Like Many Americans, Justice Alito Divested from Bud Light. Now Big Trans Is Big Mad.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito is being pestered by the Big Trans lobby for appearing to exercise his rights to sell between $1,000 and $15,000 worth of Anheuser-Busch stock in the wake of the conservative boycott of Bud Light. The move followed Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender activist fêted by Joe Biden, fronting an advertising campaign for the beer brand. At the same time, Alito is also said to have purchased stock from rival brewers Molson Coors.

Chris Geidner, former editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Law Journal, has demanded Justice Alito provide “an explanation for why he made those transactions on that date, specifically whether it was part of a heavily publicized anti-trans boycott” on his ‘Law Dork’ blog.

Geidner argues Alito “regularly shows signs of how enmeshed he is within the far-right political fights of the day” and strives “to make himself a part of the far-right political grievance factory.” He suggests Alito should recuse himself from any Supreme Court cases related to transgenderism, particularly those pertaining to bans on children being subjected to gender-bending genital mutilation surgeries and drug and hormone treatments.

Gabe Roth of the dark money-fueled and scandalridden Fix the Court group concurred, arguing it is “possible the sale was innocuous,” but Alito has “lost the benefit of the doubt in my view.”

DOUBLE STANDARDS.

Liberal law commentators like Geidner and Roth have appeared less concerned about apparent conflicts of interest involving judges overseeing court cases against Donald Trump.

Arthur Engoron, overseeing New York Attorney General Letitia James’s civil lawsuit against Trump and his business empire, refused to recuse himself despite his “co-judge” law clerk’s ties to James and the Democrats more broadly.

Juan Merchan, overseeing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s election interference prosecution of Trump, has refused to recuse himself despite his daughter Loren calling for the former president’s imprisonment and being financially entangled with Democratic prosecutors and politicians.

Both judges used gag orders to stop Trump from talking about these conflicts.

OBEY THE GAY: Parents Can’t Opt Children Out of LGBTQ Lessons, Federal Judges Rule.

A federal court is upholding a Maryland district policy barring parents of young K-5 children from opting them out of lessons on gender identity and sexuality. The mandate, implemented by the Montgomery County Public Schools board in March 2023, was upheld by a 2-1 panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Christian, Jewish, and Muslim parents argued through their representatives from the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty that the new policy infringed upon their rights to direct their children’s education and freely practice their faith. They highlighted books involved in the LGBTQ curriculum such as The Pride Puppy, Uncle Bobby’s Wedding, and Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope, which were argued to be unsuitable for young children.

The parents also took issue with how staff were directed to handle questions or concerns about the LGBTQ content in the curriculum. Teachers’ guidance suggests that, for example, if a student says “a girl… can only like boys because she’s a girl,” a teacher can “[d]isrupt the either/or thinking by saying something like: actually, people of any gender can like whoever they like.”

Judge A. Marvin Quattlebaum, Jr., dissenting against the two judges who upheld the opt-out ban, said the school board was forcing parents to compromise their religious beliefs or forego a public education for their children, infringing their constitutional rights.

“I also find that the board’s actions, at least under this record, were neither neutral nor generally applicable,” he said.

The parents’ representatives say they intend to appeal to the Supreme Court, which is mainly comprised of conservative justices thanks to Donald Trump.

Trans Politician De-Transitions, Intends to Become a Priest.

In a surprising turn of events, Roman Aleshin, recognized as Russia‘s first transgender politician, announced his detransition on Wednesday. Aleshin, who headed a branch of Russia’s Civil Initiative party in Siberia’s southern Altai Territory, revealed his decision via Telegram, saying he realized he is a man and a Russian patriot.

Recognized by Russian media as the country’s first transgender female politician when he transitioned to ‘Yulia’ Aleshina, Aleshin’s detransition follows a bill Vladimir Putin signed into law last July, prohibiting individuals from changing their gender identifiers on legal documents or undergoing gender transitions. The law also introduces liability for doctors providing medical care to transgender individuals.

