Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) has introduced legislation amending the Immigration and Nationality Act to bar immigrants who’ve committed violent and sexualcrimes against women from entering the United States. It would also allow for the deportation of immigrants currently in the country convicted of the same offenses. The U.S. law — which governs immigration and citizenship requirements — hasn’t been updated in nearly 20 years.
“By preventing illegals with a history of sex offenses or domestic violence from entering our country and swiftly deporting those who have committed such crimes, we’re taking concrete steps to ensure that women can live free from fear and harm,” Rep. Mace told The National Pulse. She added: “We will always prioritize the safety and well-being of women in our communities, which should be a common-sense imperative for us all.”
The Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act would change the inadmissibility criteria in U.S. immigration law to include the prohibition on any immigrant “who has been convicted of, who admits having committed, or who admits committing acts which constitute the essential elements of a sex offense.” Immigrants who are deemed to have engaged in “a conspiracy to commit such an offense” would also be barred.
In addition, the legislation would bar entry to any immigrant “who has been convicted of, who admits having committed, or who admits committing acts which constitute the essential elements of a crime of domestic violence.” Immigrants already in the United States who are subsequently convicted of domestic violence or a sex offense would be open to deportation under Mace’s proposed changes.

A recent Department of Homeland Security report indicates an upward trend of migration from Special Interest Countries – regions flagged for terrorism concerns – to the United States. Almost 25,000 migrants, primarily single adult males from these regions, were detained attempting to enter the U.S. during the first half of the 2024 fiscal year, compared to 61,000 for the entirety of 2023 — a six percent increase. Most of the migrants were released into the U.S. pending asylum claims.
SPECIAL INTEREST COUNTRIES.
A notable majority of these migrants hail from Turkey, with around 7,000 apprehended since the beginning of October. Migrants from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania have also surged in numbers, with over 4,300 intercepted since October, marking a 65 percent increase year-on-year. Mauritania was flagged by the State Department in 2023 as a high-risk zone compounded by crime and terrorism.
The report also draws attention to the growing number of migrants from Middle-Eastern Special Interest Countries, including Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan, Syria, Iran, and Lebanon. The number of migrants from Jordan and Morocco has escalated more than tenfold compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.
“THOUSANDS EACH DAY.”
The term “Special Interest Alien” (SIA) stipulates a non-U.S. individual who could pose a national security risk. SIAs are identified based on their travel patterns primed towards potential terrorism. This does not confirm any direct terrorist connections but indicates the need for extensive investigation due to possible security threats.
However, with the incredibly high number of Special Interest Aliens entering the country due to the Biden government’s mishandling of the border crisis, such extensive investigation is not possible. “When you are apprehending thousands each day, it is a struggle to conduct thorough interviews and investigations on each and every one, even those from Special Interest Countries,” a source told Breitbart News.
In March, authorities arrested a 22-year-old Lebanese national near El Paso, Texas, who referred to himself as a Hezbollah terrorist and expressed his intent to build a bomb while in the U.S. and target New York.

