Kamala’s Favorability Dips Sharply.

Vice President Kamala Harris faces declining favorability among American voters just days ahead of the presidential election, as the Democratic nominee struggles to maintain any kind of campaign momentum. RealClearPolitics’ compilation of favorability ratings shows Harris has been under a net negative rating for more than a week, reaching the lowest point since the Democratic convention in August.

Upon entering the race, Harris maintained similar positive and negative perceptions as President Donald J. Trump. Recent surveys indicate a shift in voter sentiment against Harris, who has historically polled behind President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in their respective races against Trump.

In a RealClearPolitics aggregate on Friday, Harris and Trump were tied, marking the first time Trump matched her polling since early August. A Wall Street Journal national poll released Wednesday shows Trump leading Harris by 3 points.

The Journal notes Harris received her lowest job approval ratings as vice president, with 42 percent approval and 54 percent disapproval, while voter sentiment towards Trump has improved. In response to unfavorable polls, Harris adapted her campaign focus by portraying her political opponent as a threat to democracy. She alleged Trump sought generals similar to Adolf Hitler’s, referencing a recent Atlantic article featuring unsubstantiated claims by Trump’s former chief of staff, John Kelly. Contemporary officials, including Vice President Mike Pence’s former chief of staff, have rejected Kelly’s claims as totally false.

The attacks by Harris and her campaign came after they announced they would get more personal and negative in the campaign’s final days.

Bryan Lanza, senior adviser to the Donald Trump campaign, has further warned that many fake stories about President Trump will likely come out ahead of Election Day.

Biden-Harris Judge Rules Noncitizens Can Vote.

A federal judge appointed by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris says the Commonwealth of Virginia cannot remove over 1,500 individuals who have self-identified as noncitizens from its voter roll. The lawsuit was brought by the Biden-Harris government.

U.S. election law bars those who are not American citizens from participating in federal elections. The issue of noncitizen voters has become a major concern during the 2024 election as several states have found significant numbers of illegal registrations on their voter rolls.

VIRGINIA LAW SINCE 2006.

“Let’s be clear about what just happened: only eleven days before a Presidential election, a federal judge ordered Virginia to reinstate over 1,500 individuals—who self-identified themselves as noncitizens—back onto voters rolls,” said Governor Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) in a statement blasting the ruling. He continued: “Almost all of these individuals had previously presented immigration documents confirming their noncitizen status a fact recently verified by federal authorities.”

Addressing the legal requirements for Virginia to remove these illegal voters from the state’s rolls, Youngkin emphasized that the law has been on the state books since 2006 and has been fulfilled under both Republican and Democrat governments.

“This is a Virginia law passed in 2006, signed by then-Governor Tim Kaine, that mandates certain procedures to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls, with safeguards in place to affirm citizenship before removal—and the ultimate failsafe of same-day registration for U.S. citizens to cast a provisional ballot,” Youngkin stated, adding: “This law has been applied in every Presidential election by Republicans and Democrats since enacted 18 years ago.”

Youngkin says the state will immediately ask the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals for a stay of the decision.

Data shows that a statistically significant number of noncitizens have illegally participated in past elections. In Oregon, an alleged coding error resulted in over one thousand noncitizens being allowed on the voter rolls.

State Dept. Official Peddling DEI Via U.S. Foreign Policy.

The Biden-Harris regime is aggressively advancing its ideologically charged diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda internationally as well as domestically. In 2022, the government appointed Desiree Cormier Smith as the first Special Representative for Racial Equity and Justice at the State Department, a role focused on promoting DEI through international partnerships and prioritizing so-called systemic racism, discrimination, and xenophobia on a global scale.

Smith, who admits her position could be axed if former President Donald J. Trump reclaims office, embodies an approach criticized by many as divisive and not grounded in national priorities. Trump has openly stated he may remove officials whose DEI-driven agendas undermine his policies.

“Structural racism, discrimination, and xenophobia are global scourges that require global solutions,” claims Smith, who previously served as a senior policy advisor for George Soros’s Open Society Foundation. She insists “white supremacy” is “a global threat” and that “when we look at racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism, white supremacy is at the top of that.”

Smith’s DEI efforts have crept into national security, with agencies like the National Security Agency (NSA) adopting language directly from Critical Race Theory (CRT) and discouraging intelligence staff from using straightforward terminology on issues like radical Islamic terrorism. DEI’s influence on the military is also strong: the Air Force recently hosted an LGBT Pride event featuring a speaker who promotes gender transitions for minors. The Department of Defense has requested $270 million to fund DEI initiatives.

Critics argue the Biden-Harris government’s DEI-driven approach diverts resources from core national security priorities, undermines unity, and sidelines merit-based policies.

Trump Advisor Warns of Multiple Fake Stories About to Drop.

Bryan Lanza, senior adviser to the Donald Trump campaign, believes negative stories about the former president are set to emerge, telling CNN that “these fake things coming out” are part of a predictable election-time strategy by the Democrats. “You’re going to have something come out in the next couple of days, I suspect, and then something coming out next week,” he said.

