— From the Editor —

Welcome to the real news. Today we learned that very lefty NPR is receiving $113 million in mega donations — while sites like The National Pulse continue to rely on our loyal readers for support, operating on a budget of roughly 1/150th of that.

What a terrible state right-leaning media finds itself in. No wonder stories like our lead tonight scarcely get covered elsewhere. It is an absolute travesty — one you must read, share, and take seriously — given what we now know about the COVID vaccine regime. If this publication matters to you, please join The National Pulse and help us stay in the fight. Or, if you prefer, you can donate here.

Britain’s COVID Inquiry: Vaccine Mandates Were Political, Not Medical

Britain’s official COVID inquiry has confirmed what many suspected — mandatory vaccination policies were driven by politics, not clinical evidence.

■ Pulse Points  /  THE SCIENCE™ WAS POLITICS ALL ALONG

What Happened —  Britain’s official COVID-19 inquiry has reported that the country’s mandatory vaccination policies were “political and not led by clinical advice,” exacerbating distrust of a health care system that nearly collapsed during the pandemic.
The Detail —  The inquiry report warns that rebuilding trust will be critical before any future pandemic, and criticized the system for inadequately compensating people harmed by vaccines — recommending higher payouts and broader eligibility. The British government mandated vaccines for healthcare workers and required vaccination passports to enter certain venues and travel overseas. The findings come as part of a wider investigation into Britain’s pandemic response, which has already warned that the socialized National Health Service (NHS) came close to being overwhelmed.
Key Quote —  “While the majority of people took up the offer of vaccination, there was lower uptake within communities in areas of higher deprivation and in some ethnic minority communities. For many, their concerns centered on the safety of vaccines and possible side effects.” – Inquiry Chairwoman Baroness Heather Hallett
Impact —  Confirmation that the British government prioritized political considerations over science has further eroded public trust in government and the national health care system. Baroness Hallett criticized the decision to restrict compensation to victims deemed at least 60 percent disabled, leaving those with significant but lesser injuries with nothing.

Europe Is Perilously Low on Jet Fuel

The IEA is warning that Europe faces mass flight cancellations within weeks as the Iran war chokes off global jet fuel supplies.

■ Pulse Points  /  RUNNING ON EMPTY

What Happened —  IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol has warned that Europe may face jet fuel shortages within weeks if the Strait of Hormuz remains blocked, with global repercussions including widespread flight cancellations.
The Detail —  The crisis is being described as one of the most severe global energy disruptions in history, with ripple effects across economies worldwide. Rising fuel costs are driving inflation in gasoline, natural gas, electricity, and fertilizer prices. European airports and airlines are already expressing concern about shortages ahead of the summer travel season. In response to Iran’s closing of the Strait and a breakdown in peace negotiations, President Trump announced that America would blockade ships leaving Iranian ports.
Key Quote —  “I can tell you soon we will hear the news that some of the flights from city A to city B might be canceled as a result of lack of jet fuel.” – Fatih Birol, IEA Executive Director
Impact —  The knock-on economic impact on countries in Europe that rely heavily on tourism could devastate some areas, with fuel shortages at some airports potentially occurring within weeks if the blockade continues.

Adelson Hands $40 Million to GOP Midterm Efforts

FEC filings reveal Miriam Adelson as the top Republican super PAC donor heading into the midterms — as polling shows a growing divide between the GOP base and the party’s pro-war donors.

