Another Haitian Imported on Biden-Harris Migrant Flights Accused of Child Molestation.

Law enforcement sources report a Haitian migrant flown into the U.S. last year under the Biden-Harris government’s Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan (CHNV) parole scheme has been arrested for molesting a 10-year-old boy. This follows another CHNV parolee from Haiti, Cory Alvarez, being charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in Rockland, Massachusetts, in March.

Sources tell Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin that the latest alleged pedophile parolee, 18-year-old Akim Marc Desire, also carried out his abuse in Massachusetts. Desire is now in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody following an initial arrest in Mansfield, south of Boston.

The migrant “flew into the U.S. in Miami, FL on 6/4/2023,” according to Melugin.

The Biden-Harris regime recently admitted its CHNV flights, which imported up to 30,000 migrants a month to the U.S., are rife with fraud, suspending the scheme in time for the November elections.

Andrew Bailey, Missouri’s America First Attorney General, began the process of suing the federal government over the CHNV flights in July, alleging Biden-Harris officials deliberately withheld information on the importation of migrants to U.S. states.

Illegals Responsible for 75 Percent of Midtown Manhattan Crime: Police.

Police sources estimate three out of every four individuals apprehended for assault, domestic violence, and robbery in Midtown Manhattan are illegal aliens. Law enforcement officers in Queens estimate that “over 60 percent” of those arrested for similar offenses in their area are illegals.

New York Police Department (NYPD) officers face challenges due to sanctuary laws, which hinder cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

“I would say about 75 percent of the arrests in Midtown Manhattan are migrants, mostly for robberies, assaults, domestic incidents, and selling counterfeit items,” a Midtown police source told the New York Post. Another source estimated “more than 60 percent” of arrestees in Jackson Heights, Queens, are migrants, while a Queens Criminal Courthouse officer said, “Almost every case is a migrant.”

Officers described how “Roosevelt Avenue and 91st Street looks like a scene from ‘Casablanca’ with all the vendors… The area has become a Third World country, and it seems like City Hall doesn’t care about the taxpayers who live and work here.”

An NYPD spokesman told the Post that, officially, “Police officers are prohibited from asking about the immigration status of crime victims, witnesses, or suspects, and therefore, the NYPD doesn’t track data pertaining to immigration statuses.”

Since spring 2022, approximately 210,000 illegal immigrants have arrived in New York City, with the ongoing migrant crisis projected to cost the city $10 billion over the next three years.

Illegal Alien Arrested for Stabbing 14-Year-Old Girl at Brother’s Baseball Game.

An illegal immigrant who is believed to have ties to organized criminal gangs was arrested over the Labor Day weekend for stabbing a 14-year-old girl at a baseball game in northwest Indiana. Law enforcement hunted for the suspect for nearly a day following the Saturday stabbing. Eventually, 26-year-old Dimas Gabriel Yanez—a Honduran national—was arrested on Sunday after being cornered in a cornfield.

According to multiple accounts, the illegal Honduran immigrant stabbed the girl in the hand with a “butcher-style knife” and attempted to stab her mother.

Yanez had previously been deported to Honduras in 2018 under former President Donald J. Trump. Investigators state that the 26-year-old illegal became involved with organized criminal enterprises after illegally reentering the United States.

Because of the proximity of the stabbing to Chicago, some are pointing the finger at the city’s Democratic mayor, Brandon Johnson, and his sanctuary policies for sheltering Yanez. It remains unclear, however, if the Honduran traveled from Chicago to the baseball game.

“After an intense manhunt and an eventual foot pursuit, a person of interest in the weekend stabbing of a teenager in Lowell was taken into custody this afternoon,” Sheriff Oscar Martinez Jr. said in a statement. “Investigators have learned Yanez had been deported to Honduras in 2018 and may have been engaged in criminal activity across the United States since returning to the country illegally.”

“The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has been notified of his arrest,” Martinez added.

The sheriff notes that Yanez appeared to be cutting his hair to change his appearance when he was encountered and eventually apprehended by law enforcement.

Five Shot at Afro-Caribbean West Indian Day Parade in NYC.

Five people were shot in Brooklyn, New York, during the West Indian American Day festival parade on Monday. A man opened fire into the crowd, leaving two in critical condition. New York Police Department (NYPD) Chief of Patrol John Chell says the shooting was an intentional attack, but the parade continued regardless.

“This was not random,” Chell said. “This was an intentional act by one person towards a group of people. We do not by no means have any active shooter or anything of that nature running around Eastern Parkway,” he insisted.

