Anti-ICE Rioter Faces Eight Years in Prison for Spitting in Officer’s Face.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Portland man was charged with assaulting a federal officer after allegedly spitting in the officer’s face during an anti-ICE protest.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Devin Patrick Montgomery, 49, federal officers, and anti-ICE protesters.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland, Oregon, during the ongoing protests.

🎯IMPACT: Montgomery faces up to eight years in prison if convicted. Federal authorities have charged 26 protesters with various offenses since the demonstrations began.

IN FULL

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has charged Devin Patrick Montgomery, 49, of Portland, Oregon, with assaulting a federal officer during an anti-ICE protest outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland. Montgomery allegedly spat in a federal officer’s face after being detained for illegally operating a drone above the facility, according to the DOJ.

The Federal Protective Service (FPS), part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), observed Montgomery flying a drone in a restricted area above the ICE facility. Officers informed him of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) restrictions, but Montgomery refused to comply and continued operating the drone. When approached, he reportedly became belligerent, cursed at officers, and claimed he had the right to operate the drone. After his arrest, Montgomery allegedly spat in the face of one of the officers.

Video footage shared on social media showed Montgomery resisting orders and being verbally aggressive with officers. Several federal agents were needed to take him into custody. Protesters, many of whom are linked to Antifa networks, harassed the officers during the incident, according to the footage.

Since the anti-ICE occupation began on June 7, federal authorities have charged 26 protesters with crimes, including assault on a federal officer, arson, and possession of destructive devices. Some incidents involved serious violence, such as attempting to harm officers with knives and large rocks. Sixteen of the defendants face charges of assaulting federal officers. Additionally, 109 citations have been issued, which could prevent protesters from returning to the site.

Montgomery was released from custody pending further court proceedings. Amid ongoing violence at the ICE facility, President Donald J. Trump has threatened to deploy the National Guard to restore order. Local police are largely not responding in the area, citing low staffing levels and Portland’s sanctuary city policies.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nadya Sofia Malinowska, David Pearl, Trenten Edward Barker, and August Dean Gordon, alongside other Antifa-affiliated individuals.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The lit flare that Barker threw was used as a heat source to ignite the materials stacked against the vehicle gate,” according to a federal affidavit.

🎯IMPACT: The siege has led to over 20 arrests, with charges ranging from arson to assault on federal officers.

IN FULL

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against four additional individuals involved in an Antifa-led siege outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland, Oregon. The occupation has resulted in 17 federal charges so far.

Among those charged is Nadya Sofia Malinowska, 33, who faces three counts of failing to obey lawful orders. Malinowska, who self-identifies as transgender after changing identity in May 2023, allegedly refused to vacate federal property on three separate occasions in June. David Pearl, 35, was charged with failing to obey a lawful order and creating a disturbance after interfering with Malinowska’s arrest on June 29.

Trenten Edward Barker, 34, has been charged with felony arson and depredation against federal property. According to a federal affidavit, Barker was seen constructing a barricade and later igniting it with a flare near the ICE building, causing over $4,000 in damages. Barker was arrested after resisting initially but ultimately complied. “The lit flare that Barker threw was used as a heat source to ignite the materials stacked against the vehicle gate,” the federal affidavit reads.

August Dean Gordon, 31, has been accused of assaulting five federal officers during his arrest on June 29. Gordon allegedly physically attacked officers, including by kicking and grabbing them violently, leaving one officer injured. Gordon also faces charges of willful depredation of government property.

Violent incidents during the Portland siege included arson, assaults on federal officers, and attempts to blind federal officers with high-powered lasers. The ICE facility remains a focal point of Antifa‘s ongoing demonstrations.

WATCH: Hundreds Storm ICE Field Office, Attack Feds With Fireworks, Blinding Lasers.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Around 250 pro-illegal immigrant rioters stormed a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Portland, Oregon, targeting federal law enforcement with fireworks and lasers.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Protesters, federal agents, and ICE officials.

