Biden Has Failed to Remove 99% of Illegals, Released Over 2.1m Into U.S.

The House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement have produced new data showing the Joe Biden regime has “failed to remove, through immigration court removal proceedings, over 99 percent of those illegal aliens who have been released into the country” since the elderly Democrat took office.

“Of the more than 5 million illegal alien encounters from January 20, 2021, through March 31, 2023, at least 2,464,424 illegal aliens had no confirmed departure from the United States as of March 31, 2023,” the committees, headed by Rep. Jim Jordan and Rep. Tom McClintock, record in their latest interim staff report.

“Of the illegal aliens encountered in those 26 months, [the Department of Homeland Security] released at least 2,148,738 illegal aliens into the United States,” the report adds.

The committees found only a tiny fraction of asylum seekers released into the country – six percent – had even been screened for a reasonable fear of persecution in their supposed homelands.

“This data contradict[s] [Homeland Security] Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas’ statements that the southwest border is closed and that illegal aliens are ‘quickly’ removed,” the report warns.

“Instead, with more than 99 percent of illegal aliens staying inside the United States after being released by the Biden Administration, there is virtually no enforcement of our immigration laws.”

Pro-Trans Lobbyists Endorse Joe Biden.

The Equality PAC, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) PAC, and the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) Action Fund have endorsed Joe Bide for reelection in 2024, insisting his “leadership is crucial now more than ever as LGBTQ+ Americans are living in a state of emergency – experiencing unprecedented attacks from extremist politicians and their right-wing allies in states across the country, who are working tirelessly to erase us.”

“Without question, the Biden Administration has been the strongest advocate for the needs of transgender Americans of any presidential administration in American history,” NCTE Action Fund executive director Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen said.

The LGBT lobbyists seem particularly exercised by moves in some conservative-led states to stop medics from performing surgeries on minors and prescribing powerful hormones and puberty blockers to them in an attempt to “transition” them from male to female, and vice versa – a poorly evidenced experimental treatment for gender dysphoria increasingly associated with negative health outcomes.

Biden’s chief rival for the presidency, Donald Trump, has vowed to pass a law “prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states” if returned to the White House, and declare “any hospital or healthcare provider participating in the chemical or physical mutilation of minor youth will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare – and will be terminated from the program.”

He has also said he will work to establish “a private right of action for victims to sue doctors who have unforgivably performed these procedures on minor children.”

steve cortes

DeSantis’s SuperPAC Spokesman, Steve Cortes, Has Left The Campaign.

Steve Cortes, a key aide and spokesman for Never Back Down, is leaving the pro-DeSantis SuperPAC according to spokeswoman Erin Perrine. “Steve launched his own show and left his role as a spokesman for Never Back Down. He will continue to support Governor DeSantis in his personal capacity,” Perrine said in response to the departure of Cortes.

The New York Times’s Maggie Haberman reported that while “Cortes didn’t respond to a message asking about his status after his Twitter/X bio dropped the Never Back Down affiliation… his high praise of Trump in some public appearances had caught attention among Republicans.”

The departure of Cortes is just the latest blow to the DeSantis campaign as it continues to slide in state primary and national polls. The DeSantis campaign committee announced last week that they had raised just $5 million in the third quarter for the Republican primary contest. Ken Griffin, an early backer of the Florida governor’s campaign, blasted the lack of coherent messaging and indicated that he “has yet to decide who he plans to help.”

Last month, Cortes admitted on a Chicago radio show that Trump’s primary victory seemed inevitable. Cortes told the radio hosts regarding the likely Biden versus Trump contest in 2024, “It is a rematch that nobody wants yet it seems at this moment to be inevitable.”

The National Pulse has reached out to Cortes for comment.

bused migrants

Texas Has Now Bused 50,000 Migrants to Leftist Cities.

Texas has now bused some 50,000 migrants from its territory to leftist “sanctuary cities” out of state, sparking outcry from mass migration advocates who imagined the border crisis would only be an issue for conservative-led border states.

New York City is currently the top destination for the Texan busing program, with some 18,500 migrants on almost 400 buses having arrived in the Big Apple since August 2022.

Democrat city mayor Eric Adams, who once advertised NYC as a “sanctuary city” and celebrated Joe Biden’s move to halt construction of Donald Trump’s border wall in 2021, now says he believes the migrant crisis “will destroy New York City.”

Chicago has received the second-largest number of migrants from Texas, at over 13,500 on almost 300 buses, while Washington D.C. has been sent over 12,500.

