WATCH: Non-Citizens Admit, on Camera, That They Are Registered to Vote.

As many as 14 percent of non-citizens spoken to by a journalist in Georgia admitted to being registered to vote in American elections, which could mean tens of thousands of non-citizens have been registered.

A video showing non-citizens admitting to being registered to vote was published on July 31 by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project and shows 14 percent of the non-citizens questioned admitting to being registered to vote. Some non-citizens questioned even admitted they had voted previously.

According to the Oversight Project, an estimated 339,000 non-citizens currently live in Georgia. If the 14 percent number held true for the rest of the state, then Georgia could have as many as 47,000 non-citizens registered to vote.

The number is significant as Joe Biden only won the state by less than 12,000 votes during the 2020 presidential election. Georgia has faced major scrutiny over its election practices, particularly in Fulton County, where election documents published in 2021 revealed election discrepancies, including incorrect ballots being delivered and scanning machines failing.

Earlier this year, 300 election officials in key swing states, including Georgia, raised alarms over election integrity concerns in their localities. The Oversight Project has contacted Georgia officials regarding the non-citizens being registered to vote and wishes to cooperate with any investigation.

Georgia is not the only state that faces issues with non-citizens voting, as prosecutors brought charges against 37 non-citizens who voted in North Carolina’s 2016 election. Prosecutors who handled the cases also noted that most non-citizens were far more likely to vote for the Democrats than the Republicans.

Machine Behind Kamala ‘Far More Difficult to Defeat’ Than Hillary: Kassam.

Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, does not believe Kamala Harris is “more difficult to defeat as a human being and as a character and as a candidate” than Hillary Clinton in 2016—but the Democratic Party machine behind her is far more formidable.

“I think they learned in 2016 that they must cheat, they must steal, they must take part in all these different, let’s say, malleable parts on the fringes of certain counties and election boards across the country, and I’m not entirely convinced that the political right has done enough/anything to account for that,” he told Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

“There are going to be alarm bells starting to ring, I guarantee you, in the next couple of weeks about just how little there is in terms of changes there on the ground,” Kassam added.

DATA: Statistically Significant Number of Noncitizens Voted in Past Elections.

New survey data suggests a significant number of noncitizens are voting in American elections in contravention of federal law. According to Rasmussen Reports, 97 percent of noncitizens polled acknowledged having voted for a candidate in the 2020 presidential election. Additionally, 79 percent of those unsure of their citizenship status said they voted for a presidential candidate in the last election.

Rasmussen Reports polled surveyed 2,466 likely U.S. voters, of whom 222 either stated they were noncitizens or did not know their citizenship status—meaning 10 percent of the sample had dubious legal voting status. The data lends credence to concerns that not only are noncitizens voting but that they make up a large enough portion of the electorate to impact federal and state races.

The National Pulse reported this past May that a review of prosecutions against noncitizen voters in North Carolina found they voted for Democrats by a three-to-one ratio. Additionally, one of the federal attorneys who handled most of the North Carolina prosecutions revealed election officials in the state appeared to register noncitizens they believed would likely support Democrat candidates. In one instance, a noncitizen’s voter registration was accepted only after it became clear he intended to vote for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.

Concerningly, a number of Democrat-controlled state and local governments have removed measures that would prevent noncitizens from casting ballots illegally. In Pennsylvania, a 2018 directive appears to contravene a federal law that requires that a voter’s driver’s license or social security number listed on their registration form match those provided in a government database. Meanwhile, in California and South Carolina, noncitizens who apply for government assistance programs are being automatically sent ballot applications.

ICYMI: Musk Warns Voting Machines and Mail-In Ballots ‘Too Risky.’

Billionaire tech mogul Elon Musk has criticized mail-in voting and voting machines as being “too risky” on his X platform, formerly Twitter. “Electronic voting machines and anything mailed in is too risky,” Musk wrote, adding: “We should mandate paper ballots and in-person voting only.”

Musk, who also owns SpaceX and Tesla, shared several reports on security concerns around voting machines over the past decade. One of the articles shared by the South African billionaire outlines possible problems with voting machines using the Windows CE operating system, which was 20 years old at the time the article was published in 2016.

He also stressed the work of Professor Alex Halderman, who exposed “critical vulnerabilities” in voting machines in 2021.

In another post on X, Musk endorsed the use of paper ballots, quoting another X user saying Argentina was able to count as many as 27 million ballots in less than six hours. “This should be a requirement. If Argentina can do it, so can America!” Musk said.

Musk also backed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act legislation, which is being pushed by House Republicans and aims to prevent noncitizens from voting in federal elections. Quoting a post touting the SAVE Act by House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Musk wrote: “Those who oppose this are traitors. All Caps: TRAITORS.”

The SAVE Act revises the National Voter Registration Act to require proof of citizenship for individuals who register to vote and mandates the removal of all foreign nationals from state voter rolls.

Survey data published earlier this year reveals that Americans overwhelmingly support voter ID laws, paper ballots, and election day holidays, among other voting measures.

House Republicans Advance SAVE Act, Preventing Nonvcitizens From Voting.

