Biden Capital Gains Tax Increase

Biden’s Capital Gains Tax More Than DOUBLE That of Communist China.

Joe Biden‘s 2025 budget proposal could raise the federal capital gains tax to as high as 44.6 percent for many Americans. When combined with state-level capital gains taxes, the rate could exceed 50 percent in some of America’s most populous states. Two provisions in the budget are responsible for the increase: one that raises the tax rate across the board and another that bumps the rate further on high-income earners.

A footnote in the Biden budget details the rate hike: “A separate proposal would first raise the top ordinary rate to 39.6 percent … An additional proposal would increase the net investment income tax rate by 1.2 percentage points above $400,000.” The footnote continues: “Together, the proposals would increase the top marginal rate on long-term capital gains and qualified dividends to 44.6 percent.”

Americans for Tax Reform (ATR)’s analysis of Biden’s budget further notes that “California will face a combined federal-state rate of 59 [percent], New Jersey 55.3 [percent], Oregon at 54.5 [percent], Minnesota at 54.4 [percent], and New York state at 53.4 [percent].” According to the tax group, if Biden‘s budget were enacted, the effective capital gains rate would be more than double that of Communist China.

The Biden capital gains plan would result in the highest rate ever enacted in the United States, exceeding the 40 percent rate under President Jimmy Carter. Additionally, ATR notes the budget proposal would also remove “stepped-up basis” when a parent dies, effectively enacting a second Death Tax. This would result in a mandatory capital gains tax realized at death. When Congress attempted to end the “stepped-up basis” in 1976, they had to reverse the decision before the law took effect as it was completely unworkable.

Carter would go on to lose the 1980 presidential election by a landslide.

DATA: Trump Gets Bump In 5 Crucial Battleground States.

Former President Donald Trump is now ahead in key battleground states, surpassing Joe Biden in recent polls released on Wednesday, indicating a swing in political momentum. According to the latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll, Trump’s lead, already evident in Arizona, Nevada, and North Carolina since March, has expanded. Additionally, Trump is now also leading in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Trump’s lead has extended to six points in a head-to-head comparison between the two in Michigan and seven other swing states. The polled margins put Trump one point ahead in Pennsylvania, four points in Wisconsin, six in Georgia, seven in Arizona, eight in Nevada, and ten in North Carolina.

Conversely, Biden remains in the lead in Michigan by a slight margin of two points. This lead, however, has slimmed since March when both candidates were tied. The economy stands as the most imperative issue to voters, with 51 percent of the respondents signaling their concern about its worsening state by year-end.

Survey takers also had far more faith in Trump’s economic management, with the former president having a 16-point lead when voters were asked under whose administration the U.S. economy was better. A survey released earlier this month revealed that over half of Americans rate Biden’s economy as “poor.”

Biden Planned Parenthood

‘Catholic’ Biden Handed $700M to Planned Parenthood in One Year, Fueling Record Abortions.

The federal government granted nearly $700 million to Planned Parenthood during an annual period where the organization performed almost 400,000 abortions.

According to its “Above and Beyond” Annual Report, during its 2022-2023 year, ending June 30, 2023, Planned Parenthood received $699.3 million in government grants and ‘health services’ reimbursements. From 2022 to 2023, the organization performed 392,715 abortions, an increase over the 392,715 abortions it performed between 2021 and 2022.

The rise in abortions happened in conjunction with a decline in all other major services provided by the clinic.

The report also noted that “Demand at Planned Parenthood health centers in states where abortion is protected has soared by up to 700%,” suggesting that the organization is profiting from ‘abortion tourism’ as other states take measures to protect life following the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Within 2023, over two dozen Planned Parenthood affiliates assisted more than 33,000 women in receiving abortions through financial and transportation assistance.

“Planned Parenthood’s annual report illustrates their priorities,” said Tessa Longbons Cox, senior researcher at Charlotte Lozier Institute. “Ultimately, they are an abortion business. It’s no surprise that even as total patients and services fell from the previous year, profits soared and Planned Parenthood performed more abortions than ever.”

Last month, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey sued Planned Parenthood for “trafficking minors” across state lines to get abortions without parental consent. The controversial organization was also hit with fresh allegations that it sold body parts of aborted babies for profit.

Biden’s Title IX Changes Mandate Transgender Pronouns in Schools.

Last week, the Biden government announced its latest Title IX regulations, which deliver protections for gender identity, without explicitly mentioning “transgender” terminology. These rules, set to take effect on August 1, will mean all public schools risk legal and fiscal consequences if non-compliant. While not stating so outright, the regulations are viewed as enabling transgender students access to restrooms and changing rooms of their choice and would force schools to use students’ ‘preferred pronouns.’ Biden regime officials appeared to confirm these concerns in a press call with LGBTQ activists.