Chief Chell says the victims include four men and one woman. The suspect is described as a black man in his twenties with a slim build. He reportedly wore a black shirt with paint stains and a black bandanna. His motive is currently unknown.

The crowded parade route saw thousands of attendees celebrating West Indian (Caribbean) heritage and culture. It regularly sees outbreaks of violence, with several people shot or stabbed to death in recent years. For instance, a gunman shot and killed Carey Gabay, a staffer for former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, while he was serving as an honorary marshal for the event in 2015.

Police officers despise working the parade, with officers in a Facebook group titled ‘No More West Indian Day Detail’ caught describing it as a “bloodbath” and attendees as “savages” in 2011.

The Notting Hill Carnival celebrating Afro-Caribbean culture in London, England, is similarly controversial. This year’s carnival, in late, August saw eight stabbings. Two of the victims, including a 38-year-old woman stabbed in front of her three-year-old daughter, died.

The carnival saw at least 13 sexual assaults and 61 assaults on police officers, and an initial 349 arrests.

DOJ Watchdog Says The Biden-Harris FBI Is FAILING To Stop Child Abuse.

A troubling report authored by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz reveals a staggering lack of action by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) when addressing hands-on sex offenses against children. The Inspector General—which acts as a watchdog over DOJ operations—found “significant issues with the FBI’s response to serious allegations involving suspected child abuse: under the Biden–Harris government.

“[O]ur audit revealed instances where FBI employees did not comply with relevant law or policy for (a) mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse, (b) victim services, (c) transferring incidents between field offices, and (d) responding to allegations of active and ongoing child sexual abuse within 24 hours,” Horowitz’s report states. The Inspector General adds: ” In addition, during the course of our work, we forwarded 42 incidents, 13 percent of the incidents we reviewed, to FBI headquarters because of concerns that led us to believe that the incident may require immediate attention.”

The Inspector General contends FBI employees have repeatedly failed to comply with mandatory reporting requirements. In almost half of the incidents investigated by Horowitz’s office, suspicions or evidence of child abuse were not reported to state or local law enforcement or social services.

Concerningly, the Inspector General accuses the FBI of failing to adopt or comply with new reporting standards regarding tip lines following its failures in the Larry Nassar investigation. Nassar served as the team doctor from 1996 to 2014 for the United States women’s national gymnastics team and was involved in what many consider to be the largest child sexual abuse scandal in sports history. It is believed Nassar sexually abused and assaulted over 265 young girls over nearly two decades.

Muslim Man Gets Just 6 Months in Jail For Violently Assaulting Women Who Refused to Wear the Hijab.

A Muslim man in the United Kingdom has been sentenced to less than a year in prison after violently attacking three women in the city of Bradford for not wearing traditional Muslim clothing and wearing makeup, slamming the head of one woman against a car dashboard. Muhammad Hassan was sentenced to just six months in prison, suspended for two years. The attack took place May 25 at a gas station in Bradford, where the victims had stopped for fuel.

Captured on CCTV, the 26-year-old’s assault began when he spotted the three women at the Prince of Wales Service Station on Harrogate Road. Hassan, who knew the women, had previously spoken out about their appearance and called them derogatory terms such as “slags” or “prostitutes.”

Hassan grabbed the driver, slamming her head against the dashboard, before assaulting the other two women. One victim was punched in the head, while another was struck, leaving them with swelling and bruises. Prosecutor Ayman Khokhar described the incident as motivated by sexist attitudes and noted that Hassan’s behavior was “extremely abusive and violent.”

Defense attorney Fuad Arshad argued that Hassan believed the women were partly responsible for a marriage ending but acknowledged his actions were unjustified. Judge Colin Burn condemned excuses for the violence as “utterly inadequate” and emphasized the victims’ vulnerability.

Hassan’s brief sentence lies in contrast to the harsh sentences given to anti-mass migration protesters this month following the stabbing deaths of three young girls in Southport and the subsequent arrest of a teen born to migrant parents. Disparities in detainment have led to accusations of two-tier policing and two-tier justice, as some were sentenced to years in prison for as little as shouting at police.

KNIFE CONTROL: Migrant Mass Stabbing Heralds Pointless New Laws.

The German government has introduced a new security package that includes knife bans and stricter asylum measures after a deadly knife attack at a diversity festival in Solingen.

The incident, which resulted in the deaths of three people, has triggered a new debate over the country’s lax asylum policies.

At a joint press conference, German ministers stated that measures would include banning knives at most public events and on public transport and a total ban on flick knives. The government also intends to expedite the deportation of foreigners ordered to leave Germany and enforce fast deportation for those facing jail terms for knife crimes.

