The official ‘Team DeSantis’ X (formerly Twitter) account posted an interview aired on Fox News on Monday, featuring a “Wisconsin Voter” by the name of Chris Lawrence, who The National Pulse can reveal was a long-time paid activist for the anti-Trump, pro-amnesty Koch network that recently pledged $70M to stop the former President retaking the Oval Office.
Lawrence, who prattled off DeSantis camp talking points at lightning speed, was a long-time Field Director for Americans for Prosperity (AFP), according to his own LinkedIn profile. He told The National Pulse Tuesday night that he no longer works there, instead doing a stint in Never Trump legislator Duey Stroebel’s office, before recently moving to a group called School Choice Wisconsin, whose board members include Bush-Cheney alumni. Stroebel opposed Trump in 2016, and has himself recently run to Fox News to trash the former President and endorse the Florida Governor.
AFP is part of the Koch network, which recently pledged $70M to stop former President Donald Trump. The network includes organizations such as the Libre Initiative, which campaigns for amnesty for illegal immigrants.
An internal memo from AFP chief Emily Seidel dated February stated America needs to “have a president in 2025 who represents a new chapter,” and that it was time to “turn the page on the past several years.”
👋🏼 Hi I looked into “Wisconsin voter” Christopher Lawrence, why didn’t you tell people he’s a paid activist belonging to the open borders network that recently pledged $70M to stop Trump?
