Biden-Harris Released 13,000+ Convicted Killers Into the U.S.

The Biden-Harris government has released over 13,000 murderers, over 5,000 sexual assault convicts, and over 662,000 criminals overall into the United States. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) Deputy Director Patrick J. Lechleitner released the statistics, which Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) published on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, September 27.

According to the ICE report, 13,099 illegal alien convicted killers have been released into the United States, along with 15,811 criminals convicted of sexual assault, another 9,461 convicted of other sex offenders, 2,521 kidnappers, and 56,533 dangerous drug offenders, among others.

Lechleitner claims that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has “removed or returned more than 893,000 individuals” since mid-May last year. However, he also admits that a total of 662,566 illegals with criminal histories have illegally entered the United States and remain in the country. Of the total still in the U.S. illegally, just under 15,000 are currently being detained by ICE, while the remainder remain at large.

“As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket—13,099 criminally convicted MURDERS! Americans deserve to be SAFE in our own communities,” Rep. Gonzales said.

Under the border policies of the Biden-Harris regime, millions of illegals have flowed into the United States, including notorious gang members like those belonging to Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua. Many illegals have committed heinous crimes after entering the country, with several high-profile murders linked to illegals, including the killing of nursing student Laken Riley in February of this year.

In one notable case, the Biden-Harris regime released a Peruvian gang leader wanted in connection to 23 murders into the country earlier this year. Gianfranco Torres-Navarro, lead of the “Los Killers,” allegedly specializes in contract killings.

ICYMI: Biden Admits Delegating Both Domestic AND Foreign Policy to Kamala.

President Joe Biden is admitting to delegating much of his domestic and foreign policy to Vice President Kamala Harris amid ongoing concerns about the 81-year-old’s fitness for public office. The octogenarian Democrat praised Harris in an interview on The View earlier this week, stating that she was involved in all aspects of his decision-making.

“As vice president, there wasn’t a single thing that I did that she couldn’t do, and so I was able to delegate her responsibility on everything from foreign policy to domestic policy,” Biden said, seemingly acknowledging that Harris implemented much of his government’s deeply unpopular agenda.

The admission by Biden is a one-two punch for Democrats, further undermining public confidence in his ability to execute the duties of his office and tying Harris to his political legacy. Since replacing Biden as the Democratic Party’s 2024 presidential nominee in July, Harris has sought to distance herself from her boss. However, President Biden has repeatedly resisted Harris’s attempts to evade blame, telling reporters in August that Harris is “not going to” run away from his disastrous economic record.

In addition to the potential impacts on the presidential race, Biden’s televised comments are renewing concerns regarding his advanced age and cognitive decline. Fears over the 81-year-old Democrat’s mental state resulted in a widespread revolt among his political allies after a confused and impaired June debate performance. The Democratic Party rebellion resulted in Biden ending his re-election bid through a post on X (formerly Twitter) on July 21.

The National Pulse reported just days after Biden exited the 2024 race that nearly two-thirds of Americans believe his cognitive decline constitutes a national security threat. Harris is also facing scrutiny over allegations she and other White House officials have worked to hide Biden’s mental impairment from the American people.

Town Allocates $10M More to Combat Venezuelan Gang the Media Said Wasn’t A Problem.

Local leaders in Aurora, Colorado, are planning to increase the police budget by $10 million to combat the rise in international gang activity and retail crime after previously downplaying the impact of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua on the city. The total budget for law enforcement will reach nearly $165 million in 2025, with police currently understaffed and struggling to cope with rising levels of migrant crime.

Aurora has become a focus of media attention after a viral video in August showed armed gang members stalking through an apartment complex. Former President Donald J. Trump has highlighted the issues in Aurora as an example of rampant migrant crime under the Biden-Harris government. However, Colorado’s Democratic Governor Jared Polis has downplayed the issue, claiming conservatives are exaggerating the situation, and some Republican-in-name-only (RINO) officials in the city are joining Polis in minimizing the situation.

Meanwhile, federal authorities confirm Tren de Aragua was involved in the apartment complex situation, and the moves to increase the police budget clearly indicate that Aurora’s situation is getting worse.

Jessica Vaughan of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) warns, “We have next to no vetting for the Venezuelans who are entering the country because we have no relationship with the government of Venezuela,” with “no way of knowing whether they were in prison in Venezuela.”

