George Soros’s Media Matters is Finally Being Investigated.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) is asking a state court to enforce a civil investigative demand as part of his investigation into potential advertising fraud committed by the left-wing non-profit Media Matters for America in a campaign against Elon Musk’s X (formerly Twitter). The civil investigative demand — which functions similarly to a subpoena — would clear the way for Bailey to investigate the Democrat-aligned non-profit for potential violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.

“Media Matters has used fraud to solicit donations from Missourians in order to trick advertisers into removing their advertisements from X, formerly Twitter, one of the last platforms dedicated to free speech in America,” wrote the Missouri Attorney General in the court filing. He added: “Media Matters has pursued an activist agenda in its attempt to destroy X because they cannot control it.”

The Missouri Merchandising Practice Act covers “any deception, fraud, false pretense, false promise, misrepresentation, unfair practice or the concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact” used by non-profit groups to solicit monetary contributions from state residents. Bailey’s office alleges that Media Matters for America engaged “through coordinated, inauthentic behavior” in a campaign to “defame the organization [X] and cause advertisers to pull their support from the platform, thus harming free speech.” He additionally alleges the group used their campaign to raise money from Missouri residents under false pretenses.

Media Matters allegedly manipulated the X algorithm to ensure corporate advertisements would appear next to “pro-Nazi” content. The group then is accused of having used the manipulated data to public a report suggesting that X, owned by Elon Musk, was promoting pro-Nazi content. This claim led to prominent brands like Walmart, Apple, and Disney pulling advertisements.

This case mirrors a similar investigation in Texas, where Attorney General Ken Paxton is scrutinizing Media Matters for potential fraudulent activities regarding their report on X. Additionally, Musk has filed a lawsuit against Media Matters over the alleged manipulation of the social media platform’s algorithm.

Trump SecDef Says Jan 6 Committee Threatened Him Into Silence.

Christopher Miller, an Acting Secretary of Defense under Donald Trump, says he was threatened into silence by the Jan 6 Committee.

Miller says members of the committee, led by Democrats with the assistance of two ‘Never Trump’ Republicans, intimidated him into silence after he made media appearances and described how the Trump administration pushed for the National Guard to be deployed ahead of Jan 6.

The Jan 6 Committee, which tried to deny Trump authorized National Guard deployment, sent Miller’s lawyer “legalistic” missives suggesting he could be “re-interviewed” if he had “additional information he wants to share.”

“It was more that latent threat of: ‘If you want to keep going on TV, we’re gonna drag you in here again for additional hours of hearing testimony.’ So that was the nature of that whole thing,” Miller explained. “It was the latent threat of the government continuing to intrude into my life,” he added.

Miller said he believed Liz Cheney, who served as committee vice chairwoman, was its driving force, and pushed for him to be silenced because his testimony was a “serious threat to [her] narrative.”

“I didn’t talk about it with anybody else because of the fear or the concern,” Miller admitted.

“I wasn’t communicating with anybody, because I knew any interactions I had on it would result in me having to… acknowledge that I’d been in communications with other people. And then that just sort of opens up a whole can of worms with the investigators that I just didn’t want to do,” he admitted.

“It was much easier just to not be involved with anybody or talk to anybody about this stuff because it was going to cause conflict and difficulties with the investigating team, so I didn’t talk to other people, quite simply.”

NYC Petitions to Allow Non-Citizens to Vote.

The New York City Council is petitioning the state’s highest court to reverse previous rulings overturning a law allowing noncitizens to vote in local elections. Earlier this year, an appeals court designated the regulation unconstitutional. The legislation was set to grant nearly 800,000 green card possessors the right to vote in local elections.

“Today’s filing to appeal the Second Department’s recent decision seeks a determination from the state’s highest court that the law is consistent with the State Constitution, Election Law, and the Municipal Home Rule Law,” said City Council spokeswoman Rendy Desamours. “Empowering New Yorkers to participate in our local democratic process can only strengthen New York City by increasing civic engagement,” she asserted.

Staten Island President Vito Fossella, one of the lawmakers who filed the original challenge to the rule change, stated his intention to fight the Council’s efforts. “In plain English, the New York state constitution says only citizens have a right to vote in these elections,” Fossella said. “The city council has no authority to do what they didn’t,” he continued, adding: “We are going to be ready to do what we can.”
The February ruling against the law was the second time a court declared it unconstitutional. The law was initially struck down by the Staten Island Supreme Court in 2022.
The fight in New York comes as activists across the country are pushing to allow noncitizens to participate in U.S. elections. Last week, a federal judge in Washington, D.C., upheld a law allowing noncitizens in the district to vote in local elections. Earlier this month, a federal judge in Florida struck down a law banning noncitizens from registering voters.