On the back of Russia‘s stringent anti-LGBTQ+ policies, Aleshin exited politics in October 2022. His decision to detransition, he shared, came after deep consideration during the Lent period, influenced significantly by conversations with his mother and relatives.

In a recent interview with news site Bankfax, Aleshin expressed the belief that his original intention to transition was a consequence of his ancestors’ “sins,” a belief that now pushes him towards atonement. Furthermore, he voiced intentions of joining the clergy after securing a church education. Aleshin assures that he has no plans of re-entering politics.

Aleshin’s decision to detransition comes amidst increasing global resistance to radical gender ideology. This week, Peru classified transgenders as mentally ill. Earlier this year, the UK government reversed its longstanding policy of encouraging children to transition.

West Virginia Town May Get Transgender Mayor.

The Associated Press is pushing the mayoral campaign of Wheeling City Council member Rosemary Ketchum, the first openly transgender public official in West Virginia. While the press agency presents Ketchum as a nonpartisan figure focused on paving roads and other brass tacks local issues, he has a history of trashing Donald Trump on social media and executing far-left stunts in office.

The AP claims Ketchum’s focus is “address[ing] the community’s concerns, ranging from accessible public transit to support for small businesses,” and jabs at “GOP lawmakers’ focus on books bans and bathroom access.”

It concedes in passing that the City Council during Ketchum’s tenure declared racism a “public health crisis” in the midst of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, however, and symbolically banned “conversion therapy” of homosexual and transgender persons.

As for Ketchum’s claimed rapport with Trump voters and people “uncomfortable” with “gender nonconformity,” the official has an extensive history of attacking Donald Trump and his supporters online.

Ketchum, who was transitioned as a minor, supported Trump’s impeachment, branded his administration “hateful, vicious, and dangerous,” and claimed his supporters lack “critical thinking skills, self-awareness, and empathy.” He also attacked First Lady Melania Trump as a “complicit, lying, birther” and pushed the hoax story alleging the former president called America’s First World War dead “losers.”

After then-President Trump excluded transgenders from the military in 2018, Ketchum penned an article demanding he be allowed to serve. However, two years later, believing war was a real possibility, he posted on social media celebrating the fact he could not be conscripted, with the hashtag #NoDraftPlease.

Anti-Trump TX Speaker Dade Phelan Tied To Transgender, DEI Pushers.

Embattled Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan, who is trailing his Trump-endorsed primary opponent David Covey in a May 28 run-off election, maintains concerning ties with far-left transgender and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) advocacy groups across the state.

Phelan and his wife have long been involved with the Texas chapter of Mental Health America (MHA), a group that promotes gender transition surgeries and DEI policies under the guise of mental health advocacy. Additionally, as Speaker, Phelan used his power over the lower legislative chamber’s floor votes to allow a coalition of establishment Republicans and Democrats to push for taxpayer funding for gender transition surgery for minors.

TIES TO TRANS ADVOCATES.

Dade Phelan, and his wife Kim, have longstanding ties with MHA, a so-called mental health advocacy group that promotes transgenderism and DEI under the guise of healthcare. The group awarded Phelan its 2019 Mental Health Champion recognition. His wife, Kim Phelan, has served as the president of MHA Southeast Texas and, according to her bio, is currently the group’s treasurer.

The MHA pushes propaganda that has increasingly been denounced by the medical community, claiming that transgenderism isn’t a mental health issue. They advocate for treatment plans that include hormone replacement therapies and often irreversible gender transition surgeries that come with potentially life-altering complications.

THE LEFT’S REPUBLICAN SPEAKER.

As a lawmaker, Phelan has been instrumental in advancing a progressive, left-wing political agenda in Texas. The LGBTQ+ advocacy group Equality Texas rated Phelan a “C” grade in 2019 — only one of three Republican lawmakers to receive a positive rating. Equality Texas praised Phelan for his “bipartisan leadership” in amending several conservative bills to “ensure they could not be used to preempt municipal nondiscrimination ordinances.”

