Trump Blasts NY Judge for Attacking His Family (While Placing a ‘Gag Order’ Over His Daughter’s Links to Democrats).

Donald Trump slammed New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan for hinting he would block him from attending the graduation of his youngest son, Barron.

Merchan, who has already threatened to have Trump arrested if he misses a single day of his so-called “hush money” trial to campaign for the presidency, has declined to rule on whether or not the former president can be excused for his son’s high school graduation: “It really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial,” he said.

“My son has graduated from high school, and it looks like the judge will not let me go to the graduation of my son, who has worked very very hard,” Trump told reporters.

Later, he posted a more extensive statement on Truth Social, demanding: “Who will explain for me, to my wonderful son, Barron, who is a GREAT Student at a fantastic School, that his Dad will likely not be allowed to attend his Graduation Ceremony, something that we have been talking about for years, because a seriously Conflicted and Corrupt New York State Judge wants me in Criminal Court on a bogus “Biden Case” which, according to virtually all Legal Scholars and Pundits, has no merit, and should NEVER have been brought?”

“The Judge, Juan Merchan, is preventing me from proudly attending my son’s Graduation. Seems very unfair, doesn’t it? But this whole event is unfair,” he added.

Trump’s lawyers asked Merchan to recuse himself before the trial, citing his family’s links to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Merchan’s daughter has shared manipulated images of the former president behind bars, apparently in the hope her father will imprison him.

Merchan refused to recuse himself and banned Trump from “attacking” his family.

Public Inquiry Finds Chinese Election Interference Aided Justin Trudeau – Is The Same Tactic Happening Here?

Revelations in February that the Chinese communist government sought to interfere in the past two Canadian elections on behalf of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the ruling Liberal Party have sparked a public inquiry in Ottowa. Over the past three weeks, the inquiry commission has heard testimony from top Trudeau government aides, national security and intelligence officials, and the Prime Minister himself. Despite Trudeau’s insistence that the 2019 and 2021 Canadian elections were “free and fair,” testimony from intelligence officials suggests otherwise.

‘CHINA GOT THE OUTCOME IT WANTED.’

“It would just seem very improbable that the Chinese government itself would have a preference in the election,” Prime Minister Trudeau testified last week before the inquiry, which Quebec Court of Appeal Justice Marie-Josée Hogue heads. However, intelligence documents made public in the course of the inquiry detail a sophisticated and concerted effort by agents acting on behalf of China to push Chinese-Canadian voters to back Liberal Party candidates over their Conservative Party opponents. In response to the proceedings, The Washington Post concluded: “China got the outcome it wanted in 2021 — the reelection of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau with a minority government.”

A Canadian intelligence investigation into Chinese activities during the 2021 election concluded that the communist regime used Chinese immigrants, members of their diplomatic service, political proxies, as well as Chinese-language news outlets to induce — or even coerce — Chinese-Canadian voters to back candidates they viewed as friendly or open to Beijing’s global agenda.

While this meant pushing Liberal Party candidates in 2019 and 2021, there is concerning evidence that the Conservatives may also be the subject to Beijing’s influence. Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre has sought to improve the party’s standing among Chinese-Canadians. In January, Poilievre appeared at a Toronto Chinese community event alongside several individuals with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

U.S. IMPLICATIONS.

The Chinese efforts to influence Canadian elections also hold stark implications for the United States. The ongoing immigration crisis at the U.S. southern border has seen a historic number of Chinese enter the country illegally. Many of these individuals are men of military age whom U.S officials know little about — raising concerns about their roles in potential Chinese intelligence operations in America.

Did You Know That YOU Are Subsidizing Democrat Electioneering?

Democrats are using a national network of non-profit, tax-exempt organizations to spearhead efforts to boost voter turnout among critical partisan demographics for the 2024 presidential election. Some non-profit groups even operate on federal grants, further entangling taxpayer dollars in partisan election operations. This effort is in tandem with the Biden government’s mandate that federal agencies enact plans to maximize voter registration and citizen participation in the election process.

In 2021, Biden signed Executive Order 14019 — which directs the various agencies and departments in his government to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.” The National Pulse previously reported on these efforts, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)’s concerning relationship with Demos — a left-wing non-profit dedicated to ‘racial justice.’

Under the guise of a ‘public service,’ President Joe Biden’s order effectively incorporates the federal government in aiding Democrat turnout efforts. While the order claims agencies are to only work with ” approved, non-partisan third-party organizations,” that has not happened in practice. According to Demos, they expect to be able to add 3 million new voters to the 2024 election rolls — paid for by U.S. taxpayer dollars.

