The number of illegal aliens injured whilst attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border has increased more than tenfold since Joe Biden took office, according to data compiled by the University of California, San Diego’s (UCSD) trauma center. From 2021-2023, USCD doctors treated 1,020 patients who sustained injuries crossing the border. In 2020, Trump’s final year in office, they treated just 92.
In 2023, doctors at UCSD treated 455 patients who sustained serious injuries while attempting to cross the border. Nearly all of these injuries occurred when the illegal aliens in question fell from the border wall and landed on the U.S. side, Alexander Tenorio, a neurosurgeon at UCSD who treats brain and spinal cord injuries, told The Guardian. UCSD recorded 311 border-crossing injuries in 2022 and 254 in 2021.
The numbers reflect the exponential increase in illegal border crossings that have occurred since Joe Biden took office. In October 2023, it was reported that the number of illegal border crossings under Biden’s watch exceeded 10 million. The crisis at the border has gotten so out of hand that a majority of Americans believe it constitutes an invasion.

The White House and Biden campaign are desperate to convince Americans that Joe Biden has done an excellent job handling the economy and that it is doing well under his watch. But so-called ‘Bidenomics’ has been an unmitigated disaster for most Americans.
Here are some of the top things people are concerned about in the real world:
1. With Biden in the White House, we’ve had a three-year inflation rate of 20 percent.
When inflation goes up, the value of the dollar goes down. That means people have less money to buy things, and the things they buy become more expensive.
2. Speaking of inflation, producer prices have risen 17.9 percent since Biden took office, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
This is the most significant increase since 12-month data were first calculated in November 2010. Producers are forced to increase the cost of the goods they make to keep up with rising inflation and stay profitable.
3. Rising inflation has real-world consequences. Sixty percent of Americans currently struggle to afford groceries.
This fact may be shocking, but it shouldn’t be surprising. Between January 2022 and January 2023, food prices rose over 10 percent, and the prices of staple foods like eggs and milk have increased dramatically since Biden took office.
4. Overall, food costs are up 21 percent since Biden took office.
But food isn’t the only thing that has become more expensive under Biden’s watch. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, rent costs are up 19 percent, and power costs are up 29 percent. Last year, it was reported that a record number of Americans are struggling to pay rent; these numbers help explain why.
5. Not only has Biden’s blatant economic mismanagement made it more expensive to eat, more costly to pay rent, and more expensive to power one’s home — it’s also made it more costly to drive.
Under the Biden regime, the average price of a gallon of gas exceeded $3 for 974 days in a row or nearly three years.
6. Another thing that’s become significantly more expensive under Biden’s watch is financing a home.
After three years of Bidenomics, the 30-year mortgage rate hit a 22-year high — a whopping 7.31 percent. Analysts say some homeowners could spend over 60 percent of their paychecks on their mortgages.
7. To put those mortgage rates into perspective, when Donald Trump was President, a $2000 mortgage paid for a house worth over $460,000.
Under the Biden regime, a $2000 mortgage is only enough for a house worth less than $295,000.
8. Given the eye-wateringly high mortgage rates, it’s no wonder that home ownership has been deemed “unaffordable” in 99 percent of the country.
America was once a place where most working- and middle-class families could own their own homes. Thanks to Bidenomics, that core part of the American Dream is a distant memory.
9. Given that practically everything needed to live and exist in modern society has become more expensive under Joe Biden’s watch, it’s hardly surprising that most Americans are struggling financially.
Sixty-two percent of Americans — nearly two-thirds of the population — report living paycheck to paycheck.
With all this in mind, it’s hardly surprising that a new poll shows Trump with an 11-point lead over Biden in terms of who would best handle the economy.
The numbers don’t lie. Bidenomics broke the American economy, and average Americans are suffering for it.

