NY AG Letitia James Orders Hospitals to Ignore Trump Ban on Transing Kids.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has demanded healthcare facilities not abide by President Donald J. Trump’s ban on transgender procedures for minors, telling them to obey state laws instead. The Democrat’s stance comes in response to an executive order signed by President Trump on January 28, which aims to protect children from “chemical and surgical mutilation,” which includes puberty blockers and other related procedures.

The executive order condemns interventions such as puberty blockers, hormone therapies, and surgeries intended to alter physical appearance in line with gender ideology. It argues that these procedures, advertised as “gender-affirming care,” can result in irreversible consequences, including lifelong medical issues and sterilization.

James’s letter, addressed to healthcare organizations that are federally funded, emphasizes adherence to New York State laws against discrimination based on sex and gender identity. It clarifies that denying services based on gender identity amounts to unlawful discrimination under state legislation.

Meanwhile, Virginia, Colorado, and Washington, D.C. hospitals have paused their gender-related pediatric care programs to assess compliance with the executive order.

The move by Attorney General James comes as others have fought against President Trump’s executive order on recognizing only two legal sexes. One transgender prisoner has filed a lawsuit to block Trump’s order, which also mandates that transgender “women” be placed in men’s prisons.

Trump Order Banning ‘Chemical and Surgical Mutilation’ of Children Is Already Saving Kids.

President Donald J. Trump’s executive order banning the “chemical and surgical mutilation” of American children through irreversible transgender medical interventions is already bearing fruit, with many institutions canceling or pausing all so-called “gender-affirming care.”

The White House has produced an illustrative list highlighting various jurisdictions and institutions where poorly evidenced transgender treatments have been curtailed:

  • NEW YORK: NYU Langone Health has begun canceling appointments for “gender-affirming care” for minors, including for two 12-year-olds who were scheduled to receive puberty-blocking implants.
  • COLORADO: Denver Health has ceased performing gender reassignment surgeries on minors, and UCHealth has announced the termination of “gender-affirming care” for all minors.
  • VIRGINIA: VCU Health and Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU have put a hold on providing transgender-related medications and surgeries to minors. Similarly, UVA Health has suspended all transgender-related services for minors.
  • WASHINGTON, D.C.: Children’s National Hospital has paused the prescription of puberty blockers and hormone therapies for minors, with Northwest Washington Hospital following suit.
  • ILLINOIS: Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is currently reviewing its transgender-related services for minors.
  • PENNSYLVANIA: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is conducting a thorough review of the transgender-related services they offer to minors.

President Trump’s executive order states that it is “a stain on our Nation’s history” that medical professionals have been “maiming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child’s sex through a series of irreversible medical interventions” unchecked in recent years.

DEI Musicals, Transgender Operas, and Meals for al-Qaeda: A Catalog of USAID Waste.

President Donald J. Trump’s Rapid Response team has cataloged some of the wasteful spending disbursed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which looks set to be abolished as an independent entity and absorbed into the U.S. State Department after Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) concluded it was beyond saving.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, the Rapid Response team noted that USAID has spent millions of taxpayer dollars on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and promoting transgenderism. For instance, $1.5 million was spent to promote DEI in Serbian workplaces, and $70,000 was spent on a “DEI musical” in Ireland.

In Latin America, USAID allocated $47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia, $32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru, and $2 million for sex changes and LGBT activism in Guatemala.

Spending beyond the realm of DEI and transgenderism also appears questionable, with $2.5 million spent promoting electric vehicles in Vietnam, resulting in the construction of just one battery station. $6 million was directed towards boosting tourism in Egypt.

Even more controversially, USAID funded a non-profit linked to designated terrorist organizations and EcoHealth Alliance, which had connections to research at the Wuhan lab. USAID funding was also used to provide al-Qaeda-affiliated jihadists in Syria with meals.

Similarly, USAID funds were used to support poppy farming in Afghanistan, bankrolling the Taliban, and bolstering the international heroin trade.

BREAKING: Trump Bans ‘Chemical and Surgical Mutilation’ of Children.

President Donald J. Trump has signed an executive order ‘Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation,’ making it “the policy of the United States that it will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another, and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”

“Across the country today, medical professionals are maiming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child’s sex through a series of irreversible medical interventions,” the order reads, denouncing such gender transitions as “a stain on our Nation’s history.”

“Countless children soon regret that they have been mutilated and begin to grasp the horrifying tragedy that they will never be able to conceive children of their own or nurture their children through breastfeeding,” the order continues, stressing the lifelong medical bills and complications such children are lumbered with.

