VA Dems Want to Incentivize Illegal Immigration by Giving Migrant Minors Free Healthcare.

Virginia Democrats are pushing legislation extending “state-funded comprehensive health care coverage” to illegal aliens under 19 years of age who are not already covered by a health plan or insurance.

The so-called ‘Cover All Kids’ bill, complains Republican State Senator Glen Sturtevant, will “undermine legal immigration and incentivize illegal immigration,” coming alongside similar proposals to “grant illegal immigrants driver’s licenses.” He estimated the cost to Virginia taxpayers from the healthcare bill at over $100 million.

“These bad policies jeopardize not just Virginia’s healthcare system but create perverse incentives that illegal immigrants will see as a green light to travel to Virginia for free schooling, driver’s licenses, and now, free healthcare,” Sturtevant warned, comparing the Democrat agenda to the “sanctuary” policies which have seen cities like New York and Chicago become magnets for illegal aliens, incurring huge costs.

Similar “perverse incentives” have been seen in Massachusetts, where state ‘right to shelter’ laws have seen migrants crowd into hotels across the country at taxpayers’ expense. Whistleblowers say the scheme is running up enormous costs, with the migrants given “free diapers, wipes, toiletries, free tablets and phones, free English lessons, state caseworkers making sure all entitlements are taken, free Uber and Lyft rides, [and] free bus passes,” among a host of other benefits.

They are also said to be eating up first responder resources, with police and firefighters attending migrant hotels to deal with “fights, guns, drugs, [and] overdoses” on a daily basis.

Poland’s Globalist PM Says Reagan ‘Turning in His Grave’ Over Ukraine Funding.

The newly installed Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, said Republicans in the United States Senate opposed to a new $60 billion round of funding for Ukraine should be ashamed of themselves. Tusk added the late U.S. President Ronald Reagan would be “turning in his grave.”

Senate Republicans — joined by several Democrats — successfully blocked a Ukraine/U.S. Border supplemental funding bill over several provisions that would have actually weakened U.S. border security. Responding to the supplemental bill’s defeat on X (formerly Twitter), Tusk said: “Dear Republican Senators of America. Ronald Reagan, who helped millions of us to win back our freedom and independence, must be turning in his grave today.”

Following parliamentary elections last October, Poland’s right-wing Law and Justice Party lost its outright majority in the legislative body. For nearly two months, Law and Justice attempted to form a governing majority. However, on December 11th, the party’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki lost a ‘no confidence’ vote — and power. Tusk was elected Prime Minister hours after his Civic Coalition — an alliance of globalist interests and left-wing parties — successfully formed a coalition government.

The Tusk government in Poland moved swiftly against anyone even seen as sympathetic to the Law and Justice Party. He fired the leadership of the country’s public radio and television stations and shut the entities down. Tusk also ordered Polish police to storm the Presidential Palace to arrest two former Law and Justice government ministers despite both having received pardons from President Andrzej Duda, who is aligned with Law and Justice. U.S. President Joe Biden approved of Tusk’s actions against Law and Justice, according to Poland’s Minister of Justice, Adam Bodnar.

Although Senate Republicans blocked the Ukraine/U.S. Border supplemental bill, a standalone bill providing aid for Ukraine and Israel advanced through the Senate on Thursday with significant Republican support.

EU Backpedals on Green Agenda Due to Farmer Protests.

The European Union (EU) is diluting radical green agenda policies on emissions as farmers stricken by onerous regulations, tax hikes, price rises, and a glut of Ukrainian produce stage protests across the bloc.

Initially, the EU intended to require all sectors to cut emissions, specifying a 30 percent reduction in agricultural “pollution” by 2040. The revised plan omits this, a push to end fuel subsidies, and plans to pressure EU citizens into eating less meat.

The upheaval has been primarily driven by farmers fearing the economic impact of the EU’s green policies. There have been significant protests in Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, among other countries.

The updated draft now frames agriculture positively, highlighting the sector’s role in the EU’s “food sovereignty.”

The European Commission, the EU’s unelected executive, now claims it will take a “balanced approach.” Supposedly, this will give equal consideration to climate change and citizens’ livelihoods.

Whether the concessions will be enough to dissuade farmers from their protests remains to be seen. On Friday, farmers in Poland began what is expected to be a 30-day blockade of the Ukrainian border. They are protesting being undercut by the flood of Ukrainian produce the EU has allowed into the bloc.

Ukrainian farmers do not face the same costly regulations as EU farmers. This has made it difficult for EU farmers to remain competitive.

New York Times: Jill Biden ‘Is Shielding Her Husband.’

