically: “I think the word empathy, that made up New Age term, did a lot of damage to CK’s carotid artery.”

The suspected gunman also wished death upon President Trump just four days ago, writing in a post on X (formerly Twitter): “Where is a good heart attack when we need it the most?? Please Join in my thoughts and prayers for the physical demise of our fearful leader.”

In a tense exchange, Moran insisted that an image showing the tattoos in question had actually been photoshopped, and photographs of Abrego Garcia in El Salvador did not show “M-S-1-3” tattooed across his knuckles.

An image posted to social media by President Trump had the text added above existing tattoos on the El Salvadoran national’s knuckles to denote what the inked symbols stood for. Abrego Garcia has a marijuana leaf, a smiley face with “x” over the eyes, a cross, and a skull tattooed across his knuckles, which the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and law enforcement officials contend are code representing M-S-1-3, the gang’s name.

I picked you because—frankly, I never heard of you, but that’s OK,” Trump said, responding to Moran’s assertion that the image of the tattoos had been doctored. The America First leader insisted, “He had MS-13 tattooed,” before Moran cut him off, asking that they move on to another subject.

“Terry. Do you want me to show the picture?” President Trump fired back, with Moran responding: “I saw the picture. We’ll—we’ll—we’ll agree to disagree.” After Trump continued to push back, the ABC News correspondent finally relented, conceding, “Fair enough, he did have tattoos that can be interpreted that way. I’m not an expert on them.”

Unsatisfied, President Trump continued to push Moran to acknowledge that the symbols tattooed on Abrego Garcia’s hand stood for MS-13. “Why don’t you just say, ‘Yes, he does,’ and, you know, go on to something else,” he told Moran, with the ABC News journalist responding: “It’s contested.”

‘The View’ Goes Off the Deep End, Likens Jan 6 to the Holocaust.

The View‘s Sunny Hostin, known for outlandish and often absurd political statements, is now likening the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots to the Holocaust. Speaking on the ABC mid-day talk show, Hostin lamented that most Americans appear to have moved on from the unrest that occurred four years ago in Washington, D.C.

“I think we need to find moral clarity, you know, in this country,” Hostin said as co-host Whoopi Goldberg looked on. “I just remember after January 6, you had someone like Mitch McConnell placing the blame on January 6 where it belongs—squarely on Donald Trump’s shoulders. And then you started seeing people backtrack that and losing their moral center. You had Condoleezza Rice, I believe—on this very show—saying, ‘You know we need to move on from January 6.'”

“I say no. You don’t move on. Because January 6 was an atrocity. It was one of the worst moments in American history. And when you think about the worst moments in American history, you know, like World War Two—things that happened—like the Holocaust, chattel slavery, we need to never forget. Because past becomes prologue if you forget any race.”

While the far-left host of The View insists the Capitol riots stand in moral equivalence to some of the darkest moments in modern history, the scale does not appear to be comparable. Four total individuals died during the riots—all were protestors, including Ashli Babbitt, who was shot and killed at point-blank range by Capitol Police Officer Lt. Michael Byrd while trying to climb through a window near the House Chamber, unarmed.

Meanwhile, the Holocaust saw Nazi Germany exterminate over six million Jews on an industrial scale, and the American practice of chattel slavery saw just over 10 million mostly African-heritage individuals held in bondage in the United States.

CNN Calls ABC’s $15M ‘Bending of the Knee’ to Trump ‘Embarrassing,’ Fear More Lawsuits Over Fake News.

The corporate media is running scared over concerns that ABC’s decision to settle a legal dispute with President-elect Donald J. Trump for $15 million means their false reporting could be subject to litigation as well. CNN‘s Jim Acosta and Brian Stelter blasted the settlement stemming from comments made by Clinton-operative-turned-journalist George Stephanopoulos, who repeatedly claimed during a March 10, 2024, broadcast that Trump was “found liable for rape.” However, a Manhattan jury found Trump was not liable for rape, but only for battery.

Acosta kicked off the segment lamenting about “this bending the knee going on,” asking Stelter: “Brian, this, I mean, this is pretty unusual and disturbing. What do you make of all this and this ugly legal fight that is trying to be avoided by ABC and Disney?”

“Right. Trump has a long history of filing lawsuits, including against news outlets. Most of the time, those cases get thrown out. Judges see right through those frivolous cases and throw them out,” Stelter replied, noting the prospect of legal discovery may have a motivating factor “because there might have been embarrassing emails or text messages on ABC servers that were going to become public.”

He continued: “So this might have been a case where ABC is avoiding public embarrassment by paying $15 million. But look, there’s a lot of people that say that payment is embarrassing as well. So this is not the end of the story.”

FEAR OF LITIGATION.

