Ukraine Funding Bill Tries to Make Peace Illegal.

Provisions buried in the Ukraine supplemental funding bill would make it nearly impossible for a future president to pursue a peaceful resolution to the conflict without facing impeachment from Congress. U.S. Senator J.D. Vance is raising the alarm regarding the legislative text and its implications for a future Trump presidency should Trump pursue peace between Ukraine and Russia.

In a memo to colleagues, Vance warns of a buried impeachment trigger using the same obscure budget laws Democrats cited during President Trump’s 2019 impeachment. Contained in the supplemental funding bill, Vance notes, are appropriations totaling $1.6 billion for foreign military financing and $13.7 billion for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative — both budgeted into 2025. This would extend the funding into the first term of a possible second Trump administration. Should a future President Trump move to pause these funds to allow for a peace process to move forward, it could trigger a similar impeachment scenario Trump faced in 2019.

In 2019, the Republican President was accused by Congressional Democrats of ‘abuse of power’ and ‘obstruction of Congress’ for withholding aid that had been earmarked to be sent to Ukraine. Democrats argued former President Trump contravened the opinions of “career experts” — and the Impoundment Control Act — to pressure Ukraine’s political leadership to divulge information regarding their dealings with Joe Biden when he served as vice president. While the Democrats were successful in impeaching Trump in the House, the Senate declined to convict Trump.

Should former President Trump retake the White House and, as promised, pursue an end to the conflict in Eastern Europe, the cost of peace may very well be another attempt by Congressional Democrats to impeach him. “The supplemental represents an attempt by the foreign policy blob/deep state to stop President Trump from pursuing his desired policy, and if he does so anyways, to provide grounds to impeach him and undermine his administration,” Vance argues in his memo to colleagues, adding: “All Republicans should oppose its passage.”

Nikki Haley, Who Cheated On Her Deployed Husband, Peddles the Far-Left ‘Suckers & Losers’ Hoax.

Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley has revived hoax allegations spread by the globalist Atlantic magazine that Donald Trump described dead American soldiers as “suckers” and “losers.” The attack came after the 45th President questioned her relationship with her husband during a rally on Saturday.

“Where’s her husband? Oh, he’s away. What happened to her husband? Where is he? He’s gone,” Trump said, adding: “He knew. He knew.”

Haley is alleged to have indulged in at least two extramarital affairs, according to sworn testimony. GOP sources in South Carolina claim her adulterous conduct was “brazen and widely known” in the Palmetto State.

“Military families go through a lot,” Haley responded. “And the fact that Donald Trump’s never even got near a military uniform, he’s never had that experience, never known what it’s like, goes to show why he continues to call them suckers and losers,” she said, peddling the far-left claim anonymously briefed to the Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg in 2020.

She was also defended by Joe Biden, who repeated the “suckers” smear in a social media post.

The Atlantic claimed in 2020 that Trump had, while in France for the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War two years previously, called the country’s war dead “suckers” and “losers.”

“Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers,” Trump is claimed to have said of 1,800 marines killed fighting at Belleau Wood in 1918. The out-of-character allegations fell apart immediately, however, with 25 people, including 14 who had been part of Trump’s entourage in France, denying the remarks were ever made.

John Bolton, who was present at the conversation where the “losers” comment was supposed to have been made, was among those who confirmed the story was “simply false” — despite having already been fired by then-President Trump on acrimonious terms.

Trump Triggers Globalists… By Suggesting NATO Have MORE Resources!?

President Donald Trump has once again attracted the ire of globalists for daring to suggest this weekend that NATO member nations that are delinquent in their payments to the alliance should not get protection from the United States. Trump’s comments came during a campaign rally in South Carolina on Saturday.

“One of the presidents of a big country stood up and said, ‘Well, sir, if we don’t pay and we’re attacked by Russia, will you protect us?’” Trump said. “I said, ‘You didn’t pay. You’re delinquent.’ He said, ‘Yes, let’s say that happened.’ No, I would not protect you. In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want.”

Trump has been a long-standing critic of NATO and, as President, worked to ensure that NATO members spent the 2 percent of GDP on defense required by membership in the organization. According to 2023 data, 19 of the 30 members of NATO are spending less than that.

“Any suggestion that allies will not defend each other undermines all of our security, including that of the U.S. and puts American and European soldiers at increased risk,” NATO Secretary General Jans Stoltenberg said in a written response. “I expect that regardless of who wins the presidential election, the U.S. will remain a strong and committed NATO ally.”

“Reckless statements on NATO’s security and Art 5 solidarity serve only Putin’s interest. They do not bring more security or peace to the world,” said Charles Michel, President of the European Council, in a statement on social media.

