Newsom Abortion Tourism

DEAD BABIES INC: Newsom Rushes to Boost CA’s Abortion Tourism Industry.

Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom will propose legislation designed to boost abortion tourism from neighboring Arizona. The proposed bill would provide Arizona abortionists expedited licenses in California in order to provide abortions for the influx of Arizonans expected to travel to California for the procedures.

“Arizona AG Kris Mayes identified a need to expedite the ability for Arizona abortion providers to continue to provide care to Arizonans as a way to support patients in their state seeking abortion care in California,” Brandon Richards, a spokesman for Newsom, said in a statement. If the bill passes, Arizona abortionists may be able to get approval to work in California in as little as five days.

Newsom’s move follows the Arizona Supreme Court’s upholding of an 1864 law that effectively bans all abortions in the state. The ruling has proved highly controversial, and the Biden campaign has seized on it in an effort to link former President Donald Trump to local state efforts to implement abortion restrictions.

Trump, however, has made it clear that he does not wish to enact a nationwide federal ban on abortions, arguing that the matter is one on which individual states should decide. He also cautioned Republicans on the unpopularity of total bans with voters and the risk such bans pose to Republicans’ electoral prospects.

Trump Leads 3rd NBC Poll

NBC Sounds Alarm as Trump Trounces Biden on Inflation, Fitness, and Competence.

Donald Trump leads Joe Biden for a third straight NBC News national poll, 46 percent to 44 percent, and has a substantial lead over the incumbent in several key metrics. These include the public’s view of who has the stronger record, who is more mentally and physically fit for the presidency, and who would handle a crisis and issues such as inflation better. NBC journalists are sounding the alarm, calling the findings a “clear liability” for Biden.

Trump’s lead over Biden is strongest on dealing with inflation and the cost of living, at 22 points. This reflects separate polling that found 75 percent of Americans believe the cost of living is getting worse, with most people in this bloc favoring Trump over Biden. Similarly, Trump is favored by voters who believe their income is average, below average, or far below average. Biden is only favored by voters who believe their income is above average or far above average.

Trump also leads Biden by 19 points in terms of mental and physical fitness for office, by 11 points on general competence and effectiveness, by seven points on having a strong record of accomplishment, and by four points on crisis management.

‘A CLEAR LIABILITY.’

“Who has the strong record as president? … Trump [is] outpacing Biden on that front… Necessary mental and physical health. We asked this four years ago. It was a wash. It’s now a clear liability for Joe Biden. So these are all troubling numbers for Biden,” commented Steve Kornacki, a senior NBC and MSNBC correspondent.

Trump led Biden by five points in the NBC News national poll for January 2024 and by two points in November 2023. The America First leader was tied with Biden in September. The 81-year-old Democrat last polled ahead of Trump in July.

However, Biden takes a two-point lead over Trump when Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is included in polling. This suggests the lifelong Democrat now takes more votes from Trump than the incumbent.

Michael Cohen Meidas Touch

Michael Cohen, Disgraced ‘Star Witness,’ is Now Part of The Epstein-Linked MeidasTouch Network Described as Biden’s ‘Front Lines.’

Michael Cohen, the disbarred former lawyer to Donald Trump expected to serve as a star witness in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s election interference prosecution of the former president, is now a contributor to MeidasTouch. The far-left news network responsible for the “bloodbath” hoax has been described as the “front line” of the anti-Trump campaign by Joe Biden’s White House.

Cohen, an admitted perjuror and felon, is prominent among MeidasTouch’s list of contributors, directly below its Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs-linked co-founder Ben Meiselas.

Among several articles the disgraced lawyer has penned for MeidasTouch is one titled ‘My Testimony,’ in which he brags about having “accused Trump of a wide range of wrongdoings, including racism, tax fraud, and obstruction of justice” at seven congressional hearings.

The article argues witnesses like Cohen “must be protected when testifying against dangerous individuals like Donald Trump.” Among the dangers Cohen lists are “public scrutiny,” which he complains is “stressful and can damage [your] reputation.”