As Speaker, Phelan often did not take a vote on controversial left-wing legislation, but he would allow it to proceed to the floor, where the establishment Republican and Democrat coalition would vote for passage. One such bill allowed for taxpayer funding of gender transition surgeries for minors.

PHELAN PROFITS FROM PRO-TRANS BUSINESS.

In addition to pushing pro-transgenderism in Austin, Phelan also profits from pro-transgender businesses in his personal life. The Texas House Speaker and his family own several commercial properties in the state, with Planet Fitness being a tenant at two locations.

Planet Fitness has received a bevy of negative press for its refusal to back down from a company policy that allows biological males to enter and use female locker rooms, showers, and bathroom facilities. An Alaska woman was barred from Planet Fitness after complaining about a biological male who stripped naked in the women’s locker room while a female minor was present.

PAXTON IMPEACHMENT LEADER.

Phelan is perhaps best known as the Texas Republican who led the impeachment against the state’s conservative Attorney General Ken Paxton, a staunch ally of former President Donald J. Trump. Despite the Texas Speaker’s best efforts, Paxton survived the dubious impeachment after the case against him collapsed during the trial in the State Senate.

Several witnesses brought by Phelan’s impeachment managers either recanted their prior statements entirely or admitted that they had no evidence of the accusations they leveled against Paxton. Attorney General Paxton credited The National Pulse with helping expose the false charges against him.

In addition to his attacks on Paxton, Phelan has also scuttled several conservative legislative efforts undertaken by Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX). In one instance, he blocked a 2023 effort to enact school choice despite it being a top issue for Abbott and receiving the backing of the Republican-controlled State Senate.

Supreme Court Allows Idaho to Suspend Child Sex Changes While Appeals Against State Ban Are Ongoing.

The United States Supreme Court has ruled that Idaho can enforce its ban on sex changes for minors while an appeal is pending. The court’s directive was issued in response to an emergency request from the Gem State.

Two teenage plaintiffs have challenged the law. The Supreme Court ruled they, specifically, are to be exempt from its implementation while their appeals are ongoing, but it can be enforced across the state more generally.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), representing the plaintiffs, described the ruling as an “awful result for transgender youth and their families across the state,” claiming it “allows the state to shut down the care that thousands of families rely on while sowing further confusion and disruption.”

The Idaho law outlaws mutilating surgeries and the administration of puberty blockers, hormones, and other medical therapies to minors.

The evidence such therapies are an effective treatment for “gender dysphoria” is extremely thin, however, with England among several jurisdictions that have now banned the routing prescription of puberty blockers to children.

Evidence is emerging that such treatments have dangerous and often irreversible side effects, however, and that most gender-confused children grow out of their delusions naturally.

Planned Parenthood Resists Probe Into Transing Kids.

Planned Parenthood in Missouri is stonewalling an investigation into its “treatment” of transgender kids, refusing to comply with a court order to release treatment records.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey won a court battle against Planned Parenthood, with St. Louis Circuit Judge Michael Stelzer ruling the abortion provider cannot use Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to avoid revealing whether it has subjected minors to transgender therapies.

Bailey described the judgment as significant for his investigation into transgender health clinics’ “treatment” of minors in Missouri. However, only the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City has surrendered documents following legal victories over three clinics. Planned Parenthood Great Plains has appealed to maintain its document privacy, and Planned Parenthood St. Louis, which was ordered to release files, has yet to comply.

Bailey has expressed concerns over Planned Parenthood’s non-compliance and promised continued legal actions to protect children and bring clarity.

“It’s extremely questionable that Planned Parenthood is actively stonewalling our investigations,” he said. “I had to haul them into court in order to get a judge to force them to turn over the documents we’ve requested.”

