AZ Man Faces Charges for Threatening Donald Trump and Family.

An Arizona man, Manuel Tamayo-Torres, has been detained following accusations of threatening President-elect Donald J. Trump and his family while wielding a rifle in online videos. As detailed in court documents from Arizona, Tamayo-Torres is alleged to have uploaded videos almost daily, making a bizarre and unfounded series of allegations against the President-elect and his family. Concerningly, one video is believed to have been recorded at a Trump rally held at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale on August 23.

The documents reference “Individual 1,” describing this person as a former president and current President-elect rather than directly naming Trump. In a Facebook video dated November 13, Tamayo-Torres is seen displaying a white AR-15-style rifle with a 30-round magazine, issuing a challenging but unclear threat, according to the documents. He is quoted as referring to “Individual 1” and mentioning a scenario involving pursuit after gunfire.

On November 21, another video allegedly showed Tamayo-Torres threatening that Trump’s entire family would die. The documents further reveal his derogatory remarks about Trump’s background and a declaration of intent to cause harm if given the opportunity.

Tamayo-Torres was apprehended in Southern California on Monday. His legal representative has not provided any public comment. The charges against him include one count of making threats against the President-elect and four counts of providing false statements during a firearm purchase. The court documents note that Tamayo-Torres has a criminal history, with a felony assault conviction in 2003 resulting in a five-year imprisonment in California. In addition, he received a protective order from his ex-wife last year, according to the filings.

‘Catholic’ Biden Omits ‘Almighty God’ in Thanksgiving Proclamation.

President Joe Biden notably did not include mentions of the Almighty God or Divine Providence in his Thanksgiving proclamation this year. This stands in contrast to historical traditions, where references to a higher power have been commonly featured in proclamations under past presidents.

The absence came amid the annual observance of Thanksgiving, a holiday Abraham Lincoln officially established as a national day of gratitude in 1863. Even during the turbulent Civil War, Lincoln called for recognition of blessings he attributed to divine intervention.

In his 1863 proclamation, Lincoln encouraged Americans to dedicate the last Thursday of November to thank “our beneficent Father who dwelleth in the Heavens.” He emphasized these blessings were not merely human achievements but “the gracious gifts of the Most High God.” Furthermore, Lincoln urged citizens to remember the source of these benefits, cautioning against taking them for granted.

President Biden’s omission aligns with a similar approach taken by former President Barack Obama, who did not reference God in his 2016 Thanksgiving address. This contrasts with the practices of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Donald J. Trump, who all incorporated mentions of God in their proclamations.

Notably, in 2020, President Trump made both references to God and to the first American settlers who traveled across the Atlantic on the Mayflower.

“On Thanksgiving Day, we thank God for the abundant blessings in our lives. As we gather with family and friends to celebrate this season of generosity, hope, and gratitude, we commemorate America’s founding traditions of faith, family, and friendship, and give thanks for the principles of freedom, liberty, and democracy that make our country exceptional in the history of the world,” Trump wrote, adding: “This November marks 400 years since the Mayflower and its passengers faced the unknown and set sail across the Atlantic Ocean. Propelled by hope for a brighter future, these intrepid men and women endured two long months at sea, tired and hungry, to arrive in a new world full of potential.”

Letitia James Should Follow Jack Smith’s Lead and Drop Her Lawsuit, Says Lawyer.

President-elect Donald J. Trump’s legal team has petitioned New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) to abandon her civil fraud lawsuit against the 47th President of the United States. The request follows actions by special counsel Jack Smith, who withdrew both of his criminal cases against Trump after his electoral victory in 2024. Trump’s lawyer, John Sauer, sent the request in a letter to James, echoing recent judicial decisions.

The far-left judge presiding over the matter previously mandated Trump to pay a $454 million civil fraud penalty. This followed James’ lawsuit accusing Trump of inflating the value of his assets to secure favorable loan terms. Sauer’s letter highlighted the decision by the special counsel’s office, stating that Democratic officials are withdrawing what he described as discredited lawsuits. He noted the recent dismissal of cases in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the appeal in the 11th Circuit involving classified documents.