Some European leaders were less concerned, however. “I am not paid to be worried,” said Latvian President Edgars Rinkevics. “Europe must spend more on defense, on capabilities and ramp-up defense production regardless who wins in the U.S. It is in our vital interest.” Latvia is one of the few NATO members meeting its spending requirements.

DATA: Trump is Most ‘Respected’ Leader in America.

Donald Trump enjoys the respect of a strong plurality of American voters, polling far ahead of Joe Biden, Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley, and a host of other leading Democrats and Republicans according to new Rasmussen data. Forty-two percent of likely voters opted for Trump as the person they “most respect as a leader” when offered the choice between the former president, the incumbent, Haley, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Mitt Romney.

Biden was the choice of only 21 percent of likely voters, rising slightly to 25 percent among men but dropping to 18 percent among women. He performed even worse among voters aged 16 to 39 — a key demographic for the Democrat in 2020 — earning the support of just 16 percent of the cohort, compared to 34 percent for Trump.

Significantly, Trump appears to be far more successful at winning over not only his party’s base but also earning the respect of Democrat voters and independent voters. Seventy-five percent of GOP voters chose Trump, but only 43 percent of Democrats chose Biden. Trump was also the choice of 13 percent of Democrat voters and 39 percent of ‘Other’ voters, while Biden was the choice of just seven percent of Republicans and 13 percent of ‘Other’ voters.

Among the also-rans, Obama had the strongest performance but was still far behind Trump on respect, being the choice of just 17 percent of likely voters. Haley was the choice of five percent of likely voters and three percent of women, whom she claims she appeals to.

The worst performer was Clinton, chosen by just two percent of likely voters and an even lower one percent of Democrat voters.

Romney, the former GOP presidential candidate and leading ‘Never Trump’ voice, did not perform much better, being chosen by just three percent of likely voters.

Voters Rate Trump’s Tenure As Better Than Biden’s.

New data suggests Americans increasingly believe that former President Donald Trump outperformed expectations during his time in office and that President Joe Biden is failing to live up to their expectations. Of particular concern for Biden is the high number of Democrats expressing disappointment in his government. With early polling suggesting that Biden is either running behind — or at best neck-and-neck — with Trump, a collapse in Democrat enthusiasm could be disastrous for his re-election chances.

The NBC News survey, conducted at the end of January, found that 40 percent of respondents believe former President Trump outperformed their expectations. In 2018, those who said he was exceeding their expectations sat at 29 percent. Meanwhile, just  29 percent currently say he did worse they expected while in office.

For Biden, the survey numbers are dire. Only 14 percent of respondents say he’s exceeding their expectations. Meanwhile, 42 percent say Biden has done worse than they expected. Within the Democrat Party, nearly 20 percent of respondents say Biden is underperforming and 52 percent say he’s done about as well as expected. Just 30 percent said he’s overperformed.

Even worse for Biden is his numbers among Independent voters. Just 6 percent say Bdien has governed better than they expected, with 52 percent saying he’s government has done worse. For former President Donald Trump, the Independent numbers are much better with 38 percent saying his time in office went better than expected. Just 18 percent said Trump performed worse than they thought he would.

Hispanics Turning On Biden Over Open Borders.

Polling data increasingly suggests Hispanic voters are souring on President Joe Biden, in part because he refuses to secure the United States’ southern border. An overwhelming number of Hispanic voters say they disapprove of Biden’s handling of immigration and would like to see tighter border controls put in place. Since taking office in January of 2021, the number of illegal immigrants in the United States has likely doubled — jumping from 10 million in 2020 to around 20 million at the start of 2024.

A February 8th YouGov poll found that 89 percent of Hispanic voters consider the immigration issue to be ‘important’ to them. Meanwhile, data from Marist shows that 57 percent of Hispanic voters disapprove of Biden’s handling of the border, while only 27 percent approve. In Texas, Biden’s open border policies appear to have his campaign staring down a complete collapse among Hispanics. A survey released last week by the Univesity of Houston found former President Donald Trump leading Biden with Hispanics 47 percent to 41 percent. Among Hispanic Democrats, only 55 percent say they intend to back Biden, with 45 percent undecided.

Growing Hispanic populations in crucial presidential election swing states have made the demographic a must-win for both Biden and Trump. Arizona and Nevada are roughly 30 percent Hispanic while comprising about 10 percent of the population in Georgia and North Carolina — still a significant voting block.

Since last year, President Biden’s re-election campaign has struggled to win back key minority voter demographics that have traditionally comprised a critical part of the Democrat base. Last fall, polling showed Black and Hispanic voters abandoning the President over the failure of ‘Bidenomics.’ Meanwhile, the Biden government’s lukewarm support for Israel has infuriated Arab-American voters in states like Michigan — forcing his campaign to increasingly focus on holding the state.