Judge Stelzer ruled Bailey “is investigating possible dishonesty by [Planned Parenthood] in their medical and billing practices” and affirmed the AG’s “broad investigative powers when the consumer is in possible need of protection.”

Missouri banned the administration of puberty blockers, hormones, and other transgender medical interventions to children in August 2023.

Florida Judge Says School Must Allow Trans Teacher to Use Preferred Pronouns.

Chief U.S. District Judge Mark Walker issued a temporary injunction this week, halting the enforcement of a Florida law barring transgender teachers from using pronouns that do not align with their biological sex in schools.

“Once again, the State of Florida has a First Amendment problem,” Judge Walker wrote in his injunction.

“Of late, it has happened so frequently, some might say you can set your clock by it,” he continued. “This time, the State of Florida declares that it has the absolute authority to redefine your identity if you choose to teach in a public school… the question before this Court is whether the First Amendment permits the State to dictate, without limitation, how public-school teachers refer to themselves when communicating to students. The answer is a thunderous ‘no.’”

Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Act, often characterized as the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill by opponents, was challenged in December by two trans teachers and one “non-binary” teacher, but only one of them, “Katie” Wood, was awarded a temporary injunction by Judge Walker.

READ: The Vatican Just Released a New Pronouncement on Gender Transitioning…

The Vatican released a new document on Monday denouncing gender-transition surgery and surrogacy as grave violations of human dignity akin to abortion and euthanasia. Dignitas Infinita, authored by the powerful Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, declares that “any sex-change intervention, as a rule, risks threatening the unique dignity the person has received from the moment of conception.” In addition, the declaration argues that “surrogacy violates the dignity of the child” as well as “the dignity of the woman.”

Approved by Pope Francis after five years of development and revisions, the declaration is seen as a reaffirmation of the Catholic Church’s doctrinal beliefs, which reject surrogacy and gender theory. Additionally, Dignitas Infinita — which translates to Infinite Dignity in English — reiterates the Church’s teaching that God-established biological differences exist between men and women.

Not every Catholic met the document’s release with praise, however. German transgender and nonbinary activist Mara Klein — who has been active in efforts by the German bishops to undermine Church social teachings — blasted the document, calling it “hurtful” and “ignorant.” Speaking with ABC News, Klein said: “The suggestion that gender-affirming health care — which has saved the lives of so many wonderful trans people and enabled them to live in harmony with their bodies, their communities, and (God) — might risk or diminish trans people’s dignity is not only hurtful but dangerously ignorant.”

Among another area of concern for human dignity singled out in Dignitas Infinita is “digital violence.” The Vatican declaration laments rising incidents of cyberbullying. It also condemns the internet as increasingly becoming “a channel for spreading pornography and the exploitation of persons for sexual purposes or through gambling.”

WATCH: Fox News Host Pretends She Doesn’t Know Transgenderism is a Mental Disorder.

Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo appeared to be taken aback recently when Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) referred to transgenderism as a “mental illness.”

Burchett’s comments came during a dialogue focusing on President Biden’s designation of Trans Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday. “You know, this thing is, it’s, it’s a mental illness. We just gotta address it. It’s it’s not a, it’s not a normal type lifestyle, and and, I can’t… be more… against what the president did. And I think it shows, too. He is just trying to secure his base—” Burchett said.

During Burchett’s remarks, Bartiromo acted shocked. “Mental illness?” she interrupted incredulously. After allowing Burchett to finish his thought, Bartiromo said, “And I don’t know what you’re saying in terms of mental illness. I have no idea what you’re talking about in that regard.”

Transgenderism — known clinically as gender dysphoria (GD) — was previously recognized in psychiatry and psychology as a mental disorder called gender identity disorder (GID). GD replaced GID as the preferred term in 2013 with the publication of an updated Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. According to the American Psychiatric Association, “Mental Illness…refers collectively to all diagnosable mental disorders.”