“These regulations make it crystal clear that no one should have to abandon their educational aspirations due to discrimination, whether it’s based on pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other sex-based factors,” Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said.

‘A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT WOULD BE RECOGNIZED.’

Addressing a direct question about pronoun use, another Biden official confirmed that schools could be penalized for refusing to use transgender pronouns.

“The way that we would analyze that question is to assess whether a student is experiencing a sex-based hostile environment,” the official said. “[I]f the facts meet those standards, which is if, under the totality of the circumstances, sex-based conduct that is subjectively and objectively offensive to a student and to a person in the school community and it rises to the level that it limits or denies access to education, then a hostile environment would be recognized and we would evaluate whether the school had taken sufficient steps to remedy that hostile environment.”

Critics contend these regulations infringe on First Amendment rights by mantheydating recognition of gender identity and could prove to be an issue for the Biden government in court. “There are First Amendment problems with this regulation that the agency repeatedly dismisses without addressing. This will be a problem for the Biden admin in litigation,” wrote lawyer and child advocate Julie Hamill on X (formerly Twitter).

DATA: RFK Takes More From Trump Than Biden in Latest NBC Poll.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has secured 13 percent of the vote in a new NBC poll, closing in on the 15 percent required in consecutive polls, one of the qualifications for the national debate stage. The National Pulse has previously detailed how this process works.

The uptick for RFK has resulted in a lead for Joe Biden over Donald Trump when the three are prompted for in the latest 3.1 percent margin-of-error data. The survey reveals that Trump leads by two points in Kennedy’s absence, but trails by two with Kennedy included – a four-point swing in Biden’s favor.

RFK took another step towards the national debate stage last week, securing a place on the Michigan ballot.

The National Pulse’s Editor-in-Chief, Raheem Kassam, wrote last week on the danger to MAGA of RFK debating. In the widely-read analysis piece, he warned: “Currently, RFK takes a few more percentage points (margin of error stuff) from Biden than Trump. But I point people back to the 2010 General Election in the United Kingdom, where Nick Clegg (now of Meta fame) was leading the Liberal Democrat party and managed to negotiate his way onto the national televised debate stage.

“Originally, folks rightly assumed he would predominantly take votes from the Labour Party.

“Two days before the first debate, Labour polled at 32, Conservatives at 41, and the Liberal Democrats were at 18 percent. Two days after, in the same poll, Labour stood at 28 percent (down four), Conservatives at 33 (down eight) and the Liberals were now at 30 percent.”

Biden Border

Biden Drops $300 Million (Of Your Cash) on Sanctuary Cities.

The Biden regime’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is allocating $300 million to ‘sanctuary‘ cities offering support such as shelter and food to illegal aliens. In light of a surge in border crossings, this funding will be channeled through the Shelter and Services Program (SSP). The SSP funds non-federal bodies such as NGOs and local governments that aid illegal aliens who are released into the United States. Of the total funding, $275 million will be dispensed initially, with the remaining $25 million set aside for later in the year.

The program covers costs related to providing shelter, food, transportation, medical care, and personal hygiene to illegal aliens. Other expenses, such as the remodeling of existing facilities, clothing, translation services, outreach information, and administrative costs, are also included.

In addition to this, DHS disclosed an allocation of $340.9 million for the SSP competitive grant program. This comes after a distribution of over $780 million last year through SSP and another program to sanctuary cities and organizations providing services to illegals.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data, the influx of illegal immigrants into the United States has skyrocketed in recent years, with exceptional numbers recorded in FY 2023 and the first six months of FY 2024.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) estimates that nearly 16 million illegal immigrants have entered the United States during President Biden’s tenure. Critics argue that policies under the current government have led to increased illegal entry into the country, citing a significant rise in the number of people on the terrorism watchlist attempting to cross the border unlawfully.

Prince Harry Drugs Visa

Prince Harry ‘Knew He Would Get Away’ with Drug Confession with Biden in Office.

Prince Harry “knew he would get away” with confessing to illegal drug use in his memoir, Spare, and suffer no consequences to his visa status while Biden is in office.

Harry has found himself ensnared in a political and legal clash in the U.S. following recent public disclosures about his past drug use. In his memoir and in supporting interviews, Harry confessed to past use of marijuana, cocaine, magic mushrooms, and ayahuasca, suggesting he lied on his visa application. For the time being, the Royal is unlikely to face any consequences for doing so, with Ambassador Jane Hartley insisting recently that deportation action against him was “not going to happen in the Biden administration.”

