City of London Balks at Kamala Presidency, With Many Preferring Trump.

Top bankers in Britain’s City of London are quietly hopeful that former president Donald J. Trump will be re-elected in November. They believe his economic policies will be far more beneficial to capital markets than a Kamala Harris presidency.

Despite some concerns over Trump’s protectionist stance on some industries and views on the Ukraine war, some in the City see advantages in his laissez-faire finance approach.

Speaking anonymously, a senior U.K. financial lobbyist noted that a Trump presidency might lead to a less restrictive regulatory environment, potentially boosting financial flows across the Atlantic.

The genuine concern in the City is a potential Kamala Harris presidency. Her economic plan includes targeting big businesses, which could be less favorable for the financial sector than Trump’s pro-business stance.

Under Trump, the City also benefited from appointments of industry veterans to key regulatory positions, like Steven Mnuchin at the Treasury and Christopher Giancarlo at the CFTC. This trend could continue, benefiting the financial sector.

A key opportunity for the City would be the inclusion of financial services in a U.S.-U.K. free-trade agreement, a possibility under Trump but unlikely under President Joe Biden or a Harris administration.

Chancellor Rachel Reeves has already signaled a willingness to strengthen U.K.-U.S. financial ties, regardless of who leads the U.S. And with Trump’s recent support for cryptocurrencies, the crypto industry in London sees potential benefits, despite his previous skepticism.

Trump has promised to create a strategic Bitcoin reserve and has earned millions of dollars of cryptocurrency donations throughout the 2024 presidential campaign.

15% of All U.S. Oil Production Might End in a Matter of Months. Here’s Why…

The BidenHarris government appears to be dragging its feet in complying with a court order issued by a judge with the United States District Court for the District of Maryland earlier this month, which could result in a ban on all oil drilling activity in the Gulf of Mexico. Currently, drilling the Gulf accounts for approximately 15 percent of all U.S. oil production.

At the center of the potentially disastrous halting of Gulf oil projects is a convoluted intersection of issues involving the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and a biological assessment for the region that began in the final days of the Trump administration.

BANNING DRILLING.

The U.S. District Court in Maryland struck down the National Marine Fisheries Service’s biological assessment and ordered a new assessment to be completed by December 20. Ostensibly, the court ruling aims to strengthen protections for the endangered Rice’s whale, among other species. However, some view the move as a backdoor attempt by BidenHarris to bar drilling in the Gulf.

A cadre of environmentalist groups brought the lawsuit against the National Marine Fisheries Service. Despite the litigation’s long-term economic impacts, the BidenHarris government appears to be doing little to challenge the jurisdiction of the Maryland federal judge or the standing of the environmental groups—in essence, giving their tacit approval to drilling being blocked.

KAMALA’S GREEN AGENDA.

The BidenHarris government has already offered the fewest oil and gas drilling leases in the Gulf of Mexico in U.S. history. Meanwhile, with the federal court now mandating a new biological assessment, the Biden-Harris government can entirely end drilling in the oceanic region by using agencies to slow down the process.

Kamala Harris, the 2024 Democratic Party presidential nominee, is a staunch opponent of the oil industry and unlikely to seriously challenge the court ruling. In 2020, she vowed that fracking would be banned on “day one” of a Harris presidency.

The Gulf oil industry adds tens of billions of dollars to the U.S. economy and provides hundreds of thousands of jobs to U.S. workers.

Yes, Kamala Harris Wants to Tax Unrealized Capital Gains, And It Would Be a Disaster.

A senior economic advisor to Kamala Harris‘s 2024 presidential campaign has confirmed the Democratic nominee intends to impose a tax on unrealized capital gains. Bharat Ramamurti, who serves as an economic aide to Kamala Harris, dismissed criticism of the Democratic Party‘s presidential candidate’s tax plan during an appearance on CNBC on Wednesday.

“I think that this reaction to unrealized gains is a little funny given that I bet that the majority of people watching right now are already paying a tax on unrealized gains,” Ramamurti contended during the interview. He added: “It’s called a property tax.”

CNBC host Joe Kernen abruptly cut Ramamurti off, describing the Harris advisor’s “property tax” canard as “tiring” and “always the go-to answer.” Indeed, Kernen is correct that a property tax—defined as a use tax—is dissimilar from a tax on unrealized capital gains.

A PROPERTY TAX?

Property taxes pay for local services such as public schools, police, and firefighters. However, a tax on unrealized capital gains would tax the unsold value of a capital good—such as stock shares in a company. The shareholder would be taxed on the assumed value of the shares without them being sold—meaning if they’re later sold for a loss, the taxpayer has been legally overtaxed by the government.

When pressed on how Harris‘s proposal to tax unrealized capital gains would act in any way like a use tax, Ramamurti unconvincingly sputtered: “All the revenue that comes in from these unrealized gains taxes and the other taxes in the tax—in the Harris plan—are going to go to creating what she calls ‘more opportunity.'”