Nearly 9 out of 10 Americans — 86 percent — believe that Joe Biden is too old to serve another term as President, according to a recent ABC News/Ipsos poll. Although 59 percent of those polled believed that both Biden and former President Donald Trump are too old to serve as President, more than a quarter — 27 percent — believed that just Biden is too old compared to only 3 percent who felt the same way about Trump.
The poll comes amidst increasing concerns about Biden’s mental state and cognitive abilities following a series of gaffes and a damning report by special counsel Robert Hur regarding the current President’s mishandling of classified documents. Hur, who decided not to prosecute Biden, described him as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and revealed that he could not remember when his son Beau died or when his terms as Vice President began or ended.
Earlier this month, Biden also claimed to have met with French President François Mitterrand of France, who died in 1996, at the G7 Summit. Days later, he claimed to have spoken with German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, who died in 2017, at the same summit. Immediately following the release of Hur’s report, Biden confused the Mexican and Egyptian presidents.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed Monday that Joe Biden will not receive a cognitive test during his upcoming physical exam, despite increasing concerns about the 81-year-old’s mental faculties.
“I’m just gonna say what Dr. O’Connor said to me about a year ago when [Biden’s physical] was released,” Jean-Pierre responded when asked if the notion of Biden’s taking a cognitive test was a legitimate idea. “The president proves every day how he operates and how he thinks, by dealing with world leaders, by making difficult decisions on behalf of the American people — whether it’s domestic or it’s national security,” Jean-Pierre said.
In the year since Biden’s last physical, however, several stories have emerged that seriously call into question both Biden’s memory and general cognitive abilities.
Last week, Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report following an investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. The report recommended against charging Biden with a crime, describing him as an “elderly man with a poor memory.” Hur also revealed that Biden could not remember the date of his son Beau’s death nor when he was Vice President. The same week, Biden told a crowd that he spoke with deceased French President François Mitterrand and deceased German Chancellor Helmut Kohl at the G7 Summit. Immediately following the release of Hur’s report, Biden also appeared to imply that Mexico borders Gaza.
A recent poll found that nearly nine out of 10 Americans believe Biden is too old to serve a second term as President.

In an effort to appeal to young voters, the Biden campaign launched a TikTok account on Sunday — even though Joe Biden signed a law banning its use by federal employees, and while the Chinese Communist-owned app is still under investigation by the U.S. government.
In 2022, Biden signed a law prohibiting federal employees from using TikTok on government-issued devices. Recently, it was reported that American TikTok users’ information is still being shared with China. Efforts to ban or regulate TikTok’s use were thwarted by a massive lobbying and influence operation.
The campaign’s decision to create a TikTok account comes after polls showed Biden hemorrhaging support among young people. According to Pew Research, roughly a third of 18-29-year-olds use TikTok regularly — a demographic the Biden campaign is desperate to rally as other traditional Democrat voting blocks continue to abandon the President. In addition to using an app that may be used by the Chinese Communist Party to spy on Americans, the Biden campaign has also floated the idea of sending Biden to Taylor Swift concerts to shore up young voters’ support.

In a recent segment on “CNN This Morning,” Bloomberg senior Washington correspondent Salena Mohsin speculated on President Biden’s decision to skip the traditional network news Super Bowl interview this Sunday – the second time he has done so. Mohsin suggested that the decision might indicate concerns about the President’s capacity to handle questions or articulate his responses during a live interview, particularly considering the scale of the viewing audience on Super Bowl Sunday. This avoidance marks a departure from the practice initiated during President Obama’s first term and mostly followed by subsequent Presidents.
The topic was raised during a discussion about the prospect of upcoming presidential debates ahead of November’s general election. When co-anchor Phil Mattingly expressed certainty that debates would occur, Mohsin urged him to reconsider, hinting at the unpredictability of recent political years.
Importantly, this avoidance of media interaction is not entirely unprecedented for President Biden, who gave only seven formal interviews in 2022. Some White House press corps members have voiced criticism about Biden’s apparent reluctance to engage with the media. One anonymous reporter told Fox News Digital last year about the press corps’ concerns regarding perceived attempts by the White House staff to shield the President.

Train derailments have increased in the year since the East Palestine, Ohio rail disaster, regulatory reports have revealed.
Derailments at the top five freight railroads rose by 13 percent during the first ten months of 2023, the most recent period for which data is available. Those freight companies include BNSF, Canadian National, CPKC, CSX Transportation, and Norfolk Southern — the operator whose trains derailed in East Palestine.
Legislation to address the issue — the Railway Safety Act — was introduced in the Senate in March 2023. However, the bill has faced strong opposition from railroad industry lobbyists who claim it would actually inhibit the introduction of new safety measures.
“These figures show the railroad industry’s safety standards are getting worse,” said bill co-sponsor Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH). “We can reverse the trend by passing the Railway Safety Act immediately.”
On February 3, 2023, 51 cars of a freight train operated by Norfolk Southern carrying hazardous materials derailed, resulting in a massive explosion, fires that lasted more than two days, and the spilling of 100,000 gallons of hazardous materials, including vinyl chloride, benzene residue, and butyl acrylate.
Despite a White House statement that Joe Biden planned to visit East Palestine this month, such a visit has yet to materialize.