Earlier, Smith had moved to drop four felony charges against Trump related to alleged 2020 election interference and the January 6 Capitol incident. Trump had denied all accusations. Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan in Washington, D.C., approved the dismissal soon after the motion was filed. Smith cited the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) precedent of not prosecuting sitting presidents, which Chutkan acknowledged in her ruling.

The attorney general’s response suggests she may not concede to Sauer’s appeal. In a recent press event, James expressed readiness to counter potential challenges from a renewed Trump administration. She emphasized her office’s commitment to upholding the rule of law and countering any federal overreach during Trump’s upcoming presidency.

Appellate judges are expressing strong skepticism about the civil fraud ruling. It may be thrown out regardless of James’s next move.

Epstein-Linked E. Jean Carroll-Backer Thinking of Fleeing the Country: Reports.

Billionaire Democrat mega-donor Reid Hoffman, a co-founder of LinkedIn and guest of Epstein Island, says he is considering fleeing the United States following President-elect Donald J. Trump’s landslide 2024 election victory. Hoffman, unlike many other Democrat mega-donors, may have good reason to consider leaving the country, as he was intimately involved in funding lawfare attacks on Trump—including the E. Jean Carroll civil lawsuit.

Additionally, Hoffman was a major backer of Donald Trump’s 2024 Republican primary opponent, former Governor Nikki Haley (R-SC), purely in an attempt to stop him becoming the Republican nominee. He went on to fund the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris. The left-wing billionaire has also served as a funder of the far-left media organization MeidasTouch Network, which routinely pushed dubious, Democratic-aligned propaganda against Trump and his allies.

According to a report by the New York Times, Hoffman has informed friends and colleagues that he is seriously looking at abandoning his residence in the United States, opting to live in exile overseas. Many who targeted Trump and members of the MAGA movement through either aggressive prosecutions or frivolous lawsuits and legal actions now fear reprisals from Trump’s reformed Department of Justice (DOJ).

Even if Hoffman were to leave the United States, it is unlikely that the technology billionaire would be able to protect his investments and assets entirely. Many of his business interests remain in the country, and disentangling them from the United States appears impossible.

Hoffman was outed for visiting pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private island in 2014—long after Epstein’s conviction for procuring a girl below age 18 for prostitution—and he even arranged to stay at the Manhattan townhouse where the financier abused many of his victims.

Trump’s Cabinet Nominees Are Receiving Violent Threats.

Nearly a dozen individuals selected for cabinet positions and key roles within President-elect Donald J. Trump’s incoming administration received threats on Tuesday evening. The threats, described as “violent” and “unAmerican,” included bomb threats and ‘swatting’ incidents, according to a statement from the Trump-Vance transition team.

Karoline Leavitt—the transition team’s spokeswoman and the incoming White House press secretary—confirmed the incidents, noting that law enforcement agencies acted promptly to safeguard those targeted. “Last night and this morning, several of President Trump’s Cabinet nominees and administration appointees were targeted in violent threats to their lives and those who live with them. In response, law enforcement acted quickly to ensure the safety of those who were targeted,” Leavitt said.

Local law enforcement visited the residences of some of the nominees and appointees as part of their response strategy. A bomb squad was dispatched to the residence of former Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) after he received a pipebomb threat. Gaetz had been nominated for U.S. Attorney General but withdrew his name from consideration last week.

These threats emerge in the wake of two assassination attempts on Trump earlier this year. In July, during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, Trump was shot at, sustaining a wound to his right ear. The assailant, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was killed during the incident.

In another incident in September, a man was apprehended with a Soviet-style rifle at Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach, Florida. The alleged would-be-assassin, Ryan Wesley Routh, had positioned the firearm through a fence, aiming at Trump, who was swiftly moved to safety by the Secret Service.

Leavitt stated that the transition team remains committed to its tasks despite attempts at intimidation. “With President Trump as our example, dangerous acts of intimidation and violence will not deter us,” she asserted.

Trump Adviser Boris Epshteyn Survives Internal Knife Fight. Here’s The Tea…

An effort to remove Boris Epshteyn from his role as a top adviser to President-elect Donald J. Trump appears to have failed, with Trump expressing public support for Epshteyn, and the pair appearing together at Mar-a-Lago as recently as yesterday evening, The National Pulse can reveal.