In addition to the direct collusion with partisan non-profits, the Biden government has also expanded work categories as part of student work-study programs to include students who are paid to help register voters in a non-partisan manner. Protect the Public’s Trust initiated legal action against the Biden government in mid-March after the Department of Education failed to comply with a FOIA request asking for documents pertaining to the work-study decision.

‘SPAMOUFLAGE’ – Chinese Bots Posing as Trump Backers to Help Biden Win 2024.

The Chinese government has harnessed a massive network of social media accounts to influence the November U.S. presidential election. Independent researchers and government officials say they’ve identified numerous accounts controlled by China, most of which are currently posing as supporters of former President Donald Trump. These accounts often amplify conspiratorial content, such as claims that President Joe Biden is a “Satanist pedophile,” in an effort to spread discord and discredit the MAGA movement.

According to Elise Thomas, a senior analyst at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, the network of Chinese government-controlled accounts is likely part of a long-standing Communist Party program called ‘Spamouflage.’ However, the volume of content being pushed by fake social media accounts is unprecedented. “I’ve never seen anything along those lines at all before,” Thomas said in a recent interview. She also noted that several accounts had previously posted exclusively in Mandarin Chinese before being retooled to appear as though the user is American.

These actions underscore a potential change in Beijing’s approach to impacting U.S. politics, with an increased willingness to undermine individual candidates and parties. Unlike past efforts, it appears an actual human controls each account. Previously, the Chinese government utilized bot networks to run thousands of social media accounts and push pro-Chinese Communist Party (CCP) propaganda.

Despite pledges from Meta to address the fake Chinese-controlled accounts on Facebook and Instagram, the CCP propaganda operation appears to continue unabated. An investigation by The Foundation for Defense of Democracies found that at least 3,000 accounts linked to a Facebook page called War of Somethings are part of the Chinese influence and propaganda operation. Max Lesser, a senior analyst with the foundation, told the New York Times: “What we’re seeing is the campaign just continues, undeterred.”

China-Run TikTok is Spending MILLIONS Campaigning in American Elections.

The Chinese Communist-controlled social media titan TikTok has begun a $2.1 million ad campaign attempting to unseat its critics from public office in the United States. The move is in response to recent legislation that would force the sale of the app to an American-controlled company, or failing that, ban it from the United States. Similar bans have taken place in India, with almost zero deleterious effects on previous users.

TikTok, a product of the China-based parent company ByteDance, enjoys robust popularity, particularly amongst young Americans. Their new ad campaign is set to claim that five million small business owners in America are now reliant on the Chinese Communist-controlled application. The campaign is slated to run through mid-April, as reported by CNBC News.

TikTok has confirmed television ad reservations in key battle states, including Nevada, Montana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, effectively holding U.S. politicians hostage using Chinese cash.

Beyond these, the states of Massachusetts, Minnesota, and New York have been identified for the ad campaign as well, according to information from AdImpact reviewed by CNBC.

REPORT: Google Interfered in 41 U.S. Elections Since 2008, Swinging 2.5 MILLION Votes.

Google ‘interfered’ 41 times during the last four election cycles to help Democrats, a report by the Media Research Center (MRC) reveals. The Big Tech behemoth “utilized its power to help push to electoral victory the most liberal candidates… while targeting their opponents for censorship,” the report asserts.

Google demonstrated blatant bias in favor of Democratic candidates in the past four presidential elections, directing its influence to favor the most liberal contenders, according to the report. The report alleges that Google also targeted its opponents for censorship.

In 2008, Google showed support for then-Sen. Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton by suppressing pro-Clinton search results, while in 2012, Google allegedly favored Obama over Mitt Romney.

The MRC report quoted Dr. Robert Epstein, who suggested that Google may have “shifted at least 2.5 million votes” to Clinton in her run against Trump through their search algorithms.

The report also claimed that in 2020, Google disabled Tulsi Gabbard’s Ads account “just as she became the most searched candidate following the first Democratic Party primary debate” and suppressed news sources critical of Joe Biden. Moreover, it criticized Google for alleged left-leaning bias impacting the 2022 Georgia Senate race between Democrat Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker, during which it “favored [the] incumbent” Warnock “in the swing precinct where greater proportions of undecided voters likely reside.”

Google denies the allegations, however, the tech giant has repeatedly faced criticism for favoring one political side. On Monday, it was reported that Google and Apple were blocking access to right-wing activist Tommy Robinson’s Telegram channel.

Kamala Says U.S. Govt Will Give College Kids Taxpayer Cash to Register Voters.