■ Pulse Points  /  FOREIGN AFFAIRS

What Happened —  FEC filings reveal that Miriam Adelson, the Tel Aviv-born widow of Israeli-American billionaire Sheldon Adelson, is the largest donor to Republican super PACs ahead of the 2026 midterms — donating $30 million to the Senate Leadership Fund and $10 million to the Congressional Leadership Fund. Meanwhile, Budapest-born billionaire George Soros is the largest donor to Democrat super PACs.
The Detail —  Adelson is a strong supporter of Israel and its military actions in the Middle East. The two GOP super PACs raised over $110 million combined. On the other side, Soros poured $50 million into his Democracy PAC, which later allocated $9 million to the Senate Majority PAC.
Impact —  Adelson’s donations may influence Republican candidates’ stance on the Iran war at a time when the conflict is dividing the party’s base. Polling by the Democracy Institute shows 52 percent of GOP voters oppose the war, and 51 percent believe Israel has too much influence over U.S. foreign policy.
Flashback —  “I’m gonna get her in trouble with this, but I actually asked her once, ‘So Miriam, I know you love Israel. What do you love more, the United States or Israel?’ She refused to answer. That means, that might mean Israel.” – President Donald J. Trump, speaking in Israel in 2025.

Pro-Life Activist Wins $1 Million Settlement Over Biden DOJ Raid

Mark Houck, raided by 25 FBI agents in front of his children, has secured a seven-figure payout from the Biden-era Department of Justice.

■ Pulse Points  /  SWAT THAT SETTLEMENT

What Happened —  Pro-life activist Mark Houck has reached a settlement exceeding $1 million with the Department of Justice after suing over his 2022 FBI arrest. Houck had been accused of violating the FACE Act following a 2021 altercation outside a Planned Parenthood clinic, but was acquitted by a jury in 2023.
The Detail —  In 2022, a SWAT team of approximately 25 agents arrested Houck at his home in front of his children. His lawsuit accused the DOJ of conducting a “faulty investigation” and using “excessive force.” A recent DOJ report revealed evidence of selective prosecution against pro-life activists, including coordination with pro-abortion groups and withholding of evidence.
Key Quote —  “This Department will not tolerate a two-tiered system of justice… The weaponization that happened under the Biden Administration will not happen again.” – DOJ Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche
Flashback —  Emails from the DOJ’s internal investigation reveal Biden officials referring to Christian pro-lifers as “culty” and working to exclude them from jury pools. Pro-life defendants faced more than double the average prison terms sought for pro-abortion defendants in FACE Act cases.

J6 Pipe Bomber Hit with Additional Charges

Brian Cole Jr. now faces weapons of mass destruction and terrorism charges for planting functional pipe bombs outside DNC and RNC headquarters the night before January 6.

■ Pulse Points  /  BOOM GOES THE INDICTMENT

What Happened —  Brian Cole Jr., 30, of Virginia, has been indicted on new felony charges for allegedly planting pipe bombs near the DNC and RNC headquarters the night before January 6, 2021. The updated indictment includes charges of attempting to use weapons of mass destruction and committing an act of terrorism while armed.
The Detail —  Cole had previously been arrested in December on charges of transporting and placing the devices, which the FBI confirmed were functional, though they did not detonate. Court filings reveal Cole admitted to constructing and planting the bombs, citing frustration over the 2020 election and dissatisfaction with both parties. He reportedly told investigators “something just snapped.”
Impact —  Cole remains in pre-trial detention after a judge ruled he poses a significant danger to the community, rejecting defense proposals for monitored release.
Flashback —  The pipe bomb investigation remained unsolved for years, with Trump making it a priority after returning to office. FBI Director Kash Patel stressed that Cole was snared after a thorough reexamination of existing evidence, branding the former Biden regime “negligent” and “incompetent” for failing to identify a suspect.

Democrat With Sex Assault Allegations Found Dead in Murder-Suicide

Former Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax fatally shot his estranged wife before turning the gun on himself — their teenage children were home at the time.

