🎯IMPACT: Potential relocation of pharmaceutical operations and economic implications for the UK.

IN FULL

The United Kingdom is at risk of losing critical pharmaceutical investment due to the socialized National Health Service (NHS) reducing spending on drugs, accompanied by widespread mismanagement and wasteful resource allocation. The warning follows U.S. drugmaker Merck & Co. Inc., known as MSD in Britain, scrapping its planned £1 billion (~$1.36 billion) London research center and sparking concerns about the future of the country’s life sciences sector.

Oxford professor Sir John Bell, a noted figure in Britain’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout, told the British media that NHS spending on pharmaceuticals has plummeted from 15 percent of its healthcare budget a decade ago to just nine percent today. “The rest of the world, the OECD, are sitting between 14 percent and 20 percent,” Bell said, referring to the intergovernmental Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, comprised of 38 relatively high-income countries, including the U.S. Bell revealed that after speaking with several pharmaceutical company CEOs, “they’re all in the same space. And that is: they’re not going to do any more investing in the UK.”

Merck’s withdrawal, which will result in the loss of 125 science jobs, was attributed to Britain’s lack of progress in life sciences investment and “overall undervaluation of innovative medicines and vaccines by successive UK governments.” In addition to Merck, AstraZeneca has paused its plans to invest 200 million pounds (~$271.2 million) into a British research facility in Cambridge, having already abandoned a project earmarked for Liverpool in January.

Notably, the NHS and the Department of Health and Social Care waste vast sums of money yearly, much greater than the loss of investment from Merck and AstraZeneca. For instance, an “extraordinary” ÂŁ15 billion was wasted on unused and unusable COVID supplies, including personal protective equipment and vaccines, and an estimated ÂŁ10 billion (~$16.6 billion) was wasted on a new IT system that was so badly botched it had to be abandoned. Such high-profile failures come on top of endemic waste year-on-year, estimated at around ÂŁ10 billion, much of it squandered on recruitment agencies, consultants, and inflated contracts.

Millions of pounds a year are also spent on internal staff organizations engaged in woke activism, such as promoting International Pronouns Day, so-called “Pride crafting,” and an event focused on “Embracing your Afro/Curly hair.”

Boris Johnson Admits He Considered Invading an EU Nation For This Wacky COVID Reason.

Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson claims he considered ordering an “aquatic raid” against the European Union (EU) to seize coronavirus vaccines impounded in the Netherlands. Five million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine were held up by the EU and Britain’s NATO allies in 2020. EU officials claimed that the pharmaceutical corporation had to meet its obligations to the bloc before exporting vaccines to Britain.

“I was angry enough to contemplate this clandestine operation because after two months of futile negotiation, I had come to the conclusion that the EU was treating us with malice and with spite… we were vaccinating our population much faster than they were, and the European electorate had long since noticed,” Johnson argues in his latest memoir, Unleashed.

Johnson claims he asked the Deputy Chief of the Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Douglas Chalmers, “whether it might be technically feasible to launch an aquatic raid on a warehouse in Leiden, in the Netherlands, and to take that which was legally ours and which the UK desperately needed,” and that he was told it “certainly feasible.”

THE PLAN.

“We would send one team on a commercial flight to Amsterdam, while another team would use the cover of darkness to cross the Channel in ribs [rigid inflatable boats] and navigate up the canals,” Johnson said of Chalmers’s plan—although the officer added that the raid would certainly be detected, and the British government would have to explain “why we are effectively invading a long-standing NATO ally.” In the end, Johnson dropped the idea.

The AstraZeneca vaccine, also known as Covishield, was developed in collaboration with the University of Oxford. It was not approved for use in the United States due to issues with blood clots that British regulators were slow to recognize.

Johnson, elected as a pro-Brexit libertarian, had much of his policy agenda driven by his liberal wife, Carrie Symonds. He considers mass vaccinations, costly net zero policies, and agitating for more war in Ukraine his legacy.

EU Strips COVID Vaccine Authorization Following Clot Admission.

AstraZeneca has announced the global withdrawal of its Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, also known as Vaxzevria and Covishield, after admitting it can cause severe side effects. During the Wuhan virus pandemic, then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson lauded AstraZeneca’s Covid vaccine as a “triumph for British science.”

AstraZeneca previously retracted its marketing authorization for the vaccine in the European Union (EU). Similar moves in the United Kingdom and other countries were expected. The corporation claims the decision was driven by “commercial reasons,” with new vaccines having superseded its original offering. However, the withdrawal follows an admission the vaccine can cause Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS), linked to 81 fatalities in Britain.

“It is admitted that the AZ vaccine can, in very rare cases, cause TTS,” AstraZeneca admitted in recent court filings, related to a lawsuit alleging their vaccine was “defective” and responsible for deaths and brain injuries.

