Twice-Deported Illegal Charged with Raping Little Girls in Church.

Ervin Jeovany Alfaro Lopez, a 33-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, has been charged with over 20 counts of sex offenses involving minors in Maryland. He was in the country posing as a church teacher despite having been deported on two previous occasions.

Charges against Alfaro Lopez include second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offenses. Police began the investigation in May after a victim came forward. Later, three additional victims reported similar cases of abuse. Aged six to 12 years old, they said the abuse often happened when they were praying with closed eyes. One of them was the daughter of the church pastor.

Alfaro Lopez has a record of repeated illegal entries into the U.S., according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He first unlawfully entered the U.S. in March 2015, being charged and deported by September 2018. He was re-arrested in the U.S. in January 2019, leaving voluntarily in April 2019. In March 2020, after illegal re-entry, he was again caught and deported.

The time of his latest entry into the United States is unclear. ICE issued an immigration detainer against him when he was arrested for the church abuse, but the Montgomery County Detention Center ignored the order and released him from custody on August 11.

MIGRANT CRIME: Trump Further Vindicated as ICE Inundated with Foreign Killers, Pedophiles.

Donald Trump warned last month that the illegal immigration crisis under Joe Biden was creating a “new category of crime… migrant crime, and it’s going to be worse than any other form of crime.”

A review by The National Pulse of just seven days of news coverage appeared to vindicate the former president, uncovering multiple examples of severe offenses. Now, a second review, covering the last seven days, shows this was no outlier:

A FAMILY DESTROYED.

In Missouri, a Venezuelan illegal alien, Endrina Bracho, was charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, first-degree child endangerment, and driving without a license after smashing into a family of three while driving 35 miles over the speed limit on the wrong side of the road.

Travis Wolfe, 12, died in early March after clinging to life for a few months following the December crash. His parents also suffered significant injuries, including a broken sternum, broken ribs, and broken ribs.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey noted the, “tragic loss of 12-year-old Travis Wolfe is yet another painful reminder of the devastating consequences of lax border enforcement,” warning that illegal aliens can “come to our country, kill our children and continue the cycle because Biden refuses to hold them accountable.”

ONE OF MANY.

On March 11, the Boston Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) unit of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported having a Colombian illegal convicted of  “indecent assault and battery on a person over 14” — a crime which earned him only one year of probation – in custody pending removal proceedings.

“This Colombian sex offender not only broke our immigration laws; he victimized a Massachusetts resident,” said an ICE spokesman.

The agency noted that the unnamed 44-year-old was just one of 275 “noncitizen sex offenders” detained during an operation running from February 5 to February 16. They said that ERO had detained fully 73,822 noncitizens with criminal histories in fiscal year 2023, including 4,390 with charges or convictions for sexual offenses and 1,713 with charges or convictions for homicide.

‘SAME THING AS LAKEN RILEY.’

Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw reported the arrest of three Guatemalan illegals for abducting a woman from a public park and sexually assaulting her repeatedly.

“For them to be in this country, for them to be able to commit these types of crimes is unconscionable,” Bradshaw said, accusing Joe Biden of having “put the American people in jeopardy.”

“This is the same thing we saw where the student was killed by the person that was here illegally,” Bradshaw added, referring to the murder of Laken Riley.

A FUGITIVE KILLER.

It was reported on Thursday that a Honduran wanted for murder in his home country had been apprehended in Rhode Island.

The unnamed illegal first crossed the southern border in January 2021 but deported under Trump-era controls Biden has now abolished.

He crossed against later the same year, avoiding border officials entirely and becoming one of the hundreds of thousands of annual “gotaways.”

He did not leave his past behind him in Honduras, either, having been arrested for felony assault with a weapon in 2023 and domestic violence in 2024. Incredibly, a judge ignored an ICE detainer against the illegal and released him into the community, with ICE having to track him down and take him back into custody.

REPEAT OFFENDER.

Salvadoran illegal Jeovany Alfaro Lopez was booked for second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offenses against children at a Maryland church.

Posing as a church teacher, his victims — who were as young as six and included the church pastor — said he sometimes attacked them while they were at prayer with their eyes closed.

He was in the country despite having two previous deportations and one voluntary exit from the United States, with the authorities currently having no idea when he made his latest unlawful entry.

Despite his record, he was also freed by the Montgomery County Detention Center on August 11, in defiance of an ICE detainer.

‘ISIS TIES.’

Finally, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director Christopher Wray admitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee that a migrant-smuggling network linked to the Islamic State terror group is operating on the southern border.

“I want to be a little bit careful how far I can go in open session, but there is a particular network that, where some of the overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have ISIS ties that we’re very concerned about,” Wray revealed.

He admitted the FBI was dealing with “a wide array of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border,” including violent fentanyl-dealing gangs.

Chicago Measles Outbreak Intensifies, Additional Cases Reported in Migrant Shelter.