Denver, Colorado, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have received around 3,200 migrants apiece, while Los Angeles, which was added as a destination comparatively recently, has received just shy of a thousand.

Mayor Admas is not the only Democrat leader in the affected cities and states to be crying out now the border crisis is on his doorstep, with Illinois’s Governor J.B. Pritzker also complaining “the federal government’s lack of intervention and coordination at the border has created an untenable situation for Illinois.”

For all the furore about the busing program in Democrat cities, however, they are still dealing with only a fraction of the influx being inflicted on conservative-led border states, with a record-breaking 11,000 migrants crossing over in a single day in late Septemeber.

Second Day White House Goes Dark Before Noon, No Updates On Americans Held Or Killed By Hamas.

For the second day in a row now, the Biden White House has ‘called a lid‘ before noon – meaning members of the press should not expect any additional comments or public appearances from the President. The decision to end press availability so early in the day when many Americans remain on edge regarding events unfolding in the Middle East would be considered an unusual, if not reckless, move under any prior administration.

A little over an hour after the White House called the press lid, Hamas announced that they would begin executing hostages on live television for every citizen in Gaza killed by an Israeli airstrike. At least nine Americans have been confirmed dead after Hamas launched a deadly surprise incursion into Israel over the weekend and an unknown number have been taken hostage by the terrorist organization.

Yesterday, as Israeli forces fought to regain control towns and territory seized by Hamas terrorists the White House called an early press lid – again before noon. Later in the day when the designated White House press pool reporter inquired about the music they could hear coming from the Rose Garden, they were informed that President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden were hosting a BBQ. The event was for White House Executive Staff and their families and featured a live band.

While there has been no indication from the White House that President Biden plans to deliver a formal address to the nation regarding the status of American hostages in Gaza or the ongoing crisis after Hamas’s barbaric attacks against Israel, the President will be delivering the keynote address at the pro-LGBT Human Rights Campaign’s annual dinner on Saturday.

Media Freaks Out After Amazon ‘Alexa’ Says 2020 Election Was Stolen.

Jeff Bezos’ Amazon and the mainstream media are in meltdown after the company’s virtual assistant technology, known as “Alexa,” told its users that the 2020 presidential election was “stolen by a massive amount of election fraud” and cited Rumble as its source.

Alexa also cited a Substack to argue that the election was “notorious for many incidents of irregularities and indications pointing to electoral fraud taking place in major metro centers.”

Amazon was forced to immediately announce it uses so-called credible sources, including Reuters, Ballotpedia, and RealClearPolitics, and would address the problem.

“These responses were errors that were delivered a small number of times, and quickly fixed when brought to our attention,” said Amazon spokeswoman Lauren Raemhild in a statement. “We continually audit and improve the systems we have in place for detecting and blocking inaccurate content,” Raemhild added.

The company altered the programming so that Alexa refuses to answer questions about the election. Yet, other questions still prompt Alexa to make claims that scrutinize the authenticity and reliability of the 2020 election.

Notably, 51 percent of Americans believe it is likely that “cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election,” with 35 percent arguing it is “very likely.”

Votes Increased by Up to 8pts in States with Universal Mail-In Voting.

Introducing Universal Mail-in Voting (UVM) leads to a remarkable increase in the number of votes being cast, studies suggest, potentially fueling conservative suspicions that sending millions of ballots out to voters as standard leads to votes being cast illegitimately.

California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, and Washington currently use universal mail-in voting for elections, with California and Nevada having adopted the system ahead of the 2020 election, supposedly in response to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

A soon-to-be-published research paper by Washington State University’s Michael Ritter suggests UVM increases registered voter turnout – or at least the number of votes being cast on behalf of registered voters – by eight points.

A previous paper by Eric McGhee and Jennifer Paluch of the Public Policy Institute of California and Mindy Romero of the University of Southern California, published last year, suggested UVM boosted the number of votes by a more modest but still significant 5.6 points in 2020, while a paper published by the Democrat-aligned Pantheon Analytics data firm in 2018 suggested UVM states see five to seven percent more votes cast than non-UVM states.

While the study authors claim this is a great thing, increasing turnout among black, Latino, and younger voters, mail-in voting at scale has long been criticized by Donald Trump and America First conservatives as a potential source of election fraud, with the systems in place to verify ballots are being cast by the right people lacking, and signature verification often inadequate.

REPORT: McCarthy Is Already Eyeing a Return to the Speakership.

