Senate Democrats Are Trying to Dox Trump’s Ballroom Donors.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Senate Democrats are demanding transparency regarding the financing of President Donald J. Trump’s planned White House ballroom.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Senate Democrats led by Adam Schiff (D-CA), donors including major corporations and individual Trump supporters, and the Trump administration.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The call for disclosure follows recent donor list revelations, with a response deadline set for November 5.

💬KEY QUOTE: “To assess possible conflicts of interest and violations of law and ethics obligations, Congress and the American public deserve meaningful transparency.” – Senate Democrat letter

🎯IMPACT: Opponents of the effort contend that Sen. Schiff and his allies intend to use the disclosures to create a chilling effect, scaring off private donors in the hope of starving President Trump’s project of funding.

IN FULL

Senate Democrats, led by Russia hoax ringleader Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), are working to force the disclosure of private, identifying information of donors financing President Donald J. Trump’s planned White House ballroom. In addition, the Schiff-led effort seeks details on how the ballroom construction is being financed.

Democrats argue that without transparency, the financing of the ballroom could become a channel for improper influence within the administration. However, opponents of the effort contend Sen. Schiff and his allies intend to use the disclosures to create a chilling effect, scaring off private donors in the hope of starving President Trump’s project of funding.

A number of corporations are helping Trump fund his $300 million ballroom, for which a section of the East Wing of the White House has recently been demolished. Donors include tech companies Apple, Amazon, Meta, Microsoft, Google, and communication companies like Comcast.

Sen. Schiff and Democrat lawmakers claim, in a letter addressed to White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, that the Trump administration’s approach “raises troubling questions about the potential for influence peddling and other forms of corruption.” The letter requests a complete accounting of all donations to the White House ballroom construction project, including the conditions under which contributions were made.

Specific details demanded include a complete list of all donors, individual and corporate, and details of any terms tied to donations. It also requests identification of donors with federal contracts, regulatory matters, or pending litigation, as well as records of any ethics advice or approvals related to the solicitation or acceptance of private donations. The letter, signed by Sens. Alex Padilla (D-CA), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), Jon Ossoff (D-GA), Bernie Sanders (I-VT), among others, gives the White House until November 5 to produce the information.

TONIGHT: Senate to Vote on Limiting Trump’s War Powers to Target Cartels.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Senate is set to vote on legislation aimed at limiting President Donald J. Trump’s ability to use military force against drug cartels, focusing on recent strikes against Venezuelan drug traffickers in the Caribbean.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, Senate Democrats, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), and Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD), among others.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The vote is set to take place on Wednesday in the U.S. Senate at 6:45 PM, following recent military actions in the Caribbean.

💬KEY QUOTE: “It sends a message when a significant number of legislators say, ‘Hey, this is a bad idea,’” said Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA).

🎯IMPACT: The legislation seeks to reassert congressional authority over war powers, but the White House has indicated President Trump would veto the measure if passed.

IN FULL

The Senate will vote Wednesday evening at 6:45 PM on a resolution aimed at restricting President Donald J. Trump‘s ability to conduct military strikes against drug cartels without congressional authorization. This comes after the U.S. military carried out four strikes on vessels used by Venezuelan drug traffickers in the Caribbean, resulting in 21 deaths and the interception of narcotics.

The Trump White House has argued that drug cartels are armed combatants posing a threat to the U.S., justifying military action under presidential war powers. However, some lawmakers, including Democrats and a few Republicans, question the legal basis for the strikes.

Senators Tim Kaine (D-VA) and Adam Schiff (D-CA) led the push for the resolution, citing concerns about the precedent such actions could set. “This is the kind of thing that leads a country, unexpectedly and unintentionally, into war,” Schiff warned. The resolution, brought under the War Powers Resolution of 1973, would bar further military strikes unless Congress explicitly authorized them.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) was the only Republican to cosponsor the resolution ahead of the vote, although others, such as Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-ND), expressed concerns about an alleged lack of detailed information from the administration. Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD), however, defended the President’s actions, stating, “I’m going to vote no when the President is exercising his constitutional responsibility.”

