TikTok Is KEY News Source for Young American Adults.

A recent survey by the Pew Research Center indicates a significant increase in the number of American young adults getting their news from TikTok. The survey, conducted between July 15 and August 4, included responses from 10,658 U.S. adults on their regular news sources.

Seventeen percent of respondents identified TikTok as a regular source of news, compared to just 3 percent in 2020. This trend is more pronounced among young adults aged 18 to 29, with 39 percent stating they use TikTok for news. This marks a massive rise from the nine percent in this age group who said the same in 2020. Adults aged 30 to 49 are less inclined to turn to TikTok for their news, with 19 percent doing so in 2024.

Overall, 52 percent of TikTok users indicate they regularly consume news on the app. This is an increase from 43 percent last year and just 22 percent in 2020.

“No social media platform we’ve studied has seen faster growth in the share of Americans who regularly turn to it for news,” Pew stresses.

This development could be good news for former President Donald J. Trump, despite his opposition to TikTok over its Chinese Communist Party (CCP) links. The former president began using the platform in June rather than leave the field open to the Biden-Harris government and the Democrats, who invested in establishing a presence on the platform early on.

Trump content has gone on to vastly outperform posts supporting Biden and Harris, with Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, noting in June that the former president “is reaching young people in a way like never before.”

“Every piece of anecdotal evidence is showing us that young people are more and more interested in what the political right, the nationalist, populist right, has to say,” Kassam added.

Data Shows Trump is Dominating on Key Election Indicators.

Former President Donald J. Trump and the Republican Party hold a significant edge in nine of the ten election indicators measured by Gallup. The data from the nearly 100-year-old public opinion research firm suggests that, at this juncture, the election is Trump and the GOP’s to lose.

Republicans currently lead Democrats in party identification with 48 percent to the latter’s 45 percent. According to Gallup, this measure strongly indicates an election’s outcome. Additionally, 46 percent of Americans say the Republican Party is better equipped to handle the most pressing issues facing the country, while only 41 percent say the Democratic Party is—also considered a strong election indicator.

Meanwhile, among moderate election indicators, just 22 percent of Americans say they’re satisfied with current conditions in the United States—a measure favoring the Republicans. Gallup’s economic confidence score is negative 28, which the research firm also notes as a moderate indicator in favor of Trump and the GOP. When asked which party is more likely to keep America prosperous, 50 percent of respondents say the Republican Party, while just 44 percent say the Democratic Party.

Gallup’s tracking of presidential approval also favors Trump and the GOP. The 81-year-old incumbent, Joe Biden, is currently underwater with just 39 percent favorability.

On party favorability ratings, Republicans hold just a one-point edge, with 43 percent viewing the GOP as favorable to 42 percent for the Democrats. Trump and the Republicans also have the edge on government activity, with 55 percent of Americans wanting less government intervention.

The only area that leans somewhat in favor of the Democrats is Congressional approval, which sits at just 20 percent—though the split control of Congress suggests this is a wash for both political parties.

Harris Breaks 36-Year Tradition in Remarkable Snub to U.S. Catholics.

Kamala Harris has chosen not to attend the annual Al Smith Dinner, which significantly deviates from political tradition. The dinner, sponsored by the Archdiocese of New York, typically features lighthearted exchanges between presidential candidates. Former President Donald Trump has confirmed his attendance at the event scheduled for October 17, but Harris’s campaign stated she will focus on crucial battleground states as the election nears.

Some speculate that Harris’s move is due to the candidate’s fear of extemporaneous interactions, though the reality may be more that her campaign is worried that spending any time at all outside of critical swing states could see her lose on November 5th.

Joseph Zwilling, a spokesman for the Archdiocese of New York, expressed disappointment over Harris’s decision.

“We are disappointed that she will not be with us, as this is an evening of unity and putting aside political differences in support of a good cause of helping women and children in need regardless of race, creed, or background,” he said. The politically connected and powerful Timothy Cardinal Dolan—who serves as the Archbishop of the diocese—currently hosts the dinner.

