Another Gang Rape Sees Migrant Suspects Arrested.

Two Iraqi nationals have been arrested for allegedly taking part in the gang rape of an 18-year-old in a parking lot outside a nightclub in the German town of Herford, North Rhine-Westphalia. Reports suggest as many as seven men may have been involved in the August 24 attack.

Several of the accused in the case are said to be adolescents, with at least one holding Syrian citizenship. Others are German citizens, although their ethnic background remains unclear. Police spent weeks investigating the crime, finally identifying the suspects using CCTV footage from the scene.

The attack comes just weeks after another gang rape in Isterlohn, also in North Rhine-Westphalia. That incident saw four Iranians arrested for allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman, also from Iran. Police believe it may have been politically motivated.

Over 7,000 women have been sexually assaulted or raped by migrants in Germany since the 2015 migrant crisis, according to a report released last December.

Populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) politician Marie-Thérèse Kaiser spoke out about migrants being disproportionally linked to rape attacks following the revelations—and was fined by German courts for doing so, despite the fact he was linking to official government statistics.

A total of 41 percent of all crime suspects in Germany are identified as foreigners, with migrants vastly overrepresented in many crimes, including sex offenses and violent crimes.

Britain Cuts Heating Benefit for Pensioners, Sends $1Bn More to Ukraine.

Britain’s leftist Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, and his Labour government are cutting winter fuel assistance for pensioners as the country is set to give nearly a billion dollars more to Ukraine. The assistance cuts could force pensioners reliant on the payments to cut back on heating, resulting in thousands of deaths during cold weather.

Beginning this autumn, pensioners in England and Wales who do not receive pension credit or other means-tested benefits will lose their winter fuel payments, typically ranging from £100 to £300. In response to allegations that the cuts could cause pensioners to die from cold, Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds claimed that this year’s state pension is higher than last year’s, and energy bills have decreased.

Every year, hundreds of old-age pensioners across Britain die during the winter months, and data from Labour themselves claims that as many as 4,000 could die due to the fuel cuts. A majority of 120 votes upheld the Prime Minister’s proposed fuel payment cut, with only one Labour MP voting against the government’s measure.

Meanwhile, the UK government also announced this week that it would be giving Ukraine a further £600 million (nearly $800 million) in aid after Foreign Secretary David Lammy met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv. Lammy stated that the money, in the form of £242 million in direct aid and $484 million in World Bank loan guarantees, would go toward Ukraine’s conflict with Russia—providing the Eastern European nation with fiscal support and military equipment.

‘New Way Forward’ – Kamala’s Plans to Defund ICE, Hand Citizenship to 11 Million+ Illegals.

During her run for the Democratic Party’s 2020 nomination, Kamala Harris told the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) that she is committed to many far-left policies. In addition to supporting taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries for illegal aliens in prison, raised by Donald Trump during the recent presidential debate, she also backed massive cutbacks to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) funding, an end to ICE detainers, and citizenship for 11 million illegals.

“Throughout my career, I have made it clear that law enforcement should use their time and resources to keep communities safe, not act as federal immigration agents,” she wrote on an ACLU questionnaire, which asked if she would “commit to ending the use of ICE detainers,” in 2019.

She boasted that, as California‘s Attorney General, she “issued a bulletin on December 4, 2012, informing all California law enforcement that they did not have to comply with ICE detainers”—a sanctuary measure that results in foreign criminal suspects and convicts wanted by ICE being released among the public after leaving jail or prison, instead of being handed over for deportation.

Harris further committed to making ICE “end the use of detainers” generally as President.

DEFUNDING ICE.

In addition to removing ICE’s detainer powers, Harris told the ACLU she would starve the agency of resources, boasting: “I was one of the first Senators after President Trump was elected to advocate for a decrease in funding to ICE.”

Referring to legislation she introduced to Congress as a Senator, she added, “As President, I will fight to pass my DONE (Detention Oversight Not Expansion) Act into law which would increase oversight of Immigration and Customs
Enforcement detention facilities, slash detention by at least 50 percent, and halt funding for the construction or expansion of new facilities.”

She also said she would “close private immigration detention centers” and “fight to pass immigration reform with a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million plus” illegal aliens “living in our communities and contributing to our economy.”

She reiterated this promise in several places throughout the questionnaire, stressing: “I will prioritize immigration reform with a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million plus” illegal aliens in America.

Other policy commitments included making Washington, D.C., a state, using presidential pardon and clemency powers to free drug convicts, and giving the vote to convicted felons: “Restoring voting rights for every American who has completed their prison sentence will be my priority as President,” she wrote.

WATCH: 8-Year-Old New York Boy With Rare Brain Disorder Receives Heartwarming Letter from Donald Trump.

A soon-to-be 8-year-old boy from New York received a special letter from former President Donald J. Trump ahead of his birthday this coming weekend. Despite doctors claiming that Liam—who has a rare brain disorder and is growth hormone deficient—may never walk or be able to eat food in the way other kids his age do, he currently ice skates, roller skates, and plays hockey.