📍WHEN & WHERE: June 2025, at an ICE field office in Portland, Oregon.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We won’t sit idly by and watch these cowards.” – Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

🎯IMPACT: Increased scrutiny of agitators targeting federal immigration enforcement efforts, bolstered by National Guard and regular military forces deployed by President Donald J. Trump.

IN FULL

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported that 250 protesters stormed a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Portland, Oregon, launching fireworks and using lasers to blind federal agents. The incident drew significant attention due to the level of violence involved.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin described the event as a “violent targeting” of federal law enforcement. “Last night, Portland rioters violently targeted federal law enforcement—250 rioters launched fireworks, shined lasers in officers’ eyes to temporarily blind them, and stormed an ICE field office,” she stated. “We won’t sit idly by and watch these cowards,” she vowed.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, arrests were made during the chaos. Eduardo Diaz, 22, was detained for allegedly pointing a laser at officers while wearing a ballistic vest and gas mask. He was charged with Unlawful Directing of Light from a Laser Pointer. Another individual, Mariana M. Rivera-Loza, 19, was arrested for trespassing in a restricted area.

Federal agents responded to the attack using flashbang devices and pepperballs. McLaughlin emphasized the challenges faced by law enforcement, citing a 413 percent increase in assaults on officers. “ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” she warned.

This incident is just the latest act of violence by far-left extremists against federal agents—a particular problem in Portland, where Antifa members have been mainly shielded from prosecutions at the local level by leftist officials in recent years.

Antifa Arson Campaign Targets Amazon.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Specialist police are investigating after dozens of Amazon and Deutsche Telekom trucks were set ablaze in Berlin, Germany, with an ultra-left group claiming responsibility for the attacks.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Berlin fire brigade, state security services, and an anonymous group using the Antifa-linked left-extremist platform Indymedia.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The fires occurred early Tuesday morning in the Lichtenberg and Britz neighborhoods of Berlin.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Both companies profit immensely from global militarization and the escalating wars.” – Anonymous ‘Antimilitarist’ author

🎯IMPACT: The attacks are part of a broader, years-long campaign by radical leftists targeting infrastructure to undermine public confidence in Western systems.

IN FULL

Specialist police are investigating after an ultra-left group claimed responsibility for the burning of dozens of Amazon and Deutsche Telekom trucks in Berlin this week. The Berlin fire brigade deployed 100 firemen to tackle the blazes in the Lichtenberg and Britz neighborhoods early Tuesday morning, where large numbers of vehicles were destroyed.

The fires started simultaneously at the two locations, miles apart, and were already well-established when emergency services arrived. In total, 19 Amazon delivery vans and 17 Deutsche Telekom vans were destroyed. Five additional vehicles were damaged by flames at the Amazon compound, according to Tageschau. The attacks coincided with Amazon celebrating the opening of its new Berlin headquarters, the city’s tallest office tower.

A letter published on the Antifa-linked left-extremist platform Indymedia claimed responsibility for the incidents. The anonymous author alleged both Amazon and Deutsche Telekom are “legitimate targets” due to their connections with Israel and Germany‘s security services. The statement claimed, “Amazon’s servers and cloud services are used by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) to store the vast amounts of data obtained from mass surveillance of the Palestinian population.”

The letter also condemned Deutsche Telekom, asserting it supports “border authorities, police, and intelligence services” and criticized its collaboration with Elon Musk’s Starlink, which the group accused of aiding military operations in Ukraine and Israel. The group called for further attacks against infrastructure systems that allegedly sustain “fascism” and “imperialism.”

These attacks are part of an ongoing campaign by leftist extremists targeting critical infrastructure across Europe. Similar incidents have occurred in recent years, including sabotaging railway systems, power lines, and communication networks in Germany, France, and Italy.

Antifa Sharpshooter Charged Over Trump Assassination Threat.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A former Coast Guard officer and self-described Antifa member, Peter Stinson, was arrested for allegedly threatening to assassinate President Donald J. Trump.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Peter Stinson, President Trump, and investigators from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) counter-terrorism task force.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Stinson was arrested on Monday, June 16, 2025, in Virginia following an FBI investigation.

