Project Veritas has fired all staff and ceased operations, just seven months after founder James O’Keefe was pushed out by the board of directors. O’Keefe, long considered synonymous with the Project Veritas brand, resumed his work with his new O’Keefe Media Group (OMG). Veritas, he says, has now sued him, and blown through the millions of dollars cash-on-hand when O’Keefe left.

“Since James quit, the donations tried up,” said a source. They laid much of the blame for the collapse of Veritas at the feet of O’Keefe’s replacement, Hannah Giles, accusing her of having “lied to everyone claiming she had all these donors she could bring in.”
Raheem Kassam, editor-in-chief at The National Pulse, offered to purchase Project Veritas after it fired most of its staff en masse on August 17th, but it instead kept on a skeleton crew to try and raise funds – evidently without success.
Hi @Project_Veritas I am willing to purchase your entire company and run it as the research arm of @TheNatPulse and restore the brand to greatness.
Let’s talk soon and I’ll lay out a plan, contingent also on finding a fair resolution to the James O’Keefe saga.
