Bill Maher Tells Biden to Replace Kamala Harris with Nikki Haley.

HBO host Bill Maher recommended President Biden discard Vice President Kamala Harris in favor of Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley to enhance his 2024 election odds.

Recognizing that neoconservative globalists like Haley do not have a place in the current Republican Party “as long as Trump is ascendent,” Maher floated his “dream, unity ticket” of Biden-Haley during a panel discussion on his show.

“I know it’s crazy to think that she could run with Biden, but that’s my dream, a unity ticket,” Maher said. “And then he would, I think, definitely win.”

“And of course, she’s said some crazy things. Most politicians have — not as crazy as ‘We’ve never been a racist country.’ I mean, that’s pretty crazy,” Maher added.

When Puck’s Tara Palmeri suggested replacing Harris with Haley would “literally destroy” the Democratic base, Maher responded: “But she’s a woman of color.”

In the same segment, Maher voiced his support for Mitt Romney as Biden’s Secretary of State, arguing that his appointment would be “[s]omething to reach across so that we don’t live in this world where everybody sees the other side as an existential threat.”

In an interview with Mediaite’s Aidan McLaughlin, Maher called for Biden to remove himself from the Democratic ticket. “If Biden drops out, [Democrats] will win,” Maher said. “Without a doubt.”

Biden Mulls Stripping US Army Funds to Arm Ukraine.

The Biden government is considering stripping $200 million in reserve funds from the US Army budget to finance Ukraine’s war efforts. Though it would provide only a fraction of the ‘aid’ currently sought by the Biden regime, the move is highly significant, representing a willingness to prioritize Ukraine’s defense over US domestic defense spending.

The potential move comes as Ukraine’s defensive resources are dwindling, and Ukrainian forces are retreating across the country’s eastern front lines. Despite some European countries stepping up efforts to bridge a substantial gap amid halted US arms supplies, Ukraine is still running low on critical supplies.

The European Union’s promise from a year ago to deliver one million rounds of ammunition has yet to be fulfilled, increasing the demand on European defense companies to enhance production and infrastructure. Amid these struggles, Senator Ron Johnson recently called on Ukraine to provide a plan for how potential funding would be used to conclude the conflict, echoing a growing demand for accountability regarding financial aid for Ukraine.

The Biden government remains dedicated to continuing US involvement in Ukraine’s war with Russia — at the expense of US military preparedness — despite Russian warnings that continued Western interference could spark a full-scale war in Europe.

Biden Admits to Flying In Over 300k Illegals, Won’t Say Where.

The Biden regime has admitted it’s flown in hundreds of thousands of illegals on secret flights to the United States but is refusing to tell lawmakers where cities they’re being flown to.

The details: A report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) found that in 2023 alone, 320,000 “inadmissible migrants” were flown directly from their home countries to US cities.

Zoom out: These hundreds of thousands of illegals are in addition to the record-high 3.2 million illegals encountered in fiscal year 2023.

How is this happening? Last year, the Biden regime rolled out the CBP One smartphone app, which allows people to apply for asylum from their home country. Then, Biden flies them to the US using our tax dollars and gives them two years to obtain legal status.

Where are they going? The CIS report confirmed 43 US airports received the illegals. Still, the Biden regime’s US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) has refused to disclose which cities they’re being dropped in, citing security “vulnerabilities.”

Back up: Since taking office, Biden has undertaken a massive expansion of our immigration parole programs, which have historically been used to allow asylum seekers to come to the US for significant crises like war or natural disasters. But Biden has abused these programs, giving parole to over 1 million people.

Big picture: Biden is using these taxpayer-funded flights to lessen the traffic seen at the southern border. Tens of thousands of illegals at the border are bad optics for the regime. Flying them to US cities in the dead of night gets much less attention.

Obama Advisor Says Biden ‘Threats to Democracy’ Messaging is for The ‘Privileged’ Who Don’t Worry About Inflation.

