DATA: Majority of Americans Support Trump’s Deportation Policy.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: New survey data shows a majority of Americans support President Donald J. Trump’s mass deportation of illegal immigrants.

👥 Who’s Involved: President Trump, illegal immigrants, and American voters.

📍 Where & When: The polling was conducted between June 4-6, 2025

⚠️ Impact: The data suggests that Americans, by and large, continue to support the Trump administration’s immigration policies, though corporate media narratives regarding “due process” do appear to be influencing poll respondents.

IN FULL:

A majority of Americans say they approve of President Donald J. Trump‘s mass deportation of illegal immigrants, with nearly half stating they believe it makes America safer. The survey, conducted by CBS News, shows only 46 percent of respondents disapprove of the Trump administration’s removal of illegal immigrants from the United States, while 54 percent approve. Additionally, just 30 percent of respondents say they believe the mass deportations make America less safe.

Notably, the data indicates that 49 percent of Americans say President Trump is currently deporting more illegal immigrants than they expected. Just 41 percent of respondents say the number of illegal immigrants removed from the country is less than they expected.

While the survey shows relatively broad support for the Trump administration’s immigration policies, over 60 percent of respondents said they believe those slated for deportation should receive a court hearing before removal. The Trump White House has contended that allowing for a court hearing for each illegal immigrant would be logistically impossible, invoking the Alien Enemies Act and other executive branch powers to speed up removals.

The National Pulse reported in April that President Trump, responding to judicial interference in deportations, stated: “A judge can’t say, ‘You know, you have to have a trial.’ The trial is going to take two years. No, we’re going to have a very dangerous country if we’re not allowed to do what we’re entitled to do. And I won an election based on the fact that we get them out.”

The America First leader has repeatedly noted the double standard in the courts, which enabled the Biden government to ignore the law and allow millions of unvetted illegal immigrants into the country, but are now resistant to Trump’s plan to remove the illegal immigrants swiftly.

LAPD Chief: Migrant Riots ‘Escalating,’ ‘Increasingly Worse and More Violent.’

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Pro-illegal immigrant riots in Los Angeles, California, have escalated, with protesters using violent tactics against law enforcement.

👥 Who’s Involved: Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, protesters, President Donald J. Trump, and Democratic officials, including Governor Gavin Newsom, Mayor Karen Bass, and Senator Adam Schiff.

📍 Where & When: Los Angeles, California; riots began over the weekend.

💬 Key Quote: “This violence that I’ve seen is disgusting, it’s escalated now since the beginning of this incident,” said LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell.

⚠️ Impact: Dozens of arrests have been made, and tensions have risen as National Guardsmen have been deployed to address the violence.

IN FULL:

Violence in Los Angeles stemming from pro-illegal immigrant protests has intensified, according to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Chief Jim McDonnell. Speaking during a press conference, McDonnell described the escalating aggression, which includes protesters shooting commercial-grade fireworks at officers.

“This violence that I’ve seen is disgusting, it’s escalated now since the beginning of this incident,” McDonnell said. “Tonight we had individuals out there shooting commercial-grade fireworks at our officers, that can kill you,” he warned. McDonnell added that the LAPD has adjusted its tactics in an effort to detain those responsible and hold them accountable.

The riots, which began over the weekend, have seen demonstrators tearing up sidewalks, throwing rocks at law enforcement vehicles, and setting fire to California Highway Patrol cars. Over 40 arrests were made on Friday alone as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents conducted immigration raids and search warrants.

McDonnell expressed qualified support for ICE, describing them as a “fellow law enforcement agency” with a clear mission. “To the people who are not happy with the fact that ICE is in the community doing what ICE does—I respect ICE for being a fellow law enforcement agency,” he said.

When asked about President Donald J. Trump’s decision to deploy 2,000 National Guardsmen to address the unrest, McDonnell acknowledged that his department would typically exhaust other options before involving the National Guard. However, he admitted that the situation may require reassessment, saying, “Looking at tonight, this thing has gotten out of control.”

The deployment of National Guardsmen has drawn criticism from prominent Democrats, including California Governor Gavin Newsom, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, and Senator Adam Schiff, who called the move “unprecedented.” Former Vice President Kamala Harris also complained about Trump sending troops to take on the riots, characterizing the deployment as “a dangerous escalation.” However, the America First leader’s supporters say the alternative is allowing the mob to dictate ICE operations.

