Planned Parenthood Resists Probe Into Transing Kids.

Planned Parenthood in Missouri is stonewalling an investigation into its “treatment” of transgender kids, refusing to comply with a court order to release treatment records.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey won a court battle against Planned Parenthood, with St. Louis Circuit Judge Michael Stelzer ruling the abortion provider cannot use Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to avoid revealing whether it has subjected minors to transgender therapies.

Bailey described the judgment as significant for his investigation into transgender health clinics’ “treatment” of minors in Missouri. However, only the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City has surrendered documents following legal victories over three clinics. Planned Parenthood Great Plains has appealed to maintain its document privacy, and Planned Parenthood St. Louis, which was ordered to release files, has yet to comply.

Bailey has expressed concerns over Planned Parenthood’s non-compliance and promised continued legal actions to protect children and bring clarity.

“It’s extremely questionable that Planned Parenthood is actively stonewalling our investigations,” he said. “I had to haul them into court in order to get a judge to force them to turn over the documents we’ve requested.”

Judge Stelzer ruled Bailey “is investigating possible dishonesty by [Planned Parenthood] in their medical and billing practices” and affirmed the AG’s “broad investigative powers when the consumer is in possible need of protection.”

Missouri banned the administration of puberty blockers, hormones, and other transgender medical interventions to children in August 2023.

Florida Judge Says School Must Allow Trans Teacher to Use Preferred Pronouns.

Chief U.S. District Judge Mark Walker issued a temporary injunction this week, halting the enforcement of a Florida law barring transgender teachers from using pronouns that do not align with their biological sex in schools.

“Once again, the State of Florida has a First Amendment problem,” Judge Walker wrote in his injunction.

“Of late, it has happened so frequently, some might say you can set your clock by it,” he continued. “This time, the State of Florida declares that it has the absolute authority to redefine your identity if you choose to teach in a public school… the question before this Court is whether the First Amendment permits the State to dictate, without limitation, how public-school teachers refer to themselves when communicating to students. The answer is a thunderous ‘no.’”

Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Act, often characterized as the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill by opponents, was challenged in December by two trans teachers and one “non-binary” teacher, but only one of them, “Katie” Wood, was awarded a temporary injunction by Judge Walker.

‘Most Challenged Book’ List Shows Parents Pushing Back Against LGBTQ+ Propaganda for Kids.

The American Library Association (ALA) list of the ten most challenged books of 2023 reveals the extent to which far-left extremists have promoted LGBTQ literature to children — and the extent to which parents are fighting back against those efforts.

The ALA noted a 65 percent increase in titles subject to removal or restriction efforts — marking the highest recorded number of challenged books in the organization’s history. Seven of the 10 most challenged books deal with LGBTQ topics, with the number one place held by Maia Kobabe’s Gender Queer, a graphic chronicling the author’s coming out as ‘nonbinary.’ Other targeted titles include George M. Johnson’s All Boys Aren’t Blue, Juno Dawson’s This Book Is Gay, Mike Curato’s Flamer, and Matthew Nolan’s Let’s Talk About It.

“Pressure groups in 2023 focused on public libraries in addition to targeting school libraries. The number of titles targeted for censorship at public libraries increased by 92% over the previous year, accounting for about 46% of all book challenges in 2023; school libraries saw an 11% increase over 2022 numbers,” the group said in an official press release.

In total, the ALA found 4,240 individual book titles under aim for removal from public libraries and schools, substantially exceeding the earlier peak of 2,571 in 2022.

The increase reflects efforts by parents’ groups and conservative lawmakers to protect children from exposure to sexually explicit and other inappropriate LGBTQ-themed material. Subjecting children to such material has real-world consequences and can cause lasting harm to children. A recent report revealed that the number of Americans identifying as LGBTQ+ doubled over 12 years. Meanwhile, a recent landmark study showed that most gender-confused kids grow out of it.

It’s Just a Phase: Study Finds Most Gender-Confused Kids Grow Out of It.

Most children who express gender confusion will grow out of it by the time they’re adults, according to a long-term study.

The details: Researchers in the Netherlands tracked over 2,700 children, beginning at age 11, and followed them through their mid-twenties.

