Harris Claims She’s a Gun Owner Who Respects the Second Amendment. So Why Did She Sponsor Gun-Grab Legislation?

As San Francisco District Attorney (DA), Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris supported Proposition H, aimed at prohibiting residents from possessing, distributing, or manufacturing handguns. The measure, which Harris sponsored, faced significant opposition even within her party. Prominent Democrats such as then-San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom and then-U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein distanced themselves from the local ballot proposal.

Harris currently presents herself as a moderate, claiming she owns a gun and declaring, “If somebody breaks into my house, they’re getting shot, sorry,” in a recent livestream with Oprah Winfrey. However, her past support of Proposition H provides yet another example of her being on the extreme left of the Democratic Party, backing policies including the decriminalization of unlawful border crossings, defunding the police and federal immigration enforcement, and banning fracking before she replaced Joe Biden as the 2024 nominee.

Proposition H was approved in 2005—but invalidated by state courts before it could be implemented. It would have required residents to surrender their handguns within four months. San Francisco was forced to pay $380,000 in settlements to the National Rifle Association, Second Amendment Foundation, California Rifle and Pistol Association, and other plaintiffs challenging it.

Harris also supported the authorities being able to enter gun owners’ homes to “check to see if you’re being responsible and safe” and continues to support a “mandatory buyback program” for semiautomatic “assault” rifles.

Leftist lawmakers such as Elizabeth Warren and progressive activists believe her professed centrism is a pose for the election and that she will return to a far-left agenda, particularly on immigration, once voting is out of the way.

Notre Dame Students Back Trump After 12 Years of Democrat Support.

Students at Notre Dame University support President Donald J. Trump over his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, by an almost two-point margin, according to new election data. This is the first time in twelve years that students have preferred a Republican over a Democrat at the ostensibly ‘Catholic’ university.

The Irish Rover, a student-run newspaper, surveyed students between September 15 and 18. The results show that Trump holds 47.6 percent of the student vote, compared to Harris’s 45.9 percent. In 2020, then-candidate Joe Biden garnered 66 percent of student support compared to Trump’s 29 percent. Similarly, in 2016, Hillary Clinton led Trump by 59 percent to 24 percent in a comparable poll.

Elliot Anderson, president of Notre Dame’s College Republicans chapter, was astonished by the results. “It’s amazing to see a college campus stand by President Trump,” Anderson told The Rover.

The data suggests Kamala Harris may be struggling to appeal to Catholic voters. Her inability to garner majority support on the university campus could indicate a challenging environment for Harris among white Catholics—and perhaps Catholics overall.

The National Pulse reported earlier this week that Harris announced she will not attend the annual Al Smith dinner on October 17 in New York City, becoming the first Democratic presidential candidate in 36 years not to do so. Sponsored by the Archdiocese of New York, the Catholic fundraiser typically features lighthearted exchanges between presidential candidates.

Responding to the snub, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, remarked, “We’re not used to this; we don’t know how to handle it. This hasn’t happened in 40 years since Walter Mondale turned down the invitation. And remember, he lost 49 out of 50 states.”

A Pew Research Center poll published on September 10 showed Trump leading Harris by five points among Catholic voters nationally. This poll also highlighted Trump’s strong lead among white Catholic voters, with a 23-point margin (61 percent to 38 percent).

Kamala Makes Up Book of the Bible in Excruciating ‘Off-Script’ Moment.

Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris cited a book of the Bible that does not exist in a rare “off-script” moment on Wednesday. “You know, there’s a time for patience, and there’s a time for impatience. That’s not in Ecclesiastics,” she said in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, adding: “I just went off-script for a minute.”

Harris may have been referring to the Old Testament book of Ecclesiastes, which teaches, ‘To everything, there is a season,” including “a time to weep, and a time to laugh,” and “a time to mourn, and a time to dance.”

The Vice President of mixed Indian and Jamaican heritage claims that, as a child, she attended both a Hindu temple, where she learned “that all faiths teach us to pursue justice,” and a black Baptist church, where she sang in the choir.

Many elements of the 59-year-old’s account of her background have been called into question. For instance, claims that her Indian grandfather, P.V. Gopalan, was one of the country’s “original independence fighters” are contradicted by the fact he worked for the British imperial government until decolonization. Claims she worked for McDonald’s in her youth also lack evidence.

Harris’s running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, is also known to misrepresent his past, falsely claiming he carried weapons “in war” as a National Guardsman despite never deploying to a combat zone and lying about an arrest for driving while intoxicated.

CENSURED: 10 Dems Turn on Biden-Harris Regime Over Afghan Withdrawal Debacle.

Ten Democrats have turned on the Biden-Harris regime to support a Republican motion to censure officials over the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. The resolution passed in the House by a vote of 219 to 194. Democrats who supported the measure included Reps. Jared Golden (D-ME), Mary Peltola (D-AK), Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA), Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX), Greg Landsman (D-OH), and Jeff Jackson (D-NC).