Dems Launch Summer Riots 2.0.

Over the weekend, anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles devolved into violent riots while Democrat lawmakers looked the other way—forcing President Donald Trump to deploy the National Guard.

The details: The violence began after ICE conducted coordinated raids that led to the arrests of roughly 45 illegal aliens. Rioters were filmed hurling objects at ICE, setting cars on fire, vandalizing property, looting, blocking highway traffic, and waving foreign flags (mostly the Mexican flag).

The organizers: Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), one of the lead organizers of the demonstrations, received nearly $34 million in grants from California and has strong ties to the Democrat party.

  • Signs seen at the demonstrations were printed by the Party for Socialism and Liberation, which has been linked to Elias Rodriguez, who shot and killed two Israeli staffers last month in D.C.

What the left is saying: LA Mayor Karen Bass blamed Trump for the riots, saying: “What we’re seeing in Los Angeles is chaos that is provoked by the administration.”

  • The politicized LAPD called the riots “peaceful protests.”
  • Senator Cory Booker repeatedly characterized the chaos as “peaceful protests.”

Trump sends in the troops: Trump activated the California National Guard, deploying 2,000 to Los Angeles on Sunday morning to end the violence. On Saturday night, Trump wrote on Truth Social:

  • “If Governor Gavin Newscum, of California, and Mayor Karen Bass, of Los Angeles, can’t do their jobs, which everyone knows they can’t, then the Federal Government will step in and solve the problem, RIOTS & LOOTERS, the way it should be solved!!!”
  • The U.S. Northern Command also said it had 500 U.S. Marines ready to quell the riots if needed.
  • Newsom responded on X, writing: “Trump is trying to manufacture a crisis in LA County — deploying troops not for order, but to create chaos.” When he wrote this, LA had already been burning for 48 hours.

Zoom out: The illegal aliens that were arrested by ICE in the raids that sparked the riots included murderers, sex offenders, and other violent criminals.

The latest: Sunday night, the LAPD had to declare an “unlawful assembly” as rioters refused to disperse. And late Sunday night, President Trump urged Los Angeles to “BRING IN THE TROOPS.”

Reuniting the right: After a week-long public fight with Trump, Elon Musk took to X to share the president’s Truth Social posts with “🇺🇸🇺🇸” as the caption.

Real talk from G: I know violence and chaos are key tenets of the Democrat playbook. But most Americans will not sympathize with thugs waving Mexican flags while they bash police with pieces of concrete. The left played this hand in 2020, and now they’re overplaying it—empowering President Trump to send in troops to end the mess.

ICE Captures Illegal Alien Attempting to Join ISIS After Biden Released Him.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: A Colombian illegal alien, released into the U.S. under the former Biden regime, attempted to join the Islamic State and has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

👥 Who’s Involved: The 35-year-old Colombian illegal alien, ICE, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).

📍 Where & When: Entered the U.S. in Lukeville, Arizona on July 14, 2024; arrested in the Boston area on May 22, 2025.

💬 Key Quote: “This Colombian alien entered the country illegally and was released under the Biden administration. He went on to engage with an ISIS recruiter.” — ICE spokesman.

⚠️ Impact: The arrest highlights concerns about the Biden government’s handling of border security and the threat posed by migrants with potential ties to terrorism.

IN FULL:

A Colombian illegal immigrant, released into the United States under the former Biden regime, has been apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after attempting to join the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist group. The arrest was part of a broader operation targeting illegal aliens in the Boston area, according to officials.

The 35-year-old man entered the U.S. illegally via Lukeville, Arizona, on July 14, 2024. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) initially detained him due to a lack of valid documentation, placing him in removal proceedings. However, he was later released into the country’s interior.

In May 2025, ICE was informed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) that the individual had been in contact with a social media account reportedly facilitating travel and combat training for ISIS recruits. The account had requested videos of the man pledging allegiance to the terrorist organization.

On May 22, 2025, ICE and the FBI arrested the suspect in the Boston area during “Operation Patriot,” a larger initiative that resulted in nearly 1,500 arrests. An ICE spokesman commented on the case, stating, “This Colombian alien entered the country illegally and was released under the Biden administration. He went on to engage with an ISIS recruiter.”