The White House has already indicated that President Trump would veto the resolution if it passed. Secretary of State Marco Rubio also urged senators to oppose the legislation, emphasizing the threat posed by drug cartels to U.S. safety and security.

Despite the support from Sen. Paul, the Democrat-backed resolution is still expected to fall short of the votes needed to pass.

New Russiagate Documents Show Media and Government Collusion.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Declassified documents reveal connections between former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey, Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), and leaks of classified information aimed at smearing President Donald J. Trump as colluding with Russia.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: James Comey, Sen. Schiff, reporters Ellen Nakashima and Michael Schmidt, and several Schiff staffers, including Rheanne Wirkkala and Timothy Bergreen.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Events occurred primarily in 2017, with leaks tied to Washington D.C. media and government offices.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Leaking the information was one way to topple the administration.” — FBI source on Schiff’s alleged actions said in 2017.

🎯IMPACT: The leaks contributed to the Russiagate narrative, undermined Trump, and led to Pulitzer-winning stories later debunked as false.

IN FULL

Newly declassified Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) documents suggest that senior congressional staffers working for Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), then a member of the House of Representatives, coordinated with intelligence officials and journalists to leak classified or sensitive information during the early months of the first Trump administration—actions some FBI sources believe were aimed at undermining the presidency.

The documents include FBI interview summaries (“302s”) with a whistleblower who served on the House Intelligence Committee for over a decade. According to the whistleblower, Schiff’s office formed a “Russia team” in early 2017 that selectively funneled intelligence to the press through intermediaries, including staff spouses who were reporters.

A February 13, 2017, meeting is cited as a key moment, where Schiff allegedly instructed aides to “leak classified derogatory information” about Trump to “friendly” journalists. Among the staffers named are Rheanne Wirkkala, Michael Bahar, Timothy Bergreen, and Patrick Boland.

The whistleblower told the FBI that Wirkkala “used her husband, a national security reporter, as a cut-out to provide classified information to journalists, including Ellen Nakashima at the Washington Post.” The documents note that several published stories closely mirrored intelligence that had only just been shared with the committee.

“Leaking the information was one way to topple the administration,” the source said, adding, “Everything is directed at Trump and trying to get him impeached.”

The revelations emerge from one of at least seven FBI leak investigations launched between 2017 and 2020. However, none led to criminal charges. The Justice Department’s Inspector General report, released alongside the FBI files, cites “insufficient evidence” and barriers such as the Speech or Debate Clause that shielded congressional communications from scrutiny.

While the IG acknowledged that some of the whistleblower’s claims could not be corroborated, the report also noted that certain digital records, such as deleted messages, spousal communications, and broader e-mail data, were not obtained during the probe.

Media figures mentioned in the documents include Nakashima, Michael Schmidt of the New York Times, and Shane Harris of the Washington Post, among others. The whistleblower alleged these journalists received “curated” leaks from intelligence staffers or their proxies.

Current FBI Director Kash Patel is reportedly reviewing whether to reopen several leak cases. The statute of limitations for unauthorized disclosure of classified information is 10 years, while espionage has no time limit.

Whistleblower: Schiff Leaked Classified Info in Anti-Trump Russia Hoax Effort.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Newly declassified Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) documents reveal whistleblower allegations that Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) directed the leaking of classified documents to target President Donald J. Trump and influence public opinion by perpetuating the Russia collusion hoax.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Adam Schiff, President Donald Trump, whistleblowers, and members of the House Intelligence Committee, including Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA).

📍WHEN & WHERE: The allegations stem from events beginning after Trump’s 2016 election victory, with interviews conducted by the FBI in 2017 and documents declassified in August 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States Donald J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP,” the FBI memo said.

🎯IMPACT: The allegations raise questions about the weaponization of intelligence and law enforcement for political purposes, with Congress now reviewing the declassified documents.