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) introduced the bill, which followed a yearslong investigation into the disastrous withdrawal. McCaul stresses that the government has failed to hold anyone accountable for the operation, which he describes as “one of the most devastating foreign policy blunders in American history.”

He argues that officials prioritized appearances over security, causing the deaths of 13 U.S. servicemembers in an attack in Kabul.

The resolution mentions 15 current or former members of the Biden-Harris regime. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and Secretary of State Antony Blinken are all mentioned.

McCaul is also spearheading efforts to hold Secretary Blinken in contempt for obstructing the investigation and not appearing at the committee when subpoenaed. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) will consider the resolution after a six-week recess.

Most regard the U.S. withdrawal during the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan as a disaster. Historian Victor Davis Hanson called it the “greatest humiliation since Saigon.”

“We left our allies hanging without notice. We left thousands of American contractors, tens of thousands of sympathetic Afghans who were murdered or are sought out,” he said.

How Facebook Trained CDC Employees to Censor Americans.

Newly released documents from America First Legal (AFL) provide new details on how Facebook trained government employees with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to use the social media platform’s censorship portal to target so-called ” COVID & Vaccine Misinformation.” The legal group engaged in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation against the CDC published the Facebook onboarding documents on its website on Wednesday.

Following constant pressure from the Biden-Harris government—including current Kamala Harris presidential campaign senior staffer Rob Flaherty—Facebook created an “end-to-end workflow” portal for government officials to submit links for the social media platform to remove. The links in question were posted by Americans on the Facebook platform.

According to AFL, this process “dramatically increased the efficiency of the censorship machine by allowing up to twenty links at a time to be referred for censoring.” Allegedly, only approved government officials and law enforcement had access to the portal, though there are significant concerns that some may have shared access with non-authorized users.

Among the other revelations in the FOIA’ed documents are that “[e]ach censorship request automatically generated a ticket number so that the government could track if Facebook complied with its censorship demands.” Additionally, the trove of communications acquired by AFL shows that “Facebook explained precisely what content it would remove and what it needed from the CDC in order to censor certain narratives within the bounds of its ‘community standards.'”

The social media company, co-founded by tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg, walked government employees through a series of slides that provided an almost paint-by-numbers explanation of how to report content to be censored. In August, The National Pulse reported that Zuckerberg admitted Facebook interfered in the 2020 presidential election and censored Americans at the behest of the Biden-Harris government.

Kamala Admits to Constitutional Vandalism in Scandalous Abortion Play.

Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris has advocated for the elimination of the Senate filibuster to pass legislation that would nationalize abortion access, overturning the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade reversal. Speaking on Wisconsin Public Radio, Harris stated explicitly: “I think we should eliminate the filibuster for Roe.”

The proposed law aims to legalize abortion across the country, negating various state-level pro-life regulations. Eliminating the filibuster would lower the threshold for passing such legislation from 60 votes to 50 in the Senate. This change would require Harris’ running mate, Tim Walz, to serve as the tie-breaking vote if the Democrats maintain their current 51 Senate seats. As a Congressman and Governor of Minnesota, Walz has voted against legislation protecting babies who survive abortions, and signed legislation eliminating state-level reporting on such survivals.

Harris argues that removing the filibuster is necessary to restore “protections for reproductive freedom.” Independent Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, who recently switched from the Democratic Party, warns that, without the filibuster, the Senate could become akin to the House but “on steroids.”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has hinted at ending the filibuster to advance abortion legislation should the Democrats achieve a “trifecta” by winning the presidency and both houses of Congress in the upcoming election.

Speaker Johnson Tells Zelensky to Fire Ambassador After Open Foreign Interference.

Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson demanded that Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky fire the Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States after Zelensky toured a factory in the swing state of Pennsylvania and criticized President Donald J. Trump.

Oksana Markarova, the Ukrainian ambassador to the United States, helped plan Zelensky’s visit this week. During his visit, he was flown on a U.S. Air Force C-17 to the battleground state of Pennsylvania.

Zelensky seemed to be campaigning for Harris as he slammed both President Trump and his running mate, Senator JD Vance (R-OH), in the media.

“The idea that the world should end this war at Ukraine’s expense is unacceptable. But I do not consider this concept of his a plan, in any formal sense,” Zelensky said of Trump’s plan to end the conflict between Ukraine and Russia.

Speaker Johnson wrote bluntly to Zelensky following the visit, saying, “I demand that you immediately fire Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United States, Oksana Markarova,” and called the visit clear “election interference.”

Zelensky toured an armaments factory in Pennsylvania during this visit. Speaker Johnson added in his letter, “The facility was in a politically contested battleground state, was led by a top political surrogate for Kamala Harris, and failed to include a single Republican because – on purpose – no Republicans were invited.”

