A majority of Americans now believe that Trump’s alleged Russian collusion during the 2016 presidential campaign, alongside the Steele dossier, are ‘false stories’ according to a recent poll conducted by Harvard Caps Harris.
More than half of Americans – 56 percent – believe that Trump working in concert with Russia was a lie. Another 56 percent also believe that the Steele dossier was untrue, but 44 percent still believe it. Still, that’s a marked shift from 2020, when 53 percent said they believed it to be real.

The 44 percent still convinced, despite the Durham report’s findings, are predominantly Democrats in their political affiliation. Seventy percent of Dems still believe the Russian collusion narrative.
Democrat opinions have scarcely changed regarding the Steele dossier as, according to the Harvard-Harris poll in April 2020, 77 percent believed it was true.
Despite this, an astonishing 69 percent of Americans say they are “not surprised” the “FBI violated its own standards in starting the Trump-Russia probe and became a funnel for disinformation from the Hillary Clinton campaign.”
That includes a majority of Democrats – 55 percent – who answered “not surprised,” with 79 percent of Republicans concurring.

Dr. Vinay Prasad, a hematologist-oncologist and outspoken progressive commentator, has been appointed Director of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). This appointment comes despite prior anti-Trump comments that include claims he stabbed a voodoo doll to “curse” the America First leader.
Nominated in May by Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Prasad’s elevation to a key regulatory role comes amid concerns about political bias revealed by journalist Laura Loomer. Prasad has opposed key Trump policies like the Right to Try Act—championed by the President to expand treatment access for terminally ill patients.
Prasad’s podcast, Plenary Session—and other public appearances—provide a record of his hostility toward Trump and the Republican base. On a February 7, 2021, episode, Prasad admitted he “stabbed a Trump voodoo doll to ‘curse’ Trump”.
“Who can I curse for the pandemic? I mean, I’m frustrated like a lot of people; I’m annoyed. But who do I curse? And there’s no one to really curse, but I can curse Trump. I have his little statue. I stab him, his little figurette,” Prasad said, admitting it was voodoo with his guest.
His rhetoric has consistently painted the President in stark terms. On October 3, 2020, he aligned himself with the “Never Trump” movement, declaring, “I hate him too.” Days later, he called Trump “a narcissist” who “uses evil as a tool.” Later the same month, he alleged Trump’s lies “could fill a few 10,000-page volume books.”
His contempt extends beyond Trump to his political supporters. In a November 7, 2020, episode, Prasad described Trump’s base as a “cult” and likened them to “substance abusers” or “criminals.” Expressing disappointment in the closeness of the 2020 election, he called it “a crushing loss for Democrats, for progressives like myself” because he had hoped for a landslide.
In a July 7, 2022, episode of the VPZD Show, Prasad mocked Trump loyalists in the wake of the January 6 Capitol protests, criticizing those who “turn a blind eye for insurrection.”
Prasad has openly identified as a progressive, stating in an October 16, 2021, episode, “I’m on the far left.”

Pope Leo XIV has expressed “consternation and deep affliction” in response to a July 27 massacre of Catholics in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), where armed Muslims killed dozens of Catholic faithful gathered in prayer.
A message from the American-born pontiff, sent to Bishop Fulgence Muteba Mugalu, President of the Congolese Bishops’ Conference, states, “His Holiness Pope Leo XIV has learned with consternation and deep affliction of the attack permitted against the Blessed Anuarite Parish of Komanda in the province of Ituri, which caused the death of several faithful, gathered for worship.”
Signed by Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin, the telegram adds that the Pope “joins the mourning of the families and of the Christian community severely affected, showing them his closeness and assuring them of his prayer.”
Islamic State-affiliated militants attacked the parish during a Sunday morning vigil, using machetes and firearms to kill worshippers and set nearby houses and shops ablaze. Official reports confirm at least 10 deaths, though some estimates suggest up to 43 or more.
Cardinal Parolin wrote that “[the] tragedy invites us further to work for the whole human development of the murdered population of this region,” adding: “His Holiness is begging God so that the blood of these martyrs is a seed of peace, reconciliation, fraternity and love for all the Congo people.”
Central Africa has long been violent and dysfunctional. However, the Trump Administration recently opened a path to progress, brokering a peace deal between Congo and neighboring Rwanda in June.