IN FULL

Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), while serving in the House of Representatives in 2016, directed the leaking of classified documents aimed at fomenting the Russia collusion hoax targeting President Donald J. Trump, according to whistleblower claims in newly declassified Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) documents. Currently being reviewed by Congress, the documents contain testimony from a whistleblower who worked for the Democrat members of the House Intelligence Committee. The whistleblower told the FBI that Schiff initiated the leaking of classified documents in a meeting after Trump’s election in 2016.

The whistleblower claims Schiff’s intention was to use selective leaks of classified documents to drive the Russia collusion narrative and hurt Trump. “In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States Donald J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP,” the FBI memo said. “[Redacted] stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured [Redacted] that they would not be caught leaking classified information.”

The whistleblower believed that this leaking would be “unethical,” “illegal,” and “treasonous.” The whistleblower was later “approached about leaking classified information in a separate meeting by unnamed individuals,” the FBI memo states.

The interview documents were declassified by FBI Director Kash Patel. “We found it. We declassified it,” Patel posted on X (formerly Twitter), adding: “Now Congress can see how classified info was leaked to shape political narratives—and decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people.”

Concerningly, the whistleblower told the FBI that Democrats on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence believed that they could end the Trump presidency with selective classified document leaks to the media. “Schiff believed Russia hijacked the election, and the United States was in the middle of a constitutional crisis. Classified information began leaking to the media. The Democratic minority leadership of HPSCI was aware of the leaks but was under the impression that leaking the information was one way to topple the administration and fix the constitutional crisis,” the whistleblower stated.

Russia Hoaxer Adam Schiff Under Criminal Investigation for Alleged Mortgage Fraud.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) is under criminal investigation for possible mortgage fraud after a referral to the Department of Justice by the Federal Housing Finance Agency.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Senator Adam Schiff, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maryland, FHFA Director William Pulte, and Fannie Mae financial crimes investigators.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The investigation spans alleged fraudulent transactions from 2003-2019 involving properties in Maryland and California.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA.” – Donald Trump

🎯IMPACT: Allegations of mortgage fraud could have significant legal and political consequences for Senator Schiff, and raise concerns about the stability of the U.S. mortgage market.

IN FULL

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maryland is conducting a criminal investigation into Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) for alleged mortgage fraud. The investigation follows a criminal referral made by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Schiff is accused of altering bank documents and property records in several cases to secure more favorable loan terms. Allegedly, Schiff claimed both his Burbank, California, and Maryland homes as his primary residences to obtain advantageous mortgage rates. The allegations span transactions from 2003 to 2019. Notably, under the former Biden government, mortgage rates for American homebuyers surged to their highest levels in several decades.

FHFA Director William Pulte stated, “Based on media reports, Mr. Adam B. Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, impacting payments from 2003-2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property.” He added, “As regulator of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks, we take very seriously allegations of mortgage fraud or other criminal activity. Such misconduct jeopardizes the safety and soundness of FHFA’s regulated entities and the security and stability of the U.S. mortgage market.”

President Donald J. Trump commented on Truth Social, “Adam Schiff said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA. I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook. The FRAUD began with the refinance of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until the Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on October 13, 2020.”

Fannie Mae financial crimes investigators accused Schiff of engaging in “a sustained pattern of possible occupancy misrepresentation” in five different loans. Trump added, “Mortgage Fraud is very serious, and CROOKED Adam Schiff (now a Senator) needs to be brought to justice.”

The National Pulse reported in April that New York Attorney General Letitia James, a key figure in Democratic Party lawfare efforts against President Trump, could face jail time stemming from allegations she engaged in multiple instances of mortgage fraud and falsification of records. Meanwhile, Schiff has also been accused by the DOJ Inspector General (IG) of having leaked classified materials to the media to push the Russia hoax narrative against Trump during his first term in office.