One new allegation against former President Trump comes from Stacey Williams, a former swimsuit model who accuses Trump of groping her at Trump Tower in 1993—over 30 years ago—while Jeffrey Epstein was present. Britain’s far-left Guardian is still seeking to substantiate the claims, with only a vague reference to two friends of Williams who claim she told them about the supposed incident years ago so far.

On Monday, Williams recounted her experience during a Zoom call organized by Survivors for Kamala, a group supporting Vice President Kamala Harris—whose husband currently faces allegations of publicly slapping an ex-girlfriend at a film festival in 2012.

Responding to Williams’s allegations, Trump’s campaign press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, dismissed them as “unequivocally false,” saying they were fabricated by Harris’s campaign to undermine Trump.

Lanza says the accusations follow a pattern of fabricated allegations: “This is a long playbook that the Democratic Party has done and they try to come up with somebody at the last minute to try to distract from the fact that they have yet to make their case of why Kamala Harris would have to actually be president.”

Kamala Harris Ducks Joe Rogan Interview.

Following President Donald J. Trump’s agreement to go on the Joe Rogan podcast, his rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, is refusing to follow suit, according to her campaign spokesman Ian Sams. On Thursday, Sams stated, “We discussed the possibility with Rogan’s team, but due to current campaign scheduling, it won’t be feasible at this time.”

Reports earlier this month indicated that Harris’s campaign had been communicating with Rogan. His podcast, which had 14.5 million followers on Spotify and an even larger number of YouTube subscribers in March, appeals to a broad audience, including many young men—a demographic the Democratic nominee is struggling to appeal to.

President Trump is set to record an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience on Friday at Rogan’s Austin, Texas studio.

Rogan, who previously argued that foreign-born Americans should be able to run for the presidency and once advocated for a Star Trek-like communist utopia, has been critical of President Trump in the past, suggesting the president may be a “sociopath.” However, he admitted the former president was more mentally capable than Joe Biden, and he recently said that “Trump raising his fist and saying ‘fight!’ after getting shot is one of the most American f***ing things of all time.”

In recent weeks, President Trump has appeared on several major podcasts, including the Theo Von podcast and the Lex Fridman podcast.

Kamala Harris, meanwhile, has been on far fewer podcasts. On one, the sexually explicit Call Her Daddy, she justified not having any of her own children by saying she did not want to be “humble.”

Illegal Migration Cost Americans $150 BILLION in 2023.

Illegal aliens cost American taxpayers over $150 billion in 2023, according to a new report.

The details: The report, conducted by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), found that federal, state, and local governments spent $182 billion on services for illegal aliens in 2023, like education, law enforcement, and medical services.

  • That is only offset by the $32 billion in tax revenue the illegals generate.
  • This leaves U.S. taxpayers on the hook for the remaining $150 billion.

For perspective, $150 billion is more than twice the Department of Homeland Security’s annual budget.

Zoom out: Jodey Arrington, Chairman of the House Budget Committee, says the $150 billion figure is a “conservative estimate.”

The impact: According to FAIR, the Biden-Harris regime spent $67 billion, and the remaining funds were paid by state and local governments, leading to major cutbacks in services to American residents. For example:

  • Denver had to slash $45 million from its budget, including $8.4 million for police and $2.5 million for fire services, to cover the $90 million it earmarked for illegal alien support.
  • NYC has had to spend $2.3 billion on providing services to the 210,000 illegals who have settled there since 2022.

What do Americans think? A recent poll found that 54 percent support mass deportation of illegal aliens—an idea that was taboo just a few years ago.

Big picture: Kamala Harris recently told Telemundo that she supports a “pathway to citizenship” for the millions of illegal aliens currently in the country.

Biden-Harris Immigration Official Allegedly Offered Advice to Illegal Border Crossers.

A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official has been implicated in promoting illegal immigration through social media, as detailed in a report by the American Accountability Foundation. Wilson Osorio, serving as associate counsel with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), allegedly used platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram to engage with and advise potential border crossers, according to the watchdog group’s findings.

In these social media interactions, Osorio reportedly conducted interviews with illegal immigrants, encouraging them to discuss their earnings, journey to the U.S. and experiences of entering and living in the country unlawfully. Since the report’s release, Osorio appears to have adjusted his online presence by making his TikTok and YouTube accounts private and removing his LinkedIn profile.

Beginning in July, Osorio’s posts include the stories of individuals who have successfully navigated life in the United States after entering the country illegally. For example, one Instagram video highlights the success of a Honduran immigrant in the restaurant industry. Another video features an illegal immigrant offering advice to other illegal border crossers, cautioning them about potential dangers.

Additional posts have described experiences of illegal immigrants obtaining work permits and citizenship. Some testimonials describe financial achievements made possible by work in the U.S. despite initial illegal entry.

The report emerges amid heightened scrutiny of border security under the Biden-Harris government, which has witnessed a substantial influx of migrants. According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), over 7.8 million migrants entered the country illegally, with thousands convicted of serious offenses. However, some estimates place the real number of illegal aliens at over 20 million.

