Defiant Trump in Georgia: ‘We Will Finish What We Started.”

COLUMBUS, Georgia — Former President Donald Trump will speak in Georgia this afternoon, and is expected to announcement a raft of policy positions and declare: “On November 5th, 2024, we are going to stand up to the corrupt political establishment, we are going to evict a totally corrupt Joe Biden from the White House, and we are going to FINISH what we started!”

Described by aides as “defiant” in his demeanor today, the 45th President took off from Newark, New Jersey around 11:30am on Saturday, travelling with Georgia representative Marjorie Taylor Greene as well as his closest aides and advisors.

He landed to crowds of supporters, walking the line, shaking hands, as fans chanted “four more years!” as well as “we love you.” The streets outside the airport were also lined with supporters as the ex-POTUS’s motorcade travelled to the GOP convention.

In expected remarks that can be shared by The National Pulse, Trump is expected to say: “It’s no coincidence they indicted me the VERY SAME DAY it was revealed that the FBI hid explosive evidence that Joe Biden took a $5 million illegal bribe from Ukraine.”

His speech will also foretell of the probability of a third world war, unless he is able to negotiate a truce between Ukraine and Russia.

“Before I even arrive at the Oval Office, shortly after I win the presidency, I will have the horrible war between Russia and Ukraine settled. It will be done within 24 hours. I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War Three. Without me, it will happen.”

Trump will also fire at the Chinese Communist Party and Joe Biden, stating: “To save our economy from Joe Biden’s inflation catastrophe and economic disaster, I will deliver tax cuts, energy price cuts, and interest rate cuts the likes of which you have never seen before.”

Trump will also state: “I will immediately sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing Critical Race Theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children.”

He will conclude: “If you took the five worst presidents in the history of the United States, and added them up, they would not have done near the destruction to our country as Joe Biden and the Biden administration have done.”

“The Silent Majority is rising—and under our leadership, the Forgotten Man and Woman Will Be Forgotten No Longer!”

Truth Social CEO Alerts Congress to Major Stock Manipulation Designed to Hurt Trump, Investors.

Devin Nunes, former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and current CEO of the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), has requested an investigation into possible irregularities in DJT stock trading. In a letter sent to several House committee chairs, Nunes contends that DJT’s continual presence on Nasdaq‘s “Reg SHO threshold list” suggests evidence of illicit trading activity by what he alleges is a group of organized short sellers.

“This is particularly troubling given that ‘naked’ short selling often entails sophisticated market participants profiting at the expense of retail investors,” Nunes’s letter reads. He adds: “Reports indicate that, as of April 3, 2024, DJT was the single most expensive stock to short in U.S. markets by a significant margin, meaning that brokers have a significant financial incentive to lend non-existent shares.”

Nunes continues: “Furthermore, data made available to us indicate that just four market participants have been responsible for over 60 [percent] of the extraordinary volume of DJT shares traded.” The former House Republican claims the companies involved in the short-selling scheme are Citadel Securities, VIRTU Americas, G1 Execution Services, and Jane Street Capital.

The practice of “naked” short-selling is largely banned in the United States and Europe. In this type of transaction, a trader sells shares in an asset — in this case, the DJT stock — without having actually borrowed or otherwise secured the shares. In the U.S., traders must provide the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with adequate evidence showing they believed the shares could be borrowed before engaging in a short sale.

Noting the evidence that the four firms have engaged in a “naked” short sale plot, Nunes writes: “Overall, we assess there are strong indications of unlawful manipulation of DJT stock,” adding that “an inquiry is needed to protect shareholders, including TMTG’s retail investors.”

Epstein, E. Jean Carroll Backer Reid Hoffman Bankrolls Effort To Kick RFK Off Ballot.

Reid Hoffman, the Democratic megadonor and ‘Epstein Island’ visitor, has infused a new super PAC with a generous donation aimed at mitigating the threat independent Robert F. Kennedy Jr. could pose to Biden’s 2024 reelection, recent campaign filings reveal. Clear Choice PAC, established in the early part of February with an initial contribution of $125,000 from Hoffman, plans to counter influences from potential third-party and independent candidates like Kennedy that could affect the election outcome.

Clear Choice PAC, which collected $375,000 in the first quarter, owes its major funding to Hoffman and SV Angel founder Ronald Conway, who contributed $250,000. The PAC has allocated $34,075 to digital media enterprise Gambit Strategies so far.

