Foreign Interference: EU Green Parties Demand Jill Stein Stands Down (She Can’t).

The European Greens have joined Democrats in pressuring Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein to withdraw from the race and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris, arguing her campaign could help former President Donald J. Trump reclaim the White House. Stein remains steadfast in her bid, arguing that the Democrats are beholden to corporate interests—and in any case, removing her name from ballots is impossible at this juncture.

The European Greens, a coalition of Green parties across Europe, allege that “Donald Trump has promised that if he becomes President again, he will extend abortion bans, deny members of the LGBTQIA+ community their rights, and deport migrants en masse.”

“Europe needs Kamala Harris as President of the United States, to be a reliable partner and to take the urgent, decisive action needed on the climate crisis, and to bring about a just and sustainable peace in the Middle East,” they plead, adding: “Right now, the race for the White House is too close for comfort. We call on Jill Stein to withdraw from the race and endorse Kamala Harris for the presidency of the United States.”

However, the U.S. Green Party was previously removed from the global Green network, which includes the European Greens, over “serious policy differences,” particularly on Russia and Ukraine.

2016.

Stein’s 2016 campaign is contentious among leftists, as her votes in swing states exceeded Trump’s margin of victory. Democrats, wary of a repeat, have launched their first-ever negative campaign against a third-party candidate, placing billboards in swing states reading: “Jill Stein Helped Trump Once. Don’t Let Her Do It Again.”

With Stein polling around one percent nationally, the Democrats fear she could cost them close races by siphoning off leftist votes. Stein remains undeterred, calling for voters to “fight for the greater good” rather than choosing a “lesser evil.”

Several Arab American and Muslim groups have endorsed Stein, seeking to punish the Democrats in general and Harris in particular for their foreign policy stances. Stein has said of these initiatives, “I myself do not speak in terms of defeating one candidate, but I really understand for the communities that are being savaged by Kamala Harris right now and Biden—I totally understand why their prime directive right now is to clarify that this comes with a price to pay.”

Don Jr. Warns Britain’s Far-Left Govt Is Damaging UK-U.S. Relationship: ‘They Should Be Ashamed.’

Former President Donald J. Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., has warned Britain’s governing Labour Party is damaging the British-American special relationship by intervening in the U.S. election on behalf of Kamala Harris. He also had harsh words for the British state’s turn towards authoritarianism, calling it “disgusting.”

Asked by the British media whether Labour Party staffers traveling to the U.S. to campaign for Harris would “damage the special relationship,” Don Jr. said it was “certainly not a great start, because it’s clear what they’re doing.”

Speaking on the state of the United Kingdom more generally, he added: “It’s absolute lunacy what I see going on in the UK right now… They’re jailing people for misgendering someone; honestly, it’s disgusting, and they should be ashamed of themselves.”

Britain lacks robust, First Amendment-style free speech protections, with citizens being liable for arrest and even imprisonment for causing offense. Last year, an autistic minor was arrested for a “homophobic public order offense” after saying a policewoman with short hair reminded her of her “lesbian nana.”

In recent months, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) launched a threatening campaign warning social media users to “Think before you post,” saying action would be taken against so-called “online violence” and content spreading “hatred.”

Illegal Vote Cast by Chinese National *WILL* Count in 2024 Election?!

A Chinese national is facing charges in Michigan after illegally casting a ballot in the 2024 election. The University of Michigan student—who is not a U.S. citizen and therefore cannot legally participate in the federal election—will have their illegal vote counted, however, as there is no mechanism in place to retrieve the ballot after it has been tabulated.

The Michigan Secretary of State’s office made the criminal charges public on Wednesday. They come amid heightened concerns regarding the illegal participation of noncitizens in the American election. According to the state’s top election official, the 19-year-old Chinse national has been referred to the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s office.

The student illegally registered to vote on Sunday, signing a government form identifying himself as an American citizen. Subsequently, the Chinese national was given a ballot which they filled out and entered into the vote tabulator. Election officials admit that the illegal vote will likely count in the 2024 election as the tabulator system is meant to keep ballots anonymous, so there is no method to track back the student’s ballot and remove it from the final vote tally.

“We’re grateful for the swift action of the clerk in this case, who took the appropriate steps and referred the case to law enforcement,” a joint statement by the Michigan Secretary of State and Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s offices reads. They add: “We are also grateful to law enforcement for swiftly and thoroughly investigating this case. Anyone who attempts to vote illegally faces significant consequences, including but not limited to arrest and prosecution.”

Earlier in the day, the United States Supreme Court issued a stay, blocking a lower court ruling that sided with a Biden-Harris government lawsuit seeking to block Virginia from continuing to remove self-identified noncitizens from their voter rolls.

Judge Says Critical County MUST Keep Early Voting Open Despite Democrat Attempt to Shut It Down.