Vice President Kamala Harris has declared that the United States government will compensate college students for registering voters and working as ‘nonpartisan’ poll workers. The funding for this initiative will come from the federal work-study program.

“We have been doing work to promote voter participation for students,” Harris said during the announcement, adding: “And for example, we have under the federal work-study program now allows students to get paid through federal work-study, to register people, and to be nonpartisan poll workers.” The Vice President said the Biden government was focused on activating young leaders to strengthen communities through increased voter engagement.

The Department of Education, which manages the federal work-study scheme, has confirmed the program’s funds are aimed at supporting students with their everyday college expenses. However, these benefits are to be earned through a work-study job. A policy memo issued by the Department of Education announced that voter registration employment would fulfill the work-study job requirement. “The Department is today clarifying that FWS funds may be used for employment by a Federal, State, local, or Tribal public agency for civic engagement work that is not associated with a particular interest or group,” read the memo.

The move by the Biden government is just the latest in a series of dubious decisions that critics fear are intended to impact the 2024 presidential election outcome. The National Pulse previously reported that a Biden appointee at the Department of Homeland Security has led the legal efforts to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot.

SCOTUS Will Hear Trump Immunity Claim in Election Interference Case.

The US Supreme Court confirmed that it will consider whether former President Donald Trump can be prosecuted over election interference charges, marking a significant step in the ongoing immunity case. The justices will review an appeal from Trump’s legal team challenging a lower court’s rejection of their claim that Trump has immunity from prosecution because of his status as president when taking actions aimed at reversing opponent Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory. The court has, in the meantime, put on hold the criminal case presented by special counsel Jack Smith.

The appeal to the nation’s highest court represents the final legal recourse Trump has concerning immunity in his federal criminal case. For months, the former president’s legal advisors reportedly believed that though their appeal might not succeed legally, it could serve to postpone the forthcoming trial, which had originally been scheduled to begin in early March.

Trump’s legal team, in requesting a stay of the lower court’s ruling, warned of significant ramifications for future presidencies if such immunity is not upheld.

DATA: Most Voters Say Democrat Lawfare Against Trump Is Election Interference.

A majority of voters believe Democrats are participating in “lawfare” against former President Donald Trump to compromise his chances in a future political race, a new Harvard Caps/Harris poll reveals.

When asked, “Do you think the Democrats today are engaged in lawfare – a campaign using the government and the legal system in biased ways to take out a political opponent?” Fifty-eight percent of respondents said yes. When the question was modified slightly — “Do you think the legal prosecutions of Donald Trump are fair and unrelated to politics, or do you think the democrats today are engaged in lawfare?” — 55 percent of respondents still agreed that the Democrats are unfairly using the legal system to remove a political opponent.

The poll, carried out in partnership with the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard University, surveyed 2,022 voters. Notably, a considerable 65 percent believed that President Biden shared classified and top-secret information with those penning his memoirs. Sixty-two percent think he should face prosecution for it.

The same poll revealed that Trump would still beat Biden in the election even if “convicted for inciting the Capitol riots of January 6th.”

NBC Claims, Without Evidence, that Russia is Interfering in 2024 Election.

NBC News has published an article claiming Russia’s 2024 election interference has already begun despite offering no evidence over the course of almost 2,000 words on the topic.

“Russia is already spreading disinformation in advance of the 2024 election, using fake online accounts and bots to damage President Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats,” the article opens, attributing the claim to “former U.S. officials and cyber experts” while going on to quote a 2016 Obama State Department intern, Bret Schafer, alongside current Biden national security advisor Jake Sullivan.

Schafer, who now works at the Soros-and-EU-funded German Marshall Fund think tank, alleged – also without evidence – that Russia has an “incentive” to hurt Joe Biden at the upcoming U.S. election. Russian President Vladimir Putin recently admitted, however, that his work has been aided by Biden’s weakness, calling him “better for Russia.”

Amidst fearmongering over “deepfake” audio, video, artificial intelligence, and hacks or leaks, NBC offers only the following justification for peddling the updated Russia hoax:

Accounts from one pro-Russia campaign that Meta, the owner of Facebook, cracked down on late last year, an English-language news influencer persona called “People Say,” are still live on other platforms, though some are dormant.

A “People Say” account on X is still visible, but it has only 51 followers and hasn’t posted in almost a year. Its counterpart on Telegram, which has become a home for some Americans on the far right, is still actively posting divisive content and has almost 5,000 subscribers.

The article offers no further evidence for the headline claim that “Russia’s 2024 election interference has already begun.”