IN FULL
Two of the top antitrust officials at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) have been fired following internal tensions. The firings of Roger Alford and Bill Rinner—both deputies to Assistant Attorney General Gail Slater—raise serious concerns that the nation’s top law enforcement agency is gutting its ability to tackle and restrict consolidation among corporations and the influence of multi-nationals.
“What if I told you this was happening because greedy, fake-MAGA world grifters and lobbyists are upset that the antitrust team was actually doing their job instead of taking cash from big corporates to turn a blind eye to monopolistic practices?” The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter). “Another giant L for Pam Bondi here too, btw. She signed off on this. Remember, her last job was as a lobbyist for nations like Qatar and corporates like Uber, General Motors, and Amazon.”
Slater, a leading voice among conservative and populist legal minds who have broken with the political establishment and pushed for more aggressive antitrust enforcement, has been a significant target of criticism from lobbyists representing entrenched big business and Wall Street interests. These political and corporate establishment interests are upset that Slater and the DOJ Antitrust Division are not rubber-stamping merger requests. Instead, they are fulfilling their legal duty, investigating the market impact of corporate consolidation.
Investigative journalist Laura Loomer, in now-deleted social media posts, accused DOJ staff close to Attorney General Pam Bondi of influence peddling, suggesting the Antitrust Division firings were because of lobbyist complaints, including an effort by Ticketmaster and Live Nation to see the antitrust case against them dropped. According to Loomer’s posts, DOJ chief of staff Chad Mizelle is at the center of the controversy, having intervened and overruled department decisions that could be seen as opposed to corporate interests.
“Now that [Chad Mizelle] has made it clear he is open for business at the DOJ to the highest bidder, other consultants are now putting big price tags on their lobby efforts to influence the DOJ to settle even more anti-Trust cases,” Loomer wrote.

IN FULL
Independent journalist and anti-grooming gangs activist Tommy Robinson has fled the United Kingdom after an altercation at St Pancras Station in London. The British Transport Police (BTP) confirmed that Robinson left the country on a flight early Tuesday morning following a reported assault on Monday night.
The BTP stated, “Following a report of an assault… officers have confirmed that the suspect, a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire, boarded a flight out of the country in the early hours of this morning. Detectives are continuing to work closely to progress the investigation and bring him into custody for questioning.”
Social mediafootage shows Robinson pacing as a man lies face down on the ground. In the video, Robinson says, “He f*****g came at me, bruv,” while a bystander calls out, “Get someone here quick.” Robinson had reportedly been distributing flyers for a forthcoming free speech protest before the incident.
He has not commented directly on the situation, but has shared a post by an X (formerly Twitter) user stating, “If you cross a line and attack someone physically, or threaten to attack them physically, then you can’t expect any response other than a strong one,” and “A pre-emptive strike is totally legal.”
The repost adds: “To me it looks pretty clear. Tommy Robinson—controversial or not—was going about his business. Someone tried to attack him, and they came off worse.”
Robinson’s exit from Britain follows his release from prison in October. He had received a draconian 18-month sentence for contempt after defending allegations he made against a Syrian refugee, previously deemed libellous in a civil case. The activist has been the subject of a sustained lawfare campaign by the British state, being prosecuted—sometimes unsuccessfully—for such supposed crimes as making people uncomfortable simply by being present at a march against anti-Semitism, and questioning accused grooming gang members on their way to court.