Additionally, the government proposed creating a task force to prevent Islamism and using biometric facial recognition to identify suspects. Interior Minister Nancy Faeser stated that asylum seekers registered in another EU country would lose their rights to welfare benefits in Germany.

The suspect in the Solingen case had his asylum application rejected because he first registered in Bulgaria, as stipulated by the EU’s Dublin Regulation. Attempts to deport him to Bulgaria last year failed after he went underground.

Center-right Christian Democratic Union (CDU) leader Friedrich Merz has called for a suspension of refugees from these regions, but Chancellor Olaf Scholz rejected this idea.

The government detailed its plans three days before elections in Thuringia and Saxony, where the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) is seeing significant support in the polls. In Thuringia, the AfD is predicted to come first ahead of the conservative CDU, while in Saxony, the two parties are in a tight race.

Despite their polling strength, the AfD is unlikely to gain power and govern as the establishment parties have previously refused to work with them in any regional or national government.

Vegas Democrat Convicted of Murdering Journalist Who Investigated Him.

Robert Telles, a Democrat politician in Las Vegas, Nevada, has been convicted of murdering Jeff German, a 69-year-old investigative journalist reporting on bullying, retaliation, and favoritism in exchange for sexual favors in his office.

Telles, described merely as an “ex-politician” or “former Las Vegas official” rather than a Democrat in headlines by the likes of Axios, ABC, AP, and CBS, stabbed German to death outside his home on September 2, 2022. German had been reporting on crime and corruption in Las Vegas for 44 years.

Telles, 47, was sentenced to life imprisonment and must serve a minimum of 20 years before being considered for parole.

“Today’s verdict should send a clear message that any attempts to silence the media, or to silence or intimidate a journalist, will not be tolerated,” said Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson.

Telles, a lawyer, argued in court that staff members had framed him because he was rooting out corruption in the office. Wolfson dismissed this as “ludicrous.”

German’s family members described him as the “older brother that we all leaned on” and praised him for his dedication to his work, turning down job offers elsewhere because “Sin City” was where he could make the most difference.

Illegal Aliens Storm School Buses on Freeway.

A California school district is announcing it will no longer allow its school buses to make stops where large numbers of illegal immigrants are present. The move comes after at least two incidents involving groups of illegal immigrants attempting to force their way on board school buses near San Diego.

Superintendent Liz Bystedt informed families that the school district’s new policy means buses will proceed to the next stop on their route if illegal immigrants are present at their designated stop. The decision follows two incidents earlier this week. On Tuesday afternoon, near the intersection of Highway 94 and Cochera Via along Route A, three men walked tried to stop a school bus in the middle of the highway. The driver had to navigate around the group to ensure safety.

The following morning, a group of about 20 illegal immigrants attempted to storm a bus on Route B. Parents at the stop assisted the bus driver in preventing unauthorized boarding. Both incidents have been reported by the school district to local and state law enforcement as well as U.S. Border Patrol. The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed they are aware of the illegal immigrant encounters and are investigating.

Superintendent Bystedt, in her email to families, urged vigilance and advised parents to follow the bus to the subsequent stop if it bypasses their location due to the presence of illegal immigrants. This precaution, she stated, is “for the safety of students and bus drivers.”

Illegal immigrants targeting children has been a growing concern in the United States. The National Pulse has covered the issue extensively as the country has seen increasing incidents of migrant crime under the Biden–Harris government.

WATCH: Migrants Seize U.S. Apartment Complex.

Venezuelan migrant gangs are reportedly taking over American apartment buildings by force, with new video footage showing armed men storming an apartment building in Colorado.

The shocking video allegedly shows a Venezuelan gang seizing control of an apartment complex in Aurora, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. The video, which surfaced on social media on Wednesday, August 28, shows individuals moving through the floors of the complex, wielding firearms.

One man, wearing a hoodie and carrying a rifle, is seen pounding on a door, joined by others with handguns.

Local police have not officially confirmed the involvement of the Tren de Aragua gang, which started in Venezuela’s prison system. However, Aurora City Council member Danielle Jurinsky cited the gang’s involvement during a recent interview.

“We currently have entire [apartment] complexes under gang control—complexes where staff have been beaten up, they’ve been threatened, their families have been threatened [and] complexes where there are no staff left on the property,” Jerinski said.

The Tren de Aragua has reportedly established numerous footholds nationwide since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris entered office, presiding over record-breaking illegal immigration.
