Biden DOJ U-Turns, Says Trump Has NO IMMUNITY Over E Jean Carroll.

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has decided Donald Trump’s comments about the now-failed rape accusations by gossip writer E Jean Carroll are no longer protected, even though he was President of the United States at the time, and simply responding to press questions from reporters.

Previously, both Trump and Biden’s White House said the remarks were protected.

The move comes as the DOJ is pursuing the former president through the courts, and clears the way for yet another law suit lodged by Carroll, set to proceed in January.

In a separate suit, jurors in New York found Trump was not liable for raping Carroll in a luxury department store decades ago, as she claims. They did find he was liable for sexual abuse and defamation, however. Trump is appealing the unusual verdict and counter-suing Carroll, while Carroll is seeking further damages as Trump has continued to publicly deny attacking her.

Carroll’s New York lawsuit was funded by Fusion GPS-linked Democrat billionaire Reid Hoffman – though she initially denied having outside help, and the Democrat-appointed judge in the civil case ruled jurors could not be told about his role.

The 79-year-old advice columnist has accused many people of sexually attacking her throughout her life, including a small boy, a babysitter’s boyfriend, a camp counsellor, a dentist, a youth she dated in college, an unnamed former boss, and CBS chief executive Les Moonves. There is no indication she has ever pursued criminal charges against any of her alleged attackers.

Trump Jan 6 Indictment ‘About to Happen’ Claims Former WH Lawyer.

Ty Cobb, a White House lawyer during Robert Mueller’s Russiagate investigation, thinks Joe Biden’s Special Counsel Jack Smith is poised to issue an indictment over the January 6th demonstration at the U.S. Capitol – although whether Donald Trump will be included, listed as an unindicted co-conspirator, or left out altogether is less clear. Smith has already indicted the former president over his alleged mishandling of documents.

“I think they are ready to go,” Cobb said of the investigation into Trump’s alleged role in January 6th. “I think what is called the Jan. 6 case… has been a very important matter to the special prosecutor,” he added, saying Smith had “gone about [his investigation] very deliberately, [and] moved heaven and earth to do it in a timely way.”

Cobb is a controversial character, having praised Russiagate investigator Robert Mueller as “an American hero” and insisted Russiagate was not “a witch hunt” in 2019.

Special Counsel John Durham reported earlier this year that the FBI had “failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to the law” when they began the investigation that paved the way for Mueller, and were motivated by “confirmation bias”.

50% Chance Biden Dies During Potential 2nd Term in Office.

There is a 31 percent – nearly one-in-three – chance that President Joe Biden will die before completing a prospective second term in office, according to life expectancy data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The number rises to a 64 percent chance of death for the octogenarian president when looking at the next ten years, as illustrated by PhD scholar Merrill Matthews at The Hill.

In fact, Matthews argues the man who will be 82 in 2024 is doing “one of the most stressful jobs in the world,” and has a number of “health challenges” which mean his likelihood of dying is office is more like “50 percent.”

Given those factors, it might be reasonable to bump up Biden’s 31.35 percent chance of dying in office to perhaps 50 percent. Thus, it is highly possible, perhaps even probable, that a Biden reelection victory would result in Kamala Harris becoming the first female president.

– Merrill Matthews PhD

A majority of men at 70 are expected to live another ten years, and a quarter are expected to make it to 90. The average 80-year-old man has just under a one-in-three probability of dying within five years. But that number relies on the individual being healthy.

“Eight years as commander in chief appears to dramatically age even a vigorous middle-aged man. And Biden is neither vigorous nor a middle-ager,” Matthews adds, though concedes that not all septuagenarians or octogenarians lack vigor as “Donald Trump at 77 is closing in on 80, and is still very physically active and high energy.”

President Biden’s declining health has not escaped the attention of the electorate. A whopping 83 percent of Americans admitted to being “concerned” about Biden’s physical and mental health in a recent poll.

‘Club for China Growth’ Drops $3.6M in Anti-Trump Ads in Iowa, NH.

A new PAC linked to the Club for Growth – recently referred to as the “Club for China Growth” by Donald Trump – is funding a $3.6 million advertisement campaign to halt the former President ‘s efforts to become the 2024 Republican nominee.

The PAC known as ‘Win it Back’ will begin airing commercials in the key states of Iowa and South Carolina on Tuesday. The ads feature an overweight, single man – who looks more like a Lincoln Project supporter than a Trump fan – struggling to start a lawnmower while suggesting “[w]e definitely need someone that can freakin’ win,” and complaining that his sister blacklisted him for his one-time support of the 45th President.

David McIntosh and Adam Rozanksy, two leading members of the Club for Growth, are listed as agents for the new PAC. McIntosh openly announced the Club for Growth’s total opposition to Trump earlier this year, stating that “the party should be open to another candidate.”

Similar tactics have been deployed against Donald Trump before by the Club for Growth. The group spent around $1 million against the him in the run up to the 2016 presidential election. The group also spent and campaigned heavily against US Senator from Ohio JD Vance, Trump’s choice for the position in the Republican primaries last year.

“It’s not surprising that David Macintosh, a pro-China, America last, failed congressman wannabe is organizing another swampy D.C. insider super PAC,” told Chris LaCivita, a senior consultant for the Trump campaign, to POLITICO.

“Their goal is to maintain their shady influence over Washington because they know President Trump stands in their way as he protects Americans from these vultures,” LaCivita added.

WATCH LIVE: Trump Set to Blast DeSantis at Iowa ‘Farmers for Trump’ Launch.

Former President Donald J. Trump launches his Farmers for Trump group in Iowa, and is expected to insist on his status as “the most pro-farmer president you’ve ever had in the White House,” while touting the achievements from his first term, when the “Department of Agriculture cut seven old regulations for every one new regulation, saving farmers and taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars a year.”