Democratic messaging about alleged threats to ‘democracy’ resonates only with ‘privileged’ Americans who don’t have to worry about inflation, said David Axelrod, a former adviser to Barack Obama.

“I think that the people who are sitting around their kitchen table talking about this are people who aren’t concerned about what they paid for their groceries that are on the kitchen table,” Axelrod said during a discussion on CNN’s “The Source” Monday night.

“If you’re living with the concerns about inflation and sort of the day-to-day concerns of life, if you’re — if you don’t have the privilege not to, then you’re probably not talking about that,” he said.

The Biden campaign has leaned hard into its “democracy” messaging as it has become increasingly clear that Bidenomics has failed and that most Americans lack faith in Joe Biden’s ability to steer the economy successfully.

Last year, Axelrod called for Biden to drop out of the race due to former President Donald Trump’s strong poll results. In response, Biden allegedly called Axelrod a “prick.”

Voters Say Biden Will Make Inflation Worse, But He Says ‘I’m Really Proud of My Record.’

As the U.S. economy braces itself for the third year of an inflation surge that has substantially hiked the cost of living and sharply depressed real wages, most registered voters believe President Biden’s policies will cause prices to rise.

A poll by CBS News and YouGov released Sunday shows that 55 percent of registered voters believe Biden’s policies will trigger price increases. Only 17 percent of registered voters believe his policies will cause prices to decline. Twenty-seven percent believe his policies won’t impact prices either way, suggesting that 82 percent of voters believe Biden is ineffective at controlling inflation or is actively making it worse.

In comparison, 44 percent of registered voters believe former President Donald Trump’s policies would decrease inflation, and only a third believe his policies would worsen inflation. Sixty-five percent of registered voters said the economy was ‘good’ under Trump, while only 38 percent described Joe Biden’s economy as ‘good.’

Biden’s handling of the economy has been a persistent weakness for the incumbent president, as a 14,000-word profile published in The New Yorker on Monday highlights. Speaking in an interview for the piece, Biden remarked: “…look, if I didn’t think that the policies I put in place were best for the country, I don’t think I’d be doing it again. I’m running again because I think two things: No. 1, I’m really proud of my record, and I want to keep it going. I’m optimistic about the future. And, secondly, I look out there, and I say, ‘O.K., we’re just—most of what I’ve done is just kicking in now.’ ”

The profile also highlighted polling from January that reveals Americans’ lack of faith in Biden’s ability to steer the economy. “When pollsters asked who would do better in specific areas, the gaps were stark… on the economy, [Trump led Biden] fifty-five to thirty-three.”

U.S. Sees 167% Increase in Migrant Population Under Biden, Surpassing 8 Million.

U.S. government data indicates a significant increase in the migrant population residing within the country, with numbers expected to reach eight million by the end of September — a 167 percent increase over the last five years.

The surge is attributed to the ongoing border crisis that saw over six million asylum seekers and other migrants released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody and listed on the “non-detained docket” by the conclusion of fiscal year 2023 on September 30. Department of Homeland Security documents sent to Congress anticipate a further increase to the aforementioned eight million by October 1.

Among the migrants caught in the backlog limbo, an estimated 2 million people — a quarter of the total number — are either slated for deportation or facing criminal charges, while others are awaiting final decisions on their asylum applications.

In December 2023 alone, over 302,000 migrants attempted illegal entry into the U.S., marking an all-time high for a single month and the first time the number surpassed 300,000.

The Biden regime faces continued criticism for its mishandling of the ongoing border crisis, which some argue the government has intentionally exacerbated. In February, it was revealed that most of the jobs’ gains’ under President Biden were the result of migrant labor.

Biden, Harris Never Met with Border Patrol Chief in Nearly 2 Years.

Raul Ortiz, the former chief of Border Patrol, has stated he had no encounters with either President Joe Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris during his entire tenure from August 2021 until June 2023.