Nevertheless, Venezuelans are among the nationalities fast-tracked for entry into the United States by the Biden-Harris governments under its Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) parole program.

NY Appeals Court Considers Overturning Judge Engoron’s Partisan Verdict.

Several of the judges on a New York appeals court are signaling their potential openness to altering the $454 million civil fraud judgment against President Donald J. Trump, which stems from litigation brought by the state’s Democrat Attorney General, Letitia James. Arguing before the five-judge panel on Thursday, Trump’s attorneys characterized far-left New York Judge Arthur Engoron’s February ruling as “draconian, unlawful, and unconstitutional.”

Judge Peter H. Moulton raised concerns about the scope and penalty of James’ lawsuit, describing the case’s immense penalty as “troubling.” The state appellate judge pressed James’s office as to whether the prosecution of Trump was the result of “mission creep” that “morphed [the law] into something that it was not meant to do.”

In addition to Moulton, Judge David Friedman noted the disparities between prior prosecutions in which corporations were prosecuted under New York law for causing harm to large numbers of individuals and James’s case against Trump. “It hardly seems that justifies bringing an action,” Judge Friedman said of James’s charges against Trump. Noting the stark difference with past cases of corporate harm, he added: “You don’t have anything like that here.”

Meanwhile, Judge John Higgitt signaled additional skepticism of the civil action against Trump, suggesting the court may need to establish “guardrails” to prevent the New York Attorney General from “going into an area that wasn’t intended for her jurisdiction.”

The appellate court, which typically rules a month after hearings, could decide on Trump’s appeal before the November presidential election. Trump’s legal team had requested a stay on the $454 million judgment, arguing it was an unprecedented demand for a private company and practically impossible to post. An appeals court reduced Trump’s bond payment in March, and he paid $175 million.

Hillary Clinton Wants You to Know She Still Hates You.

In her newly released book Something Lost, Something Gained: Reflections on Life, Love, and Liberty, Hillary Clinton revisits her controversial 2016 “basket of deplorables” smear against Donald Trump supporters. Clinton acknowledges that the phrase was “bad politics” but fundamentally accurate and, if anything, not harsh enough.

“I was talking about the people who are drawn to his racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, Islamophobia—you name it. The people for whom his bigotry is a feature, not a bug,” she writes. “It was an unfortunate choice of words and bad politics, but it also got at an important truth. Just look at everything that has happened in the years since, from Charlottesville to Jan. 6,” she argues.

“The masks have come off, and if anything, ‘deplorable’ is too kind a word for the hate and violent extremism we’ve seen from some Trump supporters.”

The “deplorables” comment quickly became a badge of honor among Trump supporters, who showcased it on T-shirts and hats.

Some senior Democrats have not learned the lessons from Clinton dismissing millions of Americans as “deplorables” and “irredeemable.” Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), still one of the party’s most influential politicians, recently said that 30 percent of Republicans will never vote Democrat because “they just have a different orientation toward women, people of color, LGBTQ, you know, they just are not ever going to be there.”

Pelosi also said “very, very rich people” would not support her party. However, research suggests America’s “elite one percent”—people living in urban centers with postgraduate degrees and household incomes over $150,000—lean overwhelmingly Democratic, while America’s hardest workers lean heavily towards Trump.

Ad Firm Pulls Catholic Group’s Pro-Trump Billboard.

An advertising corporation has refused to install billboards featuring a prayer for former President Donald J. Trump from the group Catholics for Catholics (CforC). CforC, a 501c(4) organization, had contracted Lamar Advertising Company to install the billboards in Milwaukee and Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The proposed design, a recreation of a photo of Trump raising his fist after an attempted assassination on July 13 in Butler County, Pennsylvania, featured the words, “St. Michael The Archangel, Defend Us In Battle.”

After reviewing available billboard locations in Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay provided by Lamar, CforC entered into cost negotiations with Lamar’s Brian Kuermaier. He declined to offer discounts, categorizing the design as a “political ad” despite CforC’s explaining that it was part of a “Prayer Campaign for Country and Leaders.”

Kuermaier indicated that removing Trump’s face would qualify for a discount. However, CforC declined to do so, instead signing a contract for billboards featuring the former president at three locations on August 16.