■ Pulse Points  /  DEMOCRATIC VALUES

What Happened —  Former Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax (D) fatally shot his estranged wife, Cerina, and then turned the gun on himself in their Annandale, Virginia home early Thursday morning. Their teenage children, aged 14 and 16, were present in the house but unharmed.
The Detail —  The couple, though separated, had been living under the same roof using separate bedrooms. Cerina had filed for divorce last year, with a hearing scheduled for next week. Police believe recent court paperwork served to Fairfax may have triggered the attack. Officers had been called to the home in January over an alleged domestic dispute, determined at the time to be unfounded.
Impact —  The murder-suicide leaves the couple’s two teenagers orphaned and raises serious questions about whether authorities failed to act on previous warning signs of domestic violence.
Flashback —  Fairfax’s political career was overshadowed by allegations of sexual assault in 2019 and again during his 2021 gubernatorial campaign. His wife, Cerina, supported him publicly during that period, though their relationship later deteriorated.

Mamdani’s Wife Apologizes for Posts Praising Terrorists and Using Slurs

Rama Duwaji has apologized for celebrating a PFLP terrorist and using racial slurs — but the scrutiny of New York City’s mayor only deepens.

■ Pulse Points  /  SORRY, NOT SORRY

What Happened —  Rama Duwaji, wife of New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D), issued a public apology for old social media posts where she praised Palestinian terrorists and used offensive language, including racial slurs.
The Detail —  Posts exposed in March included one celebrating Shadia Abu Ghazaleh, an aircraft hijacker and member of the U.S.-designated terrorist group Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Other posts included a racial slur for black people. Her X and Tumblr accounts were deleted following the exposé. Duwaji has also faced scrutiny for providing art for an essay by an author who praised October 7 and referred to “Jewish supremacist vampires,” and her Instagram has been observed liking posts celebrating the October 7 attacks.
Key Quote —  “When a tabloid recently published old tweets I wrote as a teenager, I felt a lot of shame being confronted with language I used that is so harmful to others; being 15 doesn’t excuse it.” – Rama Duwaji
Impact —  Duwaji’s apology has reignited scrutiny of her and Mayor Mamdani regarding their views on Israel and the Middle East, raising concerns for Jewish residents of New York City and the influence the couple may have on city policy.

New Hungarian PM: Stronger Borders, No EU Migration Pact

Hungary’s incoming prime minister, Péter Magyar, is defying EU expectations by pledging to reinforce border fences and reject the bloc’s Migration Pact entirely.

■ Pulse Points  /  SURPRISE! HE’S BASICALLY ORBÁN

What Happened —  Hungary’s incoming Prime Minister Péter Magyar has announced that his government will not participate in the EU Migration Pact, and pledged to reinforce Hungary’s border “even more.” Magyar also appears set to cut legal immigration by eliminating non-EU guest worker programs.
The Detail —  Magyar’s stance comes after his election defeat of outgoing PM Viktor Orbán. EU officials openly celebrated the result — but while Magyar has signaled greater cooperation with Brussels on some issues (such as not blocking a €90 billion loan to Ukraine), he will remain firmly opposed to EU migration policies.
Key Quote —  “Hungary will not accept any pact. In fact, I’m going to reinforce the border fence even more.” – Péter Magyar
Impact —  Magyar’s rejection of the Migration Pact signals Hungary will remain a key opponent of EU open border policies despite the establishment’s celebration. Notably, Magyar was until 2024 a member of Orbán’s own party — suggesting his government may not be the sharp break from Orbánism that globalists have been hoping for.

Trump Admin Drafts Plan to Fund Traditional Families Raising Their Own Children Instead of Daycares.