💬KEY QUOTE: Stinson “self-identified as a member of Antifa”, investigators said.

🎯IMPACT: If convicted, Stinson could face up to five years in prison, adding to a series of recent threats against the president and other officials.

IN FULL

Peter Stinson, a former Coast Guard officer and self-identified Antifa member, has been arrested for allegedly threatening to assassinate President Donald J. Trump. According to a 19-page Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) affidavit, Stinson made multiple threats online involving firearms, knives, and poisoning.

Stinson, who served in the Coast Guard for 33 years until 2021, was trained as a sharpshooter and worked as an instructor at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He is also listed as a coordinator for the MayDay Movement, a group advocating for the impeachment and removal of President Trump as the 47th president. Investigators noted that Stinson posted graphic threats on social media and referenced “8647,” a phrase shared online by former FBI Director James Comey, which was interpreted as a threat against Trump.

The affidavit also highlighted Stinson’s online comments following the July 2024 attempted assassination of Trump by Thomas Matthew Crooks. Stinson allegedly described the failed attempt as “a missed opportunity.” He also wrote that he lacked the “necessary skills” for such an act, but later contradicted himself, implying he did have the ability.

Convictions for threatening a president can carry up to five years in prison, though some sentences have been lighter. Stinson’s case is the latest in a string of incidents involving threats against President Trump, including the foiled assassination attempt by Crooks and another attempt by pro-Ukraine activist Ryan Routh.

Rioters Attack Seattle Police with Rocks, Fireworks During Pro-Illegal Immigrant Protest.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Pro-illegal immigrant riots in Seattle, Washington, escalated into violence, with fireworks, rocks, and bottles thrown at police. Fires were set, and barricades were erected.

👥 Who’s Involved: Antifa-aligned rioters, Seattle Police Department (SPD), federal agents, and local journalists.

📍 Where & When: Wednesday night, outside the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building in downtown Seattle, following a rally at Cal Anderson Park.

💬 Key Quote: Journalist Brandi Kruse reported, “Protesters lit off one of these massive fireworks right in the middle of the Seattle Police bike line. I would be shocked if officers didn’t get injured.”

⚠️ Impact: Eight arrests were made. Fires and vandalism disrupted downtown Seattle, requiring police and fire crews to respond under difficult conditions.

IN FULL:

Pro-illegal immigrant riots turned violent in another American city on Wednesday night, as agitators targeted police officers and federal property in downtown Seattle, Washington. The unrest, which began with a rally at Cal Anderson Park, culminated in fires, vandalism, and attacks on law enforcement near the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building.

The evening began at 7 PM with a gathering in Capitol Hill, where participants carried mass-printed signs, Mexican flags, and wore masks. Marching through Capitol Hill and First Hill, the group converged on the federal building, where tensions escalated after 9:30 PM.

By 9:45 PM, rioters, many dressed in black bloc attire, had set fires at makeshift barricades and hurled fireworks, rocks, and bottles at police. Seattle Police Department (SPD) declared the scene a “full-scale riot” and issued dispersal orders, deploying tear gas and bike lines to regain control.

“There’s a little something in the air,” journalist Brandi Kruse reported from the scene. “Protesters lit off one of these massive fireworks right in the middle of the Seattle Police bike line. I would be shocked if officers didn’t get injured.”

A dumpster fire at a nearby intersection required fire crews to respond under SPD protection, as rioters continued to throw projectiles. One man intervened to save an American flag from being burned by the crowd.

SPD confirmed eight arrests were made during the chaos. The riot followed similar unrest on Tuesday when demonstrators removed and burned American flags, barricaded driveways with scooters, and physically confronted federal agents and journalists. Two arrests were made during Tuesday’s incidents.

Authorities had warned earlier in the day that radicals might exploit the rally to commit violence or property damage. Businesses and residents in the area were advised to secure their property and remain vigilant.

The situation was brought under control by approximately 11:30 PM, with the crowd dispersed and fires extinguished. Another protest is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, with police again warning of potential disruptions and criminal activity.

SPD continues to urge the public to report real-time incidents of violence or vandalism by calling 911.

