Bannon Issues Ominous Courtroom Warning for Democrats.

War Room host Stephen K. Bannon issued a stark warning to the Democratic Party of America as he appeared in court in New York on Tuesday as part of the We Build the Wall fraud trial against him.

Asked for comment inside the courthouse, Bannon stated: “The people have rendered their verdict. Overwhelmingly, they reject all of this. This is why the radical Democrats are out of power, and they’ll be out of power for 50 years.”

“The American people rendered their verdict on Tuesday about this entire sham – and you know what their verdict was? No more lawfare,” he added.

The appearance marks the final pre-trial hearing as Bannon faces charges relating to a private fundraiser that raised $15 million to construct a border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg brought the case after President Donald J. Trump pardoned Bannon federally in 2021. However, presidential pardons do not cover state-level prosecution cases.

Bannon completed a four-month prison sentence in late October. He was found “guilty” of contempt of Congress for refusing to testify before the corrupt and unconstitutional January 6 Committee. His New York trial is slated to begin on December 9.

Judge Rejects Mistrial Motion in Daniel Penny Subway Chokehold Case.

Defense lawyers for Marine veteran Daniel Penny, on trial over the death of homeless black man Jordan Neely, pushed for a mistrial on Thursday, citing testimony from a witness they deemed biased and accusing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s office of promoting an anti-white narrative. They protested the characterization of Penny as a “White vigilante” and opposed witness Johnny Grima’s courtroom statement labeling Penny a “murderer” and “abuser,” despite neither murder nor domestic abuse being among the charges.

Penny, 26, was an architecture student in New York and a former U.S. Marine. Defense attorney Thomas Kenniff stated that the deceased, Jordan Neely, 30, had a history of violent and threatening behavior, including an alleged attack on an elderly woman for which he had an active warrant. This comment led to an outburst among courtroom spectators, requiring court officers to intervene.

Judge Maxwell Wiley declined the mistrial request but acknowledged the defense’s concerns.

Prosecutors argue that Penny excessively restrained Neely, who—according to multiple witness statements—was making threats and throwing trash at passengers on a Manhattan subway. Penny’s defense insists his actions were justified under the circumstances. Paul Mauro, a retired NYPD inspector, noted that the standard for conviction requires proving recklessness or negligence, which he disputed given Neely’s verbal threats.

If convicted, Penny could face up to 19 years in prison. The trial is anticipated to last six weeks, and Friday marks its twelfth day. The District Attorney’s office has yet to comment on the proceedings.

Bodycam Footage Reveals Victim Had Pulse in Daniel Penny Case.

Bodycam footage showing police detecting a pulse on Jordan Neely after being placed in a chokehold was released as the manslaughter trial of Daniel Penny commenced in Manhattan on Friday. Penny, a Marine veteran, is accused of killing Neely on May 1, 2023, with a chokehold that prosecutors claim was fatal.

The incident on the New York City subway has sparked significant controversy, with far-left Black Lives Matter activists labeling it a racially motivated killing of a mentally ill black man by a white veteran. In contrast, many Americans view Penny as a protector who intervened after Neely, who had a lengthy arrest record and an active warrant for assaulting an elderly woman, made aggressive threats to passengers and threw trash at them.

The footage reveals that New York Police Department (NYPD) officers arriving at Fulton Station at 2:33 PM confirmed Neely had a pulse upon their arrival. Although initially unconscious, Narcan was administered, and CPR was initiated at 2:38 PM. Paramedics arrived ten minutes later, but Neely was not pronounced dead until reaching Lenox Health Hospital.

POLICE CONCERNS.

During trial proceedings, an NYPD sergeant explained that officers refrained from performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation due to concerns about Neely’s potential drug use. The assistant district attorney argued that Penny maintained the chokehold for nearly six minutes after Neely had been restrained and posed no further threat.

Penny’s defense, led by Thomas Kenniff, contends that his actions were to protect others until police arrived—a response time he cited as longer than expected. His defense claims Penny attempted to relax his grip, arguing that any sustained chokehold would have rendered Neely unconscious in the first minute.

The jury, selected after a two-week process, will hear testimony from medical experts, first responders, and subway passengers. The trial is set to continue for up to six weeks.

Migrant Hanged in New York Park Is Suspected Pedophile.

A man found hanged from a tree in Pelham Bay Park, New York City has been identified as a migrant and suspected pedophile. Manuel Delgado, 43, a Peruvian asylum seeker who had been in the city for less than a year, allegedly took his own life on October 9 after his family discovered his ongoing of an underage relative and reported him to the police.

Investigators had the victim, a teenage girl, call Delgado while recording their conversation. During the call, she confronted him, stating she planned to report him to the authorities. Delgado, however, chillingly suggested meeting at a familiar location, referred to as “the spot where we used to go”—a wooded area near Orchard Beach Road and Bartow Circle, sources say.