Allegations were leaked to corporate media outlets CNN, CBS, and JustTheNews, falsely suggesting that Epshteyn had tried to solicit monthly consulting fees from potential administration nominees in exchange for advocacy within the administration. In truth, individuals are said to have approached Epshteyn offering cash, to which the lawyer replied, “You can’t buy me.”

Following the refusal to take cash from those vying for jobs in the Trump administration, the individuals in question briefed corporate media outlets to the contrary. One such figure appears to be former, disgraced Missouri Governor Eric Greitens, who also ran a failed bid for U.S. Senate in 2022.

Trump, speaking from Mar-a-Lago, criticized what he perceived as an attempt to undermine his advisors, as reported by individuals aware of the discussions.

Specifically, the President-elect accused those targeting Epshteyn of trying to target “my people.” The defense of Epshteyn highlights the loyalty he has built with Trump, especially after assisting him through significant legal challenges during the 2024 campaign.

The accusations against Epshteyn were part of an internal review led by David Warrington, general counsel for Trump’s 2024 campaign, who has been embittered after Epshteyn’s preferred pick, Bill McGinley, was tapped for the coveted White House counsel position.

The Polling is Way Worse Than You Know.

For the third straight election cycle, public opinion polling once again underestimated support for President-elect Donald J. Trump, resulting in a significant polling error. The left-wing Guardian newspaper, based in the United Kingdom, saw their U.S. national polling average err by three points with 99 percent of the vote in the presidential election counted. This error is fairly consistent with the polling misrepresentation of Trump in the past two presidential election cycles.

The Guardian‘s polling average appears to have been thrown off by the inclusion of several polls viewed as outliers by other websites that aggregate public polling. According to their aggregate, the polls predicted a slim lead for Kamala Harris, with 48 percent of the vote to Trump’s 47 percent. However, as the election results stand now, Trump has won a majority of the popular vote at 50 percent, with Harris coming in at 48 percent.

Regarding key swing states, the polling inaccuracies varied. In states such as Georgia, polls aligned closely with results, whereas in places like Arizona, a discrepancy of four percentage points was noted. Interestingly, when looking at individual pollsters regarding the national popular vote, Richard Baris and Big Data Poll were the most accurate pollster of the cycle. They saw only a 0.1 percent error from the final popular vote results. The Wall Street Journal‘s error was only 0.4 percent, while AtlasIntel—the most accurate pollster of the 2020 cycle—was only off by 0.5 percent. The New York Times/Siena poll’s miss was just 0.6 percent, and Rassmussen Reports was off by just. 0.8 percent.

Conversely, pollsters like Marist, Morning Consult, and Quinnipiac saw significant polling errors, and their inclusion in some aggregates likely resulted in the third straight miss on support for President-elect Trump.

Rudy Giuliani BLOCKED – by Democrat-Donor Who Trump Appointed as Judge – from Attending Inauguration.

Rudy Giuliani, an ally of President-elect Donald J. Trump and former New York City mayor, has been denied a request to reschedule an upcoming trial to attend Trump’s inauguration. U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman, a Democrat who was appointed by Trump in 2018, turned down Giuliani’s request during a hearing on Tuesday.

Giuliani is currently in a legal dispute for allegedly defaming two election workers from Georgia. His lawyer, Joseph M. Cammarata, argued Giuliani, an advisor to President-elect Trump, needs to be present at the inauguration on January 20.

Judge Liman dismissed the request, stating that Giuliani’s “social calendar” was not a sufficient reason for moving the trial date. The hearing became contentious when questions arose about Giuliani’s failure to provide the title for a car he must surrender as part of a $148 million defamation judgment. Giuliani refuted negligence claims, telling the judge, “The implication I’ve been not diligent about it is totally incorrect. The implication you make against me and every implication against me is wrong.”

Liman is a big Democrat donor, having contributed over $10,000 to the party and its candidates in recent years. Gifts include cash to Chuck Schumer, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and state parties across the country.

‘I DON’T HAVE CASH.’

Giuliani, dubbed ‘America’s Mayor’ for his leadership of New York City during the 9/11 terror attacks in 2001, explained, “I’m not impoverished. Everything I have is tied up. I don’t have a car. I don’t have a credit card. I don’t have cash. I can’t get to bank accounts that truly would be mine because they have put… stop orders on, for example, my Social Security account, which they have no right to do.”

