Democrat-Controlled PA Supreme Court Rules Mail-In Ballots Require Correct Date.

The Democrat-controlled Pennsylvania Supreme Court has overturned a lower court’s decision regarding the necessity of correct dates on mail-in ballots. The ruling, issued Friday, mandated that mail ballots must include the correct handwritten dates to be considered valid.

Last month, a lower court ruled against discarding mail-in ballots for incorrect handwritten dates on their envelopes. However, the state’s highest court nullified this decision after an appeal from the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Pennsylvania GOP. Conservative attorney Mike Davis called the ruling a “Major win for election integrity in Pennsylvania” in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

The state Supreme Court’s ruling emphasized the procedural error in the original case.

“The Commonwealth Court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to review the matter given the failure to name the county boards of elections of all 67 counties,” the court stated in its order on Friday.

A coalition of Democrat Party-aligned voting rights groups, represented by the ACLU and the Public Interest Law Center, presented the legal challenge. They argued that requiring a correct date on mail-in ballots imposes an unconstitutional restriction according to state law.

Meanwhile, the high court’s decision did not address the constitutional arguments put forward by the Democrat-aligned voting rights coalition. This leaves the broader question of whether date requirements infringe on state constitutional rights unresolved and will likely prompt additional legal challenges to the law.

Another Muslim Rape Gang Convicted.

Seven Muslim grooming gang predators have been sentenced for child sex abuse offenses against two girls in Rotherham, England. Their crimes date back to the 2000s, with many such groomers only being prosecuted years or decades after the fact. This is a result of Britain’s woke police forces, prosecutors, and child protective services being reluctant to pursue the predominantly Muslim, Pakistani-heritage offenders and neglecting their mostly white, working-class victims due to fears they would be accused of racism for taking action.

Mohammed Amar, 42, received a 16-year sentence for two counts of indecent assault. Yasser Ajaib, 39, was sentenced to six years for one count of indecent assault. Mohammed Zameer Sadiq, 49, was given a 15-year term rape conviction and engaging in sexual intercourse with a girl under 13. Mohammed Siyab, 49, received a 25-year sentence for two counts of rape, one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under 13, and trafficking. Tahir Yasin, 38, was sentenced to 13 years for eight counts of rape. Ramin Bari, 37, received a nine-year sentence for four counts of rape. Abid Saddiq, 43, already convicted in 2019 for rape and indecent assault, faced additional charges, earning another 24-year term. All will likely be eligible for early release on license long before these terms are complete.

STATE FAILURE.

Described as a “persistent and cruel sexual offender,” Siyab waved to his family as he was led from the court.

One survivor delivered a powerful victim impact statement, recounting the horrific abuse she endured from the age of 11. She revealed that she was forced to engage in sexual acts, groomed at school, and plied with drugs and alcohol. By age 16, she had been raped by over 150 men.

Only a fraction of Britain’s Muslim groomers have faced justice, with a report earlier this year finding Greater Manchester Police, alone, has left at least 96 known suspects at large. Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, a vocal critic of Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer—a former chief prosecutor—asked in August if Muslim grooming gangs are still operating in Britain on his X platform. Multiple victims responded that they are.

Putin: Authorizing Long-Range Missile Strikes Against Russia Would Be an Act of WAR by NATO.

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has flatly stated that any long-range missile strikes carried out by Ukraine against the territory of Russia will constitute an act of war against the Russian Federation by NATO.

He warns that if Ukraine is empowered to strike Russia with long-range missiles supplied by NATO, the alliance would be at war with his country:

Putin notes that Ukrainian drone attacks have already taken place within Russia, most recently in Moscow. However, “When it comes to using high-precision long-range Western-made weapons, it’s a completely different story.”

“The Ukrainian army is not able to strike with modern long-range precision systems of Western manufacture. It cannot do this. It can only do so using intelligence from satellites, which Ukraine does not have. This is data from [European Union] satellites, or from the United States, in general from NATO,” he said.

Putin believes only NATO servicemen can enter flight assignments for the missile systems, arguing the real question is whether NATO wants to be directly involved in the war in Ukraine or not.

Putin’s ominous words come after Biden-Harris Secretary of State Anthony Blinken hinted that Ukraine may get the green light to use long-range missiles against Russia earlier this week.

Former Top Clinton Aide Demands ABC News Investigate If Debate Was ‘Rigged.’

Mark Penn, a former advisor to the Bill and Hillary Clinton campaigns, says ABC News must launch an investigation into Tuesday’s presidential debate to determine whether employees attempted “rigging the outcome.” The network is facing significant criticism over its handling of the debate between Donald J. Trump and Kamala Harris, in which they frequently interrupted “fact-checked” the former president. On the other hand, Harris was never corrected by the moderators—despite making several false or misleading claims.