House Republicans passed the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act which would amend current federal voter laws to prevent noncitizens from casting ballots in federal elections. The vote for passage was largely along party lines.

The SAVE Act, sponsored by Representative Chip Roy (R-TX), was introduced in response to mounting concerns regarding noncitizen voters in states across the country. At the state level, Democrat lawmakers have expanded access to driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants and other noncitizens. Subsequently, these same Democrat lawmakers have also backed laws at the state and federal level that require government forms—including driver’s license applications—to offer applicants the option to register to vote.

“Radical progressive Democrats are engaged in a wholesale attack on citizenship and what it means to be an American,” Rep. Roy said in a statement to The National Pulse following the SAVE Act‘s passage. He added: “We will only be able to keep this republic as a republic as long as our citizenship as Americans remains meaningful. That’s why I introduced the SAVE Act in the first place, and it’s why the People’s House passed it today.”

Without stringent proof-of-citizenship requirements—opposed mainly by state and national Democrats—noncitizens face few roadblocks to being added to state voter rolls. The National Pulse has documented instances of noncitizen voters and state legal changes that make noncitizens casting illegal ballots more likely.

The SAVE Act, which now heads to the U.S. Senate for consideration, would require proof of citizenship for individuals who register to vote at departments of motor vehicles (DMVs) and other state agencies. It also mandates the removal of foreign nationals from state voting registers.

Trump Vows to Prosecute Election Fraudsters, Including Mark Zuckerberg.

Former President Donald J. Trump has announced plans to prosecute individuals engaging in election fraud, suggesting billionaire Mark Zuckerberg should be cautious given his past election interference. Trump’s message was posted on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Tuesday, where he pledged unprecedented action against illegal election manipulation.

“All I can say is that if I’m elected President, we will pursue Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time,” Trump said in his post. He added: “We already know who you are. DON’T DO IT! ZUCKERBUCKS, be careful!”

Trump’s post was ostensibly in support of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which mandates proof of citizenship for voting in federal elections. This follows an earlier Truth Social post in February 2023, where Trump accused Zuckerberg of cheating in the election, citing a report that noted an investigation into Zuckerberg’s $2 million donation to a Georgia election board.

Zuckerberg has continuously weaponized his companies against former President Trump and Republican candidates. The National Pulse reported shortly before the June 27 presidential debate that Zuckerberg’s Instagram was limiting users’ exposure to “political content.” Instagram had already imposed a requirement to “opt-in” to seeing political content, described in the app as content “likely to mention governments, elections or social topics that affect a group of people and/or society at large,” from users they do not follow.

The Facebook founder’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) pours vast sums of ‘Zuckerbucks’ into what are supposed to be improved voter access initiatives, such as new absentee ballot drop boxes. However, the schemes overwhelmingly benefit Democratic-leaning areas, with election integrity groups arguing they grant leftists greater voting access than conservatives and are, therefore, unlawful.

Dem Election Lawyer Marc Elias Is Defending Left-Wing Dark Money ‘News’ Operation.

Democratic election attorney and Russian collusion hoaxer Marc Elias is working to carve out a new avenue for backing candidates through ‘dark money‘-funded websites presenting as media outlets. Elias’s law firm is representing a liberal political website that claims to be a legitimate news outlet despite its primary content and activities more closely resembling a Super PAC.

The Morning Mirror, operated by Star Spangled Media, presents as a general-interest news blog that publishes a random assortment of stories without an author’s byline. However, as the 2024 election cycle kicked off, the blog began pushing stories touting certain Democratic candidates‘ records on abortion, with Star Spangled Media subsequently boosting these posts through digital advertising.

By claiming to be a for-profit media operation, however, Star Spangled Media can avoid standard campaign finance disclosures and could serve as a conduit for nearly untraceable Democratic ‘dark money.’

CAMPAIGN FINANCE QUESTIONS.

Star Spangled Media and The Morning Mirror’s partisan stories and digital ads are drawing scrutiny from Arizona‘s campaign finance regulator, the Arizona Citizens Clean Election Commission. The commission is investigating whether the media network is really a political entity—such as a political action committee (PAC)—that should be subject to the state’s campaign finance disclosure laws. Elias’s law firm, representing Star Spangled Media, insists the operation is a journalistic endeavor, not a political one.

“Star Spangled Media is a for-profit media company that is in the business of publishing and distributing original news stories, commentaries, and editorials,” Jonathan S. Berkon, an attorney at the Elias Group, argued in a letter to the commission in late May. Berkon contends that the ads are paid for through for-profit revenue, meaning Star Spangled Media is not a “covered person” under the state’s campaign finance law.

Despite indications that Star Spangled Media is a PAC moonlighting as a media company, the election commission maintains that without additional information, it cannot determine whether the Democrat-aligned organization violated the state’s campaign finance laws. The commission contends “it is impossible… to determine whether its political articles—many of which appear to be generated by using campaign created media—go through the same process as its non-political articles.”