Kennedy’s campaign recently stated its secured position in the battleground state of Michigan via the Natural Law Party’s nomination. In response, Clear Choice PAC employed the expertise of elections attorney and ex-Michigan Democratic Party Chairman Mark Brewer to question Kennedy’s standing on the ballot.

Hoffman is no stranger to controversy given his former association with Jeffrey Epstein. This connection to the convicted sex offender has resulted in heightened scrutiny of the megadonor’s actions and motives.

Clear Choice PAC was founded by Pete Kavanaugh, Biden’s former deputy campaign manager, to target independent runners whom Kavanaugh calls “spoilers.” The Democratic National Committee has also been proactive, forming a unique division against third-party candidates, and collaborating with lawyers to monitor the ballot access process. Despite facing opposition, Kennedy’s campaign has managed to raise a substantial amount of $11.2 million, utilizing $10.6 million, and currently holds just over $6 million cash on hand.

In addition to funding efforts to thwart Kennedy Jr.’s election prospects, Hoffman also bankrolled E. Jean Carroll’s legal case against former President Donald Trump and Nikki Haley’s presidential campaign. The Epstein-linked billionaire also funds MeidasTouch, the White House-linked media company that created the Trump ‘bloodbath‘ hoax.

Lincoln Project Hackers

Anti-Trump ‘Lincoln Project’ Paid $35,000 to Hackers.

The anti-Trump Lincoln Project, co-founded by admitted sexual predator John Weaver, notified the Federal Election Commission (FEC) that they paid $35,000 to hackers who had posed as a vendor and sent fraudulent invoices. Two payments in February of this year totaling $20,000 and $15,000 were made on what the Lincoln Project believed were valid invoices. However, the anti-Trump PAC was subsequently informed that the vendor’s email had been hacked and the invoices were not legitimate. The funds had been directed to accounts controlled by hackers.

“A vendor’s email was hacked, with the hackers producing authentic-looking invoices that were sent from our vendor’s legitimate email account,” Lincoln Project spokesman Greg Minchak said when the FEC notice was made public, continuing: “The hack affected multiple clients of the vendor, including Lincoln Project.”

Once the Lincoln Project realized they had paid tens of thousands of dollars to hackers, the PAC says they notified their compliance firm to ” mitigate the problem.” Minchak claims that the “transactions did not impact our operations in any way.”

Since its founding in December 2019, the Lincoln Project has been plagued by controversy. The PAC’s founders — George Conway, Steve Schmidt, John Weaver, and Rick Wilson (among others) — have extensive ties to the failed John McCain and Mitt Romney presidential campaigns. In January of 2021, Weaver admitted to cultivating inappropriate relationships and sending sexually explicit messages to at least 21 men over the internet. He later confessed that he had engaged in grooming behavior towards a 14-year-old boy but claimed to have not engaged in exchanging sexual messages until after the teen’s 18th birthday.

The Weaver revelations prompted George Conway to call for the PAC to be shut down.

Biden Campaign TikTok

Biden Will Remain On TikTok Despite Signing Legislation That Could Ban It.

Joe Biden’s presidential re-election campaign says it will continue to use the TikTok social media app as part of its communications and voter outreach program despite Biden signing into law on Wednesday legislation that could result in a U.S. ban on the app. Evidence that TikTok’s American user data was being shared with its Chinese-owned parent company, ByteDance, prompted lawmakers on Capitol Hill to renew efforts earlier this year to force ByteDance to divest itself from its U.S. operations.

In defense of the decision to remain on TikTok, a Biden campaign official stated, “A fragmented media environment requires us to show up and meet voters where they are – and that includes online. TikTok is one of many places we’re making sure our content is being seen by voters.” The Biden campaign account has amassed over 300,000 followers with over 120 posts on the Chinese-owned social media app. Earlier this year, the launch of the Biden campaign TikTok account caught many by surprise as the Biden White House had appeared to indicate the Democrat incumbent would not have a presence on the app.

Under the new law, ByteDance will have nine months to a year to find a buyer for its U.S. TikTok app, or it will be banned from being downloaded or updated by American users. The divestiture law was attached to a $95 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, passed by the House last Saturday and by the Senate late Tuesday night.

TikTok disputes the security threat allegations and is planning litigation against the divestiture law. ByteDance executives and  Chinese officials have also signaled their opposition to the forced sale. The National Pulse previously reported that the Chinese Embassy was heavily engaged in lobbying against the divestiture provision.

DATA: Trump Gets Bump In 5 Crucial Battleground States.