On August 19, CforC received an invoice. However, the next day, Kuermaier informed CforC that Lamar’s Corporate Office had denied the design. They cited concerns it could be perceived as a Catholic endorsement of Trump.

Despite clarification attempts by CforC, including an assertion of CforC’s rights under Catholic Canon Law, Lamar upheld the decision.

“While they may have the right as a private company to cancel our contract, it seems as if Lamar Billboard Company is doing this to silence Catholics who support Trump… to brazenly put down in writing that they are refusing our message because ‘it plainly could be taken as a Catholic endorsement of Trump’ is alarming,” commented CforC CEO John Yep.

Another 747,000 Ineligible Voters Purged from Electoral Rolls.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections has removed 747,000 individuals from its voter rolls over the past 20 months, citing ineligibility. Those purged from the registration lists include over 30,000 individuals who have moved to other states, nearly 190,000 deceased persons, 289,000 duplicate registrations, and a handful of those who have personally requested removal from the rolls.

This action follows a recent lawsuit filed by the Republican Party of North Carolina, which alleges the presence of ineligible voters on the state’s voter rolls. The lawsuit also claims that voter registration forms in Wake County do not require mandatory information such as driver’s license or Social Security numbers. “By failing to collect certain statutorily required information prior to registering these applicants to vote, Defendants placed the integrity of the state’s elections into jeopardy,” the lawsuit states.

North Carolina’s role as a potential swing state in the 2024 presidential election adds further significance to the maintenance and accuracy of its voter rolls. The National Pulse reported earlier this year that a federal investigation found numerous noncitizens registered to vote in the state, with several dozen being accused of having illegally cast ballots in prior elections.

Concerns regarding noncitizen voters have become a top concern among Republican lawmakers and election watchdog groups. Recent data shows a statistically significant number of noncitizens are participating in federal elections, undermining the integrity of the outcome. In addition, a recent investigation revealed that nearly one million deceased individuals are still listed on voter rolls in Puerto Rico—a U.S. territory in the Caribbean. There were 1,287,745 votes cast in the territory’s 2020 general election, with the margin of victory for winner Pedro Pierluisi standing at around 19,000 votes.

MUST WATCH: Doc Tells Soviet-Style Story of the Persecution of Trump’s Lieutenants.

Former acting Attorney General Jeff Clark was raided by police under a warrant with no explanation and subsequently pursued both criminally and by the DC Bar Association over a 2020 election memo to Georgia lawmakers that was never even sent.

The documentaryFearless Point of Attack: The Jeff Clark Story” details Clark’s experience, first as a member of President Donald J. Trump’s Department of Justice (DoJ) to his concerns of voter fraud in Georgia and subsequent persecution by the deep state and the Biden-Harris regime.

Clark, a well-known and respected administrative lawyer, was appointed Assistant Attorney General during the Trump administration, where he became concerned about potential voter fraud in the November 2020 election.

THE UNPUBLISHED LETTER.

Clark holds that irregularities in Fulton County, Georgia, around postal voting, including supposed mailed ballots that appeared not to even have creases in them (i.e., they were never mailed), motivated him to pen a draft letter to Georgia lawmakers on December 28, 2020.

The draft letter, which was never formally sent to the Georgia state legislature, called on lawmakers to investigate the irregularities in voting reported. The mainstream media, meanwhile, alleged that the letter intended to overturn or “subvert” Joe Biden’s election.

“The letter was quite modest,” Clark states, adding that it simply indicated the Georgia legislature could enact a special session to look at reports from their own senate subcommittee and determine if the slate of electors for Joe Biden was correct.

In the final days of the Trump administration, Clark was made Acting Attorney General and said that lawyers around Trump threatened mass resignations if the 2020 election would be investigated further or if Clark continued in the role.

PERSECUTION.

Following the events of January 6, 2021, Clark was subpoenaed to testify before the hyper-partisan Jan 6 committee, with neocon Liz Cheney demanding Clark be held in contempt. Unlike Stephen K. Bannon, who was imprisoned for refusing to testify before the Jan 6 committee, Clark was able to avoid jail.

However, the deep state was not done with Clark, raiding his home in 2022, with members of the DoJ and local law enforcement in Fairfax County initially refusing to even show him their search warrant.

When they did, the warrant referred to an affidavit as justification, but Clark was not allowed to see it, and to this day, no one has ever seen the claimed affidavit.