“Because the Commission cannot conclude the press exception applies, the Commission cannot conclude that Star Spangled Media is not a covered person and does not intend to engage in campaign media spending,” the Arizona Citizens Clean Election Commission added, concluding: “Equally importantly, however, the Commission is not concluding the opposite—simply put more facts about Star Spangled Media’s internal operations and news presence in Arizona would be necessary for the Commission to reach a reasoned conclusion about whether the press exception applies.”

Georgia Elections Board Moves to Enhance Vote Integrity with New Rule.

In a three-to-one decision, the Georgia State Election Board has amended state election rules to ensure the number of ballots cast is the number of ballots counted for each day of voting. According to the rule change, the poll manager and two witnesses—sworn in as poll officers—will remove the ballots from the scanner box and present the votes to three independent poll officers for a hand count.

Each poll officer will proceed to count through the ballots cast. Once each of the three officers concludes their count, they must sign a control document denoting their tally. If the numbers of each count do not match with each other and align with the voting machine count, then the poll manager is directed to immediately identify the source of the inconsistency and correct it if possible.

Consistent ballot counts and custody have been an ongoing concern in U.S. elections, especially in Georgia. The National Pulse reported in May that a bombshell investigation by the Georgia Secretary of State’s office found that Fulton County had implemented improper procedures during its 2020 presidential election recount. Even more concerning, Fulton County election officials could not account for thousands of ballot images from their initial scanning. Additionally, duplicate images of some ballot scans were discovered, implying that votes may have been counted multiple times.

The Georgia State Election Board responded by issuing a letter of reprimand to the county and assigning a monitor to supervise the upcoming 2024 presidential election. Fulton County’s representative, Jessica Corbitt, claims that no proof of fraud has been found, and that the county is focusing on upgrading its election procedures and infrastructure.

Yet Another State Is Sending Voter Registration Forms to Noncitizens.

Noncitizens living in California are receiving voter registration forms after renewing their driver’s licenses. In at least one instance, a noncitizen who checked the box on the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) paperwork denoting that they are not a U.S. citizen still received a voter registration form in the mail.

At least 19 states and the District of Columbia allow noncitizens to obtain driver’s licenses through their state’s DMV. Meanwhile, the National Voter Registration Act requires state DMVs to provide an option for those obtaining or renewing a driver’s license to register to vote on the same form. If a noncitizen claims to have U.S. citizenship—by simply checking a box—they will likely be added to voter rolls unless those rolls are examined with extra scrutiny.

Like the other 18 states and Washington, D.C., California lacks additional laws requiring more stringent proof of citizenship for voter registration. This makes the likelihood of noncitizens illegally voting in state and federal elections a genuine concern.

While the U.S. government’s mandated transition to REAL ID should prevent noncitizens from being able to register to vote through their driver’s license application—as they cannot obtain a REAL ID under federal law—some states are already carving out loopholes. In May, The National Pulse reported that Illinois lawmakers are considering legislation that would still allow noncitizens to obtain a standard state-issued driver’s license—with applicants being automatically registered to vote unless they initially decline the option.

The National Pulse has previously reported that at least 37 noncitizens in North Carolina faced federal prosecution for illegally voting in U.S. elections. Additionally, an analysis of those cases suggests noncitizens are three times as likely to vote for Democrat candidates.

‘Mini-Soros’ Reid Hoffman Now Underwriting Smartmatic’s Lawsuits Against Fox News & Newsmax.

Reid Hoffman, the Democratic megadonor and ‘Epstein Island’ visitor, has invested in Smartmatic, an electronic voting company engaged in several defamation lawsuits against Fox News and Newsmax. While Smartmatic claimed last year that no third-party entities were underwriting its litigation efforts, that appears to have changed with Hoffman’s investment.

Smartmatic built a global business by using technology to better engage citizens, regardless of party or ideology, by making voting simple and trustworthy,” Hoffman claimed in a statement, acknowledging his investment and its purpose. He continued: “After Donald Trump lost in 2020, however, Smartmatic became a target of the defamatory campaign to overturn his defeat.”

“Not only is Smartmatic a great investment in terms of financial returns, this was a way to provide capital that would allow the truth to be found in the courts,” he confired. “This is a company that is a great company with a great CEO, and this case is a great case.”

A trial date has yet to be set for Smartmatic‘s lawsuit against Fox News. It settled similar litigation last year with Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million.

HISTORY.

Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn, has funded several lawfare campaigns against conservative organizations and candidates, including E. Jean Carroll’s civil defamation lawsuits against former President Donald J. Trump. In addition, Hoffman is a major financial backer of the MeidasTouch Network. Founded by the three Meiselas brothers—Ben, Brett, and Jordy—the far-left media organization helped popularize the “bloodbath” hoax against Trump earlier this year.

The tech billionaire has also funded Fusion GPSNimrata ‘Nikki’ Haley, and other anti-Trump endeavors. In 2024—long after Epstein’s conviction for procuring a girl below age 18 for prostitution—Hoffman visited the pedophile financier’s compound in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition, Hoffman arranged to stay at the Manhattan townhouse where Epstein abused many of his victims.

He admitted to The Wall Street Journal that “by lending my association, I helped [Epstein’s] reputation, and thus delayed justice for his survivors.” The LinkedIn co-founder claims his last interaction with the convicted sex offender was in 2015.