  • Every three years, the children were asked to respond to the statement ‘I wish to be of the opposite sex’ and rank it as: Not True, Sometimes True, or Very True.

The results: The study found that 11 percent of children expressed ‘gender non-contentedness’ to varying degrees. But by age 25, just 4 percent said they were discontent with their gender.

  • The researchers found: “Gender non-contentedness, while being relatively common during early adolescence, in general decreases with age and appears to be associated with a poorer self-concept and mental health throughout development.”

Big picture: This data flies in the face of the transgender movement running amok in the United States today, which advocates for “gender-affirming care” that includes puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and even genital mutilation.

  • In the United States, gender dysphoria has soared in every state since 2018 — except South Dakota.

The numbers: In the U.S., 1.6 million people ages 13 and above identify as transgender. Children under 18 make up roughly 1 in 5 new gender dysphoria diagnoses.

UN-Backed Trans Group Cited Eunuch Fetishists Including Member Who Castrated ‘Unwilling’ Boy.

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), which is contributing heavily to the Guideline Development Group (GDG) on “trans and gender diverse people” assembled by the United Nations’ World Health Organization (WHO), has been collaborating with people involved in a castration fetish forum known as the Eunuch Archive.

WPATH linked to the site’s Fiction Archive as recently as 2021 in “standards of care” documents, despite the fact it hosted “sadomasochistic erotica featuring the castration, sexual torture, and rape of children,” according to Reduxx.

One member of the Eunuch Archive, who goes by ‘Gelding,’ actually performed castrations and shared video footage of the procedures online for sexual gratification.

‘Gelding,’ who is himself a eunuch, is said to have performed around 50 castrations, including one on an unwilling person he described as a “boy” for the sexual gratification of his “master.”

Another person previously reported to be involved with the Eunuch Archive is Jack Wayne Rogers, a violent pedophile who once performed an ad hoc “genital reassignment surgery” on at least one occasion and is currently in federal prison.

Some “patients” of the Eunuch Archive are now registered members of WPATH.

82-Year-Old Woman Threatens YMCA with Legal Action After Ban for Confronting Trans ‘Woman’ Leering at Girls.

An 82-year-old woman from Port Townsend, Washington, is threatening her local YMCA with a lawsuit after it banned her from confronting a transgender ‘woman’ in the women’s locker room. Julie Jaman says she approached the individual, later identified as ‘Clementine’ Adams, after noticing his attention directed towards young girls. Her ensuing query about Adams’s biological sex resulted in accusations of discrimination.

“I was showering in the women’s dressing room when I saw a man wearing a woman’s swimsuit watching little girls undress. I was obligated to speak up and ask for help,” Jaman said. “Since that moment, I have suffered mob-like attacks, public humiliation, and widespread mendacious reporting,” she continued.

The Center for American Liberty, representing Jaman, has called for an exhaustive investigation. The group’s CEO, Harmeet Dhillon, insists the YMCA and the city are tarnishing Jaman’s reputation through a devious smear campaign, causing significant emotional distress.

Jaman visited the police station to report the incident. Instead, she allegedly became the subject of an investigation based on reports from the YMCA.

The Center for American Liberty emphasizes that the primary concern should be the potential risk to minors. The organization has urged the city and YMCA to rescind Jaman’s ban, apologize, and provide financial compensation or else risk legal action. Dhillon’s letter warns that unwavering stances on transgender ‘rights’ should not overlook probable dangers posed to children in private spaces.

Jaman’s ordeal highlights the increasing concerns about the risks posed to child safety by the transgender movement.

Big Tobacco Divests from Big Trans.

Altria Group, the owners of Marlboro cigarettes manufacturer Philip Morris USA, are dumping 35 million shares in AB InBev, the owners of Bud Light.

“As good stewards of shareholder capital, we consistently review options to unlock the value of our ABI investment, and we believe this is an opportunistic transaction that realizes a portion of the substantial return on our long-term investment,” said Altria CEO Billy Gifford.

AB InBev’s stock was damaged in 2023, both literally and figuratively, by Bud Light’s partnership with Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender activist invited to meet Joe Biden after his ‘Days of Being a Girl’ series on TikTok gained a substantial following.