Top Obama Advisor Says Kamala Offers ‘Word Salad City.’

Major figures in the Democratic Party appear to be putting distance between themselves and Vice President Kamala Harris in the closing days of the 2024 presidential election. Notably, David Axelrod, former senior adviser to President Barack Obama, blasted Harris’s Wednesday night town hall event on CNN as a “word salad city”—referring to the vice president’s penchant for rattling off nonsensical responses.

A paid CNN contributor, Axelrod noted that Harris often delivers “word salad” responses when she is unwilling to answer questions directly. Even worse, the former top Obama advisor noted that Harris was either unable or unwilling to distance herself from President Joe Biden’s unpopular policies—something he considers a misstep.

“When she doesn’t want to answer a question, her habit is to kind of go to word salad city,” Axelrod said after the televised event. He continued: “And she did that on a couple of answers. One was on Israel. Anderson [Cooper] asked a direct question, ‘Would you be stronger on Israel than Trump?’ And there was a seven-minute answer, but none of it related to the question he was asking.”

IMMIGRATION.

“On immigration, I thought she missed an opportunity because she would acknowledge no concerns about any of the administration’s policies, and that’s a mistake. Sometimes you have to concede things,” Axelrod continued, adding: “You do want to relate to the people in front of you. She didn’t do a lot of that. She didn’t ask them questions. She didn’t address them particularly. She was giving set pieces too much.”

Harris has seen her campaign stall in the closing weeks of the 2024 election, with internal finger-pointing spilling out into the public. The National Pulse previously reported that Harris’s chaotic Pennsylvania campaign has alienated local Democratic leaders in Philadephia and jeopardized the chances of Democrats winning the critical battleground state.

Biden-Harris Officials Knew, OVER A YEAR AGO, That Violent Tren de Aragua Was Taking Over Denver.

Federal law enforcement and immigration officials with the Biden-Harris government—along with state and local officials in Colorado—knew the violent Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua (TdA), intended to make Denver its headquarters in the United States in November of 2023. According to government emails obtained by Aurora, Colorado, city council member Danielle Jurinsky, the city’s police department received intelligence from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regarding the gang’s presence and intentions in their city and nearby Denver.

“Here is the Tren De Aragua bulletin I plan on sending out department wide tomorrow. I added the intel from HSI [Homeland Security Investigations] that Sgt Bungartz received today,” wrote Aurora police officer Matthew Walters on November 16, 2023, in an email to Commander Chris Poppe. Walters continued: “I also spoke with an ICE [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] agent today who reached out to his intel guy, the guy got back rather quickly, and stated TdA has decided to make Denver their headquarters due to sanctuary policies and location.”

Around an hour after Walters sent the email, Commander Poppe responded, acknowledging the notice looked good: “Is there any Aurora-centric info that could be included in the bulletin? Known addresses, or hangouts, or specifics cops should be aware of?”

COLORADO COVER UP?

Jurinsky contends the email raises serious questions, such as whether the state officials in Colorado knew or were made aware of TdA’s intention to coordinate its criminal activities out of Denver. She also presses whether the mayor of Denver was aware of the gang’s intentions.

After video of alleged TdA members taking over an Aurora, Colorado, apartment complex surfaced earlier this year, Governor Jared Polis (D-CO) and other state and local officials sought to downplay the gang’s presence in the state. However, the Aurora police emails obtained by Jurinsky suggest that law enforcement was aware of and seriously concerned about TdA’s activities for at least a year.

29 Million Early Mail-In and In-Person Votes Already Cast.

Around 29 million Americans have now cast early votes, either in-person or by mail. Data company TargetSmart reports that 43 percent of early voters so far are registered Democrats, 39 percent are Republicans, and 18 percent are not aligned with the two major parties.

While early voting does favor the Democrats slightly overall, other sources indicate Vice President Kamala Harris’s party is doing a worse job turning out supporters in battleground states than in previous elections, while Republicans are turning out much stronger for former President Donald J. Trump.

CNN—using data from Catalist, election officials, and Edison Research—notes that at this point in the 2020 election, early votes in Pennsylvania were 71 percent Democratic and 20 percent Republican. This year, the Democrats have dropped to 61 percent, and the GOP has risen to 29 percent.

Meanwhile, the Democratic advantage has vanished in North Carolina. In 2020, they led the GOP on 40 percent to 28 percent; now, the parties are tied at 34 percent.

Conversely, the GOP now leads early voting in Arizona and Nevada, accounting for 42 percent and 38 percent of early voters, respectively. Democrats sit at 36 percent in both states. At this point in 2020, the Democrats led Republicans in both states, 42 percent to 34 percent and 44 percent to 33 percent.

Local media in Nevada report an “unheard of” advantage for Republicans in early in-person voting, and the GOP is also said to be ahead in mail-in votes—traditionally a Democrat strength—in North Carolina. Early voting is also taking place in Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, but information on the party registration of early voters in those swing states is not available.