The New York Times has reported that First Lady Jill Biden is “shielding her husband” Joe, especially from media scrutiny, and exercises great amounts of influence in the 46th President’s West Wing.

Quoting from the Times’ White House Correspondent’s new book “American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, From Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden,” the “paper of record” admits:

Within Mr. Biden’s inner circle, no one knows how taxing the job can be more than Jill Biden, the first lady. At times, she has worked to shield him from the sort of off-the-cuff interactions with reporters that occurred on Thursday evening, when Mr. Biden veered away from scripted remarks and started answering questions.

It goes on:

Dr. Biden’s influence is felt in both the White House and the Biden campaign, and there is little doubt among those who know her that one of the first lady’s highest priorities is shielding her husband and family.

She has been directly involved in the hiring of members of his press staff and other senior aides, and is in most of his political meetings. When she does not like something, she points it out. Campaign aides and White House officials privately joke that if Dr. Biden is with him at an event, it is sure to end on time. (Mr. Biden is otherwise often late.)

Some of the people hired by Dr. Biden feel that her East Wing can be a safe haven from an intense workplace, because, as one person close to her put it, no one would dare fire one of her hires.

The news comes shortly after Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that Biden was mentally unfit to stand trial for “willfully” retaining classified documents from his time as Vice President.

Rep. Luna’s SCHUMER Act Would Require Pro-War Lawmakers To Fight In Wars They Authorize.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) is set to introduce the SCHUMER Act, requiring any Member of Congress supporting sending U.S. troops to fight in Ukraine to join them on the front lines. The Flordia Republican’s bill is in direct response to recent comments made by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), in which he threatened that U.S. military forces would be sent to Ukraine unless Congress authorized additional funding for the nation.

“I make no apologies,” Rep. Luna said, adding: “My bill, the SCHUMER Act, would require Members of Congress to fight on the front lines in Ukraine if they support Schumer’s calls for American sons & daughters to fight.” The legislation would require any Capitol Hill lawmaker who backs sending American soldiers to Ukraine to enlist alongside them and serve a six-month tour as part of a contingency operation.

Earlier this week, Sen. Schumer attempted to blackmail his colleagues in the Senate into supporting a supplemental funding bill that would have provided Ukraine a new round of military aid, along with modest funding for U.S. border security and an overhaul of visa and work-permit programs for immigrants. “If we don’t aid Ukraine, Putin will walk all over Ukraine, we will lose the war,” Schumer said before continuing: “We could be fighting in eastern Europe in a NATO ally in a few years. Americans won’t like that.”

While the Ukraine/U.S. Border supplemental funding bill failed its initial cloture vote on Wednesday, Schumer revived the Ukraine and Israel funding provisions as stand-alone legislation. The new bill will face several procedural hurdles before it can receive a final vote on the Senate floor, which is expected in a matter of days.

Biden Insists He *Is* Fit for Prosecution, Before Claiming Mexico Borders Gaza.

Joe Biden reacted with fury after a 345-page Justice Department report on his mishandling of classified documents questioned his mental faculties, railing at special counsel Robert Hur and members of the press for questioning his memory. He then proceeded to confuse the presidents of Mexico and Egypt.

“My memory is fine,” Biden insisted, refusing to accept Hur’s assessment that his memory had shown “significant limitations” during an investigatory interview. Hur noted in his report that the 81-year-old Democrat “did not remember when he was vice president” and “did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.”

“How in the hell dare he raise that!” Biden said of the latter observation. Beau Biden died in 2015.

Fielding questions from the press, Biden shouted at reporters who pressed him on public concerns over his mental and physical fitness. Referring to Hur’s recommendation that he should not be charged because a jury, like the Justice Department, would see him as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Biden seethed: “I’m well-meaning, and I’m an elderly man, and I know what the hell I’m doing.”

Shortly afterward, however, he described General Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of Egypt, as “the President of Mexico,” suggesting he should be given credit for persuading Mexico to “open up the gate to allow humanitarian material” into Gaza during the Israel-Hamas war.

This follows Joe Biden claiming he spoke to Francois Mitterand of France and Helmut Kohl of Germany about January 6th at a G7 meeting in 2021. Neither have governed their countries since the 1990s, and both have been dead for many years.

Dem Sen. Murphy: Illegal Aliens Are The People Democrats ‘Care About The Most.’

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) said Wednesday that “undocumented Americans” are the people whom Democrats “care about most.”

The liberal Democrat made the comments during a discussion with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, who noted that, unlike in the past, the Democrats didn’t push for a “path the citizenship” during negotiations with Republicans over the Ukraine/U.S. border supplemental funding bill.