Georgia District Attorney (DA) Fani Willis pursued criminal charges against President Trump and several other officials, including Jeff Clark and America’s mayor Rudy Giuliani, in 2023, forcing them to report to the Fulton County jail.

The DC Bar Association also came after Clark, seeking his disbarment, a tactic successfully used against Rudy Giuliani this week.

FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE.

Several lawyers and others defend Clark in the documentary, including law professor Robert Destro, who stated, “Jeff is being persecuted, I would argue, because he gave legal advice that he thought was good faith legal advice.”

Stephen K. Bannon stated, “They know if they can take out a Jeff Clark, they can take out anybody.”

Despite the Biden-Harris regime’s persecution, Clark concludes, “In a word or in a sentence about what could be done? It would be to fight fire with fire. Because until fire is fought with fire, the Republicans are going to be attacked by this lawfare, and Democrats are going to dance around with glee that they are not facing any consequences for perverting the justice system.”

This College Just Got an Anonymous $100 Million for Defending Free Speech.

A whopping $100 million donation from an anonymous benefactor found its way into the coffers of the University of Chicago this week, intended to help the university bolster free speech on campus following a case in which a student claims an academic tried to get him expelled over controversial remarks.

This gift is intended to support the ongoing work of the University of Chicago Forum for Free Inquiry and Expression. The forum, which was inaugurated a year ago, is spearheaded by Tom Ginsburg, the Leo Spitz Distinguished Service Professor of International Law.

He stated, “We want the Chicago Forum to build on the University’s traditions as the place for cutting-edge thinking to address today’s challenges. We also want every student to have the experience of speaking their mind and the possibility of changing it in conversation with others. This transformative gift will allow us to build upon what we’ve started and have a much larger impact.”

David Rubenstein, the chair of the University of Chicago Board of Trustees and a 1973 alumnus, echoed Ginsburg’s sentiments.

During its first year, the Chicago Forum actively engaged with contentious subjects, hosting over a dozen events, including those on the conflict between Israel and Gaza and the ramifications of significant Supreme Court decisions.

The gift comes after a high-profile case involving student Daniel Schmidt, who stated last year that a professor at the University of Chicago was trying to get him expelled for highlighting an anti-white class called “the problem of whiteness.” The professor claimed the student, who has tens of thousands of social media followers, was bullying her.

Earlier this week, the president of the university said Schmidt was free to talk about controversial topics like race and IQ, as Schmidt has previously claimed low IQs are the reason ” black people are murdering and mugging my classmates.”

Notre Dame Students Back Trump After 12 Years of Democrat Support.

Students at Notre Dame University support President Donald J. Trump over his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, by an almost two-point margin, according to new election data. This is the first time in twelve years that students have preferred a Republican over a Democrat at the ostensibly ‘Catholic’ university.

The Irish Rover, a student-run newspaper, surveyed students between September 15 and 18. The results show that Trump holds 47.6 percent of the student vote, compared to Harris’s 45.9 percent. In 2020, then-candidate Joe Biden garnered 66 percent of student support compared to Trump’s 29 percent. Similarly, in 2016, Hillary Clinton led Trump by 59 percent to 24 percent in a comparable poll.

Elliot Anderson, president of Notre Dame’s College Republicans chapter, was astonished by the results. “It’s amazing to see a college campus stand by President Trump,” Anderson told The Rover.

The data suggests Kamala Harris may be struggling to appeal to Catholic voters. Her inability to garner majority support on the university campus could indicate a challenging environment for Harris among white Catholics—and perhaps Catholics overall.

The National Pulse reported earlier this week that Harris announced she will not attend the annual Al Smith dinner on October 17 in New York City, becoming the first Democratic presidential candidate in 36 years not to do so. Sponsored by the Archdiocese of New York, the Catholic fundraiser typically features lighthearted exchanges between presidential candidates.

Responding to the snub, Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, remarked, “We’re not used to this; we don’t know how to handle it. This hasn’t happened in 40 years since Walter Mondale turned down the invitation. And remember, he lost 49 out of 50 states.”

A Pew Research Center poll published on September 10 showed Trump leading Harris by five points among Catholic voters nationally. This poll also highlighted Trump’s strong lead among white Catholic voters, with a 23-point margin (61 percent to 38 percent).
