Illegal Venezuelan immigrant Jose Ibarra, charged with the murder of Augusta University student Laken Riley, entered a not-guilty plea during his arraignment on Friday. Ibarra, 26, is facing a ten-count indictment related to the death of Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student attacked on February 22 while jogging on dirt trails on the University of Georgia campus in Athens.
The arraignment occurred at Athens-Clarke County Superior Courthouse, where Riley’s mother, Allyson Phillips, was visibly emotional — breaking down in tears. The judge has scheduled a status hearing for August, with the trial expected to occur later in the fall.
Ibarra faces multiple charges, including malice murder, two counts of kidnapping with bodily injury, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to rape, two counts of aggravated battery, obstructing or hindering a person from making a 911 call, tampering with evidence, and being a “peeping Tom.”
The indictment alleges that Ibarra caused Riley’s death by blunt-force trauma to her head and asphyxiating her in an unspecified manner. He is also accused of spying on a university staff member in an apartment on the same day of the alleged murder.
Ibarra resided in an apartment complex near the on-campus park where Riley was jogging. University of Georgia Police Chief Jeffrey Clark described the incident as a “crime of opportunity,” noting the proximity of Ibarra‘s apartment to the crime scene.
Records indicate that Ibarra, originally from Venezuela, entered the United States illegally through El Paso, Texas, in September 2022. He was reportedly released into the U.S. on parole, according to sources from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

A Pakistani migrant in New York was arrested after he allegedly jumped a curb and attempted to mow down a group of students and rabbis outside a Jewish school in Brooklyn. Asghar Ali, 58, reportedly slammed on his brakes before turning his car around and accelerating toward the group outside the Mesivta Nachlas Yakov School in Canarsie, according to Fox 5.
Witnesses alleged that the driver was yelling antisemitic slurs. He also yelled, “I’m going to kill all the Jews.” Police say Mr. Ali was driving a white Ford sedan on Glenwood Road before turning east on 55th Street, where he allegedly drove towards the pedestrians on Wednesday.
Mr. Ali reportedly attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by community members and police. No one was injured in the attack, police said. A police report stated that five victims were allegedly targeted, including three 18-year-old men, a 41-year-old man, and a 44-year-old man.
Mr. Ali, a Pakistani immigrant who drives a cab, reportedly has a history of mental illness and four prior arrests. Simon Gifter, a freelance journalist at the police station during Ali’s detainment, stated that he heard the suspect ranting inside the facility. “I was outside and I heard him screaming non-stop like a maniac,” Gifter told ABC7.
Jewish community leader Leon Goldenberg told local news that Jewish organizations in the city feared such attacks in the wake of Israel’s ongoing military action in Gaza.”There is a real fear in the community that this is just one incident and that something more tragic will happen. Much more tragic,” he said.
Muslim migrants across the West have committed violent crimes in the name of opposing Israeli actions in Gaza. In April, an Afghan migrant in the UK stabbed a 70-year-old to death in the name of Gaza.

An illegalalien mother and another illegal immigrant man are facing serious charges after allegations of sexual assault involving a minor. Authorities have charged Elia Antonio, a 33-year-old illegal alien, with trafficking her 12-year-old daughter, failing to protect a child, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Antonio’s arrest follows disturbing allegations leveled by Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin prosecutors.
Juan Carlos Rocha Mejia, a 31-year-old illegalalien from Nicaragua, has also been taken into custody. He faces charges of first-degree sexual assault, child enticement, strangulation, and false imprisonment. Mejia crossed the United States-Mexico border in October 2021 and was released into the U.S. interior by the Biden government.
The investigation revealed that Rocha Mejia, identified as Antonio’s boyfriend by the victim, allegedly paid over $250 to be alone with Antonio’s daughter. According to the young girl’s statement to police, she was directed by Antonio to get into a van before being taken to Rocha Mejia’s residence. It is reported that Antonio instructed her to move to the backseat before she exited the vehicle, and Rocha Mejia assumed control of the van.
The alleged series of events continued with Rocha Mejia driving to Oakfield, where he climbed into the backseat and purportedly sexually assaulted the girl. The victim managed to escape and ultimately reached a nearby residence, where she contacted law enforcement to report the incident.
Both Antonio and Rocha Mejia are currently held in local custody with $1 million cash bail each. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 7.

In Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brandon Ortiz-Vite, a previously deported illegalalien from Mexico, will stand trial for the alleged execution-style murder of 25-year-old Ruby Garcia. Ortiz-Vite, also 25, faces multiple charges, including felony murder, open murder, carjacking, carrying a concealed weapon, and felony possession of a firearm.
A judge confirmed on Wednesday that sufficient evidence exists to proceed with the trial. According to the prosecution, Ortiz-Vite and Garcia were in a relationship at the time of her death. Prosecutors allege that on March 22, Ortiz-Vite made Garcia pull over while they were in her car on U.S. Highway 131. He then allegedly shot her four times — twice in the head, once in the arm, and once in the hand.
Garcia’s body was found on the side of the highway. On March 24, Ortiz-Vite called authorities to turn himself in, reportedly admitting to the crime. “I am calling because I want to turn myself in [for] a murder I committed two nights ago,” Ortiz-Vite allegedly said to dispatchers. “I know what I did was wrong and I will do the time, I just don’t want to die inside.”
Officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that Ortiz-Vite had been deported to Mexico in 2020. In addition to the current charges, Ortiz-Vite had a bench warrant issued in 2020 for failing to appear in court on drunk driving and driving with a suspended license charges. His criminal record includes incidents from 2017 and 2018 as well.
Ortiz-Vite remains in the Kent County Correctional Facility without bail and is facing a possible life sentence without parole. The trial date has not yet been set.

Three people have died in the span of just two weeks in the Central Detention Facility (CDF), a.k.a. the D.C. Jail, in America’s crime-ridden capital. Takoma Park resident Sheena Weatherspoon, 39, is the most recent of the deceased, confirmed dead after being found unresponsive in her cell at 1:05 PM on May 11 by the Department of Corrections.
Another woman, 22-year-old Dominique Brown, was the first of the three inmates to pass away over the deadly two-week period. Sincere Howard, a 23-year-old male, was the second.
A fourth D.C. Jail inmate, 35-year-old Anthony McDonald, died in custody in February, and 47-year-old Roy Tatum died in custody in January, for five D.C. Jail deaths so far in 2024.
The five deaths are under investigation by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and the Office of Investigative Services at the Department of Corrections, with the chief medical examiner yet to confirm the causes of death as of the time of publication.
D.C. is governed by a Democrat mayor, Muriel Bowser, and a City Council comprised exclusively of Democrats and former Democrats sitting as independents. It is struggling to address crime — murders rose sharply from 203 in 2022 to 274 in 2023. It is also suffering a surge in carjackings, with Democratic Congressman Enrique ‘Henry’ Cuellar (TX) being among those targeted last year.
This year has seen a former Donald Trump administration member, Mike Gill, shot in the head and killed during a February carjacking spree. A police captain was also shot in the head, just five blocks from his station, during a May carjacking attempt.
Even the Biden family has not been immune from the crime wave, with Secret Service agents forced to open fire on assailants attempting to break into an SUV carrying Joe Biden’s daughter Naomi in November.

An illegalalien has been apprehended in Alleghany County, Virginia, following the alleged abduction of an underage girl from Louisiana, police reported. Diego Soch Castro faces charges of abduction, indecent liberties with a minor, and assault and battery for allegedly kidnapping the girl and transporting her nearly a thousand miles to Virginia.
According to the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office, the incident came to light when the girl contacted the police around 4:00 AM from a Love’s Travel Stop gas station, seeking help. Upon arrival, sheriff’s deputies located the girl and Castro inside a four-door sedan bearing Arkansas plates and registration.
Investigation at the scene revealed that the girl had been reported missing in Louisiana and was allegedly being held against her will in Castro’s vehicle. Deputies promptly took Castro into custody and transported the girl to a nearby hospital for a medical evaluation. Following the medical assessment, the girl was placed under the care of Child Protective Services (CPS).
Castro is currently held at the Alleghany County Regional Jail, and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer has been issued against him, pending further legal proceedings.
This case marks the latest in a bevy of crimes perpetrated by illegalimmigrants against minorchildren in the United States. The National Pulse recently reported that Melvin Jesus Aquino Enriquez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was arrested and charged with causing grievous physical harm to a three-month-old child who later died. Aquino Enriquez had been deported from the U.S. under Donald Trump but reentered the country under the Biden government.

