Biden’s climate czar John Kerry has been humiliatingly rebuffed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) after traveling to Beijing with the hopes of cajoling China to start reducing its carbon emissions much like the United States and Europe.
Instead, Kerry’s demands fell on deaf ears, with the Chinese refusing to take any action they believe is not in the nation’s best interests. Chinese President Xi Jinping announced shortly after the negotiations that China alone will decide how it addresses CO2 emissions:
“The pathway and means for reaching this goal, and the tempo and intensity, should be and must be determined by ourselves, and never under the sway of others.”

Kerry has now even admitted the United States impotence over the issue:
“We’ve had very frank conversations but we came here to break new ground… it is clear that we are going to need a little more work.”

The news comes shortly after Treasury Secretary prostrated before her Chinese counterpart, before news broke that she had ingested hallucinogenic mushrooms during her trip.
