Capitol Cop Charged With Child Porn Possession.

Washington, D.C. – A Capitol Police Officer was arrested outside his Maryland home before dawn on Monday, and faces five counts of child pornography possession.

USCP Officer Jared M. Lemon, who has worked on the force for nearly twenty years, has now been suspended.

Capitol Police said in a statement on their website:

This morning Maryland State Police (MSP) charged United States Capitol Police (USCP) Officer Jared M. Lemon with 5 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. MSP arrested the 42 year old outside of his Maryland home just before 5:00 a.m.

The USCP learned about the investigation in December of 2022 and immediately revoked the officer’s police powers and, while MSP was investigating the allegations, reassigned him to administrative duties where he would not interact with the public.

Lemon will be suspended pending the outcome of the criminal case. He has been with the USCP since 2005 and served with the Uniformed Services Bureau.

This story is developing.

$1.5M+ Raised for French Cop Who Shot Migrant-Background Teen.

A fundraiser to help the family of the policeman who shot the migrant-background teen ‘Nahel M’ in Nanterre, Paris, last week has received more than €1.4 million ($1.5M USD) after Jean Messiha – a former advisor to populist leader Marine Le Pen – created an appeal on GoFundMe on Monday.

Demands have been made to remove the GoFundMe page, though GoFundMe refused to comply. “Currently, this campaign complies with our terms of use as the funds will be paid directly to the family in question. The family has been added as a beneficiary and therefore the funds will be paid directly to them,” said a spokesman for GoFundMe to POLITICO on Monday.

The campaign has thus far received nearly five times more than a similar fundraiser created for Nahel M’s mother, who told the media that her “heart aches” after learning of the fundraising.

Nahel’s death sparked violent riots across France and Western Europe, with more than 1,300 arrests on Friday, and a further 700 on Saturday, as well as 45,000 police officers being deployed by the French government to quell the unrest.

Cops Aid Illegal Migrants by Providing Fake Documentation.

Two French policemen have been arrested and charged in an ‘ingenious scheme’ that assisted hundreds of illegal migrants obtain French residency permits by fraudulently claiming that they came from Eastern Europe.

For around $16,500, illegal migrants were given everything necessary to obtain permits, including “passports, identity cards, driver’s licenses, payslips, tax notices, medical prescriptions, and employment contracts.”

Those involved in the scandal allegedly falsified Eastern European documents as they are easier to reproduce than the French equivalents and because “they attract less attention from the [French] authorities.” Their clients could therefore take advantage of the European Union’s internal freedom of movement policy.

The two policeman and six accomplices were charged with use of forgery in writing, use of forgery in an administrative document, and aid for the irregular entry and residence of foreigners in France.

One source close with knowledge of the investigation told European media, “[f]ake documents were sometimes more real than life, a degree of sophistication rarely seen until then in France.”

DC Cops Boost ‘Pride’ While Drag Queens Expose Themselves to Kids.

Washington D.C. police officers celebrated alongside the “LGBTQ+ community” during Saturday’s annual Pride Parade in the U.S. Capitol. The parade hosted indecent exposure, nakedness, and men dressed in leather fetish outfits – all of which occurred with hundreds of children present.

Disturbing photos of the increasingly sexual parade emerged, featuring a drag queen known as Qween Amor wearing nothing but a g-string and bondage, bending over directly in front of a toddler, with the toddler’s mother looking on and smiling at the display.

Another video shows the same person performing some kind of Satanic ritual, dancing with an upside-down crucifix, and twerking in front of a large crowd with children in the background.

‘Gun Free’ DC Sees 40% Rise in Arms Offences Since 2017.

Washington D.C. witnessed four shootings in a single night on April 21st, including one involving a 12-year-old girl. It was an evening emblematic of how gun violence continues soar in the city, despite it being a “gun free” zone that spends millions on “social justice.”

Gun violence in the nation’s capital has “increased significantly” over the past five years, with a 40 percent rise in offenses involving a gun since 2017. In 2017, there were 1573 violent offenses involving a firearm, whereas, in 2022, there were 2,203, according to Axios D.C.

The city’s Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) seized 3,152 guns in 2022 – over 800 more than in 2021 – 127 of which were modified to feature a fully automatic switch.

In general, D.C. has seen skyrocketing criminality in recent years, with back-to-back years with more than 200 murders between 2021 – 2022 for the first time since 2002 – 2003. There were more than 200 in 2022, 226 in 2021, and even 198 in 2020.

As of May 3, there has been a 26 percent increase in all crime this year compared to 2022, according to the MPD’s own statistics. These offenses include, homicide, sexual abuse, robbery, motor vehicle theft, carjackings, and arson.

The outgoing MPD Chief, Robert Contee, told CBS, “[t]here are a lot more guns are in communities now, a lot more guns than what we experienced over the course of my time here in the police department.”

Contee added that violent crime is often linked to illegal firearms – a growing problem as a result of the city’s stringent firearm policies.

Indeed, the Washington D.C. city council has enacted some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country. Washington D.C. requires all guns to be registered, there to have been a universal background check, gun owner licensing, handgun dealer licensing, extreme risk protection orders, assault weapon restrictions, large capacity magazine bans, waiting periods, child access prevention laws, open carry regulations, and strong concealed carry laws. In other words, guns are almost impossible to own in the city.

At the end of April, the Mayor of Washington D.C., Muriel Bowser, who was quoted as having “anxiety” about the growing D.C. criminality, announced a new “focused and community-centered” strategy that will help reduce the city’s crime rate.

The strategy shall include, increasing the visibility of police patrols, better use of personnel (greater unit availability), no “displacement” of crime, a “diffusion” of benefits, and providing a varied experience throughout the city.

MPD Chief Contee, however, argues that the real problem is the lack of police staff.  “Whether it’s D.C., New York, L.A., Detroit, Chicago, it doesn’t matter,” says Contee, “everybody is having this struggle when it comes to recruiting and retaining police officers.”

In other words: the left’s demonization of cops over the past decade has directly led to more death and suffering.