This development follows the recent apprehension of a suspected al-Qaeda member in Philadelphia. This Tajikistan-born Russian citizen entered the U.S. in 2023 and was similarly released into the country. More recently, an Egyptian illegal alien was involved in a firebombing attack against a pro-Israel demonstration in Colorado.

Former Border Patrol Chief Aaron Heitke previously testified about a surge in “significant interest aliens” (SIAs)—individuals with potential terrorism ties—entering the U.S. under the Biden regime. Heitke revealed that the San Diego sector saw SIA arrests skyrocket from an annual average of 10-15 to over 100 in 2022, with even higher numbers in subsequent years. He also alleged that the administration barred him from publicly discussing the issue.

Concerns have been raised about the administration’s policies, with Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard reporting earlier this year that hundreds of individuals with ties to terrorist organizations had been paroled into the U.S.

BREAKING: AG Alleges Democrat Darling Kilmar Abrego Garcia Is Pedophile Who Trafficked Children, Narcotics, Firearms.

Deported Salvadoran illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia, now returning to the United States to face criminal charges, has been accused of human trafficking, drug smuggling, gun running, and abusing women and children by Attorney General Pam Bondi, citing grand jury findings.

Abrego Garcia, who became a darling of the Democratic Party and segments of the media after he was deported to his native El Salvador despite a judge staying his removal to that country, was presented to the public as a hardworking father and “Maryland man” by his supporters, who demanded his return to the U.S. It subsequently emerged he was previously arrested on suspicion of human trafficking, and that his wife had filed a protective order against him for violent abuse.

Now, the authorities will be returning Abrego Garcia to the U.S.—because law enforcement has uncovered evidence of his long-term involvement in serious criminal activity. Among the “disturbing facts” that have emerged about the Salvadoran, per AG Bondi, are allegations he “traded the innocence of minor children for profit” by trafficking them. Co-conspirators allege he “abused undocumented alien females… who were under his control while transporting them,” and that he “solicited nude photographs and videos of a minor [and] played a role in the murder of a rival gang member’s mother.”

He is also alleged to be linked to a smuggling ring responsible for the deaths of 50 migrants being transported in a tractor-trailer that overturned in Mexico, among other offenses.

Bondi anticipates that, if convicted, Abrego Garcia will be deported from the U.S. after serving his sentence.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia Returning to U.S. — to Face Criminal Charges.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a deported Salvadoran illegal alien, is being returned to the U.S. to face criminal charges related to alleged human trafficking.

👥 Who’s Involved: Abrego Garcia, the Trump administration, Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen, and alleged MS-13 affiliates.

📍 Where & When: Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador months ago; he is now returning to face charges in the U.S.

⚠️ Impact: The case has become a political flashpoint, with Democrats criticizing the illegal immigrant’s initial deportation and advocating for his return.

IN FULL:

A Salvadoran illegal alien who was deported by the Trump administration is being brought back to the United States to face criminal charges for his alleged involvement in human trafficking operations, according to reports.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is accused of participating in a years-long scheme to smuggle illegal immigrants into Texas, including aliens reportedly linked to the violent MS-13 gang. He faces two criminal charges related to these allegations.

Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador earlier this year and detained in the country’s high-security mega-prison, CECOT, despite being subject to a withholding order that was meant to prevent his removal to the government. The Trump administration previously maintained that it lacked the legal authority to reverse his deportation, with Abrego Garcia being a Salvadoran citizen on Salvadoran territory.

Senator Chris Van Hollen, a Democrat from Maryland, took the unusual step of traveling to El Salvador to meet with Abrego Garcia to advocate for him in person. Van Hollen and other Democrats have used the case to criticize the deportation and immigration policies of the Trump administration, characterizing him as an innocent “Maryland man.”

The National Pulse has previously reported how Abrego Garcia was accused of violent abuse by his wife and arrested on suspicion of human trafficking.

Already Deported Illegals Can Challenge Their Removal, Rules Anti-Trump Judge.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Far-left U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, a new but frequent foe of President Donald J. Trump, has ruled that illegal immigrants—alleged to be members of Tren de Aragua—who were deported to El Salvador’s CECOT prison must be granted habeas relief by the U.S. government to challenge their removals.