Donald Trump’s warning that Joe Biden’s border crisis is creating a “new category” of “migrant crime” continues to appear prophetic after a week peppered with incidents involving migrant rapists, pedophiles, and murderous drug traffickers – often abetted by the authorities.
PEDOPHILE TRAFFICKER.
Charges against 23-year-old illegal alien Pablo Mendoza, arrested for raping an extremely vulnerable minor described as “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated,” have been upgraded.
He now stands accused of sodomy, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. Local law enforcement believe he was attempting to pass his victim on to another man, saying they would likely have “a missing 14-year-old girl, and she would not be in our area” had things gone slightly differently.
A DETAINER IGNORED.
On Wednesday, the Baltimore office of the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) wing of U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ERO) announced they had detained a Colombian illegal alien, also accused of the “horrific” rape of a Massachusetts minor.
ICE reported the Colombian was initially detained after crossing the border illegally in July 2022, but, like many other illegals, he was released under the so-called Alternative to Detention (ATD) program.
He was arrested for the alleged rape in January. Worryingly, however, the Essex County Sheriff’s Office ignored a detainer request from ICE and released him back onto the streets. He remained at large until late March, seriously endangering public safety.
ENDANGERING THE PUBLIC.
ICE had a similar experience involving a predatory migrant in Maryland; this time, an Indian man was convicted of sexually abusing a minor.
This pedophile was also let loose among the public in defiance of an ICE detainer request, forcing the ERO Baltimore team to track him down.
ERO took the slightly unusual step of publicly calling out the local authorities, namely Howard County Executive Calvin Ball and Howard County Council, for releasing the pedophile.
“This predator’s presence in our area constituted a significant threat to the children of our Maryland neighborhoods,” said ERO Baltimore director Matthew Elliston.
“We cannot allow noncitizen sex offenders to roam the streets of our community,” he added.
ICE announced they successfully removed Aurelio Coy-Quib, 41, Byron Randolfo Parada Vasquez, 27, and Luis Antonio Sian-Gonzalez, 33, to Guatemala on Wednesday.
The three men were all wanted for rape in their home country. Coy-Quib had been released following his initial detention by Border Patrol and, like many illegals, simply skipped immigration court. He remained under the radar for years after a judge ruled he should be deported in absentia, only falling into ICE’s hands when he was arrested for assault.
Parada had been deported after entering illegally at least twice before. The first time, he notched convictions for drug trafficking and assault before his removal. His second deportation was more straightforward, with U.S. officials catching him when he crossed and prosecuting him for illegal reentry. His third deportation followed a similar pattern, except ICE also discovered he was wanted for aggravated rape in Guatemala.
Sian-Gonzalez was also apprehended relatively quickly and also confirmed to be wanted for aggravated rape after being detained.
ALMOST DECAPITATED.
On Monday, Baltazar Perez-Estrada, who had entered the U.S. illegally a mere two weeks ago, walked into Illinois’s Carol Stream Police Department in Illinois and informed officers he had stabbed his wife to death. In fact, he had almost decapitated her in front of their children, reportedly because he had discovered she had a boyfriend.
“The extremely violent end to a young mother’s life is something that should touch us all,” said DuPage County State Attorney Robert Berlin.
“Not only has this senseless and brutal act removed Maricela from [the lives of her family and friends], but it has robbed two young children of their mother,” added Carol Stream Chief of Police Don Cummings.
Like many of the illegal aliens mentioned above, Perez-Estrada was caught by the authorities when he entered the U.S. but was given a court date and left at large.
DOUBLE MURDER DERAILS DEPORTATION.
On Monday, a Haitian migrant was arrested for allegedly stabbing two men to death in Middletown, New York — as he was awaiting a deportation hearing.
Thirty-year-old Kenol Baptiste reportedly stabbed both men multiple times, with one being found dead in the apartment complex they shared with the Haitian and the other found badly wounded on the street. He died in hospital while police dogs hunted down Baptiste in woodland near the crime scene.
The suspected murderer is thought to have entered the U.S. around eight months ago, but the authorities are “still trying to track back how, where, when.”
Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus blamed the Joe Biden regime for the killings and noted Democrat New York City Mayor Eric Adams had dumped over 80 single male migrants in hotels in the area in May 2023.
TOO MANY CHANCES.
Forty-six-year-old Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, a Mexican illegal who has already been charged over 20 times and deported an astonishing eight times, is back before the U.S. authorities yet for potentially his worst offense to date after the body of a murder victim was discovered in Ohio.
Garcia-Gutierrez faces charges of premeditated, aggravated murder, various weapons offenses, drug possession, and obstruction. He has assumed at least seven separate identities since 2001, with Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones asking at a Wednesday press conference, “Who knows how many people this guy has been involved in and has killed?”
“Here in the United States, in our jail, he’s had two or three weapons charges, he’s had domestic violence [charges]… driving while intoxicated,” the sheriff said.
“We don’t know how many he’s killed in Mexico.”
While many Democrats have attempted to downplay the impact of migrant crime, Jones stressed that almost 1,000 illegal aliens have entered his jail on state crime charges since Biden assumed office.
KILLER FENTANYL TRAFFICKER.
The final example on this by no means exhaustive list is an unnamed Dominican charged with fentanyl trafficking, assault and battery, and strangulation.
It now emerges he is wanted in his homeland for murder and illegally entered the U.S. in order to evade a murder trial.
“He made his way to Massachusetts and has been repeatedly apprehended by local authorities and charged with crimes of violence and drug crimes,” ICE confirmed.

