Biden-Harris WH Spox Disparages Veterans in Accidental ‘Reply All’ E-mail on 9/11.

White House National Security Council communications adviser John Kirby denigrated a group of veterans in what he intended to be an internal White House email on the 23-year anniversary of 9/11. The Biden-Harris official hit reply-all when sending his comments, including a Fox News reporter who had asked the White House to respond to the veteran group’s criticism of the Biden-Harris government’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal.

“Obviously no use in responding. A ‘handful’ of vets indeed and all of one stripe,” Kirby wrote late Wednesday on a White House communications team email chain. The flippant comment was in response to accusations leveled by Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) and several other veterans that Kirby provided “cover” for the deadly withdrawal during a Monday press conference. Kirby had blasted a new report the House of Representatives issued regarding the Biden-Harris government’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, claiming it “says little or nothing new.”

Viewed by many in the White House and media as the more steady hand in the press briefing room—compared to Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre—Kirby followed up his errant reply-all email, telling the reporter: “Clearly, I didn’t realize you were on the chain.”

Following Kirby’s condescending reply-all gaffe, the Biden-Harris White House communications team attempted to clean up the situation—issuing an on-the-record response from the official. “While I acknowledge not every veteran agrees with them, I stand by my comments in the briefing room. What was cherry-picked and selective was the report itself. And what’s most important is that America’s longest war is over and those still serving in uniform are better positioned to meet the threats we face today,” Kirby’s statement claims.

Biden-Harris Official Admits They Blocked a Ukraine-Russia Peace Deal.

Anti-Russia warmonger and recent Biden-Harris official Victoria Nuland has admitted that Ukraine and Russia were approaching a peace deal in 2022 but that the United States blocked the deal, claiming it was unfair to Ukraine.

Nuland was questioned about claims first reported by Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, suggesting that British Prime Minister Boris Johnson had encouraged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to reject a potential peace deal with Moscow in 2022.

This was later confirmed by Russian President Vladimir Putin during an interview with Tucker Carlson earlier this year.

Nuland explained that foreign leaders involved in the negotiations believed the parties were close to reaching an agreement. However, the terms of the proposed deal, especially those regarding military constraints on Ukraine but not on Russia, were an issue for Western powers.

“Putin’s main condition was buried in an annex,” she said, referring to restrictions on Ukraine’s future military capabilities while similar limits were not imposed on the Russian military.

She admitted, “People inside Ukraine and people outside Ukraine started asking questions about whether this was a good deal, and it was at that point that it fell apart.”

“Russia wasn’t required to pull back… wasn’t required to have the same constraints on its military facing Ukraine,” she stated.

The peace deal aimed to establish Ukraine as a permanently neutral and non-nuclear state that would not join military alliances like NATO or host foreign military bases.

Nuland’s admissions highlight that Western powers were concerned with ensuring Russia remained weakened, even at the expense of immediate peace.

Since 2022 attempted peace negotiations, estimates claim as many as hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian and Russian troops have been killed in the conflict.

ICYMI: Father of Boy Killed by Haitian Wishes Killer was ‘A 60-Year-Old White Man.’

The father of a boy who was killed in Springfield, Ohio, by a Haitian immigrant who was driving without a valid license has stated that he wishes the killer was a white man, so that conservatives would stop talking about the case.

Nathan Clark stated, “You know, I wish that my son, Aiden Clark, was killed by a 60-year-old white man.”

“I bet you never thought anyone would ever say something so blunt. But if that guy killed my 11-year-old son, the incessant group of hate-spewing people would leave us alone,” he added.

Clark spoke at a press conference this week after Senator J.D. Vance commented on the case, saying, “Do you know what’s confirmed? That a child was murdered by a Haitian migrant who had no right to be here.”

Former President Donald J. Trump also mentioned the situation in Springfield, Ohio, during his debate with Vice President Kamala Harris this week, highlighting reports that Haitian migrants have been eating people’s pets and other animals.

Corporate media outlets deny that Haitians have been eating wildlife in the town. However, audio released this week reveals that residents have contacted Springfield police regarding Haitian migrants being involved in the poaching of local geese.

Around 20,000 Haitians have moved into Springfield under the Biden-Harris regime, roughly a third of the town’s 58,000 population. Locals have expressed frustration with the influx, from complaints of Haitians eating pets and local wildlife to housing shortages, increased hospital wait times, and illegals being given taxpayer cash that prices locals out of the rental market.