Mexico Prez Threatens More Border Chaos Unless America Pays Up.

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador is warning that the influx of illegal immigrants at the U.S. border will persist unless the Biden government increases aid for Central and South American nations. Obrador made his comments during an interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes” on Sunday. The Mexican leader added that the U.S. government would also need to lift sanctions on both Venezuela and Cuba.

The founder of the left-wing populist political party Morena, Obrador has used the U.S. border crisis to lobby the Biden government on a range of measures, including an annual $20 billion aid package for Latin American countries and offering amnesty to unauthorized immigrant workers in the U.S. Obrador first raised the issues of aid, work visas, and sanctions in January following a meeting with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Mexico City.

When pressed if he would step up efforts to curb the flow of illegal immigrants heading the U.S. border, Obrador responded via an interpreter, stating: “We do, and want to continue doing it. But we do want for the root causes to be attended to, for them to be seriously looked at.” The Mexican President told CBS that if the Biden government did not meet his demands, “The flow of migrants will continue.”

The U.S. border crisis has strained relations between the Biden government and Mexico. In February, Obrador demanded a formal apology from President Joe Biden after the non-profit group ProPublica accused the Mexican leader of accepting campaign donations from drug cartels. Obrador has also criticized the Biden government for their lawfare campaign against former President Donald Trump, calling the federal charges against him a “fabrication.”

Activists Demand ‘White Churches’ Cough Up Millions in Reparations.

The Boston Task Force on Reparations is demanding that “white churches” pay “tens of millions of dollars” towards reparations for slavery. The call follows a February call for Boston to pay $15 billion in reparations to its black population.

“We call sincerely and with a heart filled with faith and Christian love for our white churches to join us and not be silent around this issue of racism and slavery and commit to reparations,” said Rev. Kevin Peterson following a conference between black and white clergymen in Roxbury arranged by the Boston People’s Reparations Commission.

“We point to them in Christian love to publicly atone for the sins of slavery and we ask them to publicly commit to a process of reparations where they will extend their great wealth — tens of millions of dollars among some of those churches — into the black community,” Peterson continued.

Peterson added that a proposal letter was sent to multiple churches, signed by 16 clergy members and faith leaders, urging them to support reparations with cash payments, to establish affordable housing, and support new financial and economic foundations in the black community.

The older city churches, namely Arlington Street Church, Trinity Church, and Old South Church, as well as King’s Chapel downtown were among the reported recipients of the demand letter.

Once considered the outlandish fringe demand of racial separatists, the idea of reparations for slavery is gaining traction. Last year, New York established its own commission on slavery reparations. Earlier this year, New York Democratic Congressman Jamaal Bowman demanded the government print $14 trillion for reparations.

It Looks Like Biden Lied To The DOJ in That Weird Story About the Burnt Penis…

Several elements of Joe Biden’s past that he recounted during two interviews with Department of Justice special counsel Robert Hur appear to have been fabricated by the Democrat incumbent. An investigative report indicates Biden lied about his role in defeating a lawsuit brought by a welder who lost his genitals in an accident.

The National Pulse first covered the incident when the Biden interview transcripts were released to the public. The 81-year-old President engaged in a lengthy 10-minute monologue describing his early days as a lawyer and politician in Delaware after being pressed by Hurr about handling classified materials in the final days of the Obama government. Biden told Hur about a welder whose pants caught fire, recalling: “…a spark caught fire and got caught in the containment vessel, and he lost part of his penis and one of his testicles, and he was 23 years old.”

While Joe Biden eventually worked at the firm representing the defendant in the welder’s case, the lawsuit occurred in 1968 while the Delaware Democrat was still in law school at Syracuse University in New York. Additionally, Biden’s claim that a memo he wrote caused the case to be dismissed was a complete fabrication. The lawsuit was settled with the welder receiving a payout of $315,000 — or approximately $28 million in today’s dollars.

President Biden has faced accusations of plagiarism and fabricating stories throughout his political career. However, the octogenarian Democrat has come under increasing scrutiny in recent years as it appears he has suffered cognitive decline. During the same interview sessions with Robert Hur, Biden was unable to remember the date of son Beau Biden’s death nor when he first became Vice-President under former President Barack Obama.

WATCH: Kamala Harris Claps Along Mindlessly to a Song Protesting Her Presence, Until…

Kamala Harris accidentally clapped along to a protest song directed against her while in Puerto Rico.

On Friday, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris visited the island territory, where her tour included a stop by a community center in Santurce. Unbeknownst to Harris, a group of locals used the occasion to sing a song protesting against her and the policies of the Biden government. Harris was seen clapping to the song — presumably not understanding the Spanish-language message — until an aide informed her over its true meaning.

