Colorado Supreme Court Disqualifies Trump from 2024 Ballot in Soros-Backed Case, Trump Camp WILL APPEAL to Supreme Court.

Colorado’s Supreme Court issued a stunning ruling on Tuesday, asserting that former President Donald Trump cannot be included on the state’s 2024 election election ballot. The decision, grounded in the claim Trump incited the January 6 Capitol riot, reverses a previous court decision but will stay in effect till January 4th with the anticipation it will be “subject to further appellate proceedings”.

The ruling comes on the back of a Soros-backed organization’s work to kick Trump off the ballot (more in the Editor’s Notes, below).

The Trump campaign issued the following statement late Tuesday: “Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice.

“Democrat Party leaders are in a state of paranoia over the growing, dominant lead President Trump has amassed in the polls. They have lost faith in the failed Biden presidency and are now doing everything they can to stop the American voters from throwing them out of office next November. The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight and we will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision. We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these unAmerican lawsuits.”

The legal argument revolves around a provision in the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. The plaintiffs, a group of six Colorado voters backed by the Soros “CREW” group, contended that Trump’s actions during the Capitol riot constituted an “insurrection” and thus violated Section 3, which specifically disqualifies anyone engaged in rebellion against the United States from serving in federal office.

The lawsuit faced initial turbulence in November when Denver District Court Judge Sarah Wallace ruled that despite her belief that Trump had incited the riot, he could still appear on the ballot as the office of the president was not subject to Section 3. However, the decision was later appealed by both the plaintiffs and Trump himself, who contested the claim of his involvement in insurrection. The dispute reached the Colorado Supreme Court, which heard arguments on December 6. This event is now at the forefront of several ongoing litigations in multiple states challenging Trump’s eligibility to participate in the presidential ballot.

56% Say They’re More Likely to Donate to RNC if Ronna Resigns.

Just over 56 percent of those surveyed during Turning Point’s AmericaFest straw poll said they would be more likely to contribute to the Republican National Committee (RNC) if Ronna Romney McDaniel were no longer at its head. Nearly 90-percent said McDaniel should step down as chairwoman.Former senior adviser to President Trump, Stephen K. Bannon called for the removal of McDaniel as RNC chairwoman while speaking at AmericaFest. The populist firebrand suggested the next leader of the RNC should be Donald Trump, Jr. instead.

RNC fundraising numbers have lagged over 2023 when compared to prior years. At the end of the third quarter on October 31st, McDaniel’s RNC reported only having $9.1 million cash on hand, less half what it had in its war-chest heading into the 2020 general election cycle.

The mounting concerns over the RNC’s financial position have lead renewed efforts to oust McDaniel. Republican presidential primary candidate Vivek Ramaswamy was openly critical of the RNC chairwoman during the November 8th GOP primary debate. “If you want to come on stage tonight — and resign, I will yield to you,” Ramaswamy said to McDaniel, who was in the audience. He added under McDaniel’s the GOP had become the “party of losers.”

McDaniel is the niece of outgoing Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), a vocal critic of former President Donald Trump. Sen. Romney, who ran a disastrous campaign for President in 2012 against Barack Obama, has gone so far to say he’d vote for a Democrat over both Donald Trump and Ramaswamy in 2024.

MSNBC Fears SCOTUS Ruling Could Throw Out Charges Against Trump.

The Supreme Court is set to rule on whether or not charges related to obstructing official proceedings can be applied to Donald Trump and other January 6th defendants. MSNBC fears the court could wipe away a swathe of charges against the former president and others if it decides they cannot.

Special prosecutor Jack Smith’s charges against Trump over Jan 6 include “conspiracy to defraud the United States”, “conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding”, “obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding,” and “conspiracy against rights”.

The second and third of these relate to the counting and certification of the Electoral College vote. However, the laws against obstructing official proceedings were originally passed in response to the Enron scandal, which saw Wall Street executives doctor and destroy documents to disrupt a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigation.

One federal judge in a Jan 6 case, Carl Nichols, ruled the white-collar crime law does not apply to the sort of disruption seen on Jan 6, because it did not involve “some action with respect to a document, record, or other object in order to corruptly obstruct, impede or influence an official proceeding.”

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit reversed Nichols’s ruling, but the Supreme Court is now set to weigh in, with MSNBC noting that an “adverse” ruling could “cut Jack Smith’s election case in half”.

“The court should not interfere with these prosecutions and should allow federal prosecutors, including Smith, the chance to hold those responsible for the events of Jan. 6 accountable for their actions,” complained MSNBC.

The network admitted, however, that “the federal obstruction statute may not have originally been envisioned as a tool to punish a president who allegedly sought to illegally maintain power”.

Trump Scores Whopping 83-Percent In AmericaFest Straw Poll.