In a heartwarming video, Liam’s parents allow him to open a birth present early—a letter of best wishes from former President Trump and his family. They note that Liam’s incredible story and fight to overcome life’s obstacles is an inspiration.

The eight-year-old boy’s mother can be heard reading the letter to him in a moment that users on X (formerly Twitter) note shows a side of Trump that the media rarely covers.

“Can you read it,” his mother asks. Liam flashes a big, bright smile before handing her the letter to read out loud.

“It says: ‘Dear Liam, Happy eighth birthday. Mrs. Trump and I hope you enjoy this special occasion surrounded by the love of your family and friends. We are so encouraged by the strength and determination you have shown throughout your young life and send our love and best wishes to you as you continue to fight,” his mother can be heard reading. She continues: “‘Remember you are never alone, and we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers for continued care and good health. May God bless you and your family. Stay strong.'”

Liam’s mother then asks the young boy if he can tell her who signed the letter. With joyful tears, he says, “Donald Trump.” He then signs and says, “I love you.”

Ten Members of Migrant Crime Gang Arrested Following Apartment Takeovers.

Officials in Aurora, Colorado, say local law enforcement arrested ten members of the Tren de Aragua gang on Wednesday. The violent criminal organization—originating in Venezuela’s prison system—is comprised primarily of illegal immigrants who have entered the United States during the Biden-Harris government.

The arrests follow recent viral surveillance footage showing armed individuals, purported to be members of the gang, taking over an apartment complex in the city. Additionally, residents in the building say the gang has forcibly collected rents and taken over empty apartments.

Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman and Council Member Danielle Jurinsky, supported by the city manager and Aurora Police Department (APD), disclosed that the APD has arrested several individuals involved in various criminal activities suspected to be linked to Tren de Aragua even before it garnered national attention. To date, eight of the ten detainees have been confirmed as gang members, with two involved in a July shooting at a specific property plagued by gang activity.

The APD indicated that the gang has been committing violent acts. Charges leveled against the detainees range from illegal firearm discharge to child abuse and attempted first-degree murder. Arrest warrants date back to November 2023, involving an assault at Whispering Pines apartments.

A joint task force of local, state, and federal law enforcement has been instituted to combat Tren de Aragua‘s activities. This collaboration extends to Arapahoe County and Denver.

When allegations regarding the Venezuelan illegal immigrant gang’s activity in Aurora first surfaced, Governor Jared Polis (D-CO) dismissed the claims, calling remarks by some local officials “cynical.”

Judge Tosses EVEN MORE of Fani Willis’s Georgia Charges Against Trump.

A judge has dismissed three counts in the Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis‘s RICO case against former President Donald Trump and several co-defendants. This decision includes two specific counts against Trump himself.

The original indictment contained 41 counts and alleges Trump and his associates attempted to illegally overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results. Trump was included in 13 of these counts. In a decision released Thursday, Judge Scott McAfee stated that Counts 14, 15, and 27 involve accusations of perjury or false statements under federal jurisdiction and, therefore, cannot be pursued by the state.

“Because Counts 14, 15, and 27 lie beyond this State’s jurisdiction and must be quashed, the Defendants’ motions to dismiss the indictment under the Supremacy Clause are granted in part,” McAfee wrote. However, the judge did not dismiss the entire indictment as some of the defendants requested.

Trump’s lawyer, Steven Sadow, welcomed the decision, noting that “President Trump and his legal team in Georgia have prevailed once again. The trial court has decided that counts 15 and 27 in the indictment must be quashed/dismissed.”

Two other defendants, John Eastman and Shawn Still, initially brought the challenge. However, Trump’s legal team confirmed that the judge’s decision will also apply to Trump.

Willis’s prosecution is paused as Trump and other defendants appeal McAfee’s refusal to disqualify the District Attorney over ethical and professional breaches. The Georgia Court of Appeals will hear arguments in December regarding this matter.

In a ruling earlier in March this year, Judge McAfee dismissed six other counts, including three against Trump, citing insufficient evidence.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan Wants Ex-Prisoners to Jump the Line for Public Housing.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan says convicts sent to prison for their crimes should be rewarded for their lawbreaking by being prioritized for taxpayer-subsidized social housing on release. The Labour Party politician believes giving ex-cons housing will encourage them not to commit further crimes.

“For us the big challenge is there is no housing in London, a big shortage of housing in London,” he said at a Crime and Justice Commission event organized by The Times, insisting it is time for “an honest conversation with our constituents about the reasons why people who have offended and come out of prison may need to jump in the queue to get housing to avoid them reoffending again.”

Questioned as to whether convicts being released from prison early by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer should be among the criminals who benefit from social housing priority, he confirmed: “A certain percentage. Yeah, it’s the honest conversation we’ve got to have with people across our respective cities and stuff to explain the reason we’re doing this.”

Migrants and their descendants already occupy an enormous share of social housing in Britain’s hyper-diverse capital. For instance, 74 percent of all Somalis in London are in social housing, and migrant-headed households occupy 47.6 percent of the city’s social housing stock overall.