“I actually think they should do a full internal investigation, hire an outside law firm. I don’t know how much of this was planned in advance,” Penn said in a recent interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast. “I don’t know what they told the Harris campaign. I think the day after, suspicion here is really quite high, and I think a review of all their internal texts and emails really should be done by an independent party to find out to what extent they were planning on, in effect, you know, fact-checking just one candidate and in effect, rigging the outcome of this debate. I think the situation demands nothing less than that.”

The National Pulse conducted its own fact-check of Kamala Harris, noting at least nine blatant false statements made by the 2024 Democratic Party presidential nominee. In addition, it was revealed shortly before the debate that Kamala Harris has maintained a close friendship with ABC News executive Dana Walden for at least 30 years.

Small PA Town’s Historic Orphanage May Be Taken Over by 1,000 Migrants.

A Pennsylvania community is expressing significant concern over reports that up to 1,000 migrants may move into a former Civil War-era orphanage. Located in the town of Scotland, near the historic Gettysburg battlefield, an Indiana-based disaster response organization is eyeing the building, recently used as a summer camp, to “provide shelter for refugee families.”

In an August letter responding to the proposal, Greene Township zoning officer Daniel Bachman noted that the building’s most recent use falls within the R-1 or low-density residential code, which would not accommodate a higher-density shelter. The zoning denial, however, can be appealed.

USA Up Star describes itself as a “service-disabled veteran-owned business” established in 2009. It claims it provides disaster and warfighter support. In addition, the organization’s website says it provides a range of services, including the construction of “base camps.” Among the other structures and equipment they provide are “Shelters.”

Some state lawmakers representing the area are moving to block the efforts to turn the property into a shelter for migrants. State Senator Doug Mastriano notes the location’s proximity to the Letterkenny Army Depot, making it a national security-sensitive site.

Meanwhile, Representative John Joyce (R-GA) has drafted an amendment to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) appropriations bill to block federal funds from supporting unaccompanied minor migrant housing at privately owned facilities in the county.

Trump Vindicated: New DOJ Stats Show Spike in Violent Crime Under Biden-Harris.

Newly released crime statistics show violent crimes, including aggravated assaults, robberies, and rapes, have increased under the Biden-Harris government. During the recent debate between Donald J. Trump and Kamala Harris, the former president said crime is “through the roof” since he left office, driven in part by migrant crime. ABC News moderator David Muir interjected to claim, “The FBI says overall violent crime is coming down,” but the new figures—released by the Biden-Harris Justice Department—vindicate the America First leader.

In 2020, Trump’s last full year in office, 1,569,390 violent crimes, excluding simple assaults, were recorded. The figure had risen to 2,485,830 by 2023. (Simple assaults are also up, from 2,988,770 to 3,933,230.)

Rapes and sexual assaults, in particular, are up from 319,950 in 2020 to 481,020 in 2023. Robberies are up from 437,260 to 731,620, and so-called “stranger violence” is up from 1,973,200 to an astonishing 3,233,400.

While some may argue crime could have been lower than usual in 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions limiting people’s movements, every non-domestic violent crime type listed in the Justice Department’s report is also up compared to 2019, before the pandemic.

Vice President Harris has touted herself as a law enforcement candidate, citing her background as a Democrat district attorney and state attorney general. However, Trump argues she is the “original Marxist district attorney,” overseeing soft-on-crime policies in California and lobbying for cashless bail and the defunding of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as a Senator.

Biden-Harris DOJ Faces Renewed Scrutiny Over Political Bias and Lawfare Campaign Against Trump.

The Biden-Harris government’s Attorney General, Merrick Garland, insists that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is impartial and free from partisanship, despite mounting evidence to the contrary. During an address to department employees, Garland claimed the DOJ would not be used as a “political weapon.”

“Our norms are a promise that we will fiercely protect the independence of this Department from political interference in our criminal investigations. Our norms are a promise that we will not allow this Department to be used as a political weapon. Our norms are a promise that we will not allow this nation to become a country where law enforcement is treated as an apparatus of politics,” the Attorney General said.

However, the DOJ under Garland’s leadership is facing numerous allegations of bias and interference. Early in President Joe Biden’s term, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz found that the agency had compromised public trust. His report criticized the department for its political bias and for allowing employees to evade accountability by leaving before investigations concluded. This rebuke followed criticism over the DOJ’s handling of the Russia collusion hoax and Garland’s directive for the FBI to investigate parents protesting school policies.

Garland faces scrutiny for the differing handling of classified documents by former President Donald J. Trump and President Biden. Trump was prosecuted and charged with 37 counts, while Biden avoided charges due to his age and memory issues.