Robert Hur, special counsel, has announced his decision not to charge former Vice President Joe Biden in relation to the mishandling of classified materials. Hur’s investigation found evidence indicating Biden “willfully retained” documents critical to national security after his vice presidency, while he was a private citizen.
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report explains, but says evidence “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”
The report takes particular aim at Biden’s cognitive abilities, which have recently been underscored by his claims to have discussed the events of January 6th, 2021, with long-dead French President Francois Mitterand.
Biden’s memory, says the special counsel report, “was significantly limited.” It added: “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory… It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
“In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse. He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (“if it was 2013 – when did I stop being Vice President?”), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (“in 2009, am I still Vice President?”). He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died. And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said he “had a real difference” of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama.”
The refusal to prosecute Biden due to his age and poor cognitive function flies in the face of the persistent establishment talking points that “no one is above the law.” Indeed, in this instance, the special counsel appears to make the case that because no jury would prosecute Biden despite his obvious guilt, the case must be dropped.
The report also details how Biden leveraged the sensitive government information for profit, using notebooks he should not have had for a book published in 2017: “After the vice presidency, Mr. Biden kept these 2 classified notebooks in unsecured and unauthorized spaces at his Virginia and Delaware homes and used some of the notebooks as reference material for his second memoir, Promise Me, Dad, which was published in 2017.”
A ghostwriter is also said to have “found” classified material in a rental unit in Virginia, “in a badly damaged box surrounded by household detritus.”
The special counsel report goes further into Biden’s mental incapacity, adding: “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

Editor’s Notes
Behind-the-scenes political intrigue exclusively for Pulse+ subscribers.
The Biden regime is spending millions to create AI tools that can be used to “combat mis/disinformation” on social media, targeting veterans and people in rural communities.
The details: House Republicans released a report yesterday highlighting how the regime’s National Sciences Foundation (NSF) has distributed millions of dollars in funding to elite universities under a program called “Trust & Authenticity in Communication Systems.”
Their goal is to create tools that can identify “misinformation” that targets people with “vulnerabilities to disinformation methods.”
Who are those people with ‘vulnerabilities’? One MIT researcher on the project specifically referred to “military veterans, older adults, military families” and those in “rural and indigenous communities.” So conservatives…
This researcher told the NSF that “broad swaths of the public cannot effectively sort truth from fiction online.”
What sort of “misinformation” are they targeting? A researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison said they were focused on “skepticism regarding the integrity of U.S. elections and hesitancy related to COVID-19 vaccines.”
Big picture: While we don’t know what the timeline or end game is for this project, the legitimate concern is that it could be deployed by social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube ahead of the 2024 election to censor information that the regime deems unfavorable – just like they did with the Hunter Biden laptop story days before the 2020 election.
What happens next? House Republicans have subpoenaed the Biden regime agency, demanding their director Sethuraman Panchanathan “hand over all internal records discussing the suppression or restriction of online content.”
A new poll by SurveyUSA shows former President Donald Trump leading Joe Biden by 10 points amongst independent voters, 48 percent to 38 percent.
The survey of over 1,000 general election voters also shows Trump with an overall lead of 5 points against Biden, 49 percent to 44 percent. Although both candidates were found to have a net negative favorability rating, Trump remains far more popular than Biden, with a net favorability of -6 percent to Biden’s -16 percent.
The poll suggests that Trump is maintaining his substantial lead over Biden with independents despite the efforts of the regime to portray Trump as a threat to democracy and Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley’s ongoing spoiler campaign.
In addition to his unpopularity with independent voters, Biden also continues to hemorrhage support amongst blacks and Hispanics.
A Gallup poll released Wednesday found that Biden’s lead among black voters is the lowest it has been since 1999, while Hispanic support for the Democrat is the lowest for a Democratic presidential candidate since 2011.