When Delgado arrived at the location, he reportedly committed suicide. Authorities found him hanging from a tree around 1:30 PM, with wounds on his forearm, neck, and midsection. A 9mm shell casing was also found near the scene, according to investigators. Delgado had previously texted his roommate, saying he had stabbed himself.

The migrant is believed to have raped his victim for years, even before the family came to the U.S., raising questions about the ability of dangerous individuals to enter the country via asylum programs.

Many illegal aliens have been charged or convicted of crimes against children under the Biden-Harris government, such as Jeovany Alfaro Lopez of El Salvador, who was booked for second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offenses against children at a Maryland church.

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has refused to apologize to the victims of migrant pedophiles and their families for the Biden-Harris government’s termination of ‘Remain in Mexico’ and other Trump-era border policies.

POLITICO: Kamala Harris’s Al-Smith Video Statement Was ‘Forgettable.’

Vice President Kamala Harris’s pre-recorded video message to the Al Smith Dinner in New York City has been panned as “forgettable” by POLITICO. The Democratic candidate raised eyebrows when she declined to attend the New York City event, which raises money for Catholic charities, in person, with no presidential candidate having skipped it since Walter Mondale in 1984.

The message, intended to be comedic, relied primarily on Molly Shannon, a 60-year-old SNL comic, playing the role of a Catholic schoolgirl engaging in freakish behavior such as sticking her hands in her armpits and smelling her fingers.

Trump, who attended in person, noted that Mondale went down to a heavy defeat after skipping the memorial dinner in his speech, and roasted the Democratic candidate at length. “I must say, I was shocked when I heard Kamala was skipping the Al Smith dinner… Instead of intending tonight she’s in Michigan receiving communion from Gretchen Whitmer,” he joked, referring to a recent video in which the Democratic governor mocked the Eucharist while wearing a Harris campaign hat.

He also poked fun at the cringeworthy ‘White Dudes for Harris’ group, saying he was not worried about them “because their wives and their wives’ lovers are all voting for me.”

Trump to Launch Final 2024 Campaign Push with Rally at Historic New York City Venue.

Former President Donald J. Trump is set to hold a major rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City later this month. According to sources, the event is planned for October 27, nine days before Election Day. The gathering will reportedly follow a first-come, first-serve approach, anticipating a large attendance.

Trump, who recently addressed an observance in Florida commemorating the anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel, has attracted substantial crowds throughout the 2024 presidential campaign. Last month, approximately 16,000 supporters attended his rally at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, Long Island. Earlier in the summer, up to 10,000 people congregated at Crotona Park in the Bronx, surpassing the venue’s permit limit of 3,500 attendees.

Madison Square Garden can accommodate up to 19,500 spectators. It has been the site of several key national conventions, including the Democratic gatherings in 1976, 1980, and 1992 and the Republican National Convention in 2004.

Trump is not new to the idea of a rally at this well-known arena. During an interview in February, he mentioned the possibility, citing changes in New York’s political landscape as a motivating factor. Trump expressed confidence that he could garner votes from a broader spectrum of New Yorkers, indicating a focused effort in the state for the upcoming election. In April, he again suggested that a rally at Madison Square Garden was imminent.

The Trump campaign has yet to comment officially on the event, but it is expected to send an announcement to supporters soon.

Pro-Hamas Protestors Vandalize Congressman’s Office for a Second Time.

Pro-Hamas protestors have vandalized the district office of a New York Congressman for the second time in a matter of weeks. The Manhattan office of Representative Adriano Espaillat (D-NY) had its windows and facade covered in red paint, and the glass in its front door broken. “Free Gaza” graffiti was spray painted on the sidewalk in front of the Democrat Congressman’s office.

Rep. Espaillat has been an outspoken advocate in Congress for the return of the hostages taken from Israel by Hamas during the Islamic terror group’s barbaric October 7, 2023 attacks against the Jewish state. As anti-Israel and pro-Hamas protests have broken out across New York City over the past several nights, the Congressman’s office has become one of several focal points for the pro-Hamas activists as its windows feature posters of the remaining hostages being held by the terrorist group.

OCTOBER 7.

Yesterday, the New York Democrat joined other state and national lawmakers for a memorial service in Central Park, marking the one-year anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attacks. Several lawmakers who attended the event have subsequently been targeted on social media by accounts like AIPAC Tracker, which claims: “Adriano Espaillat has blood on his hands.”

The National Pulse reported in April that Espaillat, a vocal advocate for the Biden-Harris government’s open border policies, first came to the United States from the Dominican Republic as an illegal alien with his parents, overstaying tourist visas and living in the country illegally for around a year before securing a green card.