The debacle led to increased scrutiny of AB InBev’s woke business practices, with footage of employees talking about the need to reduce the number of white and male employees during its #CheerstoDiversityAndInclusion campaign being recirculated.

Despite being dropped by the brand, Mulvaney appeared to emerge relatively unscathed from the debacle and was named to the ‘30 Under 30’ list by Forbes in November.

LGBTQ+ Adults Double Over 12 Years.

The American adult population identifying as LGBTQ+ has more than doubled in the past decade, according to a recent Gallup poll, with more than 20 percent of Generation Z adults — aged 18 to 23 during the survey — identifying as LGBTQ+.

The results show an increase from 3.5 percent in 2012 to 7.6 percent in 2023. Additionally, it was noted that each new generation of adults is twice as likely to identify as LGBTQ+ when compared to the previous generation.

“Increases in LGBTQ+ identification in recent years have occurred as members of Generation Z and the millennial generation have entered adulthood,” the study noted. “Adults in these younger generations are far more likely than those in older generations to identify as LGBTQ+.”

Gallup’s 2023 data, collected through telephone surveys involving over 12,000 American adults, showed that 85.6 percent of respondents identified as straight, while 7.6 percent aligned themselves with the LGBTQ+ community. Just under seven percent of those surveyed chose not to respond.

In the LGBTQ+ community, bisexual adults constituted the largest segment, accounting for 4.4 percent of U.S. adults. Furthermore, the poll found that women were twice as likely as men to identify as LGBTQ+. However, these statistics do not account for identification within ‘nonbinary’ individuals.

Figures from combined data over the past two years suggest that approximately 80% of nonbinary adults identify as LGBTQ+, evenly split between identifying as bisexual or transgender at one-third each. However, the data points out that transgender individuals make up less than 1 percent of the total American adult population, equating to one in eight LGBTQ+ adults.

These results reflect the trend of an increasing number of American adults aligning themselves with the LGBTQ+ community each year since Gallup began collecting such data.

The staggeringly high percentage of zoomers and millennials identifying as LGBTQ+ follow concerted efforts by activists to promote sexually degenerate behavior among young people.

Support for Same-Sex Marriage Dips for First Time in Nearly a Decade.

American public support for same-sex marriage fell for the first time since 2015, according to a recent survey from the Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI).

The latest PRRI American Values Atlas (AVA) survey found that support for same-sex marriage fell from 69 percent to 67 percent between 2022 and 2023. The last time the PRRI’s AVA measured a drop in support for same-sex marriage was between 2014 and 2015, when it fell to 53 percent from 54 percent.

PRRI CEO Melissa Deckman attributed the drop in support to America’s ongoing “culture wars.”

“Our survey shows that support for LGBTQ rights has dipped slightly from 2022 to 2023 Deckman said in a statement released Tuesday. “The growing partisan divide on these issues show the effect of the continuous use of LGBTQ identity and LGBTQ rights as a wedge issue in our nation’s culture wars,” Deckman continued.

The drop in support is likely the result of ongoing far-left efforts to push transgender ideology on the public, especially children, despite the dangers and risks involved. Several states have sought to ban the promotion of so-called ‘pride,’ and a majority of Americans do not believe children should be able to undergo sex change surgery. Brands that have used transgender individuals as ambassadors have faced significant backlash, including Doritos, which recently attempted to hire a transgender pedophile.

England BANS Puberty Blockers for Kids.

The National Health Service (NHS) in England has ceased prescribing puberty blockers to children attending gender identity clinics. The socialized healthcare service’s decision follows an independent review of gender identity services for under-18s in 2020.

Government Health Minister Maria Caulfield said, “children’s safety and wellbeing is paramount, so we welcome this landmark decision by the NHS.”

“Ending the routine prescription of puberty blockers will help ensure that care is based on evidence, expert clinical opinion and is in the best interests of the child,” she added.

The review, led by Dr. Hilary Cass, followed a surge in children referred to the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS), run by the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, for puberty blockers. Referrals crossed 5,000 in 2021-22, a stark increase from fewer than 250 cases as recently as a decade ago.

GIDS, which has been mired in multiple scandals and has been sued for rushing patients into life-altering transgenderism procedures, will be terminating its services by the end of this month.

Children will reportedly still be able to receive puberty blockers as part of clinical research trials, however.
