MOGGED: Trump Touts 182 South Carolina Endorsements DURING Haley’s ‘I’m Not Leaving!’ Speech.

Donald Trump mogged Nikki Haley on Tuesday, unveiling a list of 182 endorsers from Haley’s home state of South Carolina while his neoconservative rival was in the middle of a speech insisting she is “far” from dropping out of the race for the GOP nomination.

The Trump team added 15 current and former sheriffs to a long list of South Carolinian endorsers, including the state’s Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and senators, among many others.

“President Trump is headed for a historic win in South Carolina, and it’s time for Nikki Haley to step aside and unite behind the only candidate who will defeat Joe Biden and restore our nation in November,” said former Charleston County Sheriff Al Cannon, dismissing Haley — a former South Carolina Governor — as a “weak-kneed [politician] who kowtows to her globalist Democrat donors.”

Haley’s campaign has accepted money from LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, a Democrat megadonor and guest of Jeffrey Epstein, who also funded E. Jean Carroll and Russia hoaxers FusionGPS.

Jim Biden Used Brother Joe to Promote Hospital Chain That Collapsed Amid $100m Medicare Fraud Scandal.

Joe Biden’s brother James ‘Jim’ Biden used the Joe Biden name to promote himself and the interests of Americore, a company running a chain of rural hospitals that collapsed in disgrace in 2019. An investigation has revealed that Jim Biden’s involvement with Americore was much more significant than previously reported. He even personally fired the company’s Chief Financial Officer after he refused to provide illegitimate statements for an investor pitch.

Americore now faces criminal proceedings for Medicare fraud totaling around $100 million. One suspect has already pleaded guilty to receiving kickbacks, with Joe Biden turning out to be critical to establishing Jim Biden within Americore. His biography boasted he was “the closest personal advisor to his brother.”

Jim Biden frequently suggested his ties to Joe Biden could benefit prospective business partners and his brother. “This would be a perfect platform to expose my Brothers [sic] team to [your] protocol,” he wrote to one CEO. Another person Jim Biden pitched said he claimed his brother was sitting with him while they spoke on the phone.

A former Americore executive said Jim Biden claimed his brother could promote Americore as a successful model for rural healthcare in his 2020 campaign. He also said it “would help his brother get elected if it were to take off and go.”

Jim Biden also “spoke of plans to give his brother equity in Americore… and install him on its board.” This did not happen, but Joe Biden did benefit at least indirectly from Americore. Within hours of the company transferring $200,000 to Jim Biden, he wrote a $200,000 check to his brother.

Jim Biden’s failure to raise money for the company in the Middle East — Jim Biden drafted emails to Qatari investors “[o]n behalf of the Biden family” — paved the way for its collapse.

The hospital chain suffered shortages of staff and critical supplies, endangering and possibly killing patients. It also stopped paying employees’ health insurance premiums despite continuing to deduct them from their paychecks. The House Oversight Committee will interview Jim Biden on February 21st.

San Francisco Admits First Non-Citizen to Elections Board.

San Francisco has selected a non-citizen to serve on its Elections Commission. Kelly Wong, an immigrant from Hong Kong, is believed to be the first non-citizen appointed to the city’s seven-member Elections Commission. Wong’s commissioner appointment was confirmed at a swearing-in ceremony held on Wednesday at San Francisco City Hall, conducted by Board of Supervisors President Aaron Peskin.

In an interview before her swearing-in ceremony, Wong stated her desire to help immigrants who don’t speak English navigate and participate in elections. “I’ve seen how language and cultural barriers prevent immigrants with limited English proficiency from fully exercising their right to vote,” said Wong. “Is there a way to do voter outreach that is not just about translation but can touch on political education while maintaining neutrality and impartiality in elections?”

San Francisco’s move to permit non-citizens on city boards, commissions, and advisory bodies follows a 2020 voter-approved measure that eliminated citizenship requirements. The city’s systems allow each of its seven members to be selected by different city officials, such as the mayor, city attorney, or district attorney. The Board of Supervisors unanimously endorsed Wong’s appointment.

Although non-citizens in San Francisco are authorized to vote in school board elections, questions remain about the separation between those registered for school board elections and those registered for all other elections.

Abe Lincoln Pardoned Joe Biden’s Great Great Grandpa After He Stabbed a Civil War Soldier and Was Banished to ‘America’s Siberia’.

The Biden family’s criminality isn’t confined to modernity, as the Washington Post has revealed today, explaining that “[o]n the evening of March 21, 1864, the quiet of a small corner of the Army of the Potomac’s sprawling winter camp along the Rappahannock River near Beverly Ford, Va., was disturbed when a fight broke out in one of the mess tents between Union Army civilian employees Moses J. Robinette and John J. Alexander.”