Antifa and Transgenders Target Elderly, Throws Feces at TPUSA Event Featuring Riley Gaines.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Antifa militants and transgender activists disrupted a Turning Point USA event at the University of Washington, targeting attendees and volunteers.

👥 Who’s Involved: The protest involved Antifa militants, transgender activists, women’s rights activists Riley Gaines and Olivia Krolczyk, and Turning Point USA (TPUSA).

📍 Where & When: The incident took place at the University of Washington in Seattle on Tuesday during a TPUSA event.

💬 Key Quote: “I bet your old a** blood is beautiful on the concrete,” a female militant told an elderly couple.

⚠️ Impact: No arrests were made. The event highlights tensions between free speech and transgenderism on college campuses.

IN FULL:

A Turning Point USA event at the University of Washington in Seattle on May 6 saw far-left Antifa militants and transgenders throw feces at attendees and threaten elderly people with violence. The event, featuring women’s rights activists Riley Gaines and Olivia Krolczyk, was targeted by the far-left extremists.

The protest began with around 100 demonstrators, primarily transgender activists, arriving an hour before the event. Antifa members, dressed in black bloc attire to conceal their identities, acted as “security” for the group. Demonstrators carried pro-trans signs and shouted phrases such as “God is trans” to challenge the presence of Gaines and TPUSA on campus.

The situation escalated when protesters left their designated area, moving closer to the event venue. At approximately 6:32 PM, a protester threw a bag of dog feces at a TPUSA volunteer, an act captured on video. Despite police presence, no arrests were made.

Later, Antifa militants targeted attendees exiting the venue. An elderly couple, escorted by police, was followed and verbally harassed by militants who wished death upon them. One militant told the couple, “I bet your old a** blood is beautiful on the concrete.” Half-hearted police efforts to intervene were unsuccessful, but the couple eventually reached their vehicle safely.

A woman with health issues, using a cane, was also targeted and mocked by the same militants as she made her way to the parking lot. The militants hurled insults and threats, accusing her of transphobia.

The protest was organized by the UW Progressive Student Union, which circulated a flyer featuring images of firearms and the phrase “Protect trans youth.”

The protests highlighted the willingness to use threats and violence by transgender extremists. Earlier this year, a Border Patrol official was murdered by a transgender duo who are allegedly part of a transgender terror group known as the Zizians.

Their leader, Jack “Ziz” LaSota, was arrested in February after skipping a trial last December and faking his death to avoid prosecution. The group is believed to be linked to at least four murders, including the killing of a former landlord whom one of the group had previously stabbed in the chest with a sword.

WATCH: Pro-Hamas Antifa Demonstrators Build Barricades, Set Fire to University Campus.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Pro-Hamas student protestors, along with Antifa, occupied a campus building at the University of Washington, setting fire to barricades and attacking police with projectiles. The demonstrators demanded that the university divest itself from Boeing over the company’s relationship with Israel.

👥 Who’s Involved: Students United for Palestinian Equality and Return UW (SUPER UW), Antifa, the University of Washington, Boeing, police.

📍 Where & When: Monday, May 5, 2025.

💬 Key Quote: “We’re hoping to remove the influence of Boeing and other manufacturing companies from our educational space, period, and we’re hoping to expose the repressive tactics of the university,” Super UW spokesman Eric Horford said.

⚠️ Impact: Police reports indicate upwards of 32 individuals were arrested and face criminal trespass in the first degree—a gross misdemeanor. None of those arrested have been charged with a felony.

IN FULL:

Pro-Hamas demonstrators, believed to be affiliated with Antifa, took over and occupied a brand new engineering building on the University of Washington campus, building barricades, setting fires, and throwing projectiles at police. The violent display came as far-left groups gathered to protest against Boeing‘s funding of the university and its business arrangements with Israel.

Over two dozen pro-Hamas and Antifa demonstrators were ultimately arrested, with some reports putting the number of arrests as high as 32. The violent campus action was organized by Students United for Palestinian Equality and Return UW (SUPER UW).