Illegal immigration under Joe Biden is approaching the volume of all legal immigration processed at Ellis Island. The federal processing facility operated from 1892, when former Civil War colonel Benjamin Harrison was President, to 1954, when General Eisehower’s government closed it down.
Ellis Island accepted more than 12 million immigrants legally seeking American citizenship. Biden has already overseen an influx of at least 9.4 million illegal immigrants, with almost ten months remaining until the next inauguration.
This only accounts for recorded encounters with illegal aliens, however. Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants — if not more — bypass immigration authorities entirely each year, becoming “gotaways.”
The Democratic Party benefits at least indirectly from the border crisis, as Congressional and Electoral College apportionment is calculated based on the estimated number of people living in a particular area—whether or not they are lawful residents, still fewer citizens.
Congressman Yvette Clarke openly admitted she wanted “more people in my district, just for redistricting purposes” during a House Foreign Affairs Committee meeting on Haitian migrants in 2021.
Congresswoman from New York explains why she supports illegal immigration:
"I need more people in my district JUST FOR REDISTRICTING PURPOSES.”

Santa Teresa Middle School in New Mexico has been forced into lockdown twice in one week due to illegal aliens being discovered on school premises.
On March 27, six migrants were apprehended by El Paso Border Patrol personnel after they were found on the property of the school, located close to the Rio Grande outside of El Paso. The school had to be locked down to ensure safety as Border Patrol apprehended the illegals, who were seeking to penetrate the U.S. undetected.
“Being that those schools are so close to the border. The proximity of the border, these types of events happen weekly,” admitted Border Patrol representative Refugio Socorro.
“A lot of people in that area that try to evade arrest from our apprehensions do have a criminal history or have immigration issues,” he warned.
Santa Teresa Middle School is about five miles from a gap in the border wall referred to as ‘The Anarpa Gap’.
Halting border wall construction was one of Joe Biden’s first acts as President.
✅ Rejoin the WHO & Paris Climate Agreement ✅ End the Muslim ban ✅ Halt border wall construction ✅ Enact a national strategy for combating COVID-19
New Yorkers can breathe a little easier today knowing that leadership has been restored to the White House.

The Joe Biden regime has overseen a surge of over 140,000 Chineseillegal aliens since fiscal year 2021, most of them military-aged men. This surge represents a threat to national security, with El Centro Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gregory Bovino recently disclosing an incident in which a Chinese national infiltrated a Marine Corps base near the border.
Bovino confirmed the “purpose and intent behind his actions are still being investigated” and that he was in the country illegally.
Illegal entries by Chinesemigrants rose from 23,471 in fiscal year 2021 to 27,756 in fiscal year 2022, then to 53,700 in 2023. With reports of 36,912 apprehensions through February 2024, this year continues the upward trend.
The influx has been partly facilitated by TikTok, controlled by the Chinese government, with accounts on the platform providing detailed instructions on how to make the journey to the U.S. border.
Despite the obvious security implications, the Biden regime weakened the vetting process for Chinese illegal aliens in April 2023.

Boston area residents are slamming plans to convert the historic Chelsea Soldier’s Home into a facility to house 100 illegal alien families.
“I can’t believe the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home which is for the Vets is going to [be] used for the immigrants overflow,” George Belmonte, a Massachusetts resident, commented on Facebook. “How about taking care of the homeless vets first? I am all for helping people but how about taking care of those already here and homeless,” Belmonte added.
Nearly 550 veterans in Massachusetts experienced homelessness on a single night in 2023, according to U.S. Housing and Urban Development data.
Area resident Denise Levy noted that while the Home was still operational for veterans, those “who fought for our country are paying to live there,” while the illegal aliens will be provided accommodation for free. “Disgusting!!!” she wrote. According to its website, single veterans at the Old Soldiers’ Home paid $30 per day — with a $300 personal exemption from personal income — for nursing home care. Vets who did not need nursing home care were asked to give $10 per day, also with the $300 exemption.
Founded in 1882 to care for Civil War veterans, the now-vacant Chelsea Soldiers’ Home was ear-marked for demolition before Democratic Governor Maura Healey announced the plans to turn it into housing for illegal aliens. Healy’s decision comes as the state — like many others across the country — struggles to cope with the massive influx of illegal aliens entering the country due to the Biden government’s mishandling of the border crisis.