A new Trump administration proposal aims to allow stay-at-home parents to receive childcare subsidies, altering a status quo in which the government only pays for families to send their children to daycares.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: The Trump administration is drafting a policy to allow stay-at-home parents to receive childcare assistance through the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF). This proposal would create a new category of “parent-based childcare,” enabling married couples who meet specific income and work requirements to qualify for subsidies.
📺 DETAIL: The plan would allow married parents, with one working full-time and the other staying home to care for their children, to access funds typically reserved for external childcare. Critics within the GOP establishment argue the policy resembles “socialism,” and could lead to fraud or misuse. However, proponents view it as a recognition of the value of parents, typically mothers, raising their own children in single-breadwinner families, rather than resorting to daycares. The proposal excludes unmarried couples and single parents, raising potential legal challenges over its marriage requirement.
🎯 IMPACT: If implemented, the policy could reshape federal childcare funding, potentially benefiting families who choose to have one parent stay home.
📺 FLASHBACK: The Child Care and Development Fund was established under President Bill Clinton in the 1990s to assist low- and moderate-income families with external childcare costs. The Trump administration’s proposal marks a significant shift in how these funds could be used.
📈 DATA: Federal data shows nearly one million families currently benefit from CCDF assistance, with demand routinely exceeding available funding. The average subsidy per child is roughly $9,000, though actual amounts vary widely by state and family circumstances.

Migrant Trucker Gets Just 20 Days in Prison for Killing Father and Son.

A truck driver from Haiti who caused a fatal crash in Ohio, killing a father and son and severely injuring the mother, has received a 20-day jail sentence.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: A judge has issued a mere 20-day jail sentence to a migrant truck driver responsible for the death of a father and son.
📺 DETAIL: Yvio Michel, reportedly a migrant from Haiti working as a big-rig truck driver, caused a multi-vehicle crash in late February in Ohio. The crash killed 52-year-old Hurshel Gipson and his 11-year-old son, Michael Gipson. The crash also left 45-year-old Amanda Gipson, Hursel’s wife and Michael’s mother, severely injured. Other motorists sustained injuries as well. Michel failed to slow his tractor-trailer for halted traffic on the I-75 highway, smashing into multiple vehicles and trapping the Gipson family’s SUV between two rigs. Michel, who was seeking asylum in the U.S., pleaded no contest to charges of negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter after prosecutors dropped three other charges. Judge Tammie K. Hursh at Lima Municipal Court in Ohio gave Michel two consecutive 10-day sentences. Specifically, Judge Hursh suspended 80 days of Michel’s 90-day sentence for the negligent homicide charge and suspended 170 days of his 180-day vehicular manslaughter charge. Michel was also given a two-year license suspension, along with six points and $1,000 in fines.
🎯 IMPACT: Michel will remain in local custody until September 21. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has since lodged a detainer against him, meaning that he will be taken into federal custody once he is released. The lenient sentence has sparked outrage from the public. The case provides context as to why the Trump administration is moving to crack down on migrants working as truck drivers, as well as seeking to deport Haitian asylum seekers.

Trump Boosts Veterans’ Support and Job Opportunities.

President Trump has signed an Executive Order to modernize data sharing between the Departments of War and Veterans Affairs, aiming to expedite access to benefits for U.S. veterans.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order on Tuesday to modernize data management and sharing between the Departments of War and Veterans Affairs (VA), expediting veterans’ access to benefits. The order mandates the use of secure digital tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to streamline applications and ensure real-time sharing of military and medical records.
📺 DETAIL: The Executive Order addresses longstanding inefficiencies in transferring records, which currently take 90 to 180 days, delaying veterans’ access to healthcare, education, and job training. It also aims to improve the Transition Assistance Program by providing career guidance and connecting service members to specialists who can assist with benefit applications.
💬 KEY QUOTE: “Millions of brave men and women have served in our Armed Forces with courage, commitment, and sacrifice, guaranteeing our security, prosperity, and freedom. These veterans deserve the best available services in return. ” – White House statement
🎯 IMPACT: By modernizing outdated systems, the initiative should reduce delays in benefits processing and improve access to healthcare and career opportunities for veterans. It also emphasizes the use of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency while maintaining privacy protections.
📺 FLASHBACK: In his first term, President Trump implemented policies to reduce VA healthcare wait times, eliminate application backlogs, and provide mental health resources for transitioning veterans.

Trump Admin to Invest $1.9 Billion in Restarting Shuttered Nuclear Plant to Power AI Boom.