President Donald J. Trump has responded to the tragic shooting at a Manhattan office building that claimed the lives of four individuals, including a New York City Police Department (NYPD) officer, and the gunman. Authorities named 27-year-old Shane Devon Tamura as the suspect, who reportedly died by suicide.
Writing on Truth Social, President Trump stated, “I have been briefed on the tragic shooting that took place in Manhattan, a place that I know and love. I trust our Law Enforcement Agencies to get to the bottom of why this crazed lunatic committed such a senseless act of violence.”
He continued, “My heart is with the families of the four people who were killed, including the NYPD Officer, who made the ultimate sacrifice. God Bless the New York Police Department, and God Bless New York!”
Tamura, who had played high school football in the California area, had in his possession a short declaration naming the NFL as his target and blaming the organization for a brain injury and subsequent mental illness. There are no records of Tamura ever having played in the NFL.
“[Temura] did have a note on him. The note alluded to that he felt he had CTE, a known brain injury for those who participate in contact sports,” New York City Mayor Eric Adams said following the shooting. Adams added: “He appeared to have blamed the NFL for his injury.”

🎯IMPACT: Calls for Boasberg to be reassigned and a formal investigation into his conduct.
IN FULL
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has lodged a misconduct complaint against U.S. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg, alleging he made inappropriate public comments about President Donald J. Trump. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the action, stating, “Today at my direction, [DOJ] filed a misconduct complaint against U.S. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg for making improper public comments about President Trump and his Administration.”
Appointed by former President Barack Hussein Obama, Boasberg is overseeing a case concerning Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to deport suspected criminal migrants. The complaint alleges that during a March 11 judicial conference, attended by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and other federal judges, Boasberg remarked that the Trump Administration would “disregard rulings of federal courts” and cause “a constitutional crisis,” according to Chad Mizelle, Bondi’s chief of staff.
Mizelle condemned the statements, saying, “Although his comments would be inappropriate even if they had some basis, they were even worse because Judge Boasberg had no basis—the Trump Administration has always complied with all court orders.” He added that Boasberg’s actions “violate Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges” and “erode public confidence in judicial neutrality.”
The complaint also highlights Boasberg’s handling of a case involving deportation flights to El Salvador, where he accused the Trump Administration of violating his March 15 order to stop those flights, a decision later overturned by the Supreme Court. Mizelle stated, “Within days of those statements, Judge Boasberg began acting on his preconceived belief that the Trump Administration would not follow court orders.”
President Trump has demanded Boasberg’s impeachment, calling him a “Grandstander” and “radical left” judge on Truth Social, where he wrote, “This judge … should be IMPEACHED!!!”
Bondi underscored the threat to judicial integrity, stating, “We will not stand for that.”

IN FULL
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials in Houston, Texas, have announced the arrest of 214 illegal aliens with charges or convictions for sex crimes against children during the first six months of the Trump administration, surpassing the total of 211 for all of fiscal year 2024.
“Bringing together the resources and expertise of the entire federal law enforcement community to confront the overwhelming surge of illegal immigration that we saw over the past four years has resulted in the arrest and removal of historic numbers of violent criminal aliens, transnational gang members and child sex offenders,” said Paul McBride, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Houston’s acting Field Office Director
“While we still have a long way to go to truly get this crisis under control, the strides we have made in just six months to make our local communities safer are substantial, and our officers continue to work tirelessly every day to get the worst of the worst criminal aliens out of Southeast Texas to return our communities to places we can all enjoy,” he added.
These arrests are part of a broader effort launched by President Donald J. Trump on his first day back in office, targeting criminal aliens released by the Biden-Harris administration.
Notable arrests include Jesus Gutierrez Mireles, a 67-year-old three-time deportee from Mexico convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child; Jorge Zebra, 48, convicted of multiple child sex crimes; and Manuel Antonio Castro-Juarez, a 37-year-old Salvadoran national with sexual assault and illegal reentry convictions.
In June alone, ICE officers in Houston made 1,361 arrests, including 32 child predators, nine murderers, and multiple cartel and gang members. Following this, ICE launched a Homeland Security Task Force to counter organized crime in Southeast Texas.
While the Texas city’s municipal government is officially non-partisan, Mayor John Whitmire served as a Democrat lawmaker in the state legislature for 50 years, and most city council members are also aligned with the Democrats.