When translated from Spanish to English, the song’s lyrics read: “We want to know, Kamala, what did you come here for? We want to know what you think of the colony.” Numerous protests took place across the island on the day of her visit, with locals gathering to voice their concerns about the island’s political status and the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.

Aside from addressing the community center’s initiatives for local artists, Harris’ visit touched upon the federal aid dispatched to Puerto Rico in response to devastating hurricanes, earthquakes, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a speech delivered outside a rebuilt home in Canóvanas, the Vice President acknowledged, “There is still a lot of work to do.” Much of the reconstruction in the town was made possible through funding allocated by the Biden government in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

The visit to Puerto Rico comes as Joe Biden recently launched a program to reach out to Hispanic voters before the November general elections. However, despite being U.S. citizens, island residents cannot vote in presidential elections due to Puerto Rico’s territorial status. Increasingly, Hispanic voters have turned against the incumbent Democrat — with many citing the invasion of illegal immigrants at the U.S. southern border as the reason for abandoning Biden.

Every Democrat Senator Voted to Block The Laken Riley Act.

Senate Democrats have voted down the Laken Riley Act, which would have required U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to arrest and detain illegal aliens responsible for thefts, burglary, larceny, or shoplifting until their deportation from the United States. They have also blocked moves to stop cities from becoming “sanctuaries” for illegals who face deportation, blocked efforts to stop the federal government from flying hundreds of thousands of migrants into undisclosed locations, and voted against ending fast past entry for illegals via the CBP One app.

“The biggest story in Congress should be that every Senate Dem just voted against the Laken Riley Act, ending sanctuary cities, ending Biden’s secret migrant flights, [and] ending fast pass entry for illegals via [the Customs and Border Protection] phone app,” commented Stephen Miller, a senior advisor to Donald Trump.

House Republicans passed the Laken Riley bill in response to the killing of Laken Riley, a young nursing student whose alleged murderer is a Venezuelan illegal who was at large despite having been arrested for shoplifting and skipping court.

One-hundred and seventy House Democrats also voted against the Laken Riley Act.

Following a violent breach of the border by a migrant mob last week, Joe Biden claimed Trump, rather than his own government or party, was responsible for the illegal immigration crisis.

‘PREACHY FEMALES’ – James Carville Warns Left’s Messaging is ‘Too Feminine.’

Democratic strategist James Carville blames “preachy females” in his party for Joe Biden’s decline in appeal to men — particularly minorities.

Carville’s comments came in an interview with Maureen Dowd in The New York Times. Dowd noted that Carville “has been obsessed with Biden bleeding Black male voters” before quoting his assessment of the root of Biden’s problem.

“A suspicion of mine is that there are too many preachy females” dominating the Democratic Party, he said. “‘Don’t drink beer. Don’t watch football. Don’t eat hamburgers. This is not good for you.’ The message is too feminine: ‘Everything you’re doing is destroying the planet. You’ve got to eat your peas,’” said Carville.

“If you listen to Democratic elites — NPR is my go-to place for that — the whole talk is about how women, and women of color, are going to decide this election,” Carville continued. “I’m like: ‘Well, 48 percent of the people that vote are males. Do you mind if they have some consideration?’”

Carville’s comments follow polling from CNN last week that showed Biden’s support among minority voters in Michigan at historic lows. A February Gallup poll revealed that Democrats’ general support among Black voters has declined by almost 20 points in the last three years.

EXC: Rep. Gaetz Blasts ‘Tyrannical’ Gun Grab Law Exposed By The National Pulse.

Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz (R) has blasted proposed legislation unearthed by The National Pulse, which could see firearm ranges and neighborhood patrols criminalized as part of a move by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) to nullify America’s Second Amendment further.

Responding to the story from Monday morning, Rep. Gaetz said: “Democrats in Congress have decided that two’s a crowd and three’s an ‘unlawful paramilitary organization.’”

“Under this proposed tyrannical decree, any three Americans who organize to train or drill in firearm safety or security may face criminal or civil targeting by a weaponized DOJ.”

“This insane legislation offends the Second Amendment, which unambiguously supports a well-regulated militia of free citizens. I guarantee that I and other pro-2A members of Congress will fight to kill it,” concluded the firebrand Congressman.

The legislation’s House (H.R.6981) and Senate (S.3589) versions were introduced recently. Both sit in the Judiciary Committees of their respective chambers. Congressional Democrats claim the legislation is meant to enhance the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) ability to prosecute organized, armed groups who engage in violence and intimidation. However, Rep. Raskin, the lead House sponsor, has also acknowledged the Democrat bill could be used against private militias “[p]atrolling neighborhoods.”