Former President Donald Trump is now ahead in key battleground states, surpassing Joe Biden in recent polls released on Wednesday, indicating a swing in political momentum. According to the latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll, Trump’s lead, already evident in Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina since March, has expanded. Additionally, Trump is now also leading in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Trump’s lead has extended to six points in a head-to-head comparison between the two in Michigan and seven other swing states. The polled margins put Trump one point ahead in Pennsylvania, four points in Wisconsin, six in Georgia, seven in Arizona, eight in Nevada, and ten in North Carolina.

Conversely, Biden remains in the lead in Michigan by a slight margin of two points. This lead, however, has slimmed since March when both candidates were tied. The economy stands as the most imperative issue to voters, with 51 percent of the respondents signaling their concern about its worsening state by year-end.

Survey takers also had far more faith in Trump’s economic management, with the former president having a 16-point lead when voters were asked under whose administration the U.S. economy was better. A survey released earlier this month revealed that over half of Americans rate Biden’s economy as “poor.”

Here’s What SCOTUS Might Say on Trump’s Immunity Claim Today.

The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on Thursday morning as to whether Donald Trump is immune from prosecution on charges related to alleged election misconduct. The justices’ decision will likely set a new precedent on the boundaries of presidential power and could significantly impact the pace of the 2024 presidential election campaign.

Reports claim that most legal analysts do not believe that the justices will decide that Trump has absolute immunity, but they may decide that he has partial immunity. This could require Joe Biden‘s Justice Department and special prosecutor Jack Smith to revisit some aspects of their prosecution. The justices could also refer elements of the case back to the lower courts so they can rule on the extent of any partial immunity.

If the Supreme Court takes a month to arrive at its decision, a possible trial date for the former president would be pushed to around autumn, deep into the presidential race. A later ruling, towards the end of June, could mean it has to be delayed until after the election in November.

This could deny Biden’s Justice Department the opportunity to brand Trump a felon before voters head to the polls or even imprison him. Trump could also direct the Justice Department to drop the charges or possibly issue himself a pardon if he wins.

PANDORA’S BOX.

Regarding the merits of Trump’s case, his lawyer, D. John Sauer, argues that authorizing “the prosecution of a president for official acts would open a Pandora’s box from which this nation may never recover.”

“If a president has to look over his shoulder or her shoulder every time he or she has to make a controversial decision and wonder if ‘after I leave office, am I going to jail for this when my political opponents take power?’ that inevitably dampens the ability of the president,” he explained.

While Trump’s prosecutors and political enemies have characterized this as an argument that presidents are “above the law,” Trump’s lawyers say the constitutionally proper way for presidents to be held to account for official acts is via Congress, through impeachment and a Senate trial.

Trump was acquitted of inciting an insurrection by the Senate in 2021. His lawyers also argue that attempting to try him for further offenses related to January 6 violates the double jeopardy clause of the Fifth Amendment.

Trump, Meadows, and Giuliani Named As ‘Unindicted Co-Conspirators’ In Michigan Elector Case.

An investigator for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel testified in a state court on Wednesday that former President Donald Trump, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows are “unindicted co-conspirators” in state prosecution of alternative 2020 electors. In two days of testimony, Howard Shock — a special agent in the Attorney General‘s office — has identified at least 11 individuals as alleged co-conspirators despite no charges being filed against them. Mike Roman, the director of the Trump campaign’s election-day operations, was also listed.

In July of last year, Nessel secured indictments against 16 individuals — alleging eight felonies — her office says engaged in forgery as part of a plot to falsely claim Trump won the 2020 Michigan presidential election. While the Attorney General’s office says the investigation into their allegations remains ongoing, preliminary examinations in the prosecution began last week. Shock revealed the identities of the unindicted co-conspirators while being questioned by Duane Silverthorn, who represents one of the defendants.

Among the other uncharged alleged co-conspirators named by Shock are former Michigan GOP chairwoman Laura Cox, former state House Speaker Tom Leonard, the Speaker’s wife Jenell Leonard, and Republican consultant Stu Sandler. Details regarding each co-conspirator’s alleged involvement were not revealed to the court.

“I stand by the sound legal advice I gave, and these partisan lawfare prosecutions have to stop,” Sandler said, responding to the revelations he was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator. He added: “Why in five years of Dana Nessel are only Republicans the continuing targets of these partisan lawfare prosecutions?”

With the preliminary examination concluding on Wednesday, Ingham County District Court Judge Kristen Simmons will now weigh whether Nessel presented enough evidence indicating probable cause that a crime had been committed.

Evidence Contradicts Pentagon Account of Afghan Withdrawal Attack.