A 30-year-old Colombiantransgenderillegal immigrant who is biologically male but claims to be a woman made his first appearance in a New Yorkcourt last week on charges of child rape. According to prosecutors, the man, who goes by Nicol Suarez, raped a 14-year-old boy in the bathroom of a bodega in East Harlem this past February.
Despite his unlawful status, warrants in Manhattan and New Jersey, and a detainer issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) prior to the alleged rape, Suarez was sheltered from arrest by New York City’s sanctuary policies. Only after the sexual assault of the minor was the transgender illegal finally taken into custody.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for September, and Suarez is being held at Rikers Island until then on a quarter-million-dollar bond. According to court documents, Suarez is accused of stalking the male minor into the bodega’s bathroom, where he proceeded to sexually assault the 14-year-old.
Following the rape, the child fled the bathroom and informed people nearby of the assault. Police were then called, with Suarez being arrested the next day on charges of first-degree rape.

🎯IMPACT: Democratic attorneys general claim the Trump administration’s move violates privacy laws and threatens funding for food assistance programs.

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D), alongside California Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) and Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D), announced a lawsuit against the Trump administration over its demands for detailed data on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients. The administration has threatened to withhold SNAP funding from states that fail to comply by the July 30 deadline.
James criticized the move as an “illegal data grab” targeting illegal immigrants. “This administration is attempting to use this program as a tool in their cruel and chaotic targeting of immigrants,” she said during a press call. The attorneys general argue that the request violates federal privacy laws and exceeds the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) authority.
Bonta condemned the demands as a “bait-and-switch,” asserting that SNAP recipients provided information to access food assistance, not to be tracked or targeted. “This kind of targeting doesn’t make America safer. It threatens kids’ access to school meals and jeopardizes wildfire survivors’ access to relief,” he claimed.
The lawsuit follows a series of legal challenges led by Democratic attorneys general against Trump’s policies. They argue that expanded data requirements, which include immigration status, marital status, and employment history, are a violation of federal statutes and the Spending Clause.
“They’re bypassing legal procedures, ignoring privacy protections, and demanding data that federal law explicitly says can only be used for administering the SNAP program,” Bonta stated.
Critics say the lawsuit appears to be little more than a continuation of lawfare efforts to prevent President Donald J. Trump from ending the illegal immigration crisis enabled by the former Biden-Harris government.

IN FULL
An illegal immigrant has been arrested after his attempt to unlawfully purchase a firearm was flagged by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Shockingly, Jon Luke Evans—a Jamaican national—was employed as a police officer in Maine when he attempted the gun purchase.
According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Evans—who entered the U.S. through Miami, Florida, on September 24, 2023—failed to board his return flight to Jamaica on October 1, 2023, subsequently overstaying his visa. Somehow, despite no longer having legal status to remain in the United States, Evans was eventually hired as a police officer with the Old Orchard Beach Police Department in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
The circumstances under which a local Maine police department hired Evans remain unclear. However, the Jamaican’s status as an illegal immigrant was discovered by federal immigration agents after he attempted to purchase a firearm for his job. Evans has admitted to the illegal purchase.
“Jon Luke Evans not only broke U.S. immigration law, but he also illegally attempted to purchase a firearm,” ICE Boston Field Office director Patricia Hyde said in a statement regarding the illegal immigrant’s arrest. “Shockingly, Evans was employed as a local law enforcement officer. The fact that a police department would hire an illegal alien and unlawfully issue him a firearm while on duty would be comical if it weren’t so tragic.”
The Old Orchard Beach Police Department is not escaping federal scrutiny, with Hyde adding: “We have a police department that was knowingly breaking the very law they are charged with enforcing in order to employ an illegal alien.”