The DOJ Is Trying to Quietly Drop a Bunch of J6 Cases.

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) has backed down on nearly half of its pending obstruction charges against January 6 defendants, following a Supreme Court ruling making it harder to pursue such charges. Many January 6 defendants were prosecuted for obstructing an official proceeding—namely, Congress’s certification of the 2020 electoral votes.

However, the Supreme Court ruled that this was an abuse of the relevant statute, originally intended to punish people for actions such as destroying documents to impede financial crime investigations in the wake of the Enron scandal.

Last week, the DOJ dropped obstruction charges in about 60 of 126 pending cases. They plan to proceed with charges against 13 defendants but are still deciding on the remainder. For those already tried, the DOJ has agreed to dismiss 40 of 133 obstruction charges, with reviews ongoing for the rest.

The DOJ is trying to downplay these moves, saying, “There are zero cases where a defendant was charged only for [obstruction of an official proceeding],” so “even if the government foregoes this charge, every charged defendant will continue to face exposure to other criminal charges.”

However, 17 defendants were solely convicted of obstruction, showing the charges had real consequences for many.

Time Magazine Forced Into HUMILIATING Climbdown Over Kamala Harris.

TIME magazine has had to issue a humiliating correction after asserting that Kamala Harris does not support taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for illegal alien prisoners. In its initial coverage of Harris’s debate with Donald Trump on ABC News, the magazine had asserted that Trump “falsely claimed that Harris “wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens in prison.'”

Trump’s claim was not false. In 2019, Harris really did tell the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) that she would use “executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people who rely on the state for medical care—including those in prison and immigration detention—will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”

“It is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition,” Harris explained. “That’s why, as [California’s] Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates.”

Harris also told the ACLU she supports decriminalizing illegal drug abuse and huge cuts to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) funding and operations, including an “end” to all immigration detention.

“The original version of this story mischaracterized as false Donald Trump’s statement accusing Kamala Harris of supporting ‘transgender operations on illegal aliens in prison,'” TIME wrote in its correction.

“As a presidential candidate in 2019, Harris filled out a questionnaire saying she supported taxpayer-funded gender transition treatment for detained immigrants,” the magazine admitted.

This NATO ‘Ally’ Just Called China’s Dictator a ‘Defender of Peace.’

During an official state visit to China, a NATO member state leader praised Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Xi Jinping, calling him a “defender of peace” in a statement on social media.

Spanish socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez expressed his admiration for the Chinese communist dictator on Monday, August 9, saying, “China and Spain are two friendly nations, defenders of peace and committed to the multilateral order.”

He added that his country and China were committed to tackling climate change, despite China’s extensive use of coal-fired power plants and the fact it is building more coal plants than the rest of the world.

Sanchez’s comments regarding China being a “defender of peace” come amid accusations that the Chinese are abetting Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, with Beijing refusing to attend a peace conference in Switerzland in June as Russia was not invited.

The CCP has also been saber-rattling regarding Taiwan. Xi Jinping has explicitly told U.S. President Joe Biden that China and Taiwan would be unified, whether through diplomacy or force.

Earlier this year, Admiral John Aquilino, head of the Indo-Pacific Command, predicted that China could invade Taiwan as early as 2027, claiming the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is actively preparing for an invasion of the island.

“The PLA’s actions indicate their ability to meet Xi’s preferred timeline to unify Taiwan with mainland China by force if directed,” he told the U.S. House Armed Services Committee in March.

China has also demanded that the United States cease ties with the Taiwanese government following elections in January that saw anti-CCP and pro-independence candidates elected to office.

Replacement: Village Faces Influx of 500 Migrants.

Over 500 migrants are planned to be housed in an asylum facility in a village of just 4,000 people. Locals are protesting the move, arguing that the number of migrants is far too high. A facility to house 506 migrants is scheduled to be built in the German village of Rott am Inn.

Heike Bachert, a resident leading a citizens initiative against the facility’s construction, called on Bavaria‘s Prime Minister Markus Söder to halt it. According to German media reports, Söder had previously promised that the asylum center would not be built.

The issue is part of a growing trend across Europe of putting migrants in smaller rural communities, often in numbers that rival the population of the villages or towns they are being transplanted to. In Ireland, the village of Tipperary is also scheduled to be flooded with asylum seekers as the Irish government looks to house 265 non-European migrants there, exceeding the existing population of just 165 Irish people.