Robinette is President Joe Biden’s great, great grandfather, who is said to have drunkenly shanked Alexander, a fellow army officer, with a pen-knife after hearing him gossip to a female cook.

“Tempers flared, expletives followed, and Robinette drew his pocketknife. A brief scuffle left Alexander bleeding from several cuts before camp watchmen arrived to arrest Robinette,” notes the Post.

Robinette was tried and found guilty, ultimately banished to the “American Siberia” of Fort Jefferson on the Dry Tortugas Islands near Key West, Florida.

Biden’s great, great grandfather showed no remorse, arguing, “[W]hatever I have done was done in self defence, that I had no malice towards Mr. Alexander before or since. He grabbed me and possibly might have injured me seriously had I not resorted to the means that I did.”

After that, in true Biden family style, he reached out to lawmakers and political operatives to receive a presidential pardon, which then-President Abraham Lincoln granted on September 1, 1864.

BERNIE’S REVENGE: Sanders Group Tells 312K Dems Not to Commit to Biden as Nominee.

Our Revolution, the progressive political action organization birthed from Senator Bernie Sanders’s 2016 presidential campaign, is urging some 312,000 members to pressure Joe Biden to “change course” on the Israel-Gaza war. This includes 87,000 Michiganders, who are asked to vote ‘Uncommitted’ in the Great Lake State’s Democratic primary on February 27th.

“Our Revolution is planning to send an email to 87,000 members in Michigan and to about 225,000 supporters in other states, encouraging them to vote Uncommitted in the state’s Feb. 27 primary to ‘push Biden to change course on Gaza now’,” the New York Times reports.

“I am working with some people who feel like they will never vote for Joe Biden, but there are many, many, many I feel will vote for Joe Biden on Nov. 5 if he changes course,” explained Andy Levin, a signatory to the letter who claims the pressure campaign “is the best way [to] help Joe Biden.”

Biden also faces pressure from Arab-Americans in Michigan, with dozens of Muslim officials backing the new ‘Listen to Michigan’ initiative aimed at convincing primary voters to turn in a protest vote against him during the primary.

Establishment Democrats are rallying around the President, however, and attempting to use Donald Trump to scare primary voters into falling in line behind him.

“There’s a lot at stake in this upcoming election, and I would just encourage people not to lose sight of that, too,” said Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

“A potential second term for [Trump] would be very hard on all the communities that are still being impacted by what’s happening overseas as well, and that’s something that shouldn’t be lost on people’s calculation, too,” she added.

Biden’s DOJ Wants Prostitutes to Freely Transmit HIV. Seriously.

The Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) is suing the State of Tennessee over a law classifying prostitution by individuals who knowingly have human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as committing ‘aggravated prostitution’ — a felony offense — claiming it violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Individuals charged with the ‘aggravated prostitution’ felony are required to register with the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry.

According to the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, the Tennessee law and its enforcement are discriminatory. The DOJ alleges that requiring felony offenders to register with the state’s sex offender registry detrimentally impacts the individuals’ ability to find gainful employment. It also claims it violates their right to privacy by publicly disclosing their HIV status.

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke, appointed in 2021 by President Joe Biden to head the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, argued in a statement: “The enforcement of state criminal laws that treat people differently based on HIV status alone and that are not based on actual risks of harm, discriminate against people living with HIV.” According to Clarke, the Tennessee law is based on “outdated science and misguided assumptions” that subject those with HIV “to a different system of justice.”

Clarke’s Civil Rights Division has spearheaded some of the Biden government’s more radical and progressive policy pursuits. Last year, Clarke announced she would pursue legal action against financial institutions and banks that reject credit claims made by illegal migrants due to their immigration status.

White House Press Corps Slaps Biden Back After ‘Memory’ Complaint.

The White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) has hit back after Joe Biden regime spokesman Ian Sams upbraided its members for their coverage of the Hur report, which found Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials” and exposed his “significant” memory issues.

“The February 13th letter from White House counsel spokesman Ian Sams to the White House Correspondents’ Association is misdirected,” said Kelly O’Donnell, who presides over the association.

“As a non-profit organization that advocates for its members in their efforts to cover the presidency, the WHCA does not, cannot and will not serve as a repository for the government’s views of what’s in the news,” the NBC journalist insisted.

She added that the WHCA has “never controlled or policed the journalism that is published or broadcast by our members or their employer” in the 110 years since its founding. She said it was “inappropriate for the White House to utilize internal pool distribution channels, primarily for logistics and the rapid sharing of need-to-know information, to disseminate generalized critiques of news coverage.”

O’Donnell bluntly warned that the WHCA would not distribute similar missives from the regime in the future.