The Biden regime has flown hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens directly from their home states into the United States and put 90 percent of them in Florida and Texas, according to an exhaustive analysis of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data.
Back up: In October 2022, the Biden regime rolled out a migrant parole program that allowed Venezuelan nations to apply for asylum from their home country and then get flown to the U.S. In January 2023, the program was expanded to include Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Colombians.
The details:The Biden regime refuses to publicly disclose where they’re dropping the illegals in this parole program, so The Center for Immigration Studies cross-reverenced CBP data with data from the Office of Field Operations (OFO) which tracks encounters at airports and filtered it to pull just the five nationalities mentioned above.
The numbers: The analysis found that roughly 386,000 have been flown in since October 2022. Here’s what that looks like by city:
Miami: 326,000
Houston: 21,964
Los Angeles: 8,382
San Francisco: 4,578
Atlanta: 4,515
Boston: 4,879
Baltimore: 3,784
Chicago: 1,556
It is not clear if these cities are the final destinations for these illegals or if they continue on to other locations.
Big picture: Florida and Texas, which account for roughly 90 percent of the arrivals, also happen to be the states fighting hardest against Biden’s border chaos. So it’s not a stretch to see these drop-offs as retribution by the Biden regime.
The last wordgoes to Todd Bensman, Senior National Security Fellow at CIS, who cuts to why Biden is doing this, explaining that it brings “people that were going across the border in through airports so they don’t have to be counted as border crossers, which is the number everybody watches.”

The vast majority of Hispanics support labeling Laken Riley’s killer — Venezuelan national Jose Antonio Ibarra — ‘illegal.’ A significant majority of Hispanics also disapprove of Biden’s performance as President.
When Joe Biden used the term ‘illegal’ to describe Ibarra during his State of the Union address, it was followed by an outcry from far-left extremists in the Democratic Party and pro-illegal immigration advocates across the country. However, nearly three-quarters of Hispanics — 74 percent — believe it was appropriate for Joe Biden to use the term, according to a recent Harvard/Harris poll.
A majority of Hispanics — 63 percent — also believe that the border crisis is getting worse. Seventy-one percent of Hispanics think that the Biden government must do more to make it harder for illegals to enter the country. Sixty-nine percent of Hispanics also believe that Riley’s murder proves stricter immigration policies are necessary.
The poll also suggests that the Biden regime’s willful mishandling of the border crisis is turning support for stricter border enforcement into a bipartisan issue. Seventy percent of all voters polled believe that Riley’s murder highlighted the need for stricter immigration controls, with 84 percent of Republicans, 62 percent of Democrats, and 64 percent of swing voters agreeing.
The data also illustrates the extent to which Hispanic voters — once considered a reliable Democratic constituency — are losing faith in Biden and the Democrats. Sixty-eight percent of Hispanics disapprove of the job Biden is doing on the economy overall, and 70 percent disapprove of his handling of inflation. Sixty-five percent disapprove of his handling of foreign affairs, and 63 percent disapprove of his handling of immigration.

New York City officials are distributing prepaid debit cards to illegal aliens as part of a $53 million pilot program. The mayor’s office confirmed that several migrant families received the first debit cards on Monday. They are intended for use on food and baby supplies.
The program will provide illegal families of four with two children under 5 up to $350 each week. It will expand to roughly 115 families — nearly 500 people – over the next week. The cards may only be used at bodegas, convenience stores, grocery stores, and supermarkets, and migrants who participate in the scheme must sign an affidavit stating they will only spend the money on food and baby supplies. Illegals who fail to abide by the stipulations of the program could lose access to the funds.
A spokesman for the mayor said the scheme is a “cost-saving measure” to “replace the city’s current system of providing non-perishable food boxes to migrant families staying in hotels.” They added: “Not only will this provide families with the ability to purchase fresh food for their culturally-relevant diets and the baby supplies of their choosing, but the pilot program is expected to save New York City taxpayers more than $600,000 per month and $7 million per year.”
New York City faces severe strains on its resources due to the ongoing border crisis. The illegal alien ‘newcomers‘ negatively impact the city’s finances, housing, and law and order. In February, New York City Mayor Eric Adams said the city is “out of room” for migrants. Last year, the mayor warned the illegal alien influx “will destroy” the city.