A man reportedly laughed as he stabbed four young girls at a Massachusetts movie theater over the weekend. The man reportedly uses female pronouns and supports former president Barack Obama.
The details: On Saturday evening, 26-year-old Jared Ravizza entered an AMC movie theater in Braintree, Massachusetts, wearing a blonde wig and stabbed four girls, aged 9 to 17, unprovoked while “laughing the whole time” according to the mother of three of the girls.
Ravizza then fled in a black SUV to a nearby McDonalds, where he stabbed two employees, one in the drive-thru window and a second inside the restaurant.
Police caught up with him, and a car chase ensued, ending with Ravizza crashing his car and being arrested.
Transgender? Mainstream media outlets have omitted mention of the stabber’s “gender identity,” but, as reported by The Post Millennial, on Ravizza’s Instagram account, he used “she” pronouns to identify himself.
Obama supporter:According to Rivizza’s Instagram page, which has over 218,000 followers, he was a supporter of former President Obama. In a post from March 29, he posted a photo of the former president’s 2008 “HOPE” campaign poster with a heart emoji in the caption.
Big picture:This is the latest in an unrelenting stream of violent and often deadly crimes committed by people who identify as transgender. The highest-profile crime occurred last year when a transgender shooter targeted a Christian school in Nashville, killing three children and three adults.

Media outlets such as the New York Times continue to deny Donald Trump’s warning that the U.S. is seeing the emergence of “migrant crime” as a “new category of crime… worse than any other form of crime.” The National Pulse has reviewed the last seven days and found many standout cases vindicating the former president.
TWO DEAD CHILDREN.
Israel Alejandro Gonzalez-Arcinega, 40, is in United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody pending deportation after he drunkenly mowed down and killed an eight-year-old boy and his five-year-old sister and hospitalized their parents.
The Mexican was arrested for the crime in Meriden, Connecticut, in 2013 and convicted for a range of serious offenses, including vehicular manslaughter. He was sentenced to a notional 12 years in prison, plus five years’ probation, in 2014. An immigration judge authorized his deportation in May 2015.
Nevertheless, the Democrat-controlled Connecticut Department of Corrections ignored a detainer against the killer and released him back onto the streets on April 2 without even notifying deportation officers. He remained at large for weeks but was detained on May 1.
“His actions shattered a family. We cannot allow unlawfully present convicted felons to victimize the residents of our communities,” complained ICE field office director Todd M. Lyons.
PEDOPHILE ‘GOTAWAY.’
ICE confirmed the arrest of a Salvadoran pedophile on Tuesday. They did not name the illegal — covering up identifying information has become a worsening habit of the agency under Joe Biden — but confirmed he was convicted of raping a person under the age of 15 in New York.
The Salvadoran told the authorities he “unlawfully entered the United States April 10, 2022, at a place not designated as a port of entry… thus he was not inspected, admitted or paroled into the United States by an immigration official.”
This makes him a so-called “gotaway” — a category of illegal alien often missed in immigration statistics that has tripled under Biden.
SECOND-CHANCE DRUNK DRIVER KILLS TEEN.
Antonio Antonio Rodas, 29, has been charged with murder after smashing into a car driven by Adam Luker, 19. The illegal alien was hurtling down an Alabama road the wrong way at 88 miles per hour, with an alcohol level three times the legal limit, when he struck the teenager’s vehicle.
Rodas had been charged with driving under the influence already in 2021 but was not deported.
“If [Rodas had been deported], then this would have never happened,” said an attorney for the slain teen’s family. “You know, the federal government has access to all of the, you know, information about arrests and that kind of thing,” he complained.
EVERY STATE A BORDER STATE.
Hiuder Pedro Javier Sacul-Caal, a 21-year-old illegal alien with a drunk driving record and at least one prior deportation from the United States under his belt, has been charged in Virginia for raping a minor.
Just weeks prior, former Biden press secretary Jen Psaki sneered at Virginians for rating immigration their number one issue: “You’re thinking, like, what?” she sputtered to MSNBC colleague and Russiagater Rachel Maddow in March.
“Well, Virginia does have a border with West Virginia!” Maddow jeered.
However, Sacul-Caal is just one of many illegal aliens charged with serious crimes in the Old Dominion this year.