The trial involves Giuliani’s ordered payment of $11 million in assets to Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss. He suggested they engaged in election fraud after the 2020 election. Assets he must relinquish include a vintage Mercedes and luxury watches. Efforts to protect additional belongings, like his Florida residence and sports memorabilia, continue under Judge Liman’s ruling.

The National Pulse has previously reported that the courts even want the 80-year-old to hand over four World Series rings, which he previously gifted to his son, from the New York Yankees’ championships in 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2000.

Lib Mag Rages That It May Be Cheaper to Drink American Beer Under Trump.

The far-left Esquire magazine and sports-writer-turned-political-columnist Charles P. Pierce want Americans to be upset it may be cheaper to drink domestic alcoholic beverages under President-elect Donald J. Trump. Pierce, who has a long track record running with outlandish allegations about the incoming America First president, claims that Trump’s 25 percent tariff on goods imported from Mexico will result in $40 six-packs of Corona beer.

“Now, this might be just huffing and puffing from a guy experiencing his semi-annual episode of tumescence, but I think we all learned the first time around that it is a capital mistake to assume everything he says is empty bluffing,” Pierce writes in his bloviating style. The sports writer, who moonlights as a Democratic Party propagandist, adds this far-fetched kicker: “So let us assume that we have entered the era of the $15 lemon, and forty bucks for a six-pack of Corona, and go to work from there.”

Notably, domestically produced beer and agricultural products would be unaffected and remain cheaper than those sourced in Mexico.

A MODEST TARIFF.

While Pierce’s readers may—unfortunately—take the former ESPN Grantland writer and NPR gameshow panelist for his word, there is little actual evidence the 25 percent tariff on Mexican goods will result in $15 dollar lemons or $40 six-packs of Corona beer. In fact, when a similar 25 percent tariff was enacted on Chinese goods in 2018 under Trump’s first presidential administration, there was no noticeable price increase above the baseline—and domestic prices actually fell. Additionally, over the course of 2018 through 2020, inflation remained relatively flat, falling just on either side of two percent each year.

CANADA & MEXICO RESPOND.

Already, Mexico and Canada have signaled their willingness to negotiate on U.S. border security and a crackdown on the illegal drug trade flowing across both the southern and northern borders. Tuesday morning, less than 24 hours after Trump announced the tariff threat, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced: “I had a good call with Donald Trump. We talked about some of the challenges we can work on together. It was a good call; this is something we can do.”

Meanwhile, far-left Mexican leader Claudia Sheinbaum responded similarly, stating, “I have the vision that there will be an agreement with the U.S.” She added that her country would work to halt the illegal immigrant caravans heading towards the United States.

WATCH: Alec Baldwin Blasts Americans as ‘Uninformed’ in Post-Trump Victory Meltdown.

Hollywood liberal Alec Baldwin—who recently stood trial for involuntary manslaughter for the shooting death of Rust cinematographer Halyna Hutchins—says his fellow Americans are “uninformed,” referencing those who backed President-elect Donald J. Trump during the 2024 race for the White House. The actor made the remarks during a press conference at the 42nd Torino Film Festival in Italy.

Baldwin, whose involuntary manslaughter trial came to an abrupt and stunning end by being dismissed over prosecutorial misconduct, argued that his fellow countrymen possess a limited knowledge of global issues such as climate change and the Ukraine conflict.

“There’s a hole, a vacuum… a gap in information for Americans,” Baldwin says in a clip shared on X (formerly Twitter). The actor continues: “Americans are very uninformed about reality, what’s really going on—climate change, Ukraine, you name it. The biggest topics in the world, Americans have an appetite for a little bit of information.”

Baldwin adds: “You know what’s going on from the news, but information in America is driven by money. It’s a business.”

The 66-year-old actor and Democratic Party activist goes on to contend that Hollywood fills the educational gap through its big-budget and independent films. Despite Baldwin’s assertion, box office revenue has decreased by about 22 percent over the past five years as Americans are increasingly turned off by the industry’s penchant for pushing far-left propaganda.

Since the involuntary manslaughter trial and dismissal, Baldwin had stepped back from public appearances for a period. However, the leftist actor has recently begun promoting new film projects and even appeared on a recent episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live, performing a less-than-convincing impression of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