The Chicago Department of Public Health has reported three more measles cases at a migrant shelter, raising the city’s total to five this year. All three patients reside at the shelter, including two adults in stable condition and a younger child now in good condition. In response to the outbreak, local authorities advised school-age residents at the shelter to stay home while their vaccination status is confirmed.

Vaccination teams were placed at the migrant shelter, and over 900 residents were vaccinated over the weekend. Those with potential exposure to the virus who have only recently been vaccinated or haven’t been vaccinated have been instructed to quarantine. Despite these measures, some residents left the shelter.

Chicago’s first measles diagnosis of the year, announced last Thursday, doesn’t appear to be connected to the other cases. Responding to the rising measles incidents, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is sending an expert team to support disease control efforts in Chicago.

The US has recorded 45 cases so far this year, and US cases are projected to surpass 2023’s total. The recent uptick in global measles cases has been partially attributed to lower vaccine coverage. However, measles outbreaks in the US may be connected directly to the ongoing border crisis.

In August 2023, doctors warned that migrants crossing the US-Mexico border illegally were bringing with them measles, among other diseases. In January, authorities warned of potential measles exposure at Dulles and Reagan airports, and in February, Ohio health officials warned of possible measles exposure at Cincinnati airport.

MSNBC’s Joy Reid Attacks Laken Riley Act, Claims Migrant Crime ‘Negligible.’

MSNBC presenter Joy Reid accused conservatives of “demagoguing” over the murder of 22-year-old Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, allegedly by Venezuelan illegal alien Jose Antonio Ibarra.

“They’ve been truly demagoguing an issue of a Georgia young woman who was killed, a Georgia young nursing student named Laken Riley. They’ve now passed a law called the Laken Riley Act. All Republican members and 37 Democrats voted in the House to support the bill,” Reid complained.

“The legislation requires the detention of any migrant who has been accused of burglary or theft. My understanding is that burglary and theft are already illegal. What does this law add to the current existing law?” she asked.

The MSNBC host apparently did not understand that many illegal aliens arrested for crimes end up being released.  Ibarra, in particular, was arrested for shoplifting prior to his alleged murder of Laken Riley, but was left at large among the public and skipped court.

Reid concluded by claiming “migrant crime is negligible.” However, in just one short operation lasting from January 16th to January 28th, ICE arrested 171 illegal aliens previously convicted or charged with crimes, up to and including first-degree murder and child rape.

U.S. on Verge of Major Measles Outbreak as Migrant Shelters Become Breeding Grounds.

The U.S. faces a major measles outbreak as migrant shelters become breeding grounds for a plethora of infectious diseases. Reported cases of measles in the first two months of 2024 have nearly outpaced the whole of 2023, with hundreds thought to be exposed in California and Arizona. An outbreak was also reported this week in a Chicago migrant shelter.

Forty-five confirmed measles cases were recorded in the US over the first two months of 2024 across 17 states, data from the CDC suggests. Fifty-eight infections were recorded in the entirety of 2023. Around 300 people in California were warned they could be infected after a child with the virus visited a medical center outside Sacramento. Health officials in Arizona issued warnings in five locations after confirming one case and detecting a probable second infection.

Last year, authorities warned of the potential of a measles epidemic due to the influx of illegal aliens. “When they are bussed to New York and elsewhere, these diseases go with them,” Dr. Marc Siegel, a professor of medicine at New York University, wrote at the time.

Criminal Gangs Are Selling Fake IDs to Illegals.

Criminal gangs were caught on camera selling fake identification cards to illegal aliens in New York City.

The details: A report from The New York Post found at least 10 men stationed on street corners across the NYC borough of Queens selling fake legal documents, including Social Security cards and green cards, with prices ranging between $70 and $250.

Who are the sellers? Police said the men were criminals with ties to gangs like MS-13 and the 18th Street Gang.“They work”: One gang banger told an undercover Post reporter, “They work,” while showing an example of the forged documents on his phone.

  • He continued: “I need your name, your whole name, your age… I can take your picture.”

Zoom out: New York City has seen roughly 180,000 illegal aliens arrive since the spring of 2022.

The best case scenario for an illegal to want one of these ID cards is so they can find work with an employer that won’t scrutinize the documents.

The worst-case scenario is laid out by Bruce Foucart, a former special agent in charge of Homeland Security investigations in New England, who warned that a terrorist could use the fake ID to “load up a truck with bombs … and bring it underneath the Holland Tunnel and create something major and disastrous.”

  • He added: “I guarantee right now, we’re just waiting for another 9/11.”

Big picture: In fiscal year 2023, 169 people on the Terrorism Watch List were caught trying to enter the country through our southern border. How many weren’t caught?

Chicago Quietly Moves Airport-Dwelling Illegals Following Senate Investigation.

Illegal immigrants have been relocated from Chicago’s O’Hare International and Midway Airports after a probe by the Senate Commerce Committee into federal resources spent on their stay.