“Well, I mean, Chris, that’s been a failed play for 20 years. So you are right that that has been the Democratic strategy for 30 years, maybe, and it has failed to deliver for the people we care about most, the undocumented Americans that are in this country,” Murphy said.

Despite admitting that the Democratic Party cares more about illegal aliens than U.S. citizens, Murphy admitted that behaving accordingly is no longer politically viable in the current climate.

“This is also not 2013 any longer when we ran that play last. Back then, there were a couple hundred people showing up every day applying for asylum. Today, on some days, there are 8,000. And the reality is that the bulk of this country does not think that’s right or sustainable and wants us to change the reality at the border,” Murphy said.

Due to the Biden regime’s mismanagement, the crisis at the southern border has become so dire that a majority of Americans believe what is happening there constitutes an invasion. Illegal border crossings have surged since Biden took office. Just this week, it was revealed that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has logged one million encounters since October 1, the start of the 2024 fiscal year.

Trump Dominates Virgin Islands Caucus with 74 Percent of the Vote.

Donald Trump won a resounding victory in the U.S. Virgin Islands caucus, earning 73.98 percent of the vote against just 26.06 percent for neoconservative rival Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley.

“I want to thank you all. We had a tremendous victory,” Trump said in a telephone call to supporters gathered in the territory’s capital, Charlotte Amalie.

“We expected to win, but we didn’t expect to win by that much. You are incredible people I will never forget,” added the former president.

The Virgin Islands GOP defied party rules to hold its caucus early to “ensure the voice” of the islanders was heard, according to local chairman Gordon Ackley.

Ackley noted that, like other U.S. territories, the Virgin Islands cannot vote in the presidential elections. An early caucus “was important” to ensure they were not overlooked, he said.

“Every state and every territory should try to make itself and its voters as relevant as possible. It’s absurd that the same couple of states have a monopoly on the calendar,” he said, referring to GOP rules allowing only Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and South Carolina to hold primary or caucus votes before March 1st.

Trump won the Nevada caucus decisively the same day as the Virgin Islands caucus. A rival Nevada primary, which Trump skipped and did not award delegates, saw Haley come a distant second to a “none of the above” option.

Biden Deploys White House Hit Team to Win Back Muslim Voters in Michigan.

A significant number of senior government officials from Joe Biden’s White House are meeting with Muslim and Arab Americans in Michigan today, after polls revealed Biden’s sinking numbers with the demographic since the October 7th Hamas terror attacks and U.S. response.

The meeting will explicitly address the Israel-Hamas war and the civilian deaths in Gaza. The named officials involved include:

  • Steve Benjamin, senior adviser to the president;
  • Tom Perez, senior adviser;
  • Jon Finer, principal deputy national security adviser;
  • Samantha Power, USAID administrator,
  • Jamie Citron, principal deputy director of the Office of Public Engagement;
  • Dan Kosh, director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs;
  • Mazen Basraw, National Security Council director for partnerships and global engagement.

The utilization of taxpayer-funded resources to help prop up Biden’s election hopes will certainly raise eyebrows.

The same local group canceled on the Biden campaign itself last month, which has led to the White House deploying its resources to prop up the campaign’s failures. Biden has groveled to U.S. Muslims in recent months, even admitting to being “disappointed” in himself over the Israel-Hamas war response. This came after swathes of Muslim Americans said they would withhold their votes in November.

Biden also appointed radical Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud to the State Department’s Assembly of Local Leaders program. Hammoud, known for his staunch anti-Israel positions, excused the Hamas terror attack on the Jewish state as “inevitable.”

Now Biden Claims He Spoke to Dead German Chancellor at Same Summit as Dead French Prez.

Joe Biden has blundered again while describing a G7 summit in 2021, claiming Chancellor Helmut Kohl of Germany – who left office in 1998 and died in 2017 – spoke with him about January 6th.

Previously, Biden told an audience in Nevada he spoke to “[President François] Mitterand from Germany, I mean from France” at the G7 in Britain, in a story first reported by The National Pulse.

Press pool reporters say the 81-year-old Democrat managed to remember Emmanuel Macron was President of France when repeating the story at a subsequent fundraiser in New York but instead gaffed when he came to the Chancellor of Germany.

“Helmut Kohl of Germany looked at me and said, ‘What would you say, Mr. President, if you picked up the London Times tomorrow morning and learned that 1,000 people had broken down… the doors of the British Parliament and killed some  bobbies on the way in [to] deny the Prime Minister to take office?’ And you think, what would we think?”

Biden repeated a similar story later that day, again claiming Helmut Kohl made the remarks in 2021. In that year, Germany was led by Angela Merkel.