“Media lawyers are worried about this, they’re preparing for it,” Stelter told Acosta, adding: ” They are preparing their newsrooms for it with the expectation of more lawsuits, more leak investigations, more subpoenas in the months and years to come. You know, there’s a great AP story about this this morning saying there’s a balancing act right now for the press between being fearful and just being prepared, doing our jobs, but being aware of the climate.”

According to the CNN commentator, a source at ABC simply told him: “We needed this problem to go away.”

Failing ABC Faces Crashing Ratings in Smelly, Freezing Building with No Wi-Fi.

ABC’s Good Morning America faces declining ratings and deteriorating conditions at its former headquarters as the network transitions to a new location in downtown Manhattan. The flagship morning show has been losing ground to NBC’s Today, sparking concern among Disney and ABC executives.

Sources describe the Upper West Side building, which has housed ABC since the 1980s, as “falling apart.” Over the weekend, the building’s antenna was ripped off, with no plans for replacement. Staffers still working on-site endure freezing temperatures and complain about the lack of Wi-Fi and the building’s poor maintenance. “The heat is off!” one insider quipped, while another reported, “It smells like crap.”

The deteriorating conditions come as the building awaits demolition. ABC sold the property in 2018 for nearly $1 billion but has remained a tenant while transitioning to its new Hudson Square facility. According to insiders, the building’s current owners have little incentive to maintain it, with plans afoot to replace the complex with high-rise developments.

Staff have dealt with infestations of mice and fleas, broken elevators, and escalators, forcing some to avoid certain areas. “The building is going to get condemned,” one employee said.

Meanwhile, GMA is struggling to retain its audience. Reports indicate a ratings slide that executive producer Simone Swink acknowledged during a recent staff meeting. Disney executive Debra O’Connell and ABC News President Almin Karamehmedovic have reportedly expressed frustration over the lagging performance. President-elect Donald J. Trump trashed the network as biased and dishonest even by the standards of the corporate media during the 2024 election campaign.

Network News Tips Scales for Kamala, Watchdog Says.

Major corporate media networks are attempting to interfere more heavily in the 2024 presidential election than in past races. According to data from the Media Research Center (MRC), broadcast news coverage of President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris‘s respect campaigns has been almost entirely favorable for the latter and negative for the former.

“Since July, ABC, CBS, and NBC have treated Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris to 78 percent positive coverage, while these same networks have pummeled former Republican President Donald Trump with 85 percent negative coverage,” MRC says regarding their findings. The group notes their analysis is based on “explicitly evaluative statements about each candidate from either reporters, anchors or non-partisan sources such as experts or voters.”

The media watchdog group adds: “The difference in coverage between the two candidates is far greater than in 2016 when both Trump and then-challenger Hillary Clinton received mostly negative coverage (91 percent negative for Trump, vs. 79 percent negative for Clinton). It’s even greater than in 2020, when Joe Biden was treated to 66 percent positive coverage, vs. 92 percent negative for Trump.”

MRC’s analysis shows that since July, news coverage—mainly from ABC, NBC, and CBS—has included 230 minutes of negative stories about Trump and various allegations made against the former Republican president. Conversely, the networks have provided only minimal coverage of any controversies regarding Harris.

In fact, MRC found that 31 percent of network news airtime has been focused on negative stories regarding personal controversies. Meanwhile, just five percent of airtime was dedicated to similar topics regarding Harris.

The two most covered issues regarding Trump were the January 6 Capitol riots and allegations leveled by Harris—and other top Democrats—accusing Trump of being a “fascist” and “a danger to democracy.”

WATCH: J.D. Vance Eviscerates Veteran Corporate News Anchor Over Migrant Invasion.

On Sunday, U.S. Senate candidate J.D. Vance criticized ABC journalist Martha Raddatz for downplaying reports of migrant gang crime in Aurora, Colorado. The exchange occurred during a broadcast of ABC’s This Week when Raddatz claimed Venezuelan takeovers in several apartment complexes were merely isolated incidents.

“The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes… and the mayor said, ‘our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns.’ A handful of problems,” Raddatz insisted.

“Only? Martha, do you hear yourself?” Vance asked. “Only a handful of apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, and Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris’s open border?”

“Americans are so fed up with what’s going on, and they have every right to be,” the Ohio Senator said.

“I really find this exchange, Martha, sort of interesting, because you seem to be more focused with nitpicking everything that Donald Trump has said rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the United States are being taken over by violent gangs,” he continued.

“[U]nfortunately, when you let people in by the millions, most of whom are unvetted, most of whom you don’t know who they really are, you’re going to have problems like this,” he added, noting the 94 executive orders the Biden-Harris government passed to undo Trump’s border security policies.

President Trump has promised an ‘Operation Aurora’ targeting the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang, which has gained a foothold in the U.S. under Biden and Harris, if he is elected in November.