“What this intervention by the American ambassador shows us is that the Biden administration were [sic] prepared to allow the king’s son into the country regardless of what rules he may or may not have broken. So, maybe he knew he would get away with it,” said royal expert Lady Colin Campbell.

“The issue that perhaps Harry hadn’t thought about so clearly is what would happen if there were to be a change of government. If Trump wins, Harry may well come to regret these very foolish remarks, made no doubt at the urging of his publisher to sell a few more books,” Campbell continued. “The reality is that no foreigner has an inviolable right to enter another country and you can be made a ‘persona non grata’ at the drop of a hat.”

The Heritage Foundation, a right-leaning public policy think tank, is lobbying for disclosure from the Biden government regarding any drug-use admissions on the Prince’s visa application. Such admissions can typically bar a person’s entry into the U.S., as drug use pertains to applicants’ moral character under visa rules.

Joe Biden Repeats Trump ‘Bloodbath’ Hoax.

In a campaign visit to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Thursday President Joe Biden repeated the Trump “bloodbath” hoax.

During a speech, Biden said that former President Donald Trump “means it” when he allegedly called for a “bloodbath.” In reality, Trump did not call for a bloodbath, but used the term to describe the state of the U.S. auto industry under Joe Biden.

“He called—you know he means it. He argues for another bloodbath when he loses again,” said Biden. Biden’s implication seems to be that Trump is calling for violence should he lose the election.

The National Pulse previously reported that the “bloodbath” hoax was started by MeidasTouch Network, a White House-linked media group known for its controversial contributors and its promotion of anti-Trump disinformation.

Last month, Trump blasted the media for promoting the hoax. “The Fake News Media, and their Democrat Partners in the destruction of our Nation, pretended to be shocked at my use of the word BLOODBATH, even though they fully understood that I was simply referring to imports allowed by Crooked Joe Biden, which are killing the automobile industry,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Kenol Baptiste

Haitian Double Murderer Allowed into U.S. Via Biden’s CBP App.

In New York, a Haitian national, Kenol Baptiste, now faces charges for the murder of two individuals following his entry into the United States via parole, facilitated through the Biden regime’s CBP One application. The application, initially developed under the Trump administration, was massively expanded under the Biden government, allowing the regime to fast-track the parole process and allow up to 1,450 migrants per day to arrange entry processing.

Baptiste, who was arrested on April 1 in Middletown, NY, is accused of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and fourth-degree criminal weapon possession. The victims succumbed to multiple stab wounds. Baptiste was apprehended in a nearby woodland region by the police’s K9 team and subsequently detained at Orange County Jail.

Baptiste was documented to have arrived in the U.S. in July 2023 via the Paso Del Norte port of entry in El Paso, Texas. He scheduled his port entry using the CBP One app, was paroled into the U.S., and was given notice to appear in immigration court. ICE has since issued a detainer for Baptiste, requesting that he be transferred to ICE custody upon his release from jail.

Republicans have criticized the expanded use of the app, which since 2023 has enabled over 547,000 individuals to schedule appointments. Critics describe it as a ‘concierge service’ for illegal aliens. The application is not solely restricted to ports of entry but also permits up to 30,000 migrants from countries including Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to arrive in the US directly, once parole approval is granted. Most of the illegals flown directly into the country by the Biden regime have gained entry via the app.

Last month, another Haitian illegal who entered the country under Biden’s parole program was charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in Massachusetts.

Over 50% Say Biden’s Economy is ‘Poor.’

More than half of Americans believe that Joe Biden’s economy is “poor” and less than a quarter believe it is good, according to a new poll from The New York Times/Siena.

The poll, conducted from April 7 to 11, found that 52 percent of Americans describe the current state of the nation’s economy as “poor.” Less than a quarter gave a positive description of the economy, with 17 percent describing it as “good” and just 4 percent describing it as “excellent.” Just over a quarter of respondents — 27 percent – described the economy as “fair.”

Additionally, the poll revealed that a substantial number of Americans are not happy with the direction the country is heading under Biden’s stewardship. Some 64 percent of respondents believe the nation is on the wrong track under President Biden’s leadership. Just 25 percent said the country is on the right track.

Biden’s handling of the economy has been a persistent weakness throughout his presidency. Serious levels of inflation persist as Americans struggle with rising living costs, and nearly all of the ‘new‘ jobs added to the economy under Biden’s watch are the result of individuals taking part-time work.