Trump is also expected to blast his primary opponent Ron DeSantis, at length, referring to him as a “globalist sellout and Paul Ryan acolyte who’s in the pocket of his Wall Street donors at the Club for No Growth,” according to remarks seen by The National Pulse, ahead of the speech.

“DeSanctus opposed my China tariffs, and he heartlessly opposed my $28 billion dollars in relief payments to protect our farmers from Chinese abuses. While DeSanctus sided with the Communists in China, I sided with the Farmers in America,” the former President is expected to say.

“Every Iowan also needs to know that Ron DeSanctimonious totally despises Iowa Ethanol. He has been fighting for years to kill every single job supported by this vital industry.”

In juxtaposition, Trump will tout his record repealing Obama’s Waters of the United States rule, as well as his achievements killing NAFTA as well as pointing out Joe Biden’s record which he will call “a non-stop war on American Agriculture.”

FLASHBACK — Trump in 2016: ‘France is No Longer France’

Former President Donald J. Trump was one of the first global leaders to acknowledge the migration-driven social unrest in France, telling the media that ‘France is no longer France’ and predicting that things would only worsen. Trump’s 2016 comments came after the murder of Catholic priest Jacques Hamel at the hands of two Muslim men.

Trump said at the time:

“You see what happened to the French priest. A friend of mine, he said he was going to France like three or four months ago. I saw him yesterday. I said how did you like France? He said, I wouldn’t go to France… [b]ecause France is no longer France: France is no longer France.”

“They won’t like me for saying that, but you see what happened in Nice, you see what happened yesterday with the priest who was supposed to be a spectacular man: France is no longer France,” Trump reiterated.

“It’s only going to get worse, and it’s going to start getting bad in our country. We’re letting people come in by the tens of thousands,” he added.

Trump’s predictions have been realized countless times in France and across Europe. In the last month alone, France witnessed a Syrian asylum seeker stabbing babies in a park in Annecy, shortly followed by nationwide riots after a migrant-background teen was shot by French police.

Majority Agree With Trump’s Supreme Court Knockdown of Roe v Wade.

A majority of Americans approve of the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the constitutional protections afforded to Roe v Wade in 1973, according to a new survey from Rasmussen Reports.

A total of 52 percent of likely US voters still approve of the Supreme Court’s decision a year after the verdict, with 37 percent “strongly agree[ing]” and a further 15 percent “somewhat agree[ing].” Republicans overwhelmingly approve of the decision at 72 percent. More than one-third of Democrats – 34 percent – also approve.

On the other hand, 44 percent of US voters disapprove, the majority of whom are Democrats at 73 percent, with 57 percent “strongly disapproving.” Only one-quarter of Republicans – 26 percent – disapprove.

How Important Will Abortion Be In 2024?

Rasmussen also asked: “How important will the issue of abortion rights be in the 2024 presidential election?”

Both Democrats and Republicans alike consider abortion to be crucial in the next election, after former President Donald Trump was “able to kill Roe v Wade” and “put the Pro Life movement in a strong negotiating position.”

As a result, a whopping 88 percent of Democrats and 73 percent of Republicans answering “very important” or “somewhat important.” Only 21 percent of Americans answered that abortion will be either “not very important” or “not at all important.”

‘Globalist’ Koch Network Blows $70M of Donor Cash to ‘Stop Trump’.

The ‘Koch network’ group Americans for Prosperity Action is dropping $70M+ on a bid to stop President Donald J. Trump becoming the 47th President of the United States, according to a new report which suggests the libertarian billionaire backed organization is campaign in the Republican primaries “for the first time in its nearly 20 year history”.

The money is in addition to a $200M+ fund established by corporate backers for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s campaign, and will likely be used for “digital advertising on the issue of electability in the presidential race,” in addition to direct mail. In such scenarios, high percentages of donor cash ends up in the pockets of campaign consultants and vendors.

The Koch network includes groups such as Americans for Prosperity, Stand Together, i360, the American Legislative Exchange Council, the State Policy Network, the CATO Institute, Americans for Tax Reform, the Competitive Enterprise Institute, the Atlas Network, the Independent Women’s Forum, the Manhattan Institute, the Reason Foundation, the Texas Public Policy Foundation, and many more.

The organization’s LIBRE initiative even campaigns in favor of amnesty for illegal migrants.

The co-option of the Tea Party movement was spearheaded by the Kochs, who turned it from a citizen-led organization into a pro-corporate, libertarian shell, before dumping it when press attention became too inconvenient.

“The globalist Koch Brothers, who have become a total joke in real Republican circles, are against Strong Borders and Powerful Trade,” Trump tweeted in 2018. “I never sought their support because I don’t need their money or bad ideas.”

Asked About His Declining Poll Numbers, DeSantis Said, ‘We’re Happy With What We’ve Seen’.

Fox News’s Martha McCallum threw Florida Governor Ron DeSantis a softball question on how he could turn his floundering campaign around. His reply? “We’re happy with what we’ve seen so far.”

McCallum first queried: “You’re at 19 percent, which I think is a little bit lower than you were prior to this… are you frustrated by the polling you’ve seen so far?”

DeSantis initially tries to not answer the question, immediately pivoting to “defeating Biden” as well as his “story and philosophy.”

McCallum pushed back, asking: “What do you think is the catalyst that moves these numbers?”

DeSantis, again, attempted to pivot, before concluding, “We’re happy with what we’ve seen so far.”

So far, however, DeSantis is down in almost every poll since his campaign announcement, with his staff mired in controversies, and his most vocal online supporters becoming subjects of intrigue themselves.