The Energy Department’s loan aims to revive the Duane Arnold nuclear plant, marking a significant move in the U.S. nuclear energy sector.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: The U.S. Energy Department announced a $1.9 billion loan to assist in restarting the Duane Arnold nuclear power plant in Iowa, which ceased operations in 2020. This initiative is part of a broader effort to revive nuclear energy in the United States, in part to power the boom in artificial intelligence (AI) data centers.
📰 DETAIL: NextEra Energy, the company behind the project, plans to refurbish the plant’s reactor and aims to restart operations by 2029. The federal loan is expected to lower financing costs for NextEra, which has also secured a deal with Google to purchase a portion of the plant’s electricity for its data centers.
🎯 IMPACT: This move could bolster U.S. nuclear energy capabilities and contribute to energy security, while also supporting tech companies’ growing electricity needs.
💬 KEY QUOTE: “Duane Arnold is exactly the kind of investment that will help restore American nuclear leadership, strengthen our energy security, and deliver the affordable, reliable power Americans need to fuel our nation’s future,” said Greg Beard, director of the Energy Department’s loan office.
👀 FLASHBACK: The Duane Arnold plant originally came online in 1974 but was shut down in 2020 after storm damage. The decision to close was influenced by economic factors, including low natural gas prices and stagnant electricity demand at the time.

Iran’s Houthi Proxies Strike Saudi Oil Infrastructure.

Iran-backed Houthi terrorists based in Yemen have attacked critical oil facilities in Saudi Arabia, a regional ally of the United States, marking a significant escalation of the Iran war.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen have launched multiple attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia.
📺 DETAIL: On Tuesday, oil facilities and utilities were hit following a series of strikes conducted by the Iran-backed Houthis, who control Yemen’s major population centers, in the south of Saudi Arabia and at the mouth of the Red Sea. The strikes injured over 70 people. The ensuing fires at the oil sites forced shutdowns and disrupted operations. The strikes targeted oil facilities connected with a vital shipping route connecting the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, off the southern coast of Yemen. The shipping route is used by Saudi Arabia as an alternative to the Strait of Hormuz, which remains blockaded by Iran. The Houthis also hit “civilian and economic facilities” in Saudi cities, according to Major General Turki al-Malki, a spokesman for the Saudi-led coalition fighting the Houthis in Yemen.
🎯 IMPACT: The recent escalation highlights the ongoing threat posed by the Houthis to U.S. regional allies, such as Saudi Arabia, and shipping in the region. The decision of the Houthis to specifically attack oil facilities associated with a vital shipping route demonstrates how Iran and its allies aim to amplify the economic costs of the Iran war. These attacks underscore the vulnerabilities of Saudi Arabia’s energy infrastructure. This comes almost two months after the Islamic Republic of Iran directed the Houthis to block the Red Sea in order to further clamp down on international shipping. “Anybody with a firing rifle can interrupt the shipping. You don’t have to have sophisticated missiles to interrupt the shipping,” said a source close to the Houthis at the time. These recent strikes by the Houthis further underscore the short-sightedness of the Biden government’s decision to de-prioritize the group as a threat to U.S. interests.

9/11 Families Tell Mamdani to Stay Away From Memorial Ceremony.