Schiff Gets Criminal Referral to DOJ.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency filed a criminal referral against Sen. Adam Schiff, alleging violations of federal laws tied to mortgage and tax fraud.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Director William Pulte of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and Attorney General Pam Bondi.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The referral, detailing actions spanning from 2003 to 2019, was sent to the Justice Department and covered properties in Maryland and California.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Based on media reports, Mr. Adam B. Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, impacting payments from 2003–2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property.” – William Pulte

🎯IMPACT: Schiff faces potential penalties, including up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines, if charged and convicted.

IN FULL

A criminal referral submitted by William Pulte, Director of the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), to Attorney General Pam Bondi, accuses Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) of possibly violating multiple federal statutes, including wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud, and making false statements to financial institutions.

According to a report published on July 17, Pulte’s referral is based on findings from Fannie Mae financial crimes investigators and outlines what he describes as a “pattern of possible occupancy misrepresentation” connected to Schiff’s handling of real estate holdings in Maryland and California from 2003 to 2019.

“Based on media reports, Mr. Adam B. Schiff has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, impacting payments from 2003–2019 for a Potomac, Maryland-based property,” Pulte wrote in the referral.

At the center of the allegations is Schiff’s repeated declaration of both his California and Maryland residences as “primary residences” on mortgage applications. This move would violate federal rules permitting only one primary residence designation at a time. The referral cites instances in 2009, 2011, and 2013 where Schiff refinanced his Maryland home while simultaneously identifying a California condominium as his principal residence.

According to the referral, this dual-claim arrangement was not corrected until 2020, when Schiff reclassified the Maryland property as a secondary residence.

“Primary residence mortgages receive more favorable loan terms, including lower interest rates, than secondary residence mortgages,” Pulte stated in the referral. He further alleged that Schiff financially benefited from these misrepresentations through more advantageous refinancing rates and a property tax reduction on his California home totaling approximately $7,000.

The referral also draws broader connections between Schiff’s alleged misconduct and ongoing concerns about mortgage fraud involving Democratic Party officials. It references explicitly related allegations involving New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Adam Schiff Abuses Critical Confirmation Committee Time to Lobby for His Friend Liz Cheney, Not Ordinary Americans.

Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), the mastermind behind the Russia hoax conspiracy targeting President Donald J. Trump, used Wednesday’s Senate confirmation hearing for Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi to grandstand for his friend and political ally, former Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY). The far-left California Democrat, who is accused by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General of leaking classified materials to the corporate media to smear Trump over alleged ties to Russia, questioned Bondi on whether she intends to investigate Cheney for potential crimes relating to her actions on the January 6 Select Committee.

“I’m asking you, sitting here today, whether you are aware of a factual predicate to investigate Liz Cheney,” Schiff pressed during her Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing on Wednesday. Bondi replied, “Senator, nobody has asked me to investigate Liz Cheney. That is a hypothetical.” Traditionally, cabinet and judicial nominees refrain from answering hypothetical questions, and the practice is generally frowned upon as a matter of Senate decorum.

Schiff pushed Bondi again, claiming that President-elect Trump has publicly called for Cheney to be investigated. Nonplussed, Bondi fired back at the California Senator, “You’re all so worried about Liz Cheney. You know what we should be worried about? The crime rate in California right now is through the roof. Your robberies are 87 percent higher than the national average.”

A recent investigation by the House of Representatives found that Cheney likely tampered with witnesses prior to their testimony before the Democrat-run January 6 Select Committee. According to the House findings, the former Congresswoman coached former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson on her testimony, urging her to alter parts of her story.

Consequently, President-elect Trump warned that Cheney “could be in a lot of trouble,” noting the House report asserts she likely broke several federal laws.

DOJ Inspector General Says Schiff and Swalwell Behind Russia Hoax Leaks.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) released a report last week revealing Democrat Members of Congress and their staff actively leaked classified materials to the media to push the Russia hoax narrative against President Donald J. Trump during his first term in office. According to the report, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was aware of the classified leaks and their sources but failed to pursue the matter adequately.