👥 Who’s Involved: Judge James Boasberg, illegal immigrant members of Tren de Aragua, President Donald J. Trump, the U.S government, the government of El Salvador, and El Salvador’s CECOT prison.

📍 Where & When: The ruling was made late Wednesday, June 5, 2025.

💬 Key Quote: “Fortunately for the American people, Judge Boasberg does not have the last word,” said White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson in a statement on Thursday responding to the ruling.

⚠️ Impact: Boasberg’s ruling could lay the groundwork for activist judges to extend deportation appeals rights to other individuals who have already been removed from the United States. According to the ruling, the Trump White House has one week to formulate a plan for allowing several hundred illegal immigrants held at CECOT to seek habeas relief.

IN FULL:

In a ruling late Wednesday evening, U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg once again intervened in President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to remove criminal illegal immigrants from the United States. The far-left judge found in favor of a group believed to be several hundred illegal immigrant members of the violent Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua, who were deported to El Salvador’s CECOT prison in March and are now demanding habeas relief to challenge their removal.

The ruling applies only to illegal immigrants deported to El Salvador and held at the country’s CECOT facility who were removed under President Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act targeting Tren de Aragua members. “Defendants plainly deprived these individuals of their right to seek habeas relief before their summary removal from the United States—a right that need not itself be vindicated through a habeas petition,” Judge Boasberg wrote. He continued: “Perhaps the President lawfully invoked the Alien Enemies Act. Perhaps, moreover, Defendants are correct that Plaintiffs are gang members. But—and this is the critical point—there is simply no way to know for sure, as the CECOT Plaintiffs never had any opportunity to challenge the Government’s say-so.”

In May, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling that blocks the Trump administration from deporting illegal immigrants under the Alien Enemies Act pending further proceedings by an appeals court. Boasberg explicitly cites the Supreme Court order in his ruling, noting that the high court agreed “that those subject to removal under the Act must be allowed to challenge their removability in federal court before being deported.”

The Trump administration will have one week to formulate a way for several hundred illegal immigrants in CECOT, and under the jurisdiction of the Salvadoran government, to seek habeas relief appealing their deportation per the ruling. Notably, Kilmar Abrego Garcia—an illegal immigrant and member of MS-13—who has drawn significant attention from Democrats and the media for his deportation to CECOT—is unaffected by the ruling.

Bannon Calls for Musk to Be Deported… And He May Have a Good Reason.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: WarRoom host and former White House Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon is calling on federal officials to launch an investigation into Elon Musk’s immigration status and whether he concealed material facts or made false statements on his naturalization application. If it is found that Musk did obtain his citizenship through illegal means, Bannon says the billionaire tech mogul should be deported from the United States.

👥 Who’s Involved: Stephen K. Bannon, Elon Musk, Kimbal Musk, and President Donald J. Trump.

📍 Where & When: Bannon’s comments were made on Thursday, June 5, after Musk ramped up social media attacks on President Trump and his legislative agenda.

💬 Key Quote: “They should initiate a formal investigation of his immigration status because I am of the strong belief that he is an illegal alien, and he should be deported from the country immediately,” Bannon said.

⚠️ Impact: As a naturalized citizen of the United States, Musk can have his citizenship stripped through denaturalization if it is found that he obtained the status through illegal means.

IN FULL:

WarRoom host and former White House Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon says federal officials should launch a formal investigation into billionaire technology mogul Elon Musk‘s immigration status. If it is found that Musk had resided in the U.S. illegally before attaining citizenship in 2002, Bannon believes that the South Africa-born billionaire should be deported.

“They should initiate a formal investigation of his immigration status because I am of the strong belief that he is an illegal alien, and he should be deported from the country immediately,” Bannon said in an interview with the New York Times on Thursday. The former White House Chief Strategist went on to argue that Musk’s alleged drug use and business relations with China should also be the targets of a federal investigation, which could result in his security clearance being revoked along with his ability to bid for government contracts.

The comments about potential investigations come as Musk swiftly turned against President Donald J. Trump over the latter’s budget reconciliation bill, which eliminates an electric vehicle mandate and tax credits that made Musk’s Tesla automobiles more financially attractive to consumers. On Thursday, Musk took to his social platform X (formerly Twitter) to attack Trump and Republican lawmakers, baselessly suggesting the Epstein files have not been released in full because they include America First Leader.