Nikki Haley Doesn’t Care If She Helps Democrats Hold the White House.

Former South Carolina Governor Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley has indicated that she doesn’t care if dragging out the Republican presidential nomination contest damages the former President Donald Trump, the all-but-certain 2024 nominee. A defiant Haley, armed with Democrat and globalist donor cash, has refused to drop her primary bid despite not having won any of the first three primary contests. Haley finished a distant third place to Trump in Iowa, lost by over 10 points in New Hampshire, and didn’t even participate in the Nevada Caucus, where Trump secured just over 99 percent of the vote.

“I’m weakening Trump because of who Trump is,” said in South Carolina earlier this week, adding: “Telling the truth in a primary is very important, so that’s what I’m doing.” Despite Trump’s near-insurmountable position in the primary, Haley has remained confident.

As the former Governor of South Carolina prepares for what could be her final stand in her home state’s primary on February 24th, she continues to insist she’ll win the Republican nomination. “I’m going to win,” Haley said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal while again insisting she’d win the nomination: “I’m strengthening the party because I bring more people into the Republican Party, instead of pushing people away like Trump.”

Former President Donald Trump has, for the most part, brushed off Haley’s insistence that she’ll emerge victorious. “It’s bad for the party. I think it’s actually bad for her, too,” he said earlier this week while speaking with the press at Mar-A-Lago. The former Republican President is expected handily win the South Carolina Republican primary on his path to securing a rematch with now-President Joe Biden in November.

Trump Wins Nevada Caucuses.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — In a decisive victory on Thursday, former President Donald Trump secured the Nevada caucuses, his fourth major win in his efforts towards obtaining the GOP nomination.

In 2021, Nevada switched from caucuses to primaries due to changes in legislation, however, the state’s Republican Party opted for a standalone caucus where candidates could only compete in either the caucus or the primary, with delegates being awarded only in the former.

The Nevada caucus victory saw Trump winning all 26 of Nevada’s GOP delegates. The next stage is the South Carolina primary, where recent polling suggests that Nikki Haley lags considerably behind Trump.

Model Holly Valance: ‘Everyone Starts as a Leftie, Then Wakes Up.’

Model and actress Holly Valance says, “Everyone starts as a leftie,” before realizing “how crap” the Left’s ideas are. Valance’s remarks were made at the launch of a new, soft-right group in the UK.

When asked whether her political views had changed over time or if she had always been a conservative, Valance responded by paraphrasing the famous adage often misattributed to Winston Churchill. “I would say that everyone starts off as a lefty and then wakes up at some point after you start either making money, working, trying to run a business, trying to buy a home, and then realize what crap ideas they all are,” she said, before adding: “And then you go to the right.”

In April of 2022, Valance drew criticism from fans for appearing in a photo with former President Donald Trump and Brexit leader Nigel Farage. The Australian actress and her husband, billionaire property developer Nick Candy, had joined the two populist political leaders for dinner at Trump’s private Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. Despite fans calling for a boycott of her music on social media, Valance did not back away from her political beliefs — attending the U.K. Conservative Party’s Summer Ball just two months later.

DATA: Texas Would Flip Democrat If Haley Were Nominee.

A new poll shows former President Donald Trump continues to hold widespread support in Texas, running 11 points ahead of President Joe Biden. However, if former South Carolina Governor Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley were to overcome nearly insurmountable odds and win the Republican presidential nomination, she’d lose the state to Biden. A Democrat presidential nominee has not won Texas since 1976, when Jimmy Carter carried the state over President Gerald Ford.

Texas voters, by a wide margin, believe former President Donald Trump has the best chance of defeating President Joe Biden in November, according to the Redfield & Wilton Strategies survey — with 47 percent saying Trump to Haley’s 19 percent. Among 2020 Trump voters, 75 percent said he was the stronger candidate, compared to just 11 percent naming Haley.

Nearly 70 percent of Texas voters believe the border state is facing an illegal immigration crisis. Among former President Donald Trump’s political base in the state, the number rises to nearly 90 percent. Almost 60 percent of respondents said the Biden government does not have control over the U.S. border with Mexico.

The ongoing invasion of illegal immigrants at the southern border has contributed, in large part, to President Biden’s low approval ratings across the country. Biden’s ratings are underwater in Texas, with a -17 percent net approval. Meanwhile, Texas Governor Greg Abbott — who continues efforts to secure the border in defiance of the Biden government and U.S. Supreme Court — has a net 6 percent approval rating.