One such episode of damaging “scrutiny” was revealed in December 2023, when unsealed court filings showed he supplied his lawyer with fake legal citations made up by Google Bard and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) program similar to ChatGPT.

Cohen blamed his lawyer, David Schwartz, for the fiasco, insisting it was up to Schwartz to check that the fake cases he supplied actually existed before placing them before a judge.

Prosecutors are aware of Cohen’s dubious character, having listed him as one of several witnesses in the case with “bad issues” in comments to prospective jurors.

ROGUE’S GALLERY.

Cohen is not the only controversial figure associated with MeidasTouch. The network, which began as a Democrat political action committee (PAC), received thousands of dollars from Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman, a visitor to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, in 2020.

Hoffman, the billionaire co-founder of LinkedIn, has also bankrolled Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley‘s primary challenge against Trump, E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit against the former president, and legal defense of Russia hoaxers Fusion GPS.

Another early funder of MeidasTouch is the Lincoln Project, a Republican-in-name-only organization founded to oppose Donald Trump. Lincoln Project co-founder John Weaver had to exit politics after over 20 young males, including a minor, accused him of harassing or grooming them.

Contributors besides Cohen include ‘Coach D’ – who believes America’s founders were all white supremacists, rapists, and pedophiles – as well as Karen Friedman Agnifilo, who worked for five years with Trump prosecutor Jack Smith.

Letitia James Loses Frivolous Attempt to Call Trump Bond Payment Into Question.

New York Attorney General Letitia James took another loss on Monday morning in her ongoing attempt to persecute President Donald J. Trump. Democrat-linked Judge Arthur Engoron upheld the renegotiated $175M bond secured by Trump in the NY “fraud” trial.

James had questioned the insurer that posted Trump’s bond’s financial status and regulatory compliance and, in a court filing, challenged the “sufficiency of the surety” provided by Knight Specialty Insurance Company (KSIC).

Despite her ongoing attempts to force Trump to pay more, James’s case was effectively turfed out by Engoron, who made some small monitoring amendments to the rules to placate the New York AG.

Letitia James’s office is said to have spent more time on the politically-motivated cases against Donald Trump than almost all other crime in New York put together, costing taxpayers time, cash, and safety.

‘They Want Him Killed.’ – Lawyer Explains Latest Democrat Plot Against Trump.

Legal analyst Alan Dershowitz has warned moves by Democrat lawmakers to take away Donald Trump’s security if he is sent to prison are intended to facilitate his murder. Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS), Ranking Member of the Committee on Homeland Security, has put forward legislation to strip anyone sentenced to a year or more in prison for a federal or state felony of Secret Service protection.

“That’s ridiculous, that means they want him killed because he’s obviously a target,” Dershowitz said of Thompson’s Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable (DISGRACED) Former Protectees Act.

“We live in an age where everybody is in danger… certainly Donald Trump needs to get Secret Service protection,” he added.

Thompson has made it clear his bill targets Trump, complaining that “current law doesn’t anticipate how Secret Service protection would impact the felony prison sentence of a protectee – even a former President.”

“[I]t is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment,” he insists.

‘GUARANTEED VICTORY.’

Dershowitz does not believe Trump will be imprisoned at the end of his election interference trial in Manhattan. He predicts New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan will “bluff, fine and threat, but he’s not going to throw Donald Trump in jail.”

Such a move would mean “a guaranteed victory” in November’s presidential election, Dershowitz explained.

Trump’s legal team argues Merchan is compromised due to his family’s ties to the Democratic Party. The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, has links to Adam Schiff and Kamala Harris and expressed support for her father imprisoning Trump by sharing pictures of him behind bars on social media.

However, Judge Merchan has refused requests that he recuse himself and banned the former president from talking about his family.

DATA: Majority Now Say Trump Trials ‘A Witch Hunt,’ Agree ‘Fair Trial’ is ‘Not Likely.’