“Support for ending Russia’s war against Ukraine continues to be bipartisan, but our relationship is unnecessarily tested and needlessly tarnished when the candidates at the top of the Republican presidential ticket are targeted in the media by officials in your government,” he added.

President Trump, meanwhile, has stated that he would bring an end to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine prior to his oath of office if elected in November.

‘Pathetic’ Kamala Grants PRE-RECORDED Interview to MSNBC Host Known for Defending Her Press Evasion.

Vice President Kamala Harris will participate in her first major one-on-one interview since becoming the Democratic presidential candidate in a pre-recorded session with MSNBC‘s Stephanie Ruhle on Wednesday night. The decision to forgo a live interview drew widespread criticism and allegations that Harris is dodging serious scrutiny, particularly as Ruhle has previously endorsed her and defended her decision to avoid the media.

“This is legitimately pathetic for a person who wants to be president,” said former President Donald J. Trump‘s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance. “Ruhle has explicitly endorsed Harris. She won’t ask hard [questions],” he added.

Ruhle recently appeared on HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher alongside New York Times columnist Bret Stephens. “I don’t think it’s a lot to ask her to sit down for a real interview,” Stephens argued. Ruhle, however, scoffed, “I would just say to that, when you move to Nirvana, give me your real estate broker’s number and I’ll be your next door neighbor.”

“Kamala Harris isn’t running for perfect. She’s running against Trump. We have two choices,” she said, denouncing Trump as a “threat to democracy.”

Trump, for his part, responded to Ruhle’s comments about him on Real Time by branding her a “dumb as a rock bimbo.”

TikTok Banned Political Ads, But is Allowing This Infamous Left-Wing Group to Continue.

Despite explicitly banning political advertisements on their platform since 2019, the Chinese-owned media giant TikTok still shows alleged paid political ads, including several linked to Democrat activist groups. Recent findings indicate that this prohibition has not entirely prevented the circulation of paid political messages.

At least 52 videos labeled with “Paid Partnership,” #ad, or #sponsored, some receiving significant views, have appeared to contravene TikTok’s policy. Some videos appear to be sponsored by the Democratic activist groups ActBlue, TogetherSF Action, and NextGen America. These videos promote issues like climate change and voter registration.

TikTok has reiterated its stance against political ads, stating that it disallows political content through all monetization channels, including paid advertisements, branded political content, and other promotional avenues. TikTok claims it adheres to a stringent no-political-ads policy, unlike other tech giants such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and Google.

Owned by ByteDance, a Chinese company linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), TikTok faces additional scrutiny over national security concerns. U.S. lawmakers have been particularly vigilant due to worries about potential foreign influence via the platform, which is currently contesting a possible ban in court unless sold to a U.S.-approved entity.

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) noted the absence of specific regulations regarding social media influencer activities.

According to the Pew Research Center, TikTok has become a key news source for young American adults. The Center notes that 39 percent of adults aged 18 to 29 use the platform for news. While the BidenHarris regime has sought to curry favor with influencers on ToikTok over the years, including inviting some to film short videos at the White House, the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza has turned some against the regime.

Did Kamala Ever Actually Prosecute a Case From Start to Finish? It’s Not Clear…

The Democratic Party’s 2024 presidential nominee, Kamala Harris, is facing increasing scrutiny over her record as a prosecutor, with legal critics raising questions as to whether Harris ever actually personally prosecuted a case in its entirety.

Former Acting U.S. Attorney General Jeff Clark first raised the question several weeks ago, asking social media users if anyone could find “a transcript of a case that Kamala Harris has prosecuted.” After it appeared no one would take him up on the challenge, Clark posited in a post on X (formerly Twitter): “I’m starting to get doubtful that she EVER prosecuted a case through to trial.”

Harris’s presidential campaign has repeatedly tried framing the Democrat as a tough-on-crime prosecutor.

The question of Harris’ actual prosecutorial experience follows revelations that the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee frequently missed California Medical Assistance Commission (CMAC) meetings during her stint as an appointee on the state government board. Harris, named to the commission by her then-boyfriend Willie Brown—the powerful California Assembly Speaker—missed around 20 percent of the organization’s meetings.

Most instances of Harris’ courtroom experience pointed to by the corporate media are cases in which the California Democrat almost certainly never actually set foot in court. Clark notes that an NPR story from August, which details nine cases from Harris’s past, are all instances in which her role as district attorney or California Attorney General meant she was absent from the day-to-day work.

While Harris’s resume suggests she may have seen some trial time while working on the Alameda District Attorney’s sex offense team, there appear to be few other instances where she would have set foot in a courtroom—let alone prosecuted a case from start to finish.