Families of 9/11 victims and first responders have called on New York City’s Muslim immigrant mayor to skip the attacks’ memorial ceremony, citing his lack of support for their community.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: A coalition of 9/11 family members, first responders, and elected officials have publicly asked New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani (D) not to attend this year’s September 11 memorial service.
📺 DETAIL: On Tuesday, during an event outside City Hall, 9/11 family members pleaded for the Mayor to abstain from attending the upcoming 25th anniversary commemoration service of the 9/11 attacks. “We don’t believe in what he believes in, and we really want us to be left alone… This 25th anniversary is for victims and survivors to blend in and pray that day for all the families—not have a circus around us,” said Giovanni Galante, whose wife was killed on 9/11. “If we feel that we don’t want someone at our world-class memorial museum that’s sacred and hallowed, we feel that that person should respect our wishes… He didn’t go to the 20th … so I don’t know why he’s so adamant about going to this one when we just ask that he just respect us from 7 to 11 and let us have our mourning,” said Monica Iken, whose husband was killed on 9/11. The event was attended by New York City Council Member Vickie Paladino (R), who announced the coalition’s intention to deliver a petition with 101,000 signatures to City Hall ahead of the service on Friday. “I am demanding that he not show his face at that sacred ground… He does not belong there… We the people do not care for Zohran Mamdani—101,000 names is not a drop in the bucket. Do not, Zohran Mamdani, take us New Yorkers for granted. We were there that day. The sky looked very similar to this. Stay put. Stay in City Hall and promote your propaganda,” said Paladino.
💬 KEY QUOTE: This mayor is not serving us… He’s serving himself. We are asking respectfully that he not show up… Even though there is going to be other politicians there, these are the politicians that helped us push beneficial laws through and literally held our hand during that time… Mayor Mamdani has not shown any of that, none of it. He just wants to be there because he wants to be there… So we are asking him to respect the fact that that trauma is revived during the ceremony. It is a private ceremony. It is not a public ceremony. Mayor Mamdani, please do not come, said Charles Wolf, who lost his wife on 9/11.
🎯 IMPACT: The coalition has clarified that other politicians who have supported 9/11-related legislation and personally supported the victims’ families are welcome at the ceremony. This response shows that a sizeable portion of 9/11 families and others affected by the attacks do not believe that Mayor Mamdani supports them. The Twelver Muslim mayor, originally from Uganda, has made several comments and decisions in the past that have alienated survivors and victims of 9/11, from bemoaning the so-called “Islamophobia” after 9/11 to appointing lawyer Ramzi Kassem as Chief Counsel, after he previously stated that the attacks reflected “the resentment these terrorists felt,” and “the legacy of 9/11 ought to be recounted primarily through the stories of Muslims.”

Court Hears Lindsay Clancy Supporter Sent Disturbing Texts Before Hanging Toddler Son.

A suburban Chicago mother who supported Lindsay Clancy faces first-degree murder charges after her two-year-old son was found hanged.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: Corie Walsh, a 40-year-old Illinois mother, has been charged with first-degree murder after her two-year-old son, Barrett “Bear” Walsh, was found hanged in the basement of their suburban Chicago home on September 1. Prosecutors allege Walsh was influenced by the Lindsay Clancy trial, supporting the woman who strangled her three young children to death in what she claims was an episode of psychosis.
📺 DETAIL: Prosecutors revealed that Walsh had discussed the Clancy case in a group chat on the day of her son’s murder, and allegedly planned to poison her husband with prescription medications. Walsh’s defense team claims that she was suffering from “psychosis,” as Clancy supposedly was, by pure coincidence, and dismissed allegations of a “copycat” killing. Walsh reportedly referred to her son as “the Devil” and “the Antichrist” during police questioning.
💬 KEY QUOTE: “It’s manslaughter. Please help. I’m really freaking out,” Walsh texted friends during jury deliberations in Clancy’s case, apparently concerned that the child killer would be found guilty on one of the lesser charges against her.
🎯 IMPACT: Walsh will remain in custody ahead of her trial, with the judge ordering that she receive psychiatric treatment while in jail. Her next court appearance is scheduled for September 24.
📺 FLASHBACK: The Lindsay Clancy case, referenced by Walsh, involved a Massachusetts mother who admitted to killing her three children but pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, citing postpartum psychosis and overmedication, despite having seemingly planned the killings by sending her husband away to collect takeout she had ordered and later texting him to also collect medicine for her at a CVS pharmacy, to give her more time to take their children to the basement one by one and strangle them to death with exercise bands. The case ended in a mistrial, with prosecutors indicating that they intend to retry her.