New evidence has emerged challenging the Pentagon‘s account of an ISIS-K suicide attack at Kabul airport’s Abbey Gate during the American troop withdrawal in August 2021. The attack resulted in the loss of 13 U.S. service members and an estimated 170 Afghans.

Two separate Pentagon reports, one of which was released last week, assert that the deaths were caused solely by the explosion. The Pentagon insisted that troops’ reports of coming under fire were the result of confusion in the chaos following the blast. However, newly uncovered GoPro footage from a Marine’s camera contradicts this claim, showing more gunfire than ever reported by the Pentagon.

“The 2021-2022 Abbey Gate Investigation thoroughly investigated the allegations of a complex attack, as well as allegations of outgoing fire from U.S. and coalition forces following the blast. The Supplemental Review found no new evidence of a complex attack, and uncovered no new assertions of outgoing fire post-blast,” said Army Lt. Col. Rob Lodewick, a Pentagon public affairs adviser.

However, the Marine’s GoPro footage reveals 11 instances of gunfire, including one sustained burst of around 17 shots roughly 30 seconds after the explosion. The footage also shows Marines running for cover from the gunfire. In addition to the new video evidence, Afghan doctor Sayeed Ahmadi told CNN that he personally extracted bullets from the wounded and that he and his staff identified dozens of Afghans who died from gunshot wounds.

The new footage and Dr. Ahmadi’s testimony directly contradict the Pentagon’s official report of the incident.

The Abbey Gate attack was the bloody crescendo of the Biden regime’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal. One historian described the fiasco as the United States’ “greatest humiliation since Saigon.”

‘Trans’ Sex Offender Attempted Kidnapping at Elementary School.

Solomon Galligan, a 33-year-old transgender registered sex offender, was recently apprehended by authorities after allegedly attempting a child abduction at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora, Colorado.

The act was caught on the school’s surveillance video, where Galligan is seen approaching a group of students who reportedly scattered and began screaming “stranger danger” as Galligan allegedly tried to restrain one of the children. Reports note that Galligan was identified as male in his arrest affidavit. Galligan publicly shared his transition journey on social media in 2011.

“So im starting my hormone shots and i relly cant wait im on my hormone pills ive been on them for almost 4 months i wake up all depressed and crying but in the end its gonna be totally worth it you know what io mean im really excited my measurements are already changing and im super thrilled,” Galligan wrote.

The same year he announced his transition, Galligan was convicted of non-consensual sexual contact. Details surrounding the unsolicited sexual contact incident in 2011 remain undisclosed. Currently held at an Aurora jail, Galligan faces legal proceedings on Thursday, with bail set at $25,000.

The attempted kidnapping is the latest high-profile incident of a transgender individual being linked to crimes against children. Earlier this month, a man claiming to be a transgender ‘vampire‘ was convicted of the sexual assault of a 16-year-old. In March, Doritos was forced to drop a transgender ‘brand ambassador’ after it emerged he had a history of posting pedophilic content online.

UPDATED: AZ’s Dem AG Indicts Giuliani, Meadows, Ward, Eastman, Epshteyn In Major New Election Interference Attempt.

This story has been updated with a statement from John Eastman’s lawyer, highlighted in orange below.

An Arizona grand jury has indicted a group of individuals on charges related to their adoption of the role of alternate electors in the 2020 Presidential election. The group included Kelli Ward, then Arizona GOP chair, who disputed the legitimacy of the election results. Notably, the indictment names former President Donald Trump as “Unindicted Coconspirator 1”, although no charges have been filed against him.

The Washington Post reported other indicted individuals as “former Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman and Christina Bobb, top campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn and former campaign aide Mike Roman.”

Given the ongoing roles of Meadows, Giuliani, Eastman, Epsteyn, and Bobb in campaigning for and working with the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee it is impossible to view the new round of indictments as anything more than further banana republic-style election interference.

Charles Burnham, an attorney for John Eastman, told The National Pulse on Wednesday evening: “The phenomenon of partisan lawfare grows more troubling by the day.  Professor Eastman is innocent of criminal conduct in Arizona or any other place and will fight these charges as he has all the other unjust accusations leveled against him.”

The indictment comes under the leadership of Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes, who took over the position from Republican Mark Brnovich in November 2022. Brnovich had previously clashed with Trump over allegations of voting irregularities in Arizona.

This indictment marks yet another chapter in the ongoing legal battles since the 2020 election, with disputes flaring in several other states. Arizona joins Nevada, Georgia, and Michigan in filing charges against those who championed alternative electors.