Harris’s decision makes her the first presidential candidate to skip the event since Walter Mondale, who also started his campaign as a vice president, in 1984. This tradition began in 1960 with Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy and is held to raise funds for New York City’s needy.

Trump last appeared at the dinner in person in 2016 along with then-Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton. The 2020 dinner, held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, saw Trump and Joe Biden make pre-recorded remarks. The annual event is named after former New York Governor Alfred E. Smith, the first Roman Catholic nominated for the U.S. presidency by a major party in 1928.

The Entire Deep State Just Endorsed Kamala.

More than 700 deep state security and military officials have officially endorsed Kamala Harris for president, claiming that former President Donald J. Trump “endangers” democratic ideals, ironically as Harris was never democratically nominated by her party.

The officials signed a joint letter endorsing Harris, lauding her for supporting Ukraine while  claiming she “grasps the reality of American military deterrence.”

The letter is almost more of an expression of criticism and opposition to Trump as it is an endorsement of Harris, with the letter stating, “Mr. Trump threatens our democratic system,” and “He said he wants to be a ‘dictator,’ and his clarification that he would only be a dictator for a day is not reassuring.”

Among those who signed the letter are former Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel, who served under Barack Obama, and several retired generals and admirals.

Trump campaign communications director Steven Cheung reacted to the latter, saying those who signed it “are the same people who got our country into endless foreign wars and profited off of them while the American people suffered.”

He added that Trump was the only president in recent history not to begin any new foreign wars.

The letter comes after prominent neocons also endorsed Kamala Harris in recent weeks, including former Vice President Dick Cheney, one of the chief architects of the disastrous Iraq war.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, currently pursuing the war in Ukraine, also endorsed Harris, stating she was his favorite earlier this month.

“Our ‘favorite,’ if you can call it that, was the current president, Mr. Biden. But he was removed from the race and recommended all his supporters to support Ms. Harris. Well, we will do so – we will support her,” Putin said.

Biden-Harris Used U.S. Military to Fly Zelensky to Swing State… Where He Campaigned For Kamala.

Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, flew to Pennsylvania on Sunday on an American taxpayer-funded U.S. military aircraft ostensibly to tour armaments factories that supply his country with weapons. However, Zelenksy turned the Biden-Harris government-organized tour into an impromptu campaign event for the Democratic Party, railing against former President Donald J. Trump to the media.

Traveling aboard a U.S. Air Force C-17, Zelensky bashed both former President Trump and his running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH). The Republican presidential ticket has been vocally critical of further prolonging the war in Ukraine. Instead, Trump and Vance have pushed for a lasting agreement between the country and Russia to end the violent conflict, which has killed somewhere between half a million and a million people.

On Sunday, Zelensky told the New Yorker, “My feeling is that Trump doesn’t really know how to stop the war even if he might think he knows how. ” He added that Vance was “too radical,” claiming the Ohio Republican’s Ukraine plan consisted of giving up Ukrainian territories.

“The idea that the world should end this war at Ukraine’s expense is unacceptable. But I do not consider this concept of his a plan, in any formal sense,” Zelenskly said, comparing any compromise with Russia as being akin to the early World War II appeasement of Adolf Hitler.

Trump has previously stated that he will end the conflict between Ukraine and Russia before taking the oath of office if elected in November.

REJECTED PEACE DEALS.

Zelensky has previously rejected Trump’s proposals to end the war. In April this year, he stated that no peace plan could involve his country relinquishing control of its territory, likely referring to Crimea and Donbas. At one point in 2022, Ukraine and Russia were close to a ceasefire, if not a peace deal, but thanks to former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the Biden-Harris regime, the deal fell through.

Anti-Russia warmonger and recent Biden-Harris official Victoria Nuland even admitted that the administration had blocked the 2022 deal, claiming that it was unfair to Ukraine because it placed limits on the Ukrainian military.

Will Upton contributed to this report.

Kamala’s Husband is Lashing Out at The Teamsters for Refusing to Endorse Her.