The order targets the “junk science” transgenderism relies on, singling out the deeply controversial World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) for particular criticism.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is tasked with coordinating with state attorneys general to take action against purveyors of female genital mutilation and working with Congress “to draft, propose, and promote legislation to enact a private right of action for children and the parents of children whose healthy body parts have been damaged by medical professionals practicing chemical and surgical mutilation.”

Action to “end child-abusive practices by so-called sanctuary States that facilitate stripping custody from parents who support the healthy development of their own children” is also ordered.

15% of ‘Women’ in Federal Prisons Are Transgender Men.

President Donald J. Trump’s executive order reversing Democrat regulations allowing transgender prisoners to be housed according to their gender identity will impact around 1,500 federal inmates who are male but identify as women. These male transgenders constitute a significant segment of the population of women’s prisons, with approximately 15 percent of “women” in federal prisons being biological men.

President Trump’s policy shift also halts federal funding for sex reassignment surgeries and hormone treatments for inmates who identify as transgender. The funding also applies to people in immigration detention. One transgender inmate, who calls himself Maria Moe, is suing the America First leader over the policy.

The Women’s Liberation Front, which advocates against male transgenders being housed in female prisons, views this as a significant victory. They cite cases such as that of Tremaine Carroll, a transgender inmate accused of rape after he was housed in a women’s prison.

Under previous administrations, guidelines changed several times. President Barack Obama allowed transgender inmates to be housed based on gender identity. Trump reversed this policy during his first term, but President Joe Biden reinstated it in 2021.

Judge Rules Trans Pedophile Molested Five-Year-Old to Feel ‘Validated as a Woman.’

A court has cited “transphobia” as a factor in a shockingly lenient sentence handed pedophile man who identifies as a woman. Autumn Tulip Harper, 25, was sentenced to just four years after being found guilty of molesting his five-year-old daughter in Australia.

Reduxx states that Australian law enforcement identified Harper after American law enforcement arrested another pedophile he had been chatting with online in 2023. Harper sent the arrested American child abuse material (CSAM) over the platform Discord.

Following his identification, Haprer’s home was raided by police, who found 77 CSAM files on his phone, many of which contained his own daughter. He is said to have been in a bizarre slave-like relationship with the American pedophile, who was the one requesting the CSAM abuse videos and pictures. Judge Nola Karapanagiotidis decided Harper sent the American the CSAS largely because he made Harper feel “validated… as a woman and a sexual person.”

During Harper’s trial, forensic psychiatrist Dr. Rajan Darjee portrayed the transgender as a “woman” who had been pressured by a man into molesting a child. Dr. Darjee even claimed Harper did not need sex offender treatment, stating Harper was “low risk” for reoffending.

Judge Karapanagiotidis sympathized with Harper as having experienced “transphobia” and a mother who was allegedly “homophobic,” also noting that the mother of his molested child had not recognized his new gender identity.

Harper was sentenced to just four years and nine months out of a possible maximum of 25 years.

Transgenders Arrested for Gang Raping Young Girl at Pride Festival.

Three men, including two transgenders who claim to be women, have been charged with abusing and gang-raping a young girl in Norway. The charges detail a series of heinous acts that took place while the victim was between the ages of 13 and 14.

The accused are Damien “Damia Rose” Baar, 43, Even “Eevee” Seberg, 35, and Kenneth Langvatn Aakre, 44. Baar and Seberg are charged with “repeated sexual intercourse” with the minor, including an instance of rape “committed by several people together… in a particularly painful or particularly offensive manner” at the 2024 Pride Festival in Bergen. The authorities claim the men exploited the girl’s vulnerability, describing her as an “at-risk youth” in court documents.

The men’s social media profiles reveal a disturbing culture of fetishism. Seberg, who identifies as “trans fem” and “pansexual,” has disturbingly stated, “I prefer to get raped by girldick.” His FetLife profile further elaborates his interest in bondage, BDSM, and abduction play.

Meanwhile, Baar boasts of being a voyeur and sadist online. In 2013, he was one of the last people to interact with a woman who disappeared and was subsequently found dead in a case that remains unresolved.

Kenneth Langvatn Aakre, while not charged with rape, faces accusations related to sexual activity with the child following an incident where he was seen kissing and inappropriately touching the victim in public.