The committee, led by Senator Ted Cruz, launched an inquiry into migrants’ housing at the airports in late January. Their displacement reportedly occurred quietly a week after Mayor Brandon Johnson received a letter from the committee, but neither Johnson’s office nor the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) responded to queries regarding the migrants’ new location.

Senate Republican Commerce Committee spokeswoman Melissa Braid has accused Mayor Johnson of withholding information about the migrant situation at Chicago airports from Congress and taxpayers.

Previously, the floors of the airports were littered with migrants, presenting significant challenges to public safety and public health. Moves to host migrants in local police stations resulted in some having to be shut down as the migrants began spreading diseases such as scabies.

Border sheriffs have reported encountering migrants with other diseases “like tuberculosis, scabies, COVID, hepatitis A and B, gonorrhea, syphilis, mumps, chicken pox, [and] dengue fever,” with outbreaks at airports having the potential to spread such illnesses nationally and even worldwide.

A $150 million emergency migrant response fund set aside by Mayor Johnson for this year is projected to be exhausted by April. He has requested nearly $5 billion in federal aid to alleviate the crisis.

Denver Begs Property Owners to House Illegal ‘Newcomers.’

The city of Denver, Colorado, is desperately pleading with landlords to take in illegal aliens as it struggles to deal with the influx of invaders.

“We put out a feeler to all the landlords we have connections with,” said Jon Ewing of Denver Human Services. “Basically said, listen, we’re going to have some newcomers who will need housing.”

Denver was recently forced to evict migrants from city shelters as it lacks both the space and the financial resources to house them, with Mayor Mike Johnston saying the city was approaching its “breaking point.”

Ewing revealed that the city has managed to house many of those evicted migrants with the help of local non-profit groups. “We’re at below 1,800 [migrants needing housing] right now, which is the first time that number’s been that low since September,” he said.

In addition to providing them with housing, the city has also endeavored to get the migrants work permits, helping “1,300 people right now, over the last two weeks or so… get their work permits,” Ewing revealed.

Denver has so far spent nearly $58 million supporting 38,861 migrants, most of whom are reportedly from Venezuela. Ewings’ use of the word ‘newcomers’ to describe Denver’s illegal alien population is noteworthy — the Biden White House recently adopted the same language.

Laken Riley’s Murderer Has Family Ties to Notorious Tren de Aragua Gang Targeted by Trump.

Diego Ibarra, brother of Jose Ibarra, the illegal alien accused of murdering Laken Riley, is likely a member of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang, according to court documents.

Diego Ibarra was detained around the same time as his brother after he showed homicide investigators a counterfeit green card. Reports indicate he used it to secure employment at the university Riley attended.

Previously, Diego Ibarra has been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license, theft by shoplifting, and failing to appear for fingerprinting. He is known to have crossed the US border at least twice and was involved in a violent attack on a border official during the second crossing. He escaped prosecution by claiming to have epilepsy, however.

Prosecutors have now disclosed they believe he is a member of Tren de Aragua, a violent Venezuelan gang, citing gang-related social media posts and his distinctive tattoos. The gang has begun to make its presence felt in US cities as illegal immigration from Venezuela reaches unprecedented levels under Joe Biden.

Recently, former President Donald Trump warned that Tren de Aragua is partly responsible for the “33,000 assaults, 3,000 robberies, almost 7,000 burglaries, 7,500 weapons offenses, 4,300 sex crimes, 1,600 kidnappings, and 1,700 homicides” linked to illegal aliens detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

21 Illegals Caught in Florida Human Trafficking Investigation.

Law enforcement officials arrested 228 people, including 21 illegal aliens, in a multi-agency anti-human trafficking operation titled “Operation March Sadness 2024.”

The eight-day-long operation was carried out in Florida and was driven by Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. Judd criticized the prevailing flexible immigration policies, attributing the crisis at the border to these lax laws.

“We have a crisis at the border. And because of the crisis at the border, we have people that are victimizing illegal folks, forcing them into the sex trade,” Judd said. “Because we allow these criminals in the country illegally. We all rail about this, and nobody pays any attention.”

Those arrested included illegal aliens from countries such as Chile, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela.

Judd also reported a specific instance involving a suspect brought to Florida from New York, coupled with three females, all of whom were in the US illegally. The females claimed they were under the control of a female trafficker and forced to pay $3,000 each under threat. Judd alleged these illegal immigrants were permitted to fly freely by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

“They said when they came into the country illegally, the DHS gave them a form, an ID, paperwork, that allows them to fly for free,” Judd said. “You know how Southwest (Airlines) will let your bags fly free? The federal government will let your illegal immigrants fly free.”

The recent influx of illegal aliens into America has brought with it a dramatic increase in crime. Former President Donald Trump recently observed, “We have a new category of crime, it’s called migrant crime, and it’s going to be worse than any other form of crime.”