Doug Emhoff, the Second Gentleman and husband to Vice President Kamala Harris, is lashing out at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters union for refusing to endorse his wife’s 2024 Democratic Party presidential campaign. Despite rank-and-file members of the Teamsters overwhelmingly backing former President Donald J. Trump, according to the union’s internal polling, Emhoff believes the labor organization should still have thrown its support to his wife.

“Even though Trump, you know, bullied the leaders of the Teamsters to not do an endorsement, the Teamster locals are all endorsing her, including right here in Pennsylvania,” Emhoff claimed at a campaign stop in Pennsylvania on Sunday. A corporate and entertainment industry litigator whose past clients include the aggressively anti-union Walmart Inc., he added: “These Teamsters are not going to listen to some guy in D.C. who does not have the courage to stand up to Donald Trump, right? Can’t have that.”

The “some guy in D.C.” Emhoff is referring to is Teamsters president Sean O’Brien, who spoke earlier this summer at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. O’Brien has repeatedly stressed that his priorities are serving his union members’ best interests, upholding their political preferences, and building relationships with both political parties to ensure the voices of his members are heard.

CRITICAL UNION VOTERS.

In Pennsylvania, union households—including the Teamsters—could prove pivotal in deciding whether Trump or Harris wins the state. Election experts continually point to white working-class areas of Western Pennsylvania, in which Joe Biden secured higher levels of support in 2020 than Hillary Clinton in 2016, as the deciding factor in that state’s swing to Democrats in the prior presidential election.

Last Wednesday, the Teamsters announced they would not endorse a presidential candidate for the first time in 28 years. The union’s publicly released polling data shows former President Trump winning its members by an almost two-to-one margin over Harris.

Liz Cheney Wants a New Party for Neo-Cons.

Liz Cheney, the former chair of the House Republican Conference, wants the GOP to lose control of the House of Representatives and says that a new, neoconservative party may be needed to supplant it if it does not shed former President Donald J. Trump’s influence. Cheney and her father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, have already endorsed Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.

“The [Republican] party itself really has rejected the Constitution in the name of supporting Trump,” she alleges, suggesting a new party may be required “because, again, so much of the Republican Party today has allowed itself to become a tool for this really unstable man. It certainly has moved away from standing for anything of substance, anything of policy. We’re going to have to have some entity that actually can be making the case for the kind of conservative causes that I believe in.”

Cheney and her father—regarded as a chief architect of the Iraq War—are far more in favor of foreign military interventions than Trump, the first President not to start any new conflicts since the 1970s. Trump believes there has been a permanent shift away from neoconservatism since he became the GOP’s leading man, vowing conservatives are “never going back to the party of Paul Ryan, Karl Rove, and Jeb Bush.”

BIG SHIFT.

Cheney seems to fear he is right, saying of organizing a new party, “Look, it’s hard for me to see how the Republican Party, given what it has done, can make the argument convincingly or credibly that people ought to vote for Republican candidates until it really recognizes what it’s done.”

“There is certainly going to be a big shift, I think, in how our politics work… I don’t think it will just simply be, well, the Republican Party is going to put up a new slate of candidates and off to the races. I think far too much has happened that’s too damaging,” she added.

The 58-year-old says it is “really important that Mike Johnson not be the Speaker of the House on January 6, 2025,” claiming “the Republicans have shown that they will not certify the results if Donald Trump is not the victor.”

Cheney says she has already spoken to Harris, advising people to “stay tuned” for her next moves. She already has a history of collaborating with the Democratic Party, joining the corrupt January 6 Committee in 2021.

IRS

Yes, the IRS Union is Backing Kamala Harris. Which Means You Probably Shouldn’t.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent union has formally endorsed Kamala Harris for the presidency. During her tenure as Vice President, Harris cast a crucial tie-breaking vote on the Inflation Reduction Act, which significantly increased the IRS budget.

“When it comes to treating federal employees with respect, valuing their service and investing in their work, Kamala Harris is the clear choice,” said National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) President Doreen Greenwald.