The trial, set for May at Hordaland District Court, follows closely on the heels of another case where a man identifying as transgender was spared prison for possessing a vast collection of child sexual abuse material.

Court Blocks Biden from Putting Boys in Girls’ Sports.

A federal judge blocked Joe Biden’s attempt to redefine Title IX to allow boys into girls locker rooms and sports teams—likely the final blow in this battle, as President-elect Donald J. Trump takes office in ten days.

Open your History textbook: Signed into law in 1972 by Richard Nixon, Title IX prohibits sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programs, paving the way for girls and women to earn scholarships in both sports and academics.

The details: A Kentucky U.S. District Court judge ruled yesterday that the Biden regime’s attempt to re-write Title IX to include protections for people who identify as transgender was illegal, writing:

“[T]here is nothing in the text or statutory design of Title IX to suggest that discrimination ‘on the basis of sex’ means anything other than… the person’s sex, i.e., male or female.”

Back up: The Biden regime’s Department of Education, under Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, attempted to expand the law to include discrimination based on a person’s gender “identity.”

Zoom out: If Biden’s rule was allowed to go through, it would have forced schools to allow boys to participate in girls’ sports and use girls’ locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms.

What to expect when Trump takes over: He has repeatedly, throughout the 2024 campaign, pledged to “keep men out of women’s sports.”

Big picture: The court put it best when it said Biden’s attempt to change Title IX would “exceed the Department’s authority under Title IX, violate the Constitution, and are the result of arbitrary and capricious agency action.”

Even The Washington Post Is Now Opposed to Sex Changes for Kids.

Even The Washington Post is now raising concerns about the insufficient evidence behind gender-transition treatments for children, such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries. A recent editorial addressed these concerns in light of the pending Supreme Court case, United States v. Skrmetti, where the Biden government is challenging a Tennessee law prohibiting these treatments for minors.

The Post editorial notes that the high court’s decision in Skrmetti will impact not just Tennesse but 23 other states that have enacted some degree of restriction on access to gender-transition procedures for minors. According to the liberal newspaper—owned by billionaire Jeff Bezos—the heart of the dispute in the case is whether “patients have a civil right to be harmed by ineffective medical interventions.” On the other side—in support of minor access to gender-transition treatment—The Post contends “…the evidence is too thin to conclude that they are beneficial and the risks are not well-understood.”

Additionally, the editorial criticizes the medical community for not conducting comprehensive and methodical studies on these treatments as they emerged. It references early research from a Dutch clinic—often cited by gender-transition proponents—as methodologically dubious, arguing that these studies were based on a small sample size of just 70 patients, later reduced to 55, and lacked a control group. Furthermore, the editorial expressed concern over an academic atmosphere where clinicians may decline to disclose findings that do not strongly support these treatments.

In May this year, the United Kingdom issued an emergency ban on puberty blockers for children following the issuance of revised National Health Service (NHS) clinical guidelines, which advised against providing puberty blockers to children due to insufficient evidence of their safety. More recently, the far-left Labour government extended this ban indefinitely.

Meanwhile, in the United States, hospitals have earned over $120 million in profits from sex changes for minors.

Even Britain’s Leftist Govt is Banning Child Puberty Blockers.

The United Kingdom has decided to maintain its ban on prescribing puberty-blocking drugs to minors, according to an announcement from Health Secretary Wes Streeting. This decision aligns with growing concerns voiced by the medical community regarding the questionable benefits and potential risks associated with these drugs.

Streeting emphasized the lack of evidence for the safety of child gender transitions: “Children’s health care must always be evidence-led. The independent expert Commission on Human Medicines found that the current prescribing and care pathway for gender dysphoria and incongruence presents an unacceptable safety risk for children and young people,” he admitted.

The Health Secretary also referenced the Cass Review, a detailed, official report by pediatrician Dr. Hilary Cass. The review questioned the benefits of puberty blockers for children and highlighted significant risks, suggesting these drugs should be prescribed only following comprehensive assessments and within research frameworks.

Despite the ban, the Labour Party government plans to allow controlled clinical trials for puberty blockers, potentially starting next year. These trials aim to build a robust evidence base regarding the efficacy and safety of the drugs.

The socialized National Health Service (NHS) had implemented a ban on puberty blockers for children under the previous Conservative Party government in March, followed by emergency legislation in May preventing their prescription by private healthcare providers as well.

Legal efforts by TransActual UK to overturn the ban were rejected by the High Court, which upheld the government’s legal authority to regulate such medications.