Former President Donald Trump was far-and-away the preferred 2024 Republican presidential nominee among attendees at Turning Point USA’s 2023 AmericaFest – capturing 83-percent support among the 1,113 surveyed. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy came in second and third, respectively, with just 7.6-percent and 5.8-percent support.

Despite her ‘apparent’ surge in support in the New Hampshire Republican primary, Nikki Haley found little enthusiasm among AmericaFest goers. The former South Carolina Governor only received 1.1-percent in the straw poll, losing out to conference goers who said they were still undecided at 2.5-percent. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie came in dead-last with less than 0.1-percent, losing out to even the “Someone else” option with 0.3-percent.

While some might find the idea of Trump leading the Republican presidential primary field with 83-percent support outlandish, the AmericaFest Straw Poll isn’t all-that-far-off national Republican presidential primary polling which has shown Trump receiving between 60 and 70-percent of the GOP electorate. Even state specific polls show the former Republican President’s lead to be nearly insurmountable – a recent Iowa Caucus poll put Trump at nearly 60-percent support among Republican caucus goers.

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson and Ramaswamy were the two most popular candidates to serve as Trump’s vice-president. Carlson saw 35-percent support among conference goers compared to Ramaswamy’s 25.7-percent. No other candidates polled in the double-digits.

Ben Carson At TPUSA’s AmFest: Get ‘Focused On Getting Trump Back Into Office’.

Dr. Ben Carson, who led the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under former President Trump, addressed Turning Point USA’s (TPUSA) annual AmericaFest conference on Monday – warning attendees he sees a Democrat government determined to divide and pit Americans against each other. Carson, rumored to be on Trump’s short list for vice-president in 2024, spoke with TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk, and walked attendees through the story of what made America not just great, but unique among the nations of the world.

The soft-spoken doctor explained America’s youth must realize: “It doesn’t matter where your ancestors came from… you’re better off here than where they came from.” He told Kirk the seeds of division sown by Democrats, race-activists, and those who deny biological reality are akin to the sorts of divisions used by communist and socialist government to divide and conquer their own people. “We are not enemies,” Dr. Carson lamented. “People are trying to divide us…” on race, age, income, gender, and politics.

Dr. Carson explained that as a child and young man he experienced first-hand racism in Chattanooga, Tennessee – going on to praise the progress and strides the country has made since. “We now have black admirals, we had a President,” Carson said, before cracking a smile and humorously noting,”…and a Vice-President, although you don’t see her!” He added, pushing back against leftist accusations American racism is as bad today as it was when he was a boy: “If this country is so bad, why are so many people trying to get in?”

As former President Donald Trump has moved closer to securing the 2024 Republican nomination for president, Dr. Carson’s name has appeared more-and-more in the press as being a potential running mate. At the end of their America Fest interview, Charlie Kirk pressed him on the possibility of serving as Vice-President with Carson demurring: “Well, let me put it this way… right now our energies need to be focused on getting Trump back in office.”

NYT Says Quiet Part Out Loud: ‘Defeating Trump is Just the Start’.

A new column in the New York Times, admits thatdefeating Donald Trump‘ is the first step in a Democrat Party effort tp undermine government institutions serving as bulwarks against radical progressivism – submitting the country to majoritarian democracy instead. The admission is a direct acceptance of Trump’s long-standing campaign phrase: “They’re not just coming after me, they’re coming after you, I’m just standing in the way.”

“The American political system, as I’ve written many times before, is riddled with veto points and counter-majoritarian rules that can stymie even the largest legislative majorities,” argues progressive columnist Jamelle Bouie in the Times. He adds: “One of the key institutions of American government, the Supreme Court, is not only empowered to strike down Congressional legislation but can, if the circumstances are right, limit or even eliminate the constitutional protection of cherished rights.”

The writer went on to revive the favorite left-wing conspiracy claiming the 2000 presidential election was stolen from Al Gore by the U.S. Supreme Court.

MORE THAN TRUMP.

For Bouie, the 2024 presidential election is about much more than Donald Trump. He, and other political progressives, see it as a watershed moment where their allies in Congress and the White House could have the opportunity to radically transform American political life. Moving away from a republican form of government to direct, majoritarian democracy would ensure the domination of radical gender ideology, abortion access, unfettered mass-immigration, and race-based references and quotas.

According to the Times columnist, Democrats must be willing to embrace the most radical inclinations of their party’s ideology. In order to truly defeat the perceived ‘threat’ to American Democracy posed by Trump and the Republican Party, Bouie argues Democrats must recognize “…this country needs an overhaul of its economic system, its political institutions and its public life.”

Despite other Democrats and radical progressives stating views comparable to Bouie’s – which would fundamental end the American republic – the corporate media continues to contend it is Donald Trump who poses the ‘true’ threat.