“I’ve made it perfectly clear, when I was the Chief, I never once met with the President or the Vice President. And I think it’s long overdue that they sit down and roll up their sleeves and start coming up with some solutions,” Ortiz said during an appearance on Fox News’s “Your World.”

Ortiz stressed that it is essential for the President to hold meetings with Border Patrol officials to gain a deep understanding of the issue and develop viable remedies. He drew attention to the heightened activity in Tucson, San Diego, and El Paso, describing them as the busiest regions along the southwest border. He advocated for direct communication between the White House and Border Patrol officials as a source of firsthand information.

Ortiz’s comments came in response to a visit to Texas by Joe Biden this week that observers say was little more than a photo op. The Biden regime continues to face widespread criticism for its mishandling of the ongoing crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Insurance Spike Proves Inflation Still a Massive Problem.

Auto insurance rates have seen the largest year-to-year spike since 1976. The cost of motor vehicle insurance increased 20.6 percent in the last year, and January alone saw a month-on-month rise of 1.4 percent. This escalating cost has played a marked role in tempering early-year optimism regarding inflation.

A recent private-sector estimate revealed that the average annual full-coverage car insurance premium for 2024 is $2,543. This contrasts sharply with 2023’s figure of $2,014 and the 2022 figure of $1,771.

This rise in insurance premium costs is rooted in multiple factors, but the main driver of increased costs is simple. As the costs of motor vehicles themselves have increased substantially, so too has the cost to ensure them. Between January 2020 and January 2024, the average cost of a new vehicle rose over 20 percent. The cost of used cars rose even more and the cost of vehicle repair increased 32 percent. Another major factor in rising auto insurance costs was the Federal Reserve’s decision to significantly increase in interest rates beginning in 2022.

The struggles Americans now face in owning and insuring their vehicles is just one factor in Americans’ negative view of the economy, despite the Biden administration’s claims to the contrary. The daily struggles faced by most Americans due to inflation and Bidenomics have even seen a sharp drop in support for the Biden regime among Gen Z and Millennials, once core constituents.

Biden Explores Weapons Shipments to Ukraine WITHOUT Replenishing U.S. National Stockpile.

Officials from the Biden government are considering drawing from American weapon stockpiles for Ukraine without replenishing them, putting U.S. military readiness at risk. Officials, who met at the Pentagon on Tuesday, are also considering purchasing weapons without congressional funding.

Using stockpiled artillery and ammunition is viewed as a last resort, but momentum is growing for this potential and controversial solution. One congressional official warned that “to do it now would absolutely kill us.”

U.S. aid to Ukraine has already diminished U.S. weapons stockpiles. “The DoD continues to urge Congress to pass a supplemental to support Ukraine in its time of need and to replenish our stocks,” a Pentagon spokesperson said in an official statement.

It is unlikely that Ukraine can sustain its war effort for long without U.S. assistance. Only 10 percent of Europeans currently think Ukraine can win against Russia, and Putin’s forces have recently made significant advances.

Romney Refuses to Vote for Trump Despite Saying He Agrees With His Policies.

Republican Sen. Mitt Romney revealed he would not vote for former President Donald Trump if he becomes the Republican presidential nominee in a future election, despite agreeing with many of his policies.

Although Romney admitted that “yeah, [I] aligned with many of his domestic policies,” the Senator insisted Trump’s “character” was a more important factor in casting his vote. “Having a president who is so defaulted of character would have an enormous impact on the character of America,” he said. “And for me, that’s the primary consideration.”

Romney made his comments on Wednesday’s edition of CNN’s ‘The Source’ when questioned by host Kaitlan Collins.

The Senator also used the platform to criticize President Biden’s approach to border security and immigration, stating that Biden has made “extraordinary mistakes” and labeled his performance “embarrassing.” Although Romney praised Trump for “some smart things” done during his presidency, he said that alone was not enough to secure his support. Despite this, he acknowledged that Trump could win against Biden if the election were to occur today.