Statistics are not held for people with British citizenship but of recent migration background, although figures for religion and ethnicity give some indication. For instance, 37.6 percent of Muslim households and 41-45 percent of black African, black Caribbean, and “other black” households in London are in social housing. The ‘White British’ figure is only 16.3 percent.

Labour Party strategists are currently being brought to America to advise the Democrats ahead of the U.S. election.

Democrat Congressman Falls Asleep in Front of Parents of Migrant-Murdered Kids.

Longtime Manhattan Representative Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) faced criticism after appearing to briefly fall asleep during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on the border crisis earlier this week. Members of Congress were in the midst of hearing testimonies from family members of victims affected by violent illegal immigrants, including Alexis Nungaray, the mother of murdered 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray from Texas. Nadler, the committee’s senior Democrat, drew the ire of two Republican members, who accused him of not taking the hearing seriously.

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), in a post on X (formerly Twitter), shared a photo of Nadler appearing to doze off, remarking: “From frustrated families in the audience⁦ @JudiciaryGOP hearing listening to witnesses who lost loved ones to violent illegal aliens. Hardly any Dems present – those who are….”

Rep. Dan Bishop (R-NC) also posted a photo of Nadler, noting that the committee was hearing from parents of victims who were brutally beaten, raped, or killed and accusing Democrats of inattention.

“I would like to take a moment and express my sincerest condolences to all of our witnesses who have lost loved ones, and to all of their families… May their memories be a blessing,” Nadler said in his opening remarks, before criticizing the hearing as a partisan charade.

“Instead of working in a bipartisan fashion to find meaningful solutions to our broken immigration system, we are sitting in yet one more partisan hearing designed to divide us and to score political points before an election,” he said.

Patty Morin—whose daughter Rachel was raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant during a run near her home—expressed dismay after testifying and seeing Nadler’s conduct firsthand, describing it as “disheartening.”

The Latest on the SAVE Act and the Spending Bill Showdown.

House Republicans are gearing up for a showdown over government funding, with the conservative-backed SAVE Act at the center of the storm.

What is the SAVE Act? It would require proof of citizenship to register for federal elections. The House passed the bill in June, but it was never brought to a vote by the Democrat-controlled Senate.

The conflict: Republicans, including Speaker Mike Johnson and Donald Trump, want to tie the SAVE Act to the upcoming short-term funding package. The deadline to pass the package and avoid a government shutdown is September 30. The bill is overwhelmingly popular with Republicans, but some are concerned about the political fallout that could come from a shutdown just weeks before the election.

  • For it: Trump recently wrote on Truth Social: “DEMOCRATS ARE TRYING TO ‘STUFF’ VOTER REGISTRATIONS WITH ILLEGAL ALIENS. DON’T LET IT HAPPEN – CLOSE IT DOWN!!!”
  • Against it: Republicans in vulnerable House seats like Rep. Nick LaLota in New York said: “Allowing a shutdown means we could lose the House majority.”
  • It’s worth noting that some Republicans are against it, not because of the SAVE Act, but because they don’t want to pass a “continuing resolution” spending bill that continues funding the government at current reckless levels.

Big picture: Last month, we reported that Texas found over 6,000 illegal aliens on its voter rolls. Similarly, Virginia also found over 6,000 illegals on their voter rolls. The margins of the upcoming presidential election will be slim. A few thousand illegals voting could be the deciding factor in key swing states.

What happens next? The combo spending bill + SAVE Act was supposed to go to a vote yesterday, but Speaker Johnson pulled it because he did not have enough Republicans’ support.

Biden-Harris WH Spox Disparages Veterans in Accidental ‘Reply All’ E-mail on 9/11.

White House National Security Council communications adviser John Kirby denigrated a group of veterans in what he intended to be an internal White House email on the 23-year anniversary of 9/11. The Biden-Harris official hit reply-all when sending his comments, including a Fox News reporter who had asked the White House to respond to the veteran group’s criticism of the Biden-Harris government’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.

“Obviously no use in responding. A ‘handful’ of vets indeed and all of one stripe,” Kirby wrote late Wednesday on a White House communications team email chain. The flippant comment was in response to accusations leveled by Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) and several other veterans that Kirby provided “cover” for the deadly withdrawal during a Monday press conference. Kirby had blasted a new report the House of Representatives issued regarding the Biden-Harris government’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, claiming it “says little or nothing new.”

Viewed by many in the White House and media as the more steady hand in the press briefing room—compared to Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre—Kirby followed up his errant reply-all email, telling the reporter: “Clearly, I didn’t realize you were on the chain.”

Following Kirby’s condescending reply-all gaffe, the Biden-Harris White House communications team attempted to clean up the situation—issuing an on-the-record response from the official. “While I acknowledge not every veteran agrees with them, I stand by my comments in the briefing room. What was cherry-picked and selective was the report itself. And what’s most important is that America’s longest war is over and those still serving in uniform are better positioned to meet the threats we face today,” Kirby’s statement claims.
