This Adult Illegal Alien Lied His Way Into High School. Now He’s Facing Gun Charges.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) stated that Labrador Sierra submitted false information to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to obtain Temporary Protective Status (TPS) and Employment Authorization Documents in 2024 and 2025. He also allegedly falsified information on federal forms to purchase a Taurus G3C 9mm semiautomatic pistol, which he was prohibited from owning as an illegal alien.

Detectives discovered that Labrador Sierra, who enrolled in high school as a 16-year-old unaccompanied minor, was actually a 24-year-old man. He had used fraudulent documents to enroll and participate in school activities, including junior varsity soccer and swimming.

The school district confirmed that Labrador Sierra had been enrolled under federal and state guidelines for unaccompanied minors, obtaining a state-issued driver’s license and social security number during his time at Perrysburg High School. According to former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) frontman Elon Musk, millions of non-citizens received Social Security numbers last year.

Guardianship of Labrador Sierra had been granted to a Perrysburg family, who later discovered his true age and reported it to authorities.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed that Labrador Sierra overstayed a visa after arriving in the U.S. in 2019. He was ultimately arrested during a traffic stop on Interstate 75. Labrador Sierra now faces significant prison time if convicted of the charges brought against him.

A review by Mexico’s National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) reportedly found only administrative faults, not criminal activity.

The allegations against the institutions—CIBanco SA, Intercam SA, and Vector Casa De Bolsa—were part of a broader accusation that they had worked with drug cartels to launder millions in drug proceeds and facilitate payments for fentanyl precursors.

President Donald J. Trump vowed to crack down on fentanyl trafficking and combat the cartels, which he has designated as foreign terrorist entities. Currently operating in all 50 states, the cartels have attacked Border Patrol officials and even used drones as part of an effort to attack those defending the southern border.

One incident occurred near the Braddock Metro Station, where a woman in her mid-thirties was approached from behind, grabbed, and wrestled to the ground. She managed to resist and escape before calling 911. No weapon was used in the assault, according to police reports.

Gary was released on June 13 after posting four bonds totaling $14,000. Alexandria Circuit Court Judge Katie Uston imposed conditions on his release, including house arrest, a GPS ankle monitor, and evaluations for substance abuse and mental health. He is also barred from the Braddock Road and Potomac Yard Metro stations. Before serving at the Biden FCC, Gary worked for Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Maria Cantwell (D-WA) as a law clerk and staff assistant, respectively. According to public records, he also worked for Microsoft as a policy analyst from 2021 to 2022.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant and alleged MS-13 gang member, has been ordered released pending trial after a federal judge called into question the strength of the Trump administration’s human smuggling charges against him. On Sunday, the U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes denied a request from federal prosecutors to keep Abrego Garcia in jail until trial, with the conditions of his release set to be established at a court hearing on Wednesday. However, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a detainer against him as an illegal alien, so it is likely he will be taken back into custody by them immediately.

After initially being deported to his home country of El Salvador, Abrego Garcia was returned to the United States after protracted lawfare efforts spearheaded by Democrats who contend his deportation violated a 2019 immigration judge ruling, which ordered him removed from the United States but stipulated that he could not be returned to El Salvador, specifically. At the time, attorneys for the illegal alien had convinced the immigration court that he potentially faced violent retribution from a rival Salvadoran gang if he were to return home. Subsequently, Abrego Garcia was never removed by the former Biden government and instead allowed to remain in the United States. In 2021, he was he subject of a protective order filed by his wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, who alleged that he had beaten her.

The federal judge’s determination not to hold Abrego Garcia due to the supposed weakness of the government’s case—as well as an assertion that the Salvadoran nation may not be a member of MS-13—does not appear to conform with previous evidence. In the 2019 court order, the immigration judge found a preponderance of evidence indicated that Abrego Garcia was a member of the violent Salvadoran criminal gang. Additionally, footage of a 2022 traffic stop in Tennessee strongly suggests that the Salvadoran illegal immigrant was materially involved in human smuggling, driving a modified vehicle which belonged to a human trafficker and was filled with migrants.

Body camera footage from the stop showed officers discussing suspicions of smuggling, with one officer stating, “He’s hauling these people for money.” A Homeland Security special agent testified that witnesses claimed Abrego Garcia earned over $100,000 annually from smuggling activities.

Federal prosecutors, who say witnesses have linked Abrego Garcia to the abuse of women and girls as well as firearms and narcotics trafficking, say they plan to appeal Judge Holmes’s decision to release the Salvadoran before his trial. Additionally, they informed the judge that if Abrego Garcia is released, he will immediately be detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), with deportation proceedings promptly reinitiated against him.

The alleged MS-13 gang member could be deported to a country other than El Salvador, though such a move would likely only happen after a court battle.

According to the French Interior Ministry, the victims were targeted at outdoor music events, and at least 13 of those attacked were in Paris. French authorities refused to say if the stabbings were linked to any drugs commonly used to aid in the sexual assault or rape of victims. “Some victims were taken to the hospital for toxicological tests,” the Ministry said, however.

According to French media, some of those arrested in connection with the attacks were illegal immigrants, including a 28-year-old Bangladeshi man arrested in Montpellier who is also subject to a deportation order. In Metz, several of those stabbed were minors, with the youngest victim just 14 years old. Police arrested two men in connection with the attacks.

According to French media reports, the attacks may have been either called for or coordinated on social media, with one father claiming that his young daughter refused to attend the festival after seeing TikTok videos calling for people to stab young girls with needles at the festival.

Overall, 370 people were arrested across France during the music festival, 90 of them in the Paris area. At least 14 people were seriously injured. One man was found on the street with severe stab wounds to the abdomen, and 13 police officers were injured as well.