Streamer Who Said ‘America Deserved 9/11’ Backs AOC for President Ahead of 25th Anniversary.

Far-left Twitch streamer Hasan Piker has affirmed his support for Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) as Democrat politicians push to distance themselves from the Turkey-raised influencer.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: Far-left Twitch streamer Hasan Piker will endorse Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) for President in 2028 despite ongoing attempts by the wider Democratic Party to distance themselves from him.
📺 DETAIL: Piker has faced widespread criticism from both parties in recent weeks for various incendiary comments, including his past claim that the United States “deserved 9/11” and that violence “against Jews” will come about as a result of Jewish support for Israel. A growing number of Democrat lawmakers, politicians, and others in the party have disavowed the controversial streamer, encouraging colleagues to do the same ahead of the 2026 midterm elections in November. In an interview at Socialism Conference 2026 earlier this month in Chicago, Piker said that he intends to be “as careful as possible,” adding that his streams are the “perfect opportunity to create viral media moments.” “My job is not to make the Democratic Party look good,” said Piker. He endorsed Rep. Alexandria “AOC” Ocasio-Cortez for President in 2028. This follows the decision of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), of which AOC is a member, to come to Piker’s defense earlier this month, describing him as “our Twitch streamer.”
💬 KEY QUOTE:I think she’s great… She would have some difficulties, of course, but hurdles can be climbed over, and I think she can do it,” said Piker.
🎯 IMPACT: Piker’s rhetoric threatens to alienate moderate voters and could undermine Democrat support in key races, such as the Michigan Senate race, where far-left Democrat candidate Abdul El-Sayed has been scrutinized for his closeness to Piker. This underscores the growing division within the Democrats over whether to embrace the far-left politics of organizations like the DSA. Piker’s growing influence coincides with the rise in support for socialism among Democrats as well as the rise in Democrat-aligned adults self-describing as Democratic Socialists. It also demonstrates the willingness of Piker to utilize his platform to boost far-left Democrats.
📺 FLASHBACK: In late August, it was reported that Rep. Ocasio-Cortez had re-joined the DSA after a seven-year membership lapse, building speculation of a presidential run in 2028. “Democratic Socialists of America confirms Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a member in good standing of our organization, having recently rejoined in August 2026,” announced the DSA. In July, the New York representative topped a poll of potential Democrat candidates for President.

Israeli Nat Sec Chief Backs Argentina’s Claim to the Falklands, Accuses Britain of ‘Stealing Money’ from the Argentines.