Further controversy arose regarding the investigation into Hunter Biden. An IRS whistleblower alleges that DOJ prosecutors offered him preferential treatment, curtailing investigative efforts. Other officials corroborate the whistleblower’s claims.

Additionally, multiple FBI whistleblowers accuse the bureau of politicizing investigations and retaliating against internal dissenters.

Migrant Politician Uses Baby Jesus and Virgin Mary as Target Practice.

Sanija Ameti, a now-former city councilor, has resigned after publishing a video of herself shooting a print of the Virgin Mary and infant Jesus on Instagram. Ameti, who had been a leader of the Green Liberal Party (GLP) in Zurich, Switzerland, is an immigrant from a Bosnian Muslim family, and claimed she did not realize the Christian image had religious significance.

Few people believe the Bosnian did not know what she was shooting at, and the GLP has expelled her in response to public outrage. She has also lost her job at a public relations consultancy. However, she seemingly remains co-president of Operation Libero, an anti-populist activist organization whose current focus is on subsuming Switzerland into the European Union (EU).

Christian symbols and statuary are increasingly being targeted by radical Muslims, migrants, and the far-left in multicultural Western Europe. For instance, a statue of Mother Mary at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Wembley, London, was destroyed in August amid anti-immigration demonstrations and Muslim and far-left counter-demonstrations.

Later the same month, the 800-year-old Heggen church in Vikersund, Norway, was defaced with graffiti stating “kill whites.”

Such incidents are most prevalent in France, with 2021 estimates suggesting one mosque was being opened and one Christian building or monument destroyed every two weeks.

U.S. Official Admits Biden-Harris Govt Has Driven Russia & China Closer Together.

The U.S. State Department is claiming the People’s Republic of China is now directly supplying lethal military aid to Russia for use in Ukraine. Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell leveled the accusation yesterday while visiting NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium—an unwitting acknowledgment that Western assistance to Ukraine is strengthening Russia’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

For much of the war, U.S. officials have contended that Beijing has supplied Russia with dual-use items and technologies beneficial to its defense sector. These items include semiconductor chips, machine tools, microelectronics, navigation equipment, and jet parts.

However, this week, accusations escalated. For the first time, the BidenHarris government is accusing China of providing direct support to Russia’s military. According to Campbell, the materials Beijing is now supplying are not dual-use capabilities but essential components to bolster various elements of Russia’s military operations.

Campbell has underscored that this collaboration includes exchanging technologies pertinent to submarine, aeronautic, and missile development, which could negatively impact U.S. and allied security. He added that this cooperation signifies a fundamental alignment rather than a tactical alliance.

Additionally, the Deputy Secretary of State indicated that Russia appears to be assisting China in advancing its submarine and ship capabilities, which could significantly affect Chinese military deployments in the western Pacific. Despite the allegations, the State Department has yet to issue detailed evidence of such military aid and cooperation.

In August, the Biden-Harris government issued new sanctions—apparently with little effect—to curb these Sino-Russian exchanges. The sanctions affected over 400 entities and individuals, including Chinese companies. China has condemned these measures as “typical unilateral sanctions” that disrupt global trade and destabilize supply chains.

In a statement, the Chinese foreign ministry urged the U.S. to cease such actions, threatening to take measures to protect the rights of Chinese companies.

Putin Ally Accuses Once Popular Pokémon GO Game of Being Western Spy Tool.

Belarus, a country allied with Russia and Vladimir Putin, claims the popular mobile phone game Pokémon GO is a tool of Western intelligence and was used to collect data on sensitive sites in the country. Alexander Ivanov, head of ideological work at the Belarusian Defense Ministry, asserts that Pokémon GO was used to spy on Belarusian aviation equipment during its peak popularity.

“Where do you think there were the most Pokémon at that time?” he told local media this week, adding: “On the territory of the 50th air base, where the runway is, where there is a lot of military aviation equipment. That’s where there were the most Pokémon. Is this not intelligence information?”

Russia has also previously criticized the Japanese-developed augmented reality game, with some connecting it to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) through a venture capital firm. Others in Russia have stated it had ties to Satanism and called for the game to be banned in churches and other locations.

While Belarus is a close ally of Russia, the country has not officially sent troops to help Russia in its ongoing conflict with Ukraine. Still, the Belarusian government has been accused of facilitating the Russian invasion by letting Russian forces operate from its territory. Last year, the Biden-Harris regime called on Americans to depart the country immediately, stating there was a potential for civil unrest and risk of detention for Americans.

Earlier this year, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin visited Belarus and stated he was prepared to accept a negotiated ceasefire, but the Ukrainians ultimately rejected this.