Representatives Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) were named in the report as having purposely leaked classified documents to several corporate media outlets. The report states that a whistleblower who served as a Democratic staffer on a congressional committee identified the two California Democrats to the FBI. The whistleblower stated they “suspected that Member 1 had previously leaked classified information and that Member 2 wanted to influence public opinion via the release of classified information.”

Additionally, the IG report states a senior Democrat congressional staffer was found to be communicating with at least three members of the media who subsequently published classified information that he had access to. However, despite evidence of the leak being handed over to the FBI, the agency declined to investigate further. The New York Times identified the suspected leaker as Michael Bahar.

The investigation included reviewing the communications of several congressional staffers. The DOJ appeared to monitor both Republican and Democrat staff members, as well as nonpartisan positions. A total of 21 Democrats and 20 Republicans had their communications analyzed. The report states that no charges were filed despite various individuals being implicated in leaks.

FBI Director Confirms Trump Was Assassin’s Target, Images of Other Leaders Cached from News Searches.

Christopher Wray, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), for the first time confirmed that former President Donald J. Trump was the intended target of would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks. According to Wray, the images of Joe Biden, Fani Willis, and other public officials found on Crooks’s electronic devices were merely cached images from news articles the 20-year-old gunman had read, and do not seem to be part of a target list.

In the week following the July 13 assassination attempt against former President Trump, multiple corporate media outlets, including CNN and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reported that law enforcement had photos of Biden, Willis, and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Crooks’s cell phone. The reports insinuated that these public officials were also likely targets of the shooter and that the attack on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, was merely one of opportunity.

CACHED IMAGES AND JFK’S ASSASSINATION.

However, the FBI director’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday has thrown cold water on the media’s misconstrual of Crooks’s intentions.

“The images that we’ve recovered so far from… appeared to be what we call cached images from searches of news articles,” Wray told the committee. “So if you do a news article search, of course, images—if there are photos on it—those photos get stored automatically in your cache, as opposed to… him searching for a specific person and getting up images of that person.”

Wray also noted that the shooter had searched how far Lee Harvey Oswald was positioned from President John F. Kennedy when fatally shot the late president in Dallas on November 22, 1963.

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), citing the reports of additional photos of public officials found on Crooks’s devices, still pressed Wray as to whether there were more targets.

“From that, any indication of any other particular target that is someone who was not just the subject of the search issue you just described but for which there was more of an interest than others?” asked Schiff, who was a ringleader of the Russia hoax scandal.

Wray responded, shaking his head ‘no,’ that the “information I just described, at the moment, does not appear particularly indicative of targeting in its own right.”

Russia Hoaxer Adam Schiff Calls on Biden to Drop Out of Presidential Race.

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) is calling on Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 presidential race. “[O]ur nation is at a crossroads. A second Trump presidency will undermine the very foundation of our democracy, and I have serious concerns about whether the President can defeat Donald Trump in November,” said Schiff—who is running for U.S. Senate in California—in a public statement.

The far-left Democrat, who was a prime instigator of the Russia collusion hoax leveled against former President Donald J. Trump, continued: “While the choice to withdraw from the campaign is President Biden‘s alone, I believe it is time for him to pass the torch.”

Schiff is the most powerful Democrat yet to come out publicly and call on Biden to forgo a run for re-election. The National Pulse reported earlier on Wednesday that former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)—a close ally of Schiff—has been conspiring behind the scenes to push Biden out of the race. Over a series of individual phone calls, the former House Speaker has pressed members regarding their district polling and how donors have responded to the mounting concerns that Biden is cognitively unfit for office.

Among Democrats, Schiff was the most aggressive peddler of the Russia collusion hoax, which claimed Russia’s President Vladimir Putin had aided Trump‘s election to the White House in 2016. Subsequently, the accusations made by Schiff and his colleagues—including Pelosi—were determined to be completely unfounded.

However, despite Democrat accusations that Trump colluded with Russia being dismissed by several federal investigations, Schiff and Pelosi have continued to peddle the falsehood.