A majority of voters believe that the prosecution of President Donald J. Trump is a “politically motivated witch hunt,” and that he is unlikely to be able to get a fair trial in New York City, according to numbers released Monday by Rasmussen Reports.

The data, which emerges from a national survey of 1,126 U.S. likely voters, reveals that just 27 percent of those survey think it is “very likely” Trump receives a fair trial. Fifteen percent say it is “somewhat likely,” but a combined 51 percent majority believe it is “not very likely” or “not likely at all.” Six percent told Rasmussen they were “not sure.”

Additionally, 54 percent were inclined to agree with President Donald Trump that the case against him, especially in the so-called “hush money” trial in New York, is a “politically motivated witch hunt.” Forty percent disagreed, with six percent unsure, again.

Almost 70 percent of Hispanic voters – versus 55 percent of whites, and 43 percent of blacks – believe the trial is a witch hunt.

Opening arguments begin in the Manhattan courtroom today, with the presiding judge, a Democrat donor and his children, set to materially benefit from a guilty verdict against the former President.

David Pecker Witness Trump Trial

National Enquirer Chief David Pecker Likely First Trump Trial Witness.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office is set to call upon David Pecker, former chairman of American Media Inc., as its initial witness against Donald Trump. As head of American Media Inc., responsible for publishing the National Enquirer, Pecker is accused of involvement in multiple “catch-and-kill” operations in which potentially damaging stories were acquired and then suppressed.

Pecker, however, presided over an organization that had to settle numerous lawsuits for its fabrications and fantasies, including the 2014 case involving the late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, the 2003 case of Rep. Gary Condit, the 2017 case featuring Judge Judy, as well as stories featuring Kate Hudson, and others.

Prosecutors are expected to call on Pecker following completion of opening statements.

Pecker also stands accused of “extortion and blackmail” – words used by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos after the Enquirer acquired correspondence belonging to Bezos and his then-lover Lauren Sanchez.

Anti-Trump Impeachment ‘Whistleblower’ Linked To Joe & Hunter Biden’s Ukraine Grift.

Newly obtained emails indicate the whistleblower who sparked the first impeachment of former President Donald Trump with accusations of a ‘quid pro quo’ deal involving U.S. military aid for Ukraine was also connected with the Biden family‘s business affairs in the Eastern European country.

According to White House documents recently released by the National Archives, Eric Ciaramella knew of then-Vice President Joe Biden’s efforts to remove Ukrainian Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the Hunter Biden-connected energy firm Burisma.

Ciaramella, who served as a national security analyst and adviser to Biden, responded with surprise in an email to the then-Vice President’s threat to withhold $1 billion in funds for Ukraine unless Shokin was fired. The emails also show that Ciaramella played a key role in discussions within the White House on how to handle Hunter Biden‘s appointment to the Burisma board.

In response to the revelations, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told RealClear Investigations: “It now seems there was material evidence that would have been used at the impeachment trial [to exonerate Trump].” Turley added, “Trump was alleging there was a conflict of interest with the Bidens, and the evidence could have challenged Biden’s account and established his son’s interest in the Shokin firing.”

When then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt emailed a news item to Ciaramella highlighting Biden‘s attempt to extort the firing of Shokin, he replied: “Yikes. I don’t recall this coming up in our meeting with them.”

We Spoke With Someone Who Knows ‘Bernie Bro’ Max Azzarello, Who Self-Immolated Outside the Trump Court House Today.

Maxwell Crosby Azzarello, the man believed to have lit himself on fire outside the Trump hush money trial in Manhattan earlier today, is a left-wing activist who The National Pulse is told worked on the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign. According to an individual who has known Azzarello for many years, he suffered from mental illness and was involuntarily committed at least once in the last year.

“This is truly awful. He was actually a nice guy,” the friend told The Pulse. Despite his leftist politics, Azzarello maintained friendships with conservatives as well. The individual we spoke with works in Republican Party politics.

“THE PONZI PAPERS.”