The pharma giant continues to fight claims its product is responsible for causing Vaccine-Induced Thrombocytopenic Thrombosis (VITT) in a number of vaccine-injured people.

“The medical world has acknowledged for a long time that VITT was caused by the vaccine. It’s only AstraZeneca who have questioned whether Jamie’s condition was caused by the jab,” complained Kate Scott, whose husband Jamie Scott has permanent brain damage, following AstraZeneca’s admission of “very rare” cases of TTS.

Studies of coronavirus vaccines more broadly, including the mRNA-based formulations produced by Pfizer and Moderna, have linked them to blood, brain, and heart issues.

AstraZeneca Admits COVID Vaxx Can Cause Clots.

Anglo-Swedish pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca confessed in court documents that its COVID-19 vaccine, Covishield, might cause Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS), characterized by blood clots and lowered blood platelet count. This acknowledgment contradicts the company’s 2023 position, denying claims the vaccine was linked to TTS.

Developed with Oxford University, Covishield has been distributed in over 150 nations, notably the United Kingdom and India, where the Serum Institute of India produces it.

A class-action lawsuit before England’s High Court is seeking damages amounting to ÂŁ100 million (~$125 million) for some 50 individuals who suffered severe injuries or death attributed to the vaccine.

AstraZeneca is fighting the lawsuit, but in newly disclosed February court filings, conceded that “[i]t is admitted that the AZ vaccine can, in very rare cases, cause TTS.”

They added that the “causal mechanism” for the condition is unknown and complained, “TTS can also occur in the absence of the AZ vaccine (or any vaccine).”

“The medical world has acknowledged for a long time that VITT was caused by the vaccine. It’s only AstraZeneca who have questioned whether Jamie’s condition was caused by the jab,” commented Kate Scott, wife of Jamie Scott, who was left with permanent brain damage after being vaccinated in April 2021.

VITT stands for vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenia and thrombosis and was first identified by scientists in March 2021.

Studies of COVID-19 vaccines more generally have linked them to blood, brain, and heart conditions. Lieutenant Ted Macie, an active-duty Navy Medical Service Corps officer and whistleblower, claimed heart failure spiked by almost 1,000 percent among pilots in 2022 following the imposition of vaccine mandates on military personnel. Covid vaccines have also been linked to increased menstrual disturbances.

TV Star Sues AstraZeneca After Stroke She Claims Was Caused By Vaccine.

Australian theatre actress and vaccination advocate Melle Stewart, known for her roles in productions including Mamma Mia! is suing pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, claiming she suffered a severe stroke which renders her unable to work after receiving the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.

The 42-year-old performer underwent seizures, lost her speech, and all movement on her right side two weeks later after receiving her first dose of the vaccine in May 2021. Stewart was diagnosed with Vaccine-Induced Thrombocytopenic Thrombosis (VITT), a rare blood-clotting condition recognized by both the manufacturer and regulators as a very rare side effect of the vaccine.

Stewart underwent several treatment procedures, including craniectomy – a three-hour operation to take out a part of her skull to alleviate brain pressure. Surgeons later substituted the removed skull portion with a titanium plate.

She was given £120,000 (A$230,000) by her government as an acknowledgment of the vaccine-induced damage but she, along with her husband, believed it to be insufficient to cover the significant earnings lost due to her inability to work and her husband’s need to be her full-time carer.

In response to Stewart’s legal action, an AstraZeneca spokesman stated: “Patient safety is our highest priority and regulatory authorities have clear and stringent standards to ensure the safe use of all medicines, including vaccines.”

Stewart is not alone in launching legal action against the pharmaceutical giant, with multiple other claimants suing the company for compensation, claiming the AstraZeneca vaccine is “defective” after suffering multiple injuries after getting the jab.

LISTEN: ‘There Ain’t No Rock and Roll’ Song Rips Music Industry for Big Pharma Sellout.

Five Times August have dropped a powerful new track taking aim at the music industry and singling out performers including Mick Jagger, John Legend, and the Foo Fighters by name, for selling out to Big Pharma and the lockdown agenda during the Wuhan virus pandemic.

The song laments “there ain’t no rock and roll, and the blues has lost its soul; all the punks gave the man control, and every pop star’s bought and sold,” with accompanying news clippings and other imagery serving to trash the “Big Pharma sellouts” who demanded vaccinated-only crowds and towed the government line amid Covid hysteria.

Five Times August pulled no punches against the “Big Pharma whores, shillin’ for a check,” accusing them of having completely abandoned their anti-establishment, rebellious posture when it counted: “All the suits lick the boots of the government, what they sang they never meant.”

Details in the music video underline the point, recalling standout episodes such as the Kaiser Chiefs (or “Pfizer Chiefs”) leading crowds with cries of: “Let me hear it if you’ve had the Pfizer vacine! Let me hear it for Moderna! AstraZeneca!”
