Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has vetoed a bill aimed at restricting sex change procedures for children. The Republican governor tried to argue signing the bill would imply the state government knows better than parents who want to transition their children, and could harm minors suffering from gender dysphoria.
“This bill would impact a very small number of Ohio’s children, but for those children who face gender dysphoria, the consequences of this bill could not be more profound,” DeWine claimed, sharing anecdotes from parents who say their children’s lives were saved by gender transition procedures.
The bill would have prohibited medical professionals from using puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and genital mutilation surgeries to try to “affirm” the perceived gender of minors who believe they are the opposite sex.
It would also have stopped males from competing in female sports, and vice versa, on the basis of their gender identity.

Parents in Jefferson County, Colorado, have complained after an 11-year-old girl was allegedly assigned to the same bed as a male during a school trip. They were told before the overnight outing that boys and girls would sleep on separate floors of their hotel.
One of the girls, identified as D.W., discovered upon arrival that she would be sleeping with a biologically male “transgender girl”. She told her mother she felt uncomfortable, after which her mother spoke to the principal. Initially, D.W. was persuaded to move only to another bed in the same room, and to lie about the reason.
The male and another student were eventually moved to a different room. Teachers then ordered D.W. and two other girls not to tell anyone their male ex-bunkmate was “transgender”.
D.W.’s case was taken up by the Alliance Defending Freedom, which wrote to the Superintendent and Board of Education.
“Because [Jeffco Public Schools’] policy prioritizes the ‘safety and comfort’ of only transgender students to the exclusion of all other students, there was no way for D.W.’s parents to request an accommodation prior to the trip so they could protect D.W.’s privacy and ‘minimiz[e] stigmatization’ of D.W.,” the letter explained.
“Therefore, an 11-year-old child was placed in a position where she feared social backlash if she requested a different room in front of other students.”
Similar behavior has been observed in higher education officials. Undercover reporters in Minnesota recorded the Housing Director at the University of St. Thomas promising to keep a (fake) trans student’s sex a secret from other students, only accommodate him with females, and prioritize him for his own private room.

Forbes has named Dylan Mulvaney, the transgender activist who crashed Bud Light, to its ’30 Under 30′ list.
“The actress [sic] and LGBTQ+ activist gained viral fame with her [sic] ‘Days of Girlhood’ TikTok series, which documented her [sic] gender transition and drew more than 1 billion views,” Forbes stated in a profile.
Only later in its profile did Forbes acknowledge Mulvaney “found herself [sic] at the center of an unexpected political crossfire after Bud Light paid her [sic] to post a video featuring a custom beer with her [sic] face on the can, sparking a widespread boycott of the brand.”
Partnering with Mulvaney had a devastating impact on Bud Light. Billions were wiped off the value of parent company Anheuser-Busch. Tanking sales also saw it fall from its perch as America’s most-purchased beer.
This was quickly glossed over by Forbes. The business magazine instead emphasized the fact Mulvaney “landed partnerships with companies like Nike and MAC” and “raked in an estimated $2 million in earnings” last year alone.
Mulvaney decided he was female in his mid-twenties, charting his “transition” on social media. On ‘Day 222 of being a girl’ – less than a year in – he was invited to meet Joe Biden. The elderly Democrat was interrogated on “trans issues” at the White House and lectured on the experience of “transness”.
Mulvaney has undergone “facial feminization” surgery. He has not removed his penis and testicles, however, insisting “women can have bulges”.
One Million Moms is petitioning against the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for turning the event into a “non-binary and transgender extravaganza”.
The petition, which had gathered over 32,000 signatures at the time of publication, complains the parade is no longer family-friendly, with performers including the likes of non-binary cross-dresser Alex Newell.
“It is clear that Macy’s does not have our children’s best interests in mind,” One Million Moms states, adding that the corporation “needs to know that trust must be earned, and once trust is lost, it is difficult to get back.”
The statement petitioners are putting their name to explains they “do not agree with the LGBTQ agenda [Macy’s] are pushing on families,” and that “[s]ince this event goes against our beliefs and values, Macy’s has left conservative and Christian families with no choice but to avoid the parade and its store” during the holiday season.

The Supreme Court of Japan has overturned strict laws preventing people from legally changing gender unless they have followed through on transition surgery.
Under laws dating from 2004, Japan had required anyone who wished to change their gender to be at least 18, diagnosed with gender dysphoria by two doctors, and to have gone far enough down the path of “transition” that they had “no reproductive glands” or only reproductive glands that had “permanently” lost their natural function.
In addition, people asking to change their gender are required to be unmarried and to have either no children or only children who have reached adulthood, to protect the interests of their families.
Now, however, unelected judges have ruled the laws requiring people to be sterilized before legally changing gender “[restrict] a person’s free rights not to have their bodies invaded against their will” and “[cause] an extreme physical and economic burden,” and are therefore unconstitutional.
The ruling is opposed by a group of legislators known as the League of Diet Members to Protect the Safety and Security of Women and Women’s Sports, who believe the previous system kept natural-born women relatively safe from biological males accessing women’s spaces.