Sams had complained about the way the media reported Hur’s findings on Biden “willfully” mishandling classified materials and said journalists had been “distracted” by “false and inappropriate comments” in the report about the 81-year-old Democrat being unable to remember when he was Vice President or when his son Beau died.

BOMBSHELL: Biden Lawyers Pressured DOJ to Cover Up ‘Failing Memory’ Report.

Lawyers for Joe Biden’s White House pressured Attorney General Merrick Garland to cover up the Hur report on Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified materials prior to its publication. They also pressured Special Counsel Robert Hur directly, arguing strenuously for a “confidential and limited” report kept secret from the public.

Biden’s lawyers appeared to try and influence the tone and tenor of Hur’s report in a letter to AG Garland, alleging Hur had “violate[d] Department of Justice policy” and complaining about his “multiple denigrating statements about President Biden’s memory.”

They suggested Hur could “certainly and properly note that the President lacked memory of a specific fact or series of events” — but should not “include allegations that the President has a failing memory in a general sense.” (Hur noted Biden could not remember when he was Vice President or when his son Beau died, “even within several years.”)

In a letter to Hur himself, the White House appeared to apply more direct pressure, arguing against a” detailed public report” being published at all. They quoted former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as saying, “Criminal investigations emphatically are not supposed to be transparent” if a suspect is not being charged and that “disclosing uncharged allegations against American citizens without a law-enforcement need is considered to be a violation of a prosecutor’s trust.”

Biden’s lawyers insisted Hur’s report should be “confidential and limited” — and that mere “brief notifications” by the Attorney General to Congress would serve “[t]he interests of the public in being informed of and understanding the reasons for the actions of the Special Counsel.”

Hur decided Biden had “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency,” but did not recommend charges in part because a jury would sympathize with him as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

378 Days Since the East Palestine Train Disaster, Joe Biden Finally Visits.

President Joe Biden is finally visiting East Palestine — over a year after the Ohio community was exposed to dangerous toxic chemicals when a Norfolk Southern freight train derailed on the eastern side of the town. The move by Biden only comes as the 2024 election season begins in earnest and Democrats look to defend a vulnerable Senate seat in Ohio held by Sherrod Brown. Since the derailment, over 176,000 tons of contaminated soil have been removed from the area, along with 39 million gallons of water. Over 1 million pounds of toxins are thought to have been spilled in the disaster.

Former President Donald Trump visited East Palestine, Ohio, just three weeks after the disaster, speaking with state and local leaders and assisting with distributing aid and other relief. A day after Trump’s visit, the Biden government dispatched Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, who faced harsh criticism for the lack of federal response.

TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE.

In the days following the East Palestine disaster, the Biden White House demurred on whether the President would visit the town in a show of support and sympathy for the public health and environment crisis they faced. The northeastern area of Ohio, where East Palestine is located, had increasingly become an electoral stronghold for former President Donald Trump.

Responding to Biden’s decision to now visit the Ohio town, East Palestine Mayor Trent Conaway indicated it was too little too late.

“My personal opinion is the best time for him to come would be February of 2025 when he is on his book tour,” Conway said earlier this month during an appearance on Fox News. A campaign ad launched by Donald Trump’s presidential campaign echoes this sentiment — noting that in the time it has taken Biden to visit East Palestine, the Democrat incumbent has traveled to Ukraine, visited several nearby U.S. cities, and taken numerous vacations.

Biden Bizarrely Blames GOP Speaker for Border Crisis, Yet REFUSES to Meet With Him.

Joe Biden refused a request to meet with House Speaker Mike Johnson on January 22nd and also turned down “multiple subsequent requests,” despite blaming the House Republican for the border crisis his regime is presiding over.

Johnson wants to discuss border reforms with the elderly Democrat. He previously rejected a “border” bill passed by the Democrat-controlled Senate, which would have given tens of billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel but relatively small sums of money for border security. It also authorized many more migrant work permits, among other questionable measures.

However, Biden is unwilling to discuss an alternative border bill, with his officials claiming the Senate bill is what the House GOP wanted.

“What is there to negotiate? Really, truly, what is the one-on-one negotiation about when he’s been presented with exactly what he’s asked for?” claimed White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, a migrant herself.

Speaker Johnson says the Senate border bill was not what House Republicans had been asking for — as indicated by the fact they oppose it — and that he will “continue to insist” on a meeting with the President.

“If the Speaker of the House can’t meet with the President of the United States, that’s a problem,” Johnson warned.

The legislative branch is arguably the most important check on the executive branch in the U.S. Constitution, and the Speaker of the House, as second in line to assume the President if the incumbent and the Vice President are incapacitated, the most senior legislator.

“I don’t know why they’re uncomfortable having the President sit across the table from me, but I will go in good faith,” Johnson added.
