Secret Service agents protecting President Joe Biden’s granddaughter Naomi opened fire on assailants attempting to break into an unmarked SUV on Sunday night, law enforcement sources say.
The incident in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington D.C. saw three individuals try to smash through the vehicle’s window before the bodyguards opened fire. No one was hit and the trio fled the scene in a red car, with the Secret Service passing what details they could gather along to the police.
Democrat-run Washington D.C. is experiencing a 40 percent surge in violent crime this year, including over 750 carjackings and over 6,000 vehicle thefts. Even Congressmen are not exempt from the crime wave, with U.S. Rep. Henry Cueller of Texas being carjacked near the Capitol in recent weeks.
Naomi Biden is a political activist, and boasted in 2020 that then-President Donald Trump was the only thing standing the country and a “far left” agenda under her grandfather.
Again, I literally couldn’t agree more. https://t.co/19bx6SxCXE