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is reconsidering his decision not to run for Speaker just days after he was stripped of the gavel through a ‘motion to vacate‘ introduced by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). Less than an hour after the October 3rd vote ending his Speakership, McCarthy told Republican colleagues he would not make another run for Speaker.

Currently Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Steve Scalise (R-LA) are the most likely contenders for the Speakership. Both candidates quickly began whipping votes among House Republicans just moments after the vote to oust McCarthy. Jordan is being backed by former President Donald Trump who gave the Ohio Congressman his “complete and total endorsement.” Scalise, on the other hand, is leveraging his power as House Majority Leader to build a coalition of moderate and conservative Republicans in an effort to head off Jordan.

On the surface it appears both Jordan and Scalise are drawing equivalent levels of support from among their colleagues, meaning the internal debate within the Republican conference could become contentious with no clear preference between the two emerging. If both candidates move their bids forward to the full house, the Speaker election could become deadlocked.

It is this scenario which could allow McCarthy to reclaim his gavel. The former Speaker says he believes nearly the entire Republican conference supports him, with just a few entrenched members being opposed. When asked about rumors he had reconsidered a run for Speaker, McCarthy left the door open, saying: “That’s a decision for the conference.”

rfk jr record

RFK is Now Running as an ‘Independent’. So We Examined His Record.

Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. dropped his primary challenge to President Joe Biden today and instead announced his intention to launch an “independent” bid for the White House. A liberal firebrand and son of a family tantamount to Democrat – if not American – political royalty, Kennedy has made waves in the 2024 election cycle by pitching himself as a ‘moderate’ populist. But more than two decades of Kennedy’s own statements, social media posts, and even arrest records reveal a candidate who has repeatedly espoused extreme environmentalist and radical socialist beliefs.

In a 2019 post on X (formerly Twitter), Kennedy backed Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s proposal for a top personal income tax rate of 70 percent. He said he believed conservatives would try to paint Ocasio-Cortez as a “know-nothing” for her efforts, and in the same year, endorsed Ocasio-Cortez’s ‘Green New Deal’, stating “This is huge!” Estimates show the ‘Green New Deal’ would cost Americans between $51-$93 trillion over the next decade, if enacted.

A leaked 2016 legal memo sent to the New York Attorney General revealed Kennedy urged government officials to ban ExxonMobile from doing business in the state. Kennedy is suspected of playing an outsized role in then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s decision to ban fracking in New York, costing thousands of jobs. Cuomo is Kennedy’s ex-brother-in-law. In 2014, he said ExxonMobile deserved the corporate equivalent of the “death penalty”. In 2013, Kennedy was arrested alongside other radical environmentalists during a protest outside the White House against the Keystone XL pipeline.

Not even the U.S. military is immune to Kennedy’s environmental radicalism, who has made repeated claims that the Department of Defense is one of America’s worst polluters. Kennedy has gone so far as to accuse the military of “mounting a sneak attack against America’s health and safety.”

Outside of his support for radical environmentalism and socialist economics, Kennedy appears to be indistinguishable from most Democrat lawmakers. In 2007 and 2016 Kennedy endorsed Hillary Clinton for president. He called the NRA a “terror group” after the Parkland school shooting. And regarding the 2024 presidential race, Kennedy recently admitted he takes more votes from Donald Trump than he does Joe Biden.

For those who want an end to the American carnage, Kennedy is now surely just a spoiler candidate aiming to hand Joe Biden (and Barack Obama) another four years.

POLL: Americans Overwhelmingly Support McCarthy’s Removal.

A strong majority of Americans from both political parties – 60 percent – support the move by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) and his colleagues in the House of Representatives’ decision to remove Kevin McCarthy (R-Ca) from the Speakership, according to a CBS News poll.

Exactly three-quarters of the 2,155 U.S. adults surveyed told pollsters they approved of the decision because McCarthy “wasn’t effective” as House Speaker. A total of 54 percent of conservatives approved of his removal, with 70 percent of liberals concurring.

The two predominant reasons why the public disapproved of McCarthy was because he “prevented a government shutdown” at 59 percent and it “disrupted Washington” at 54 percent. For the new speakership, 64 percent of the American electorate believe it’s important that the new Speaker tries to “cut federal spending.”

Representative Matt Gaetz‘s motion to vacate followed the House passing a temporary funding measure to avoid a government shutdown last week. Republicans are expected to meet this week to discuss McCarthy’s replacement, with House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) seen as favorites.