Ingrid Vanessa Duque-Morales faces deportation proceedings after being charged with shipping firearms from Florida to Colombia.
The 33-year-old, linked to the El Mesa Y Pachelly crime organization, was arrested at her daughter’s house for allegedly shipping AR-15s, Scorpion carbines, Ruger pistols, or parts for them out of Miami, disguised in air conditioners.
She is already at large again, despite her illegal alien status, after being able to post bond.
THIRTY-EIGHT ‘EGREGIOUS’ OFFENDERS.
ICE confirmed on Thursday it had netted 38 illegal alien criminals convicted of or charged with a range of “egregious” crimes in an April operation.
It did not name the migrants, identifying only a handful by age and crime. However, they include a Honduran convicted of felony rape, false imprisonment, and “perverted practice,” who was previously deported under Trump in 2017. They also include a home invader, a money launderer, and a Dominican convicted of child sex offenses.
COMMITTING CRIME BY FAKING CRIME?
One of the more bizarre examples of migrant crime uncovered by The National Pulse involves a gang charged with staging “hundreds” of fake armed robberies across Chicago.
Five men have been charged with a string of “professionally” orchestrated armed robberies in the Windy City, using stolen cars, swapped plates, and “advanced planning.”
Law enforcement became suspicious of the robbery spree, which spanned “two or three nights a week for at least two years,” as a result of the sums being stolen — “[m]ost victims had only a few dollars with them” — and the immigration status of the victims.
Illegals who are victimized by criminals become eligible for so-called “victim visas” preventing their deportation, and the authorities believe the Chicago “robberies” were organized to abuse this policy.
They were not totally without danger, however. At least one store clerk was shot by the “robbers” after he discharged his firearm during one of the “robberies,” seemingly by accident.

Donald Trump took aim at the “radical left pro-crime policies” that have reduced his hometown of New York City to a shell of its former self at a diverse and well-attended rally in the Bronx.
“Throughout my life, I’ve seen New York through good times and bad,” Trump said, recalling boom times, market crashes, terrorist attacks, and more.
“But I’ve never seen it quite like this. We have filthy encampments of drugged-out homeless people… We have lunatics killing innocent bystanders by pushing them onto the railroad tracks for sport… Our subways are squalid and unsafe, the ceiling tiles are falling down, and they look worse than a Third World country,” Trump lamented.
“The medians of our highways are crumbling; our sidewalks are littered with garbage: bottles and trash, but worst of all, the discarded needles from people that so desperately are in need of help,” he continued.
“And we have mobs of migrants fighting our police officers and giving America the middle finger,” he added.
“But we are not going to let this continue… Together, we are going to Make New York City Great Again, and simultaneously, we are going to Make America Great Again,” he vowed, earning sustained chants of “USA! USA!” and “We love Trump!”
Pledging to support law enforcement and be tough on crime, Trump urged rally attendees to remember that “black, Hispanic, [and] Asian people need this protection and safety more than anyone else.”
Stances like this have seen the former president earn the support of thousands of predominantly Hispanic-owned bodegas, which have suffered as a result of criminal-friendly policies, such as cashless bail, that Trump has heavily criticized.
The former president was already within ten points of Joe Biden in the Empire State, traditionally a Democratic stronghold, in November.

A Hollywood movie based on the life of career criminal George Floyd is currently in development. Titled Daddy Changed the World, the project is expected to dramatize Floyd’s life. Floyd’s 2020 death in police custody ignited widespread Black Lives Matter riots across several cities in the United States.
George Floyd’s daughter, Gianna, and her mother, Roxie Washington, are executive producers on the film. Radar Pictures, a Hollywood production company known for successful films such as Jumanji and Riddick, will produce the film in collaboration with 8 Queens and Night Fox. Producers describe Daddy Changed the World as a “gritty drama of a man and his community thrust into the fiery light of history.”
Roxie Washington stated, “We are excited the world will see the real, jovial, and loving George we know. This film will humanize him, embody the essence of his life, and hopefully reignite efforts to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. It’s time for justice and equality for all.”
Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his role in Floyd’s death. Although authorities noted that Floyd had fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system at the time, they alleged Chauvin caused his death while kneeling on his neck during the arrest. Floyd had additionally served multiple jail terms for various offenses, including drug possession and theft.
Floyd’s death sparked riots across the country organized by ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter. The unrest resulted in billions of dollars of property damage and left 19 people dead.