Senior Israeli officials have called on Netanyahu to recognize Argentina’s fraudulent claim to the Falklands, a British Overseas Territory, after the British government announced a ban on imports from Israeli settlements in the West Bank.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to recognize Argentina’s fraudulent claims to Britain’s Falkland Islands, which have belonged to the United Kingdom longer than the modern-day Argentine Republic has existed , and where over 99 percent of the almost entirely British-descended population voted to remain British in a 2013 referendum.
📺 DETAIL: On Tuesday, the Labor Party-controlled British government, led by Prime Minister Andy Burnham, announced an import ban targeting goods from Israeli settlements in the West Bank , characterizing the settlements as causing the “destruction of the two-state solution.” The import ban was fast-tracked for implementation following the announcement of Israeli plans to expand settlement construction in the West Bank. In response, Ben-Gvir called on Prime Minister Netanyahu to recognize Argentina’s claim to the Falkland Islands, a British Overseas Territory in the South Atlantic. “The British are not content with merely occupying the territory; they also carry out oil drilling there and steal the money from the Argentine people,” posted Ben-Gvir on X (formerly Twitter). “Expel the British ambassador tonight! We will not be a doormat trampled by an anti-Semitic government, in a country conquered by radical Islam, trying to save itself from economic and social decline by attacking Jews and the State of Israel. The British Mandate in the Land of Israel is over,” added Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich on X, referring to Britain’s former governance of the region. Soon after, Gideon Sa’ar, Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced plans to shut down the British consulate in Jerusalem, expel British representatives from the international aid center in Kiryat Gat in southern Israel, end British training of Palestinian Authority forces in the West Bank, and ban a dozen British officials from entering Israel.
💬 KEY QUOTE: “I call upon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to recognize Argentina’s sovereignty over the Malvinas Islands and to impose sanctions on Great Britain as long as the occupation [of the islands] continues,” posted Ben-Gvir.
🎯 IMPACT: The escalating rhetoric underscores the growing diplomatic tension between Israel and the United Kingdom. The push by Israeli officials to recognize Argentine sovereignty over the Falklands is highly likely to spark backlash from the islands’ inhabitants, who overwhelmingly voted to remain a British Overseas Territory back in 2013. Specifically, 99.8 percent of the inhabitants voted to remain British. This coincides with growing concern surrounding the fate of the Falklands since the World Cup, at which the Argentine national team displayed a banner reading “Las Malvinas son Argentinas,” meaning, ‘The Malvinas (Falklands) are Argentine.’
📺 FLASHBACK: Ben-Gvir previously courted controversy in June when he called for all-out war with Lebanon , in defiance of the Trump administration, stating, “For every tear of an Israeli mother, a thousand Lebanese mothers must weep. All of Lebanon must burn!” Significantly, while Iran’s Hezbollah proxies operate from Lebanon, the organization does not have the approval of Lebanon’s legitimate government, which outlawed it in March but lacked the military means to force it to comply with an order to surrender.

WATCH: ‘Christian’ Talarico Argues Jesus and Allah Are ‘Equal Pathways to Truth.’

Democrat Senate candidate James Talarico has argued that Allah, the “Great Spirit,” and other religious concepts are “equal pathways to truth” alongside Jesus Christ, casting further doubt on his claims to be a Christian.

PULSE POINTS
❓ WHAT HAPPENED: Democrat Texas Senate candidate James Talarico is facing renewed scrutiny of his claims to be a Christian after a video resurfaced showing him describing Islam, Christianity, and other religions as “equal pathways to truth.” Talarico said he views the world’s religions as different paths leading toward the same “divine mystery,” specifically naming God, Yahweh, Allah, Nirvana, and the Great Spirit as “different pathways to the same fundamental truth of reality.”
📺 DETAIL: The comments contradict traditional Christian teachings that Jesus Christ is the exclusive path to salvation, with Christ stating in the New Testament that “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” Significantly, Talarico has made similar statements in the past, including a 2021 Texas House invocation that referenced the Torah, Quran, Gita, Dharma, and the First Epistle of John before concluding, “In all your many names, we pray.” More recently, Talarico said Islamic mystics and Muslim poet Rumi had influenced his supposed Christian faith as much as Christian writers. Talarico attends St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Austin, which The National Pulse reported supports abortion and funds pro-abortion organizations, with Talarico having argued that the Bible’s account of the Virgin Mary’s consent to bear Christ informs his position on abortion. The Democrat candidate has separately faced criticism over previous comments describing Christianity as the “most violent” religion, saying it had done more damage to Islam than any other faith, and arguing that God is “beyond gender,” despite being described explicitly in masculine terms in the Bible. These comments have placed Talarico’s interpretation of Christianity at the center of continuing debate as he campaigns for the Democratic nomination in the Texas Senate race.
💬 KEY QUOTE: “Whether it’s God or Yahweh or Allah or Nirvana, the Great Spirit, whatever you call it, this is all, you know, different pathways to the same kind of fundamental truth of reality.” – James Talarico
🎯 IMPACT: Talarico’s comments could make his religious views a significant issue in the Texas Senate campaign, particularly among Christian voters who believe Jesus Christ is not an optional extra to true faith. His statements also provide opponents with additional material to question the authenticity of his Christianity and the way he presents himself to the public.