Azzarello posted an explanation for his self-immolation on his Substack page, entitled “The Ponzi Papers.” His post begins, “My name is Max Azzarello, and I am an investigative researcher who has set himself on fire outside of the Trump trial in Manhattan.”

“We are victims of a totalitarian con, and our own government (along with many of their allies) is about to hit us with an apocalyptic fascist world coup,” he wrote before addressing his act of self-immolation: “To my friends and family, witnesses and first responders, I deeply apologize for inflicting this pain upon you. But I assure you it is a drop in the bucket compared to what our government intends to inflict.”

Azzarello accuses billionaire investor Peter Thiel of purposefully inciting a bank run last year, causing the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. The purpose of the bank run was part of a larger scheme by individuals involved with cryptocurrency to fake a banking crisis so they could move money out of the banks without the public or media noticing. According to Azzarello, who describes himself as an independent researcher, “the banks were used to move out stolen Ponzi money. This signals that they’re no longer dumping cash in to keep the cryptocurrency Ponzi afloat, and that it will soon go insolvent, as all Ponzis must.”

He goes on to claim that when the Ponzi scheme collapses, “it will take down half the stock market” and is the cause of global inflation. Azzarello additionally alleges the U.S. government unleashed the COVID-19 pandemic to cover up the stock market distortions caused by the cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme.

CLINTON AND BUSH CONSPIRACIES.

The rest of his Substack post is a mix of Clinton and Bush family conspiracies that he claims tie them to Joe Biden and Donald Trump. Numerous individuals outside the Manhattan courthouse reported Azzarello was carrying a sign that read: “Trump is with Biden, and they’re about to fascist coup us.” On the back of his sign was a link to his Substack page.

On April 14, 2023, he filed a lawsuit against the Clintons, Thiel, Sam Bankman-Fried, the Winklevoss twins, Joshua Kushner, Anthony Scarramucci, and dozens of others over the alleged cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme, which he claims is bringing down the global economy.

ARRESTED IN FLORIDA.

In August of last year, he was arrested in St. John’s County, Florida, for “criminal mischief” and “disturbing the peace.” According to Azzarello’s friend, he has at least two sisters – one who works in television production in New York City and another who produces public art. The friend told The National Pulse that over the last year or two, Azzarello “lost his mind.”

Trump Hush Money Trial

Prospective Juror in Trump Trial Peddles ‘Fine People’ Hoax.

A prospective alternate juror in the Manhattan-based hush money trial of former President Donald Trump was dismissed ‘for cause’ after she repeated the “fine people” hoax and other anti-Trump sentiments as the jury selection process continued on Friday. The former President’s defense attorney, Susan Necheles, objected to the seating of the juror, informing Judge Juan Merchan, “She said Trump enables homophobic and racist comments.” Assistant District Attorney Susan Hoffinger objected to the challenge, arguing the juror also said she doesn’t hold Trump responsible for the actions of his supporters.

EXCUSED FOR CAUSE.

Judge Merchan asked the juror to elaborate on her views. “His followers feel emboldened by his rhetoric. There was speeches like the ‘both sides’ thing. Does that make sense?” the prospective alternate juror responded. Following additional questioning, Judge Merchan ruled, “I think the safer course is to grant excusal for cause.”

Her reference to the “‘both sides’ thing” almost certainly meant the Democrat and corporate media‘s “very fine people on both sides” hoax from 2017. In the aftermath of the Charlottesville protests on August 12, 2017, former President Trump repeatedly condemned the “egregious display of hatred, bigotry, and violence” that occurred during the demonstration.

WHAT TRUMP ACTUALLY SAID.

After being continually pressed by the media to condemn only the pro-Robert E. Lee statue demonstrators in the days following the violent protests, Trump responded: “You had some very bad people in that group, but you also had people that were very fine people, on both sides… You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down of, to them, a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.”

The National Pulse previously reported that anti-Trump actor and comedian Micahel Rapaport admitted, “I was wrong,” claiming the media had misled him regarding the “very fine people” hoax.