Parents have won a landmark legal battle against the Kettle Moraine School District in Wisconsin, with Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Michael Maxwell banning school authorities “from allowing or requiring staff to refer to students using a name or pronouns at odds with the student’s biological sex, while at school, without express parental consent.”
Parents represented by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) and the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) had been socially transitioning supposedly transgender children, including pre-teens, behind their backs, and even over their express objections. Judge Maxwell ruled this violated the parents’ constitutional rights.
“The school district could not administer medicine to a student without parental consent. The school district could not require or allow a student to participate in a sport without parental consent. Likewise, the school district cannot change the pronoun of a student without parental consent without impinging on a fundamental liberty interest of the parents,” Maxwell said.
“[Can] a school district can supplant a parent’s right to control the health care and medical decisions for their children? The well-established case law in that regard is clear: Kettle Moraine cannot,” he added.
“The court confirmed that parents, not educators or school faculty, have the right to decide whether a social transition is in their own child’s best interests,” commented WILL deputy counsel Luke Berg. “The decision should be a warning to the many districts across the country with similar policies to exclude parents from gender transitions at school.”

The Equality PAC, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) PAC, and the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) Action Fund have endorsed Joe Bide for reelection in 2024, insisting his “leadership is crucial now more than ever as LGBTQ+ Americans are living in a state of emergency – experiencing unprecedented attacks from extremist politicians and their right-wing allies in states across the country, who are working tirelessly to erase us.”
“Without question, the Biden Administration has been the strongest advocate for the needs of transgender Americans of any presidential administration in American history,” NCTE Action Fund executive director Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen said.
The LGBT lobbyists seem particularly exercised by moves in some conservative-led states to stop medics from performing surgeries on minors and prescribing powerful hormones and puberty blockers to them in an attempt to “transition” them from male to female, and vice versa – a poorly evidenced experimental treatment for gender dysphoria increasingly associated with negative health outcomes.
Biden’s chief rival for the presidency, Donald Trump, has vowed to pass a law “prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states” if returned to the White House, and declare “any hospital or healthcare provider participating in the chemical or physical mutilation of minor youth will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare – and will be terminated from the program.”
He has also said he will work to establish “a private right of action for victims to sue doctors who have unforgivably performed these procedures on minor children.”

Men prescribed female hormones in an effort to turn them into women are 93 percent more likely than normal men to develop cardiovascular disease and 73 percent more likely to develop the heart condition than women, according to data from a Danish study published in the European Journal of Endocrinology.
“Hormone treatments such as estrogen will increase fat mass and lower lean body mass, and increased estrogen is usually associated with increased risk of autoimmune disease and inflammation,” explained Dr. Dorte Glintborg.
Transmen, i.e. women on male hormones, are also at greater risk, being 63 percent more likely to have have heart conditions than normal women, and suffering twice the risk of real men.
Researchers studied 2,671 transgender people over five years, comparing them to 26,700 normal people. Both transwomen and transmen were found to be at “significantly increased risk” of suffering a range of debilitating conditions, including not only heart disease but also strokes and hypertension.

California Superior Court Judge Thomas S. Garza has ruled the Chino Valley Unified Board of Education cannot require schools in its district to inform parents if children are gender-swapping in class, after Attorney General Rob Bonta alleged the policy “unlawfully discriminates against transgender and nonbinary students, subjecting them to disparate treatment and harassment including mental, emotional, and even physical abuse.”
Judge Garza, originally appointed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, has sided with AG Bonta and blocked the ‘parental notification’ policy, which would have ensured that parents were told if their children were using a different name, different pronouns, or using restrooms and playing on sports teams for the opposite sex.
“Today’s decision by the San Bernardino Superior Court rightfully upholds the state rights of our LGBTQ+ students and protects kids from harm by immediately halting the board’s forced outing policy,” Bonta boasted.
The Chino Valley Unified Board of Education has vowed to appeal, however, warning the Democrats have “picked the wrong parents to fight with.”
“These are our children and we love them, and we care for them, and we are not a danger to them, and we will make sure that is known, and we will show our children that we will not be submissive to unlawful ways to shut us out,” said board president Sonja Shaw.

An inmate at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in New Jersey has filed a lawsuit against the NJ Department of Corrections after being sexually assaulted by a biologically male prisoner, alleging guards failed to take “corrective action” against the “sexually aggressive and harassing behavior of the transgenders” in the facility even after two other inmates were impregnated by them.
The plaintiff said she complained to the prison authorities after the assault, but ended up being disciplined herself. She also said biological males were often housed in areas not covered by surveillance cameras, providing them with more opportunities to abuse female inmates.
In a separate lawsuit, the same plaintiff alleges she was abused by a male prison guard. Similar reports of abuse have resulted in NJ Governor Phil Murphy announcing Edna Mahan will be shut down.
Attacks on natural-born women by men claiming to be women have taken place in institutions well beyond New Jersey, with British politician Rory Stewart saying that when he served as government minister responsible for prisons he received of female prison staff being raped by trans inmates, for example.
