Mayor Muriel Bowser’s administration is partnered with the Chinese Communist Party-funded Confucius Institutes, allowing party propaganda to infiltrate district’s public schools and federal buildings, The National Pulse can reveal. Bowser, who recently made headlines for renaming a street adjacent to the White House “Black Lives Matter Plaza,” has been a partner of Confucius Institutes since at least 2019.