Harris is advocating for expanding the IRS, a stance the union welcomes. The proposed $5 trillion in tax increases over the next decade includes personal and small business income tax hikes, a higher capital gains tax, an increased corporate tax rate, a Death Tax hike, and a carbon tax, among others.

Projections suggest these measures will greatly expand the IRS, as additional agents will be necessary to enforce the new tax policies. The IRS agent union has a history of strong financial support for the Democratic Party. In the 2022 election cycle, the union’s political action committee (PAC) donated $635,170 to Democratic candidates and committees, according to Open Secrets data. This constituted 97 percent of its election-related contributions.

Key recipients of the union PAC’s funds included the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the DNC Services Corporation, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Additionally, the PAC supported the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland and numerous House and Senate Democrats.

The Mayor of America’s First Muslim-Majority City May Just Have Handed Trump the Election.

The mayor of Hamtramck, a city in Michigan with a Muslim-majority population, has publicly declared his support for Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election. Amer Ghalib, who leads the suburb of Detroit, made the stunning announcement through a Facebook post on Sunday.

The news comes shortly after the Democrat splinter movement ‘Uncommitted‘ once again refused to back Kamala Harris in the November election and as Michigan finds itself a critical deciding state in the nation.

Despite acknowledging his differences with Trump, Ghalib described the ex-president as “a man of principles.” In his Arabic-language post, he expressed confidence in Trump’s leadership, stating, “Though it’s looking good, he may or may not win the election and be the 47th president of the United States, but I believe he is the right choice for this critical time.”

Ghalib is no stranger to the media spotlight, creating headlines in October 2023, shortly after the Hamas terror attacks on Israel, where he stated: “Peace can never coexist with occupation and injustice, anywhere and at any time no matter how strong the oppressor or how weak the oppressed is!”

In June last year, Ghalib’s city banned LGBT Pride after the Muslim-majority city council proscribed the homosexual festivities.

The National Pulse has reported extensively on Ghalib and Hamtramck following the town featuring prominently in the bestselling book No Go Zones.

Ghalib emphasized his commitment to the Trump endorsement, saying he would not regret his decision, regardless of the outcome.

He wrote, “I’ll not regret my decision no matter what the outcome would be, and I’m ready to face the consequences. For this and many other reasons, I announce my support and endorsement for the former, and hopefully, the next president of the United States, Donald Trump.” He further added, “Now, let the caravan begin its journey. This is just the starting point.”

Trump acknowledged Ghalib’s endorsement by reposting the message on his Truth Social account.

Ghalib’s support for Trump followed a recent private meeting between the two in Flint, Michigan, which lasted approximately 20 minutes. During their conversation, they discussed topics such as the debates, voting statistics in Michigan and Wayne County, and specific concerns of Arab American and Yemeni American communities. The situation in Yemen was also part of their discussion.

Hamtramck is the only U.S. city governed entirely by Muslims, and over 40 percent of its population is foreign-born.

DATA: Trump Speaks 4X Longer At Rallies, as Kamala Quits After Just 24 Mins on Average.

New York Times data based on a number of Donald Trump and Kamala Harris rallies have revealed the Vice President consistently underperforming her competitor by over four times over, despite the fact that Trump is two decades her senior.

In an article designed originally to imply that Trump rally length was causing attendees to leave a few minutes before Trump left the stage, the New York Times accidentally revealed that Harris speaks for an average of just 24 minutes – a paltry number considering how long rally-goers wait (often all day) to see the speakers.

Trump, on the other hand, spoke for an average of one hour and 38 minutes, with opening line ups also featuring for far longer than the programming at a Harris event.

The numbers shed light on how seriously each side takes their base of support, with Team Kamala clearly taking their backers for granted, while Team Trump focuses on delivering value for in exchange for attendance.

A recent Savannah, Georgia rally saw Harris speak for just 19 minutes, with an opening act lasting just six. In total, rallygoers who queued for hours received just 25 minutes on programming in exchange.

Trump’s stamina and ability to speak – often off the cuff for up to two hours at a time – has been a defining characteristic of his campaigns, starting in 2016.