Despite Ramamurti’s unconvincing spin, the reality is a tax on unrealized capital gains could prove economically disastrous. While Harris claims only the highest income earners would be impacted, it is these same high earners who have the largest market impacts as investors. An unrealized capital gains tax would likely dissuade these individuals from future market actions.

Cops Demand Apology from Kamala for Comparing Them to Slavers.

Kamala Harris, a descendant of notorious 19th-century slave owner Hamilton Brown, is being asked to apologize to the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO) for comparing police work to slavery.

“When we say that America has a history of systemic racism, we mean that from slavery, Jim Crow laws, lynchings, and policing, our institutions have done violence to black Americans,” said Harris, whose parents are Indian and Afro-Caribbean—although her Marxist father has European as well as African antecedents.

Kamala Harris has shown once again that she simply has no actual knowledge of what modern American police officers do, and worse, doesn’t seem to even care for the men and women who put their life on the line to protect American communities,” said NAPO president Michael McHale.

“We call on her to retract and apologize for her comments equating policing to lynching and slavery. She has yet to explain her support for defunding the police and, even worse, her support for the so-called ‘Minnesota Freedom Fund’ that put persons arrested for violent crimes back on the streets as Minneapolis burned during the George Floyd riots,” he added.

Harris made the comments in 2020, around the time of her failed run for the Democratic nomination. She supported the defund the police movement during this period and a “day one” ban on fracking, among other far-left policies she is now downplaying.

The Vice President did not only attack the police during her earlier career. As an ultra-liberal California Senator, she once compared the work of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the crimes of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

Migrant Gangs Target Suburbs via Sanctuary Cities.

Officials in Aurora, Colorado, are grappling with a surge in crime linked to Tren de Aragua, a violent Venezuelan prison gang. This follows an influx of migrants into nearby Denver, whose sanctuary policies are having a spillover effect on neighboring suburbs like Aurora.

“We currently have entire [apartment] complexes under gang control—complexes where staff have been beaten up, they’ve been threatened, their families have been threatened [and] complexes where there are no staff left on the property,” warns Aurora City Council Member Danielle Jurinsky.

“These complexes are being run by this Tren de Aragua gang,” she says, describing how the migrant gangsters “start brokering apartments themselves when someone leaves out of fear or whatever,” with Venezuelan families moving in to replace them “within hours.”

“Parts of the city are absolutely under this gang’s control,” she said.

The rise in migrant gang crime is overwhelming Aurora’s police department. Tren de Aragua, in particular, has links to high-profile crimes across America, including the murder of nursing student Laken Riley in Georgia and the shooting of two New York Police Department (NYPD) officers.

Tren de Aragua has established itself in the U.S. under the Biden-Harris government’s lax border regime, which has resulted in record-breaking illegal immigration. Kamala Harris, in particular, was tasked with tackling the “root causes” of illegal immigration by Joe Biden in 2021 as part of a “border czar” role she now denies.

Despite previously vowing to block funding for Donald Trump’s border wall and comparing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the Ku Klux Klan as a Senator, Harris now claims she will finish the wall.

Epstein-Linked, Gay ‘Prince of Darkness’ Tipped as Next UK-U.S. Ambassador.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is considering Lord Peter Mandelson as Ambassador to the United States. The Labour member of the House of Lords had to resign in disgrace from Tony Blair‘s government twice, only to be appointed to the European Commission, the unelected executive of the European Union (EU). Mandelson was plagued by scandals there, too, but was soon slotted into the government of Blair’s successor, Gordon Brown.

Sources say Sir Keir is waiting until after the U.S. election to finalize the decision. Lord Mandelson, who was “particularly close” to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, is expected to be the leading candidate if Kamala Harris enters the White House. A Whitehall insider claims Mandelson is “a person of political weight and substance. He knows power, he understands money, and he has no problem whatsoever rubbing shoulders with the one percent,” and made a “credible pitch” for the job.

David Miliband, Brown’s Foreign Secretary (Secretary of State) and a junior minister under Blair is another candidate for the ambassadorship. The former Labour Member of Parliament (MP) exited electoral politics after failing to replace Brown as Labour leader after the party lost power in 2010.

Miliband currently lives in New York, working for a George Soros-funded nonprofit abetting illegal immigration into the U.S.

Top Biden-Harris ‘Green Czar’ Owns an Oil Well.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator Michael Whitaker, leading the Biden-Harris government’s climate agenda for American aviation, owns an oil well in Wyoming. Leased to Hilcorp Energy, the largest private oil company in the U.S., the well is valued at up to $100,000, with the net-zero technocrat receives annual royalties of up to $5,000 from Hilcorp.

Whitaker’s fossil fuel income raises questions about the sincerity of the Biden-Harris climate agenda. The White House has been pushing for a transition to green energy since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office, with Whitaker and the FAA being given a significant role. In February, Whitaker announced regulations aimed at achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, including so-called sustainable aviation fuels.