NYT Columnist Says Trump Support Less Excusable Than Slavery.

The New York Times‘s so-called “conservative” columnist David French has claimed in a new opinion editorial that supporting Donald Trump is worse than supporting slavery. French’s bizarre op-ed essentially argues that slavers did not know any better, while MAGA supporters should, oddly comparing the forced ownership of human beings to supporting America First policies.

The article, entitled ‘Behold, MAGA Man‘, was published on Sunday in the paper still owned by the descendants of slave owners. In addition to its murky moral history in America, the New York Times previously hyped Hitler’s Mein Kampf.

French himself is a neoconservative who still defends the Iraq War, supports gay marriage, and is regularly vaccinated and boosted. He wrote on Sunday: “One of the persistent debates in American life centers on how strictly we should judge the sins of our national past… Were those people who owned slaves or broke faith with Native Americans or passed the Chinese Exclusion Act merely products of their time? MAGA Men and MAGA Women will not have that excuse. They know there is a different way.”

Characterizing former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani as a “MAGA Man”, French accused the “post-9/11 American hero” of devolving into a cipher for Trump. He also strongly implied he supports the $148 million judgment against Giuliani in the case of two election workers accused of ballot fiddling.

“A MAGA Man such as Giuliani supplements his lies with rage,” French claimed. “To watch him pushing Trump’s election lies was to watch a man become unglued with anger.”

BANNON: Ronna McDaniel ‘Must Go’ as RNC Chair, Replace With Don Jr.

PHOENIX, Arizona — Former Trump Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon used his platform at the Turning Point Action ‘AmericaFest’ conference to call for the removal of Ronna Romney McDaniel as the head of the Republican National Committee (RNC). Bannon said McDaniel should be replaced by Donald Trump Jr.

Bannon also warned that the deep state’s plan is to trick Donald Trump into naming Nikki Haley as his Vice President. To choruses of boos, Bannon explained the plan for Haley to consolidate the “Never Trump” vote and entice the MAGA movement to unite with who he called “neocon and neoliberal Nikki.”

The 12,000-strong crowd of mostly young right-leaning voters then began chanting, “Tucker! Tucker! Tucker!” in support of former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Mr. Carlson recently used a speech at the American Principles Project Christmas gala to effectively rule himself out of the running.

”She’d be worse than Judas Pence,” Bannon continued, before moving on to lambasting the media for calling Trump a would-be dictator.

Nikki Haley Attacks Trump Over Jan 6.

Nikki Haley, the 2024 GOP hopeful, has followed in the footsteps of Democrats and establishment GOP candidates, attacking former President Donald Trump’s handling of the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

Joined by Republican New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu on ABC on Sunday, Haley stated, “…when President Trump had the opportunity to stop it, when he had the opportunity say it — the bully pulpit matters, people listen — he didn’t. And I hate that for the people that were there supporting him. I hate that for those of us that were watching it.”

Referencing the Capitol riot, Haley called it a “terrible day,” emphasizing the importance of leadership in such situations with her comment that the “tone at the top matters.” As a response, she promised that her presidency would be one of “no drama, no vendettas, no whining”, which appears to be a subtle critique of Trump.

On the topic of Trump’s criminal charges, some relating to the events of January 6, Haley said she would abstain from direct involvement. She stated that immunity and legal decisions should be left to the courts, despite hinting in the past that she might support a pardon for Trump. Haley made it clear that her attention would be better spent on other matters saying, “It would be wasted energy for me to sit there and focus on court cases and not focus on how to win that room that we just left.”

America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani Ordered To Pay ‘Absurd’ $148 Million To Georgia Election Workers.

Former federal prosecutor and New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been ordered pay two Georgia election workers $148 million. In August, a federal judge ruled Giuliani had defamed Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss after claiming they had engaged in a ballot fraud scheme in Fulton County, Georgia during the 2020 presidential election.

The jury’s financial judgement far surpassed the total damages claimed by Freeman and Moss, which were $23.9 million and $24.7 million respectively. Freeman was awarded $16,171,000 as compensation for the defamation charge, while Moss was awarded 16,998,000. An additional $20 million was awarded to each in compensation for emotional distress, while $75 million was awarded to both as punitive damages.

“Very little I can say right now,” Guiliani told press outside the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C on Friday, adding: “The absurdity of the number underscores the absurdity of the entire proceedings.” The former New York City Mayor called the threats made against Freeman and Moss “abominable” and “deplorable”, but insisted: “The comments they received, I had nothing to do with.” Giuliani said he intends to appeal and may even move for a new trial.

Giuliani – along with former President Donald Trump and 17 others – were indicted in Fulton County this summer.