President Donald J. Trump‘s 2024 campaign has won a significant victory in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to keep early voting open until Friday at 5:00 PM. Joined by the Republican National Committee (RNC), the campaign sued after local election officials ordered police to cut off early vote lines well ahead of closure times at some polling places due to the volume of voters—many believed to support Trump.

“We just won the Trump Campaign/RNC lawsuit against Bucks County, PA. We will now have extended early in-person mail-voting through November 1st—three extra days,” RNC co-chairman Michael Whatley said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) after the court issued its ruling. He added: “We will keep fighting. Go vote! Stay in line!”

Meanwhile, the Trump campaign also hailed the decision as a major victory for voters. “We just won our lawsuit in Bucks County for extended Early Voting through Friday at 5:00 PM,” James Blair—political director for the Trump campaign—wrote. He added: “Thank you to the court for making the right decision and for finding that Bucks County violated the Pennsylvania election code and providing the requested relief.”

Earlier this week, video footage surfaced showing local police and Democratic Party volunteers telling voters they had to turn back from vote centers because the lines were too long and they would not be able to receive their ballot before the locations were slated to close. Some voters appear confused, especially when confronted by the Democratic Party activists who they initially believed were government election workers.

In one clip, a police officer can be heard telling a woman that while the voting center didn’t close until 4:30 PM, the slow line and number of voters resulted in him cutting the line off entirely at 1:45 PM.

Ballot Drop Boxes Set on Fire.

At least two allegedly secure ballot drop boxes have been set on fire in Oregon and Washington State—destroying an unknown number of ballots contained inside. The most recent incident, in Clark County, Washington, saw a ballot drop box billowing smoke as numerous ballots burned in the early morning hours on Monday.

Concerningly, Clark County sits in the hotly contested 3rd Congressional District, currently held by Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA). However, President Donald J. Trump won the district during the 2020 presidential election. The race is currently a toss-up between Gluesenkamp Perez and her Republican challenger, Joe Kent, a United States Army Special Forces veteran.

“This morning at about 4:00 AM, Vancouver Police responded to an arson at a ballot box located at 3510 SE 164th Ave. It was reported that the ballot box was smoking and on fire,” local police confirmed in a statement. They added: “Officers arrived and located a suspicious device next to the box. The ballot box was smoking and was on fire. Members of the Metro Explosive Disposal Unit (MEDU) arrived and safely collected the device, and the fire was extinguished.”

The preliminary report reveals that an incendiary device appears to have set the fire. At the moment, no suspect or motivation for the fire has been identified. According to the Clark County elections auditor, hundreds of ballots were in the drop box at the time of the fire, as the last pickup occurred at 11 AM on Saturday.

With many states expanding their early and mail-in voting timelines, election officials have insisted that ballot drop boxes are safe, secure, and adequately monitored. However, the two fires in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon, undermine this assertion.

Network News Tips Scales for Kamala, Watchdog Says.

Major corporate media networks are attempting to interfere more heavily in the 2024 presidential election than in past races. According to data from the Media Research Center (MRC), broadcast news coverage of President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris‘s respect campaigns has been almost entirely favorable for the latter and negative for the former.

“Since July, ABC, CBS, and NBC have treated Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris to 78 percent positive coverage, while these same networks have pummeled former Republican President Donald Trump with 85 percent negative coverage,” MRC says regarding their findings. The group notes their analysis is based on “explicitly evaluative statements about each candidate from either reporters, anchors or non-partisan sources such as experts or voters.”

The media watchdog group adds: “The difference in coverage between the two candidates is far greater than in 2016 when both Trump and then-challenger Hillary Clinton received mostly negative coverage (91 percent negative for Trump, vs. 79 percent negative for Clinton). It’s even greater than in 2020, when Joe Biden was treated to 66 percent positive coverage, vs. 92 percent negative for Trump.”

MRC’s analysis shows that since July, news coverage—mainly from ABC, NBC, and CBS—has included 230 minutes of negative stories about Trump and various allegations made against the former Republican president. Conversely, the networks have provided only minimal coverage of any controversies regarding Harris.

In fact, MRC found that 31 percent of network news airtime has been focused on negative stories regarding personal controversies. Meanwhile, just five percent of airtime was dedicated to similar topics regarding Harris.

The two most covered issues regarding Trump were the January 6 Capitol riots and allegations leveled by Harris—and other top Democrats—accusing Trump of being a “fascist” and “a danger to democracy.”

WATCH: Zuckerberg Engineer Admits Shadowbanning Kamala’s Critics.

A senior engineer at Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, has revealed it has an “Integrity Team” targeting social media posts critical of Vice President Kamala Harris ahead of the U.S. presidential election. In hidden camera footage shot by an undercover journalist, Meta Senior Software Engineer Jeevan Gyawali discloses, “Say your uncle in Ohio said something about Kamala Harris is unfit to be a president because she doesn’t have a child, that kind of s**t is automatically demoted.”