Following President Donald J. Trump’s visit to a Harlem bodega, Espaillat attacked the Republican presidential nominee on X (formerly Twitter), claiming Trump had no business in his district. However, photos from the event show residents flocking to the corner store to see the Republican candidate.

Eric Adams Should NOT Resign, Says Hakeem Jeffries.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) is arguing New York City Mayor Eric Adams should not resign despite being federally indicted over allegations of corruption. The Democrat mayor faces charges of allegedly soliciting campaign contributions from foreign nationals connected to the Turkish government before his 2021 run for mayor.

“My view is that Mayor Adams, like every other New Yorker and every other American, is entitled to the presumption of innocence and entitled to a trial by a jury of his peers who will ultimately determine his fate within the legal system,” Jeffries argued.

“At the same time, it’s important for Mayor Adams to articulate to New Yorkers in a compelling way a plan and a path forward to ensure that the city is continuing to function and run in a manner that meets the needs of everyday New Yorkers and in a manner that New York City, which we believe is the greatest city in the world, deserves,” he added.

Adams previously praised the Biden-Harris government for halting border wall construction and vowed New York City would remain a sanctuary city. However, he began criticizing open borders as the migrant crisis worsened, saying it would “destroy” his city.

Adams says the charges against him are false, suggesting the Biden-Harris Justice Department is targeting him for publicly accusing “the federal government [of doing] nothing as its broken immigration policies overloaded our shelter system with no relief.”

Indictment of NYC’s Eric Adams Unsealed. Here’s What It Alleges…

Federal agents searched New York City Mayor Eric Adams‘s official residence, Gracie Mansion, early Thursday morning. The operation occurred just hours before the indictment against the Democratic Party politician was unsealed.

Mayor Adams’s attorney, Alex Spiro, stated that agents arrived at 6 AM to retrieve the mayor’s phone, which had already been seized once during the investigation late last year. Meanwhile, the unsealed indictment against Adams reveals the New York City mayor faces five counts ranging from wire fraud to bribery to accepting campaign donations from a foreign national.

The indictment alleges that Adams knowingly solicited campaign contributions from Turkish foreign nationals beginning in 2018 in the lead-up to his 2021 run for mayor. Federal prosecutors further allege that Adams and his campaign conspired to hide the illegal contributions through straw donors and fake paper trails, concealing the criminal activity. In exchange for financial support from representatives of the Turkish government, Adams pressured officials in the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) to approve Turkey’s consulate building in Manhattan despite safety issues.

Furthermore, the indictment alleges that Adams used illegal foreign donations to fraudulently increase the public matching funds his campaign received in the 2021 election. In addition, federal prosecutors claim the New York City mayor received not just financial kickbacks through the campaign finance scheme but was granted other benefits from Turkish officials, including free or discounted travel on Turkish Airlines.

The charging document contains a bevy of evidence detailing Adams’s free luxury hotel stays and transportation clandestinely provided by the Turkish government. Already, several individuals close to the New York City mayor have either been raided by federal law enforcement, forced to resign, or pleaded guilty to campaign finance charges.

A Trad Dude Complained That Sabrina Carpenter Defiled a Church… Now The Feds Are Involved.

A scandalous music video shot last year in a New York City Catholic church appears to have kicked off—at least in part—a federal investigation into associates of the city’s mayor, Eric Adams. The Catholic priest at the center of the music video controversy now appears to be one of several targets of the federal inquiry into allegations of public corruption that may bring down Mayor Adams, a Democrat.

Last October, pop star Sabrina Carpenter came under fire after filming a risque music video for her song Feather in a Brooklyn-area Catholic church. Carpenter can be seen writhing suggestively on the church’s altar—a blasphemous act of desecration. The fact that Carpenter used a real church and desecrated an actual altar may have gone unnoticed if not for a traditionalist Catholic social media account with the handle “@traddingtonbear.”

The “trad” Catholic social media user posted an inquiry he made with the Brooklyn diocese and its bishop, prompting a quick backlash against the priest and Carpenter in Catholic media. Subsequently, local and religious press frenzy around the controversy drew unwanted attention to Monsignor Jamie Gigantiello—the priest who authorized the music video shoot. Last week, Gigantiello was the subject of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) subpoena examining business ties between the priest and Frank Carone, Mayor Eric Adams’ ex-chief of staff.

Media responses from the Diocese of Brooklyn on the subpoena direct the press to the coverage of the Sabrina Carpenter controversy, suggesting that the video and news coverage did help draw Gigantiello to the FBI’s attention. Currently, numerous associates of Mayor Adams have been raided by the FBI, while at least one individual has already pleaded guilty to corruption charges.