While Musk is a United States citizen, having been naturalized over two decades ago, the billionaire could be denaturalized by the federal government if it is found that he attained the status through illegal means, such as concealing material facts or making false statements on his application.

Notably, Musk’s younger brother, Kimbal, is on film at the 2013 Milken Institute Global Conference saying of investors in a startup he founded with his brother Elon, “When they did fund us, they realized that we were illegal immigrants.” Musk quickly corrects Kimbal: “I’d say it was a gray area.”

It remains unclear what visa, if any, Musk held when he and his brother founded their startup, nor is it known what legal pathway he used to attain U.S. citizenship.

Judges Stop Trump From Deporting Accused Anti-Semites, Hamas Supporters.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Federal judges have blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to deport foreign students accused of supporting Hamas.

👥 Who’s Involved: Four foreign students, including Mahmoud Khalil, Rümeysa Öztürk, Badar Khan Suri, and Mohsen Mahdawi; Trump administration officials; federal judges; ACLU representatives.

📍 Where & When: Detentions occurred across the U.S. in 2023; recent court rulings have halted deportations and detentions.

💬 Key Quote: “These rulings delay justice and seek to kneecap the President’s constitutionally vested powers,” said Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

⚠️ Impact: Courts have ruled against the administration’s use of a 1952 law to justify deportations, citing constitutional concerns and an alleged lack of evidence.

IN FULL:

Efforts by the Trump administration to deport foreign students accused of supporting Hamas or engaging in anti-Semitic behavior have been halted by federal judges, citing constitutional issues and supposedly insufficient evidence. Four students—Mahmoud Khalil, Rümeysa Öztürk, Badar Khan Suri, and Mohsen Mahdawi—were arrested by federal agents under claims that their actions posed foreign policy risks.

The students, who deny any links to Hamas or anti-Semitism despite taking part in anti-Semitic protests, were detained under a provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. This law allows deportation of noncitizens whose presence could adversely affect U.S. foreign policy. However, federal judges have rejected the administration’s arguments, freeing Öztürk, Mahdawi, and Suri, while Khalil’s case remains pending.

In one notable ruling, Judge Michael Farbiarz stated that deporting Khalil based on his beliefs and speech would be “unprecedented” and unconstitutional.

Assistant Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Tricia McLaughlin defended the administration’s actions, claiming the rulings “delay justice” and undermine presidential authority. Meanwhile, Esha Bhandari of the ACLU described the courts’ decisions as a necessary check on executive overreach.

The legal battles have highlighted tensions between executive power, immigration law, and free speech. Judges like federal Judge Fernando Rodriguez have previously rejected the Trump administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal immigrant gang members. This comes despite gangs like Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua being designated a foreign terrorist organization by the administration.

Texas FINALLY Halts Tuition for Illegals.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Texas has decided to end in-state tuition rates for illegal immigrants.

👥 Who’s Involved: Texas state officials, Attorney General Ken Paxton, the Department of Justice, and the Trump administration.

📍 Where & When: Texas, lawsuit filed on Wednesday.

💬 Key Quote: President Donald J. Trump issued orders to prevent “benefits or preferential treatments” for illegal immigrants.

⚠️ Impact: The decision could affect undocumented students and out-of-state American students seeking more favorable tuition policies.

IN FULL:

Texas has agreed to halt its policy of offering in-state tuition rates to illegal immigrants following a legal challenge from the Department of Justice (DOJ). The federal lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, alleges that the practice unfairly discriminates against out-of-state American students by granting financial advantages to illegals.

The lawsuit challenges a long-standing Texas education policy, claiming it violates federal law by prioritizing illegal immigrants over U.S. citizens from other states. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, in response, filed a joint motion with the Trump administration to formally end the law.

This move aligns with broader efforts by the Trump administration to tighten immigration policies and prevent benefits for those residing in the country unlawfully. President Trump has issued two executive orders aimed at curbing preferential treatment for illegal immigrants, emphasizing the importance of fairness in public resource allocation.

The decision could have wide-ranging implications for both illegal alien students who have relied on in-state tuition rates and out-of-state American students who have contested the policy as discriminatory.

Further legal proceedings are expected as the case develops.