Gyawali confirms that users posting such content are told their content is being suppressed, a method of cutting engagement and reach known as “shadowbanning.”

Gyawali explains that Meta’s Integrity Team uses “civic classifiers” to control content. He also reveals the existence of a so-called Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team, created to monitor and address the platform, which has been active since April.

When asked about Meta’s influence over election outcomes, Gyawali confirms that the company has the ability to sway political results and that its moderation decisions favor the Democratic Party. He adds that Meta’s CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, supports the platform’s role in shaping political discourse and outcomes “100 percent.”

Fani Willis Is Attempting to Restart Trump Prosecution, Asks Appeals Court to Restore Six Charges.

Disgraced Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is attempting to restart her RICO prosecution of President Donald J. Trump over allegations he and his campaign interfered in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election. In two rulings earlier this year, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissed nine of the 41 charges filed by Willis against Trump and his codefendants. However, Willis is now asking a Georgia appellate court to reinstate six counts.

Judge McAfree tossed out the six charges in question in a March ruling. According to the judge, Willis and her prosecutors had failed to provide specificity regarding the six counts, effectively denying Trump and his codefendants the right to prepare an adequate defense.

However, Willis contends in her filing with the appellate court that her office “more than sufficiently placed (Trump and his five codefendants) on notice of the conduct at issue and allowed them to prepare an intelligent defense to the charges.”

“The indictment included an abundance of context and factual allegations about the solicitations at issue, including when the requests were made, to whom the requests were made and the manner in which the requests were made,” Willis continued in her filing.

Willis is not challenging the additional charges thrown out by McAfee in September. In that ruling, the judge determined that three of the charges—two of which applied to Trump—were outside the District Attorney’s jurisdiction and needed to be removed from the indictment.

Meanwhile, Willis herself continues to battle for control of the case. Currently, a Georgia appeals court is considering whether the Democrat District Attorney should be disqualified from the RICO prosecution following revelations she engaged in and attempted to cover up a romantic relationship with one of her appointed prosecutors, Nathan Wade.

Judge Says Jack Smith’s Election Interference Can Continue.

U.S. District Court Judge Tayna Chutkan has rejected a motion filed by President Donald J. Trump’s legal team asking that the Biden-Harris Department of Justice’s (DOJ) special counsel, Jack Smith, refrain from publicizing additional documents outlining his lawfare case against the Republican nominee public before the election. The ruling follows the unsealing of Smith’s 165-page legal brief against Trump’s presidential immunity claim last week.

Specifically, Smith is seeking to file an appendix to the immunity brief, which includes grand jury transcripts. “Defendant has now filed an opposition objecting to unsealing any part of the Appendix. ECF No. 259. As in his previous filing, he identifies no specific substantive objections to particular proposed redactions,” Chutkan wrote in her order on Thursday.

The foreign-born, far-left judge added: “For the same reasons set forth in its decision with respect to the Motion, ECF No. 251, the court determines that the Government’s proposed redactions to the Appendix are appropriate, and that Defendant’s blanket objections to further unsealing are without merit. As the court has stated previously, ‘Defendant’s concern with the political consequences of these proceedings’ is not a cognizable legal prejudice.”

However, any public filings by Smith will be delayed for at least a week, as Chutkan did grant a seven-day stay on the decision, allowing Trump’s lawyers time to appeal her ruling if they choose.

The National Pulse previously reported that CNN’s senior legal analyst, Elie Honig, called Smith’s decision to file the 165-page immunity brief just a month before the November presidential election an “unprincipled, norm-breaking” attempt to “chip away at Trump’s electoral prospects.”

Please Don’t Do What Elon Musk’s Mother Said.

Maye Musk, mother of tech billionaire Elon Musk, attracted attention over the weekend for posting controversial advice regarding the 2024 election on social media. On Saturday, she shared a message on her son’s X platform suggesting—likely sarcastically—that Republicans should commit voter fraud to even the field with Democrats in Georgia. Additionally, she encouraged supporters of President Donald J. Trump to use false identities to cast multiple ballots at various polling places on election day.

“The Democrats have given us another option,” Elon Musk’s mother wrote. “You don’t have to register to vote. On Election Day, have 10 fake names, go to 10 polling booths and vote 10 times. That’s 100 votes, and it’s not illegal. Maybe we should work the system too.”

Such tactics would be a federal crime. According to 52 USC 10307, using false identities to vote multiple times illegally is punishable with heavy fines and imprisonment for each violation.

Earlier this year, the mayoral race in Bridgeport, Connecticut, had to be re-run for a third time after the prior two elections were found to be tainted by ballot stuffing—a similar illegal tactic to the one advocated by Maye Musk. Late last year, three Democrat officials in their respective states faced charges of tampering with votes, casting fraudulent mail-in ballots, and ballot stuffing.

Maye Musk’s post was tagged with a Community Note bluntly emphasizing the illegality of her suggestion. “This is, in fact, illegal,” it states.