In France, President Emmanuel Macron suggested a similar policy in 2022, arguing that the “underpopulated” countryside facing demographic decline could be the best place to send illegals.

“The conditions for their reception will be much better than if we put them in areas that are already densely populated, with a concentration of massive economic and social problems,” he said.

Artist From Trump Shooting Town Creates Epic ‘Fight Fight Fight’ Statue.

A Butler, Pennslyvania area artist has created a life-sized statute to immortalize former President Donald J. Trump’s defiant pose immediately following the attempt on his life on July 13 this year. The former president was rallying supporters in Butler when 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire from a nearby rooftop, striking Trump in the ear, wounding two other rallygoers, and killing supporter Corey Comperatore.

The artist, Bill Secunda, used 4,000 metal nails for the piece, capturing Trump moments after the July 13 incident. He pumped his fist in the air as he was surrounded by United States Secret Service (USSS) agents, shouting to the crowd of supporters: “Fight, fight, fight!” Just moments before, a bullet fired by Crooks had hit Trump’s ear, prompting his to drop the the floor amid ongoing gunfire.

“Whenever he first stood up and then shook his fist, I think that was defiance,” the statue’s sculptor said in a recent interview. “Some people don’t like what he says, but he seems to say the right things at the right time to me—especially in moments like that. That’s a terrible situation, to almost have their head blown off.”

Secunda hopes that his new sculpture will serve as a symbol of unity and resonate across political divides. “I have friends on the opposite side of the political spectrum, and we can laugh and poke fun at each other without issue,” he said. The statue is currently exhibited at Secunda’s studio, located approximately two miles from the shooting site.

Congress Initiates Poll Watcher Program in Unprecedented Election Security Drive.

The House of Representatives is launching a new phase of the Election Observer Program designed to enhance transparency in the competitive fight for control of Congress. The initiative focuses on increasing accountability at the polls, particularly for races anticipated to have narrow margins in November.

Representative Bryan Steil (R-WI), Chair of the House Committee on Administration, expressed enthusiasm about the program’s expansion as the election approaches. “We’re excited to really ramp the program up, roll it out, as we come into the final eight weeks before the election,” Steil said. The program, which has been in use for several election cycles, allows congressional staffers to volunteer for poll watcher training. Upon request from congressional candidates, these trained observers can then be deployed to districts outside their own.

The Election Observer Program is part of a broader suite of efforts to maintain election security, which Steil prioritized during his tenure. “This is a program that’s been around for some time, and it’s been a successful program. My staff has participated in it, and I think it’s an important piece of the puzzle as we work to enhance the integrity and Americans’ confidence in our elections,” he stated.

Steil also highlighted the need to elevate the program’s visibility to ensure that candidates from both parties are aware of its availability. While the program has seen bipartisan participation in the past, Steil acknowledged that election integrity issues have become increasingly politicized.

In addition to the Election Observer Program, Steil has voiced concerns over a June executive order from Joe Biden to augment voter access with federal resources. He criticized the Biden-Harris government for what he perceives as a lack of transparency about its efforts, particularly in relation to noncitizen voting.

Democrats Are Trying to Unlawfully Extend Mail-In Voting AGAIN.

U.S. election officials again claim widespread delivery problems with the country’s mail system could cause election delays and disenfranchise voters. Similar claims were made by federal, state, and local election officials in the lead to the 2020 presidential election, though no significant delays occurred.

Claims of delayed mail processes that could impact the election have been used in the past—especially during the 2020 election—to obtain court orders or executive action to extend the early voting window or allow ballots received well after election day to be counted. Over the last several years, a series of court rulings found that many of these extensions and emergency changes in state election laws without the legislature’s approval were done unconstitutionally.

In a letter to U.S. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, the officials claim issues they say happened during the recent primary elections were “not one-off mistakes or a problem with specific facilities. Instead, it demonstrates a pervasive lack of understanding and enforcement of USPS policies among its employees.” ‘

“We implore you to take immediate and tangible corrective action to address the ongoing performance issues with USPS election mail service,” the letter reads before adding: “Failure to do so will risk limiting voter participation and trust in the election process.”

The two organizations behind the letter are the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED). The former’s election committee comprises some of the country’s most partisan Secretaries of State, including Adrian Fontes. (D-AZ), Jena Griswold (D-CO), and anti-Trumper Brad Raffensperger (R-GA). Mary Vigil, a former Democrat aide in the New Mexico Attorney General’s office, serves as the current head of NASED.