“We’re hoping to remove the influence of Boeing and other manufacturing companies from our educational space, period, and we’re hoping to expose the repressive tactics of the university,” Super UW spokesman Eric Horford said in an interview with local media. He added: “We are here to negotiate with the university, and we are hoping they’ll hear us and speak with us.”

Notably, the faction of SUPER UW students appears to have been primarily responsible for the occupation of the engineering building. In contrast, a second faction of individuals clad in black bloc attire and alleged to be affiliated with Antifa were responsible for the fire and the construction of barricades. At one point, a fire that had been set came dangerously close to the campus building.

Following the arrests, police say the demonstrators have been charged with criminal trespass in the first degree—a gross misdemeanor. None of those arrested have been charged with a felony.

Portland Settles for $400K with Antifa Extremist Over 2020 Riot Arrest.

A Portland man is poised to receive a $400,000 settlement from the city following his arrest during a 2020 protest. Dustin Brandon Ferreira, 40, known as “Wheels,” claims he experienced excessive force by police during a demonstration in north Portland. The protest, which was part of a larger series of anti-police demonstrations in the city, saw Ferreira taken into custody on charges that were later dismissed, according to court records.

Ferreira, who uses a wheelchair due to brittle bone disease, alleges that former police Sgt. Justin Damerville used excessive force during the arrest process. The civil suit claims Damerville kicked Ferreira’s wheelchair, forcefully spun it around, and detained him with zip ties. Ferreira argues his arrest was unjust as he did not comply with dispersal orders due to his physical constraints.

Former Sgt. Damerville, in court declarations, maintained that Ferreira was arrested for refusing to comply with several dispersal orders issued after the assembly was declared unlawful. The charges initially brought against Ferreira, including second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer, were dropped a day later by Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt, who had declined to pursue numerous similar protest-related cases. Schmidt is one of many far-left district attorneys whose campaigns have been backed by radical progressive billionaire George Soros.

Jason Kafoury, Ferreira’s attorney, filed the complaint citing state laws safeguarding vulnerable individuals, suggesting the potential for tripled damages if misconduct is proven. Kafoury indicated this might contribute to the substantial settlement expected from the city, which is slated for a City Council vote this week.

The Portland city attorney’s office stated the city has paid over $3 million in settlements relating to police actions during the 2020 protests.

Antifa Unveil Billboard Encouraging Terrorism Against Populists.

Members of the left-extremist Antifa organization in Germany have called on supporters to carry out violent acts against properties associated with the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party and its supporters. The X (formerly Twitter) account Rote Flora, named for a well-known Antifa squat in Hamburg, posted a picture of a new billboard, which lists “13 things you can do against the AfD,” including attacking AfD members and links to a website suggesting additional violent actions.

“The AfD should not feel safe in public and should not be able to spread its agitation undisturbed,” the website “13:12 Things” states, while calling on supporters to disrupt political campaign booths. The site also provides a guide on how to attack and destroy properties associated with the AfD, including party offices, restaurants, and venues that allow the party to host events.

Along with smashing windows, the Antifa authors call for attacks with butyric acid. They also call for home invasions of AfD politicians, noting their addresses can be learned from research while warning against getting an address wrong. The political terrorist group also warns that while such actions can increase “repression,” they are “legitimate.”

The AfD is currently polling in the lead in two of three East German regional elections taking place next month. Antifa lists this as the reason for the website’s creation and call to action, with the authors admitting that much of what is on the website is illegal.

EUROPE’S ULTRA-VIOLENT ANTIFA MOVEMENT.

German Antifa extremists are known as some of the most violent far-left extremists in Europe, with one group known as the Hammerbande (Hammer Gang) carrying out maiming attacks with hammers across Germany and even abroad in Budapest, Hungary in 2023.

Hungarian authorities arrested an Italian national associated with the Hammerbande but the individual was later released and was elected to the European Parliament in May, granting her immunity from prosecution.

After former President Donald J. Trump suggested Antifa be labeled a terrorist group for their politically violent tactics, establishment figures in Europe expressed their support for the terror group, with some waving an Antifa flag in the European Parliament.