Whitaker’s financial ties to the oil industry cast doubt on how much the Biden-Harris government really cares about reducing fossil fuel use.

“This is exactly the kind of thing that gets everyday people furious because the people who are constantly turning the ratchet up to make their gas more expensive, their car more expensive, their airline ticket to see family more expensive, to limit what they can buy at the grocery store because it doesn’t align with certain green targets—are globe-hopping in private jets, owning oil wells, and living life with abandon,” commented O.H. Skinner, executive director of the Alliance for Consumers.

Harris infamously vowed to ban fracking on “day one” of a Harris administration during her 2019-20 run at the presidency, but she now claims she will not do so—as the policy would destroy jobs in the key swing state of Pennsylvania, and drive up energy costs even further.

Harris and Biden Are FLOODING Govt Depts With Unvetted Hires.

The Biden-Harris government has been using a lesser-known hiring authority called Schedule A to pack the Department of Justice (DOJ), particularly in the Environmental, Antitrust, and Immigration divisions. This hiring method allows appointments to bypass traditional merit-based vetting processes. Appointees often remain in place long after the administration that hires them expires, raising concerns that Biden-Harris officials will wield long-term influence over government policies even if Donald Trump is reelected.

Critics argue that this approach is part of a broader strategy by the Biden-Harris regime to cement its agenda and make it difficult for a restored Trump administration to reverse its policies. Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT), which exposed the Schedule A hiring spree, warns that “Exploiting non-competitive hiring authorities to fill career civil service positions” is eroding the public’s trust in its government.

PPT obtained documents showing that the Biden-Harris government has hired over 100 immigration judges through Schedule A. The backlog in immigration courts has skyrocketed from 1.3 million cases in 2020 to over 3 million under Biden-Harris, and these judges will play a crucial role in deciding whether noncitizens can remain in the U.S.

The DOJ’s Environmental and Natural Resources Division has also significantly increased its staff, focusing on enforcing progressive environmental regulations.

Obama Acolytes, Trump Impeachment Leaders Launch New PAC to Block Election Challenges.

Democrat strategists with ties to the Barack Obama administration have launched a super PAC intended to preemptively delegitimize any concerns Republicans might raise about election integrity. The so-called Democracy Defenders group will fund and support legal battles around the 2024 election if former President Donald J. Trump and his supporters challenge dubious election results, as they did in 2020.

Jim Messina, Obama’s 2012 campaign manager, chairs the PAC. It also includes Norm Eisen, a key figure in Trump’s first sham impeachment. T.J. Ducklo, who previously worked for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, is stepping down from Harris’s presidential campaign to become the PAC’s chief strategist.

With an initial $10 million budget, Democracy Defenders is poised to flood the courts and media with resources to counter any Republican efforts to question election results. This suggests that they are already intent on dismissing any claims of irregularities, regardless of their merit.

While Democrats claim they need to “protect” the election from Trump, with Messina saying they won’t let Trump “undermine” the election, Democracy Defenders’ launch appears to be a preemptive strike against any attempts to ensure integrity and transparency in the voting process.

The Democratic Nation Committee (DNC) and state Democrats are already suing to stop the Georgia State Election Board from reconciling apparent voting discrepancies before certification, insisting concerns should only be raised after the fact.

There is solid evidence that mail-in voting, in particular, was plagued by fraud during the 2020 election—with one in five mail-in voters admitting they cast illegitimate votes in a major poll.

BREAKING: Kamala FINALLY Agrees to Interview But Not Without White Man to Hold Her Hand.

Kamala Harris has finally announced her first major network media interview as the 2024 Democratic Party presidential nominee. Both Harris and her running mate, Governor Tim Walz (D-MN), will together sit down with CNN‘s Dana Bash on Thursday at 9:00 PM ET.

The interview will occur at CNN‘s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia—a critical swing state in the 2024 presidential race. Until today, the Harris campaign had remained noncommittal on any major media interviews with both the Democratic nominee and her running mate. The campaign has struggled with how best to use Walz for media engagement. Some campaign officials were concerned that the Minnesota Democrat might stumble in answering policy questions since Harris has thus far articulated little about her political agenda.

Harris and her campaign likely chose CNN as the network provides both national coverage and a friendly Democratic Party environment. The National Pulse reported in July that CNN‘s Jake Tapper revealingly referred to the network’s viewers as “our voters” in a Pravda-like segment talking up Harris‘s “appeal to Gen Z.” At the time, Harris—who turns 60 in October—had been aping the style of 31-year-old English singer Charlotte Aitchison, a.k.a. Charli XCX, on social media.

CNN likely hopes the primetime interview will boost its sagging ratings and revenue. In May, it was revealed that CNN had hit its lowest primetime ratings in three decades. Additionally, the cable news network’s own reporters tacitly admitted to aiding the Biden-Harris government in covering up the 81-year-old Joe Biden’s cognitive decline as they feared such revelations would only help former President Donald J. Trump‘s bid to retake the White House.
